My gay best friend Alain has a lesbian girlfriend who identifies as butch. I swear she is the spitting image of Justin Bieber—I hear Justin gets that a lot, being confused for butch. Tiara was skimming Vogue.com and saw a post about Justin’s stylist partnering with Hanes after making a longer t-shirt for Justin using the company’s shirts out of Kmart. There was so much wrong in everything Tiara read aloud that I had to think about meditating. . The shirts are offered in “white.” I asked Tiara if they meant towel or wall, which we all know are 2017’s white. She said no, just white. I felt the earth’s energy shift. . The inaugural shirt is “The Original,” but I don’t know if that means original butch or original stone butch. (This is Justin we’re talking about.) There were some other styles offered for sale, but nothing named lipstick, chapstick, boi, hasbian, or baby dyke. Who is Justin’s demographic in this product marketing? . What unraveled my dreamcatcher was the price for these shirts: $30. Tiara said Justin found Jesus again so, maybe the shirts are meant to be charitable. Why not just rip money right out of the arms of the Olsen Twins? And after they worked so hard on a Wesler cotton tee shirt for ten times the price. I suppose you identify as something other than original butch in a tee shirt from the twins. Maybe bourgeoise lipstick? Nutrien Enters into Binding Agreement to Acquire Ruralco

ALL AMOUNTS ARE STATED IN AUD (A$)

SASKATOON, Saskatchewan — Nutrien Ltd. (TSX and NYSE: NTR) (Nutrien) announced today that it has entered into a binding agreement with Ruralco Holdings Limited. (ASX: RHL) (Ruralco) to acquire all the shares of Ruralco at a price of A$4.40 per share.

“The combination of our Landmark operations with Ruralco in Australia is expected to provide significant benefits for all stakeholders including delivering excellent value for both Ruralco and Nutrien shareholders. The acquisition is anticipated to be immediately accretive to Nutrien and is expected to have a post-synergy EBITDA multiple of 5.6 based on 2018 results,” stated Nutrien President and CEO Chuck Magro.

The head of Landmark, Rob Clayton, commented that, “The combined business will further strengthen the service and innovation that Landmark delivers to Australian growers. With an outstanding team across Australia and access to Nutrien’s expertise, we will provide enhanced solutions and greater value to help Australian growers in an increasingly competitive global market.”

The Nutrien transaction is to be executed via a scheme of arrangement under Australian law and is subject to customary conditions precedent in transactions of this type, including Ruralco shareholder approval and regulatory approval from the Australia Competition and Consumer Commission and the Australian Foreign Investment Review Board.

Ruralco has 105,052,247 ordinary shares outstanding and 1,449,648 outstanding performance rights, share rights and matched shares that will vest prior to the record date resulting in a purchase price of A$469 million.

Ruralco is a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: RHL) which is available at the ASX website www.asx.com.

S'ya yung tisher ko sa drums. Lagi siyang effort magturo kahit di ako sumusunod. MedyoBadGirl. Pero mabait 'to, Di mo lang alam pero You're the one who gave me all the reasons to keep on beating. Charaught lang, sana wag mo 'to makita forever. Hahaha.

Super crush ko talaga yung nagututuro sakin ng drums ngayon.

So, hindi ko alam kung bakit. Hindi siya gwapo. Alam niyo naman ako, parang lalaki, virtual creation, ang bilis ma-attract sa pogi, pero siya. Iba ehh. Pero cute siya. Basta para sakin cute siya. 22 years old na siya, pero I believe age doesn't matter. (Charot lang).

So, he's so magaling in drums as in, wow. Yung fact na siya lang mismo nag-aral sa sarili nya kung pano mag drums, na-amazed ako lalo. And super galing niya magturo. As in magaling sa hawak pa lang ng sticks as in pati pitik ng daliri ko tinatama niya. And yung super mabait siyang magturo, patient, nakaka-motivate. Nice sya ng nice pag nakukuha ko na yung beat. AS in wow siya. Wala akong masabi. Kuya ko lang siya nung una pero ngayon, kinikilig ako wehhh. Syempre may time na hahawakan niya yung kamay ko para matama 'yun, nung una wala lang sakin. Kaso habang tumatagal, mygaaad na, kinikilig ako lol.

And dahil naging magaling daw akong estudyante, nilibre niya ko ice cream kahapon. Nasa iisang church lang pala kami at drummer namin siya. =) Sabi niya, palitan ko na daw siya. Pero that's impossible kasi tingin ko hindi ko magagawa yung level na meron siya, pero sabi niya mas mabilis pa daw akong matuto kesa sakanya. So kilig naman ako.
