I'm new here, are your FT redesigns for a fic/comic you have or plan on making? Sorry, I just absolutely love the designs and how they come together ^^

Hello! The redesigns are really just for fun! Occasionally I'll make a little comic like I did with my "levy being angry and hating gajeel" idea, but outside of that I don't have plans for a full fairy tail rewrite.

Main reason is: in the future (hopefully within the next year) I'd like to properly start my own personal comic and any fairy tail redux would be a massive commitment that would take years to complete!

I do have ideas for one or two more mini comics if I can thumbnail them.

Columbo and the Knight (1984)

put me in the universe where Columbo ran through the 1980s and had a crossover episode with Knight Rider. I think they deserved it, and I am not just saying that because they're my two favorite Old Shows. @telebeast wrote a little fanfic blurb about it and I HAD to visualize it into a comic (which is also the longest comic I have finished thus far at five pages...), so writing credit goes to them.

Okay, can I gush about how much I enjoyed drawing this one scene? idk why, but it itches a spot in my brain. Something about Sam being way too tall for the shot and having the entire middle ground be essentially half a city. Sense of scale is always fun to play around with.

This comic has been a very fun way to implement my different interests.

This part is very inspired by my silly Godzilla obsession. LITERALLY. This one scene was heavily inspired by the Godzilla comic I'm reading :)

Also YES. Godzilla showed up in the OG Marvel Comic series and it's as cheesy and beautiful as you can imagine.

I have, and I did like it, but I dunno if I vibe with it as much as other people seem to do. TBF I've never loved the live action Sonic movies, they're decent enough but definitely not my favorite piece of Sonic media. That being said, this was probably my favorite out of the movies so far? They have improved a lot since the first one which is great to see.

One thing I think the movie did great was the action scenes, the coreography and animation was so fun and impactful and incredibly exciting to see! I also think the movie did a good job on selling us on Shadow's and Maria's friendship in a short period of time, that little montage of the two of them just doing a bunch of silly goofy shenanigans was really endearing. The wholesome innonsence of it all makes Maria's death hurt way more.

EXTRA spoiler, but arguably one of the things that made me the most excited in ghe movie was the post credit scene where Amy showed up LMAOOOO I've been waiting for her to show up. And I exepcted Metal Sonic to show up sooner or later in these movies, but I didn't expect a whole army of them haha but that seems like a fun idea.

I can't even trust my union's membership to show up to work sober, man. Half of them are currently salivating over the concept of the supreme court gutting OSHA. I don't think they're going to go for a revolutionary overthrow of capitalism and I don't think I'd trust them with it if they did

The funny thing about jason is that his logic is often extremely cop-like but he thinks he's exempt from thinking critically about his decisionmaking just because his identity is so far from a police officer. He's the fucking definition of "I could do it better" and all his good intentions rot immediately after he takes action. And I'm sure if you told him this he'd blow your brains out immediately.

That's exactly the point of comparison I was getting at. I'm so glad you expanded on it! There is SO much to Chew On with Mine and Kiryu--they were the subject of one of my first analyses (specifically in that I think there is more nuance to his view of Kiryu than jealousy, and even when isolating it down to the jealousy, there's more nuance to what he's jealous of than what many think). But you know, that was on Twitter in 2019, and it'd be fun to revisit without the character limit holding me back and with added context from what RGGO has put out since then.

AND... SPEAKING OF JO'S UPBRINGING... good lord the comic you posted Destroyed Me for what it is. The way he doesn't really know what to do (particularly because if he was crying that hard at that age, non-zero chance his father was the one who made him cry)... his lack of human experience... compounded with probably not knowing what's appropriate when it comes to interacting with "someone else's kid"... AND ALSO MASATO BEING TOO YOUNG FOR ANYTHING LESS THAN BEING COMFORTED SUCCESSFULLY TO MATTER... ouuughghghgh
