Glazed bricks depicting a Persian archer, dating back to around 510 BCE, from the city of Susa in the Achaemenid Empire. This glazed brick bas-relief style was perfected in Babylon, and even the Foundation Charter of the Susa palace states that the baked bricks at the palace were the work of the Babylonians. Louvre Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

man city is owned by the Abu Dhabi united group.
the Abu Dhabi united group is owned by Sheikh Mansour of the UAE royal family, who is also the vice president of the UAE.
the UAE government has provided extensive financial and military support to the Rapid Support Forces, a military force in Sudan who has committed crimes against humanity against the Sudanese people.
it has gotten so bad that hundreds of Sudanese women are committing mass suicide to escape being raped and murdered by RSF soldiers. every week, there are new stories of tens or hundreds of innocent people killed in cold blood by RSF forces.
the RSF has blood on their hands. the UAE has blood on their hands. The Abu Dhabi united group have blood on their hands.
man city as an institution, in their attempts at sportswashing the war crimes and atrocities committed against the people of Sudan under the direct support of their owners, and the Premier League, UEFA & FIFA, for allowing such ownership, have blood on their hands.
don’t you dare ever say it’s “just football”— the murdered, raped, and forever traumatized innocent children of Sudan would beg to differ.

HEAVY SPRING RAINS BRING MASSIVE FLOODING TO THE UAE
📹 Scenes from Dubai International Airport, where flights have been diverted to Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi following intense flooding resulting from a tropical depression which dumped more rain over the previous 24-hours than has ever been recorded in the UAE.
According to local reporting, the National Center of Meteorology for the UAE announced that the effects of the depression has finally receded after dumping more than 100ml (over 6in) of rain in less than 24-hours for the first time in the country's history, resulting in flooding that saw multiple feet of water filling the streets of Dubai.
