-
Codex Entry: A Primer of Poison Reagents
A collection of hand-drawn botanical diagrams, labeled and annotated for their use in poison making. Some appear more artistic than academic. Errors and corrections have been marked in red ink.
Andraste’s Mantle
Herb, wyvern venom antidote. Slow boil chopped leaves, stems, and concentrator overnight to create an extract. Add one part for every three doses mixed. Below, in Viago’s handwriting: —Crush the leaves by hand, do not chop them.
Deathroot, Arcanist
Causes disorientation, dizziness, and hallucinations. Shave thinly and burn for aerosolized effect, or grind into paste for epidermal applications. Do not use in liquid solutions—substitute madcap essence instead. —Amend this after you revisit Ortega’s essay on different varieties of Deathroot.
Ghoul’s Beard
Alleged combustible if ingested. Combine with a stabilizing agent before use in any recipe. Do not mix with Rashvine Nettle. —We do not rely on alleged poison effects. Where did you hear this? Hastily scrawled below, in a script similar to the main report: —Lucanis swore it was true. —Refrain from trusting the Dellamorte boy with questions of poison. You are a de Riva, you should know more than him.
Mushroom, Deep
Fungi with hallucinogenic and lethal properties that grow underground near Blight and lyrium veins. Best used as an additive to dishes with strong flavor, to disguise their odd taste and scent. —This is so broad as to be useless. Redo it with acknowledgments for the variants.
Vasanthum Sap
Strong fragrance with little to no taste. Naturally toxic, but more potent if distilled. Harvest under Satina for stronger effects. —Specify the meaning of strong fragrance. Sweet? Foul? Amend with implications for use.
Added below the last entry, in Viago's handwriting:
Stop rushing through your studies. Be thorough. Do better.

MG RX-93 νGundam (Version 1.0)
I built the original version because I don't like the opening Psychoframe gimmick on the Ver Ka. It's not the Unicorn, it's the Nu! It only has Psychoframe around the cockpit! I also prefer the proportions and design on the older version.
As usual, I painted this one by hand, but I used a different method. I was also able to hand paint the primer and matte top coat, so now I'm finally free 100% from aerosolized paints and should be able to paint more models going forward.

—Claro, Mario. Ya casi es Navidad. ¿No te pone nostálgico?

Zelda EOW cosplay log: circlet
After giving up on the staff, which was already another means for me to take a break from sewing, I got started drafting the circlet
I had some Eva foam from another cosplay ish project that didn’t go very well due to inexperience, so that seemed the most logical choice. I forgot how annoying it is cutting Eva foam though… the “headband” part was easy since I could use my rotary cutter, except the length I needed was longer than my ruler, so there’s a wobbly bit from where I had to scoot my ruler. Didn’t feel like cutting out another piece, so it’ll have to do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Studied some screenshots and Sketched out the gem and metalwork bits on paper to get an idea of relative sizing between all the pieces. That damn pvc conduit ended up coming in handy here—I pressed down onto the foam and traced the indent for the gem. Cutting the crescents was realllly fiddly bc I was using scissors. But idk if I could’ve gotten those curves otherwise with an xacto knife
Only on the smaller bits did I think to transfer my sketch onto the foam instead of eyeballing it. My “transfer” method was poking pins along the outline into the foam, kinda like for pumpkin carving. Nice and clear and easy to follow with the scissors without having to worry about painting over anything
I thought I read somewhere that Eva foam can be sandpapered ? So I tried doing that to fix the uneven edges. Idr what grit level sandpaper I used. I mostly used a nail file board actually lol
Somehow I lost my circle gem piece, so I had to cut another one out and sand that :/ I don’t have proper primer so i figured I’d just spray a little modpodge on it to give me a workable surface to paint on. It didn’t occur to me that the pieces were so small that they’d fly off bc of the aerosol blast, so I had to find those in the dark ground bc I keep forgetting to tell the landlady that the outdoor lightbulb is out
I ended up mostly kinda mopping up the modpodge that was left on the parchment paper to get it nice and covered. Then I remembered I should grab a scrap to prime for when I test out paints. Was smart enough to hold the foam with a clothespin so no more glue would get on my hand. A day later It does kinda look like a nice subtle topcoat on my nails though :3 let it dry overnight so I could play some hades 2 and bc I didn’t want to fiddle with mixing paints at like 10pm
The next evening I tested out the paints. At the store I’d been between one metallic red shade and another, and I’d gotten the one that hadn’t seemed Too bright red. This was a mistake. It’s indeed a lovely garnet color, but that’s not quite light or red enough for this. Mixed with a little red looked pretty good. The gold metallic was perfect straight out of the bottle
Also tested whether to use black or white as a base coat. Going with white to keep things brighter
✨The next day ✨
Got my base coat of white on
(Using some weird Catholic local newspaper that some lady who lived here before me still has delivered to catch the mess lol)
First coat of gold. Probably should’ve made sure my sponge was fully dry before painting on the gold… I’m using makeup sponges since they’re denser than the sponge brushes I got for cheap a while ago. Repeating to myself Trust the Process Trust the Process so I don’t get neurotic about how sloppy it looks rn….
Okay yeah second coat is looking a lil better. Added a Little more red to the mix for the gem. I like how the shade looked overall, and especially layered over the other. I dont need another coat on the gem but def will for the gold stuff
Third coat, now we’re talkin. That’s good enough for the crescent pieces, but I think I’ll give the band another coat tomorrow. Testing my gloss sealant on the back of one of the smaller crescents after putting the first coat on the gem to see how that looks
Im planning on using satin modpodge finish though bc it’s an aerosol spray and bc I think that’d contrast nicely and subtly with the glossy. But the glossy is a normal spray bottle, and I wasn’t careful the first time I used it so it got clogged…I usually borrow the spray top from something else, but it’s not the same diameter as the bottleneck so I have to hold it weird :/ I should just buy a replacement nozzle fjsjdhd. But since the pieces are so small I’m just unscrewing the nozzle, taking it out and letting a few drops of sealer fall onto a plastic lid from something or another, then dabbing it on with a sponge
Now that I’m more like Live blogging and not posting about stuff I’ve already done I think I’ll end the post here lol

Revitalize Your Vehicle with Top-Quality Car Paint Solutions
Maintaining your vehicle's aesthetic appeal is essential not just for appearance but also for preserving its value. One of the most effective ways to enhance your car’s look is through high-quality paint solutions such as brake caliper paint, paint blending solution aerosol, alloys wheels paint UK, and car paint aerosol spray. These products provide a professional touch to your car's exterior and ensure long-lasting results.
Choosing the Right Car Paint Products
With a wide variety of car paint solutions available, it’s crucial to understand what each product does and how it can contribute to the overall maintenance of your vehicle.
Brake Caliper Paint
Brake caliper paint is specifically designed to withstand the intense heat and pressure generated by braking systems. It not only adds an eye-catching finish to your car’s brakes but also protects against rust, corrosion, and fading. Whether you want to give your car a bold new look or simply maintain the durability of the braking components, brake caliper paint is an essential upgrade. Applying it correctly ensures that the paint remains intact even under challenging driving conditions.
Paint Blending Solution Aerosol
When you are undertaking a paint job, achieving a seamless transition between the newly painted area and the original surface can be challenging. This is where paint blending solution aerosol comes into play. It allows you to blend the edges of the newly applied paint with the existing color, creating a uniform appearance that looks professional and polished. Whether you’re touching up a scratch or performing a more extensive repaint, this product ensures no harsh lines or noticeable color differences.
Alloys Wheels Paint UK
For car enthusiasts looking to customize their vehicle's look, alloys wheels paint UK is the perfect solution. This paint is designed to be durable, providing a sleek, glossy finish that enhances the overall appearance of your wheels. The right wheel paint can make a significant difference in how your car looks, adding a touch of style and sophistication. Choose high-quality, weather-resistant paint that can handle road debris, moisture, and UV rays to keep your wheels looking new for longer.
Car Paint Aerosol Spray
Car paint aerosol spray is an easy-to-use, versatile solution for smaller touch-ups and quick fixes. Unlike traditional paint applications that might require more preparation, aerosol spray offers convenience and efficiency. It's perfect for those looking to cover minor scratches or touch up small areas without needing specialized equipment. With the right car paint aerosol spray, you can achieve a smooth and consistent finish, giving your car a fresh new look in no time.
Tips for Using Car Paint Solutions Effectively
To get the best results with these products, it’s important to follow a few best practices:
Preparation is Key: Clean the area to be painted thoroughly, removing any dirt, grease, or rust. Use sandpaper to create a smooth surface for optimal paint adhesion.
Use a Primer: Applying a primer can help the paint stick better and increase the longevity of the finish.
Multiple Thin Coats: Apply the paint in multiple thin coats rather than a single heavy one. This prevents drips and ensures even coverage.
Allow Proper Drying Time: Make sure to let each coat dry completely before applying the next one. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the recommended drying time.
Conclusion
Investing in quality brake caliper paint, paint blending solution aerosol, alloys wheels paint UK, and car paint aerosol spray can make a significant difference in your car’s appearance and durability. By selecting the right products and using them effectively, you can maintain the aesthetic appeal and value of your vehicle. When choosing paint solutions, always opt for reliable suppliers that offer high-performance products to ensure the best results for your car's needs.

MÓDULOS EXPOSICIÓN E HISTORIA
(Patrimonio blanco y cultura salinera)

Best Spray Painting: Mastering the Art of Precision and Efficiency
Understanding Spray Painting
Spray painting involves using a spray gun or aerosol can to apply paint in a fine mist. This method allows for even coverage, Best Spray Painting quick application, and a smooth finish, making it ideal for large surfaces or projects requiring a high level of detail. There are various types of spray painting techniques, including airless spray painting, HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure), and LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure). Each method has its advantages, depending on the project at hand.
Choosing the Right Equipment
The key to successful spray painting lies in selecting the right equipment. For beginners, aerosol spray cans are a good starting point due to their ease of use and availability. However, Best Spray Painting for larger projects or professional results, investing in a quality spray gun is essential.
Airless Spray Guns: Ideal for large surfaces like walls and ceilings, airless spray guns pump paint at high pressure, allowing for fast application. They are perfect for exterior painting and large indoor spaces.
HVLP Spray Guns: These are best for detailed work where precision is crucial, such as automotive painting or furniture refinishing. HVLP guns use a high volume of air at low pressure, Best Spray Painting resulting in less overspray and more control.
LVLP Spray Guns: These are a more efficient option, using less air to produce a soft, even spray. They are suitable for both large and small projects and are known for their ease of use.
Preparing for Spray Painting
Preparation is critical to achieving a flawless spray paint finish. Start by cleaning the surface thoroughly to remove any dirt, grease, or old paint. Sand the surface to create a smooth base and repair any imperfections, such as cracks or holes. If you’re working on a car or metal surface, Best Spray Painting using a primer is crucial to ensure the paint adheres properly and lasts longer.
Masking is another vital step in the preparation process. Use masking tape and plastic sheeting to protect areas that you don’t want to be painted. This step is particularly important when working on intricate projects or in spaces with multiple surfaces.
Spray Painting Techniques
Test the Spray Pattern: Before you begin, always test the spray pattern on a piece of cardboard or scrap material. This helps you adjust the spray gun settings and get a feel for the spray distance and pressure.
Maintain a Consistent Distance: Keep the spray gun or can at a consistent distance from the surface, usually between 6 to 12 inches. Moving too close can result in drips and uneven coverage, Best Spray Painting while being too far can cause a rough finish due to the paint drying mid-air.
Use Smooth, Even Strokes: Move the spray gun in smooth, even strokes, overlapping each pass slightly to ensure even coverage. Start spraying before the nozzle is directly over the surface and release the trigger after you’ve moved past the edge. This technique prevents concentrated paint buildup at the start and end of each pass.
Apply Multiple Thin Coats: It’s better to apply multiple thin coats rather than a single thick one. Thin coats dry faster, Best Spray Painting reduce the risk of drips, and provide a more durable finish. Allow each coat to dry according to the paint manufacturer’s recommendations before applying the next.
Watch for Drips and Runs: If you notice any drips or runs in the paint, address them immediately by lightly dabbing with a cloth or using fine-grit sandpaper once the paint is dry, then reapply the paint in that area.
Safety Considerations
Spray painting involves the use of chemicals and aerosols, so safety should be a top priority. Always work in a well-ventilated area or use a spray booth to prevent inhaling fumes. Wearing a respirator mask, safety goggles, and gloves is essential to protect yourself from harmful chemicals and paint particles.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance of your spray painting equipment will ensure its longevity and performance. After each use, clean the spray gun thoroughly by flushing it with the appropriate solvent. Disassemble the gun to clean the nozzle, needle, Best Spray Painting and other components. Regular maintenance not only extends the life of your equipment but also ensures consistent results in future projects.
Common Spray Painting Mistakes to Avoid
Overloading the Spray Gun: Filling the spray gun cup too full can cause spillage and uneven spray patterns. Always fill the cup according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Ignoring Weather Conditions: Temperature and humidity can affect how the paint dries. Avoid spray painting in extreme temperatures or high humidity, as this can lead to poor adhesion, blistering, or a dull finish.
Rushing the Drying Process: Patience is key in spray painting. Allowing each coat to dry completely before applying the next is crucial for a smooth and durable finish. Rushing the process can result in a tacky, uneven surface.
Not Using a Primer: Skipping the primer can lead to poor paint adhesion, especially on metal or glossy surfaces. Always prime the surface to create a strong bond between the paint and the material.
Best Practices for Specific Projects
Automotive Painting: When spray painting a car, preparation is everything. Sand the surface thoroughly, use a high-quality primer, and apply multiple thin coats of paint for a showroom finish. Use a clear coat to protect the paint and add a glossy shine.
Furniture Refinishing: For furniture, choose a spray paint designed for wood or metal, depending on the material. Sanding and priming are crucial steps, Best Spray Painting followed by multiple light coats to achieve a smooth finish. Consider using a sealant for added protection.
Home Exterior Painting: When painting exterior surfaces, opt for weather-resistant spray paint. Airless spray guns are ideal for covering large areas quickly. Ensure you work in suitable weather conditions to avoid issues with paint drying too quickly or unevenly.
Conclusion
Spray painting is an art that combines skill, precision, and the right tools to achieve professional results. Whether you’re painting a car, refinishing furniture, or tackling a home improvement project, following the best practices outlined in this guide will help you achieve a flawless, durable finish. Remember, preparation, Best Spray Painting technique, and patience are the cornerstones of successful spray painting. With the right approach, you can transform any surface into a masterpiece, making spray painting one of the most efficient and rewarding methods in the world of painting.

Safer and More Effective Methods

Their experience and effectiveness get the job done right the first time, saving you money, time and hassle in the long run. Your satisfaction and a fresh-smelling property are guaranteed.
The Deodorisation Process - How It Removes Odors for Good
Deodorisation is an effective process for eliminating unwanted odors in homes and commercial spaces. Professionals use industrial-strength deodorisers and scrubbers to fully remove odors at their source. ###The process begins with locating the source of the odor.
Technicians will do a thorough inspection of the area to pinpoint where the odor is originating from. This may involve using moisture detectors to identify any water damage that could be causing musty smells, or using specialized odor detection equipment to track the scent to its source.
Once the source has been found, the area is pre-treated. Technicians scrub, clean, and apply deodorizing agents to the location where the smell is strongest. They may scrub carpets, vents, baseboards, subfloors and other areas to lift the odor from surfaces before main treatment.
Main deodorization treatment is then applied. Powerful odor neutralizers, counteractants and enzymes are used to eliminate smells at a molecular level. These are applied in high concentrations, often as an aerosol spray, fog, or with scrubbers. The area is then sealed to allow the treatments to fully absorb and neutralize the odor over 12 to 48 hours.
A follow-up visit ensures the odor has been eradicated. Technicians will re-inspect the area to determine if any residual smells remain. Additional treatments are applied as needed until no odor can be detected. The area is then unsealed, allowing the space to be used as normal once again odor-free.
With professional deodorisation, even the toughest of smells can be removed completely and permanently. Homeowners and business owners can rest assured that their space will be fresh and odor-free for the long term.
