I just want the infamous Kate Sharma/Anthony Bridgerton tense scene [The S02 E04 one] but applied to Aziraphale and Crowley, like:

Imagine. Season 3.

Aziraphale has tried his best to become a ruthless Supreme Archangel (being heartbroken helping immensely) and has become so much so that even the Archangel Michael avoids getting in his way.

Aziraphale has convinced himself Crowley only wanted him to be the Demon who tempts away an Angel and that he never really cared for him.

He eventually returns to Earth to personally kickstart Second Coming and runs into Crowley in his old Bookshop he thought was abandoned.

He acts all cold and impossible to reach but Crowley tries to break his "armor" again.

[Okay, you inspired me so much I just HAD to write the whole thing. YOUR. FAULT. ENTIRELY.]

Aziraphale: *enters his Bookshop* *turns on only one led candelabrum**is surprised the place is not dusty*

Crowley: *arrives in a rush, ready to fight some mafia**freezes**acts cold* It's... you. What are you doing here, if I may ask, Supreme Archangel? *says his new title super sarcastically*

Aziraphale: *acts even colder* Why are you so surprised I'm here? This is my shop, after all.

Crowley: *paces intensely* When will you return back Up?

[They exchange a first angry/confused gaze.]

Crowley: Are you here for the Second Coming? Are you here to destroy the only place we've ever loved, Angel?

Aziraphale: Yes, that is exactly why I'm here and you do not get to call me that anymore.

Crowley: *angrily mumbles* I call you the Hell that I want. *confused* And you're now sure this is part of the Ineffable Plan? That this is approved? The world crashes down, and... the War starts?

Aziraphale: Why would that concern you? You always dwelled on going to Alpha Centauri anyway.

Crowley: Forget me for a second. How have they brainwashed you so much up there? Is this what you want? *insists louder**approaches* Is THIS what YOU want, Angel?

Aziraphale: *brief movement of recoil*

Crowley: *approaches anyway* Or is it about me? Are you mad at me?

Aziraphale: *angry but his voice starts to tremble* Not everything is about you, Crowley!

Crowley: Tell me what happened, then! What did they do to you? What did I do for a whole planet to be destroyed as punishment?

Aziraphale: *muster all the coldness he can* Because... *eventually snaps* You kissed me! A demon! You kissed me, tempting me away from my real mission! If you would ever have accepted me for who I was, you would never have done that, you would just have let me leave!

Crowley: *snaps as well* You do realize I could say the same about you, right?!

Aziraphale: What? What did I ever do to you?!

Crowley: You... *approaches a bit more* You tried to make me an Angel again! Without my consent. Without ever realizing that is the last thing I would ever want for myself... And somehow, you hate ME for it. *ends with gritted teeth*

Aziraphale: *feels guilty in a closeted drawer of his mind**Still proceeds to answer angrily* You know what? I do. I hate you. You're a Demon, Crowley, we're on opposite sides, how many times will I have to tell you that before you finally grasp it?

[And then, the atmosphere suddenly shifts as Crowley makes two more steps with a new expression on his face.]

[Also, let's keep the Moulin Rouge-sounding violins in the back, I love them.]

Crowley: You're right, Angel. I am a Demon. *makes another two steps*

Aziraphale: *tries to stay cold* And we are... on opposite sides.

Crowley: And we are *only staring at Aziraphale's lips now* *whispers* on opposite sides...

[Silence. Crowley approaches further.]

Aziraphale: *struggles to breathe* D-don't... consider... doing that... again...

Crowley: *seductive/angsty voice* Say you do not care for me anymore.

Aziraphale: *closes his eyes in almost total reddition**Still tries to fight it anyway**heart racing*

[Both are temple to temple now, almost lips to lips as well]

Crowley: *calculately whispers right between Aziraphale's ear and neck so he can feel his breath* Tell me you feel nothing and I will walk away.

Aziraphale: I... I feel... *tries to evacuate but brings himself back to him**cannot say it*

Crowley: Yeah... *closing the last distance between them**victorious smile* That's what I thought, Supreme Archangel. *takes Aziraphale by the back of his neck and kisses him*

Aziraphale: *resists for less than a tenth of a second**gives in passionately*

Kisses I want between Crowley and? Aziraphale in Season 3:

1. When they see each other again for the first time since the end of Season 2, Aziraphale just plants one on Crowley, Doctor Who/Rose Tyler style:

2. Mid-battle, Aziraphale and Crowley fighting back to back and we get one like this:

3. After kissing, Crowley throws out a cheeky, "Wait a minute. Angels don't kiss like that." And Aziraphale responds with, "Oh, yes, they fucking do."

i hope y'all are doing well. didn't plan on posting a fic for a while, but this one has been growing in my head non-stop for two days, so here we are! i hope you aren't tired of post-season 2 angst just yet because that's what this is. big surprise, i know.

drunk crowley is always a joy to write, he does have a tendency to get rather dramatic and overly emotional; absolutely lovely. if you're wondering about the angel phones—they work exactly the way crowley and aziraphale think they do, as most of their belongings.

Summary:

There are many things Crowley could have done once he returned to a cold, empty flat with a broken heart and the desire to get absolutely wasted, like taking a century-long nap or watching Golden Girls re-runs until he eventually passes out on his sofa. Instead, after several bottles of wine, he picks up the phone and calls the only & last person he ever wants to talk to.

I mean. We basically got Checkov's Resurrection when they introduced the Lazuli system in season 2.

Also, Aziraphale not being able to ressurrect Wee Morag puts doubt into our heads. 'Oh no! Aziraphale can't raise anyone from the dead!' It raises the stakes.

It's basically the perfect foreshadowing for Aziraphale to revive Crowley. Most likely while cradling dead Crowley in his lap. Either saying something like "I love you" or "Don't go where I can't follow." Or with a kiss. That would be nice.

I'm calling it right now, using my one and only super power:

An Useless English Degree!

I think S3 could get away with the cliche "One of the protagonists is dead but resurrects with the power of love" because God and miracles exist, is biblically canon to the point that they have a measurement system based on that. I know people usually don't like that because it might invalidates previous events and sometimes is played like a cheap trick to scare the audience like "Sike! I'm alright again!" But if they decided to do that I hope they would execute it.

I’ve seen it done in fics and it could definitely work! With a little aziraphale cradling crowley pieta moment 100%

Wow, you really want to know my opinion on the staff

28. Opinion on Geoff?

I started watching RT content through RvB, so I’ve always had a soft spot for Geoff. I’m super proud of him going sober after years of drinking while working at a company where there’s alcohol everywhere. I miss him in content, but he’s busy doing other bigger productions and I’m happy for him.

29. Opinion on Jack?

The other dad of AH. He’s always been the one to surprise me with a quick joke he said in the background of a conversation. I also love his interactions with Fiona with him going completely into dad mode, teaching her different pop culture things from his time.

30. Opinion on Ryan?

He’s a giant dork and I enjoy him very much in videos. A quick scroll through my tag of him will quickly reveal that I like the man.

31. Opinion on Gavin?

Gavvy’s great. He’s like the universal AH member where he can play off of every member in the group. He’s a very bright man, but also has the most asinine questions and what ifs that make great content.

32. Opinion on Michael?

Michael’s evolution from when he started AH to now is always something that warms my heart. From the angry Jersey boy that was fine with being single and playing his video games to a mild mannered, dotting, father of two. People always complain that they miss Rage Quit, but I enjoy this Michael more. He’s somehow become more mature and at the same time, way more feral (Lindsay’s influence I guess).

33. Opinion on Jeremy?

I love Jeremy with the deepest parts of my heart. Seeing him in videos always brings a smile to my face. He’s super talented and a god damn renaissance man (artist, lyricist, writer, composer, musician). I have no clue how he gets all this done between work and streaming, but he makes it work (by not sleeping much if his twitter is any indication). I want to be a man like him (or have a man like him in my life).

34. Opinion on Lindsay?

The most consistently funny person in the whole office. I will not argue this point, it is a fact. She’s a sweetheart, but doesn’t pull her punches with the boys. Also her uncontained chaos she can bring is wonderful. You can never know what you will get. 

35. Opinion on Matt?

A wonderful, positive boy that gets more shit than he deserves. Protect him from the myattballs

36. Opinion on Trevor?

Conflicted and that’s all I’m going to say 37. Opinion on Alfredo?

A goddamn breath of fresh air. Someone that’s good at video games in a Let’s Play channel (revolutionary right?!). Watching him pick off the cast one by one in TTT or him struggling to do basic tasks in Minecraft is always fun to watch. Also, just having someone on color on the staff is just nice, especially for the while before Fiona came on.

38. Opinion on Fiona?

Baby, but she will cut you. She’s really found a place in the staff and really brought something new to the videos. She perpetually makes me feel old whenever she references a new trend, even though she’s a month older than me!
