We've talked a lot about how Alastor had a breakdown because he almost died. But the objectively worse thing is: Vox has that shit on camera.

If he decides to put the footage on tv, Alastor's reputation is probably fucked. Yes, it's not surprising that an overlord lost against Adam, but... There was always a mystery surrounding Alastor and his sudden rise to the top, no one knew how powerful he was, he might have seemed invincible. All of this would be gone.

If Vox decides to keep it to himself for now... he can use it as a bargaining chip. And i think this would lead to some interesting interactions/ dynamic between them. Until now, Alastor has always won their battles - but what happens if Vox gains the upper hand??

I'll write a proper post once I've cooled down but given the argument I just had with my boss, who's blatantly pressuring me to resign, underhanded financial blackmail included, I'm definitely going to open whatever commissions I can get.

I'm looking for new job prospects while also trying to get enough proof of their shady methods to drag their ass into a legal mud race, but in the meantime said shady methods will in fact work and get me seriously broke.
