i kind of like how we were only ever shown two requiem stands outside of spin-off material and how both of them are so fucked up not just in terms of their power but also in how independent they are. silver chariot becomes fully automatic and out of anyone's control. gold experience has a sentience separate from giorno to the point giorno does not know the full extend of its abilities, while the stand is very aware of them, and it could easily disregard giorno's input and act on its own accord. it is an unfortunately small sample size of course but it has me entertaining the idea of requiem stands as inherently sentient and independent operators that have the ability to choose whether to obey their users' whims or not, effectively blurring the line between stands and humans further than regular sentient stands and honing in on the nature of stands and what even separates them from humans when you go far enough
