Get comfy and reread with me the finale of the Il Mheg arc and the intro of a certain loser.

First off, I wanna emphasize how important this arc’s for Vivi. Had he not liked Il Mheg in general and Feo Ul in particular, the rest of the story would play out very differently, and not in favor of the sundered. His initial positive impression of the First is pretty much the only thing that saves it.

We've reached a high, physically and emotionally. You know what that means, as per the shb rollercoaster rule :>

Re: distant nightmare, I’ll let you in on a secret, or a third party perspective if you will. Vivi's full of shit, he's too focused on the big picture. He’s narrating this whole story, but his perspective is, well, just that.

Initially this was Vivi's inner monologue, then I thought that I should just let them talk, and it wrote itself.

Drawing a buncha vivi-lookalikes that act soooooorta but not really like him, just slightly off, was a surprisingly fun exercise.

Luckily for Thancred, though, he sniffs out the pixie magic, and knows better than indulging them.

This here’s an example of a moment where I’m uncertain if I’m being too subtle and if this flies over some readers’ heads. He refers to Alisaie’s “job” of dragging Vivi back to msq, which she recently started lowkey dreading (episodes 32-33)

...Though she goes back to her “duty” in episode 43.

She's pointedly SILENT throughout the episode, doing her best to hold back.

Thancred's a man who can say no to begging dogs.

Gridania mention! Vivi’s gridanian! He never speaks ill of the elementals, he's wary of them even a world apart.

This pixie's life is something Feo Ul's willing to sacrifice. Episodes 42-43 tell this story in reverse order, yes this’s the pixie that was supposed to agree with Thancred and go with the Scions to the Crystarium.

As to why there’s a dozen of vivis popping up as a backup: they needed just one fake Vivi to go with the Scions, but try organizing the pixies. Their plan’s already failed when this first pixie-Vivi refused to play their part.

“Yeah no, our guy’s special, but not as special as to explode in confetti”

I love his first ingame appearance in that Varis cutscene, this moment has similar energy: barely enters the stage, instantly gets impaled on a long object. This’s not foreshadowing, no, why would you think that-

The “camera” is perfectly still, there’s even some symmetry, demonstrating how calm and prepared Emet is. He didn’t expect much and he’s still disappointed.

This’s a super old comic. I spent the first half of 2022 testing and trying to find a style for Fragments, back then I had no plans, none, zero, absolutely no interest to give Emet a role bigger than a mention. The earliest version of the script had very few Emet scenes, which, looking back on it, was gonna be a disservice to his character. Well, that changed rapidly in late 2023 when I fell for him so hard that I broke my neck, and now I look back on a lot of what I did with Vivi with new eyes. THE EYEROLL. After spending two years developing a guy for a fun wolgraha chemistry (at the same time I was perfectly aware that Exarch and Emet are foils. I made a foil for Exarch, what on earth did I expect-), I’m going through a mindblow after mindblow as I realize HOW GOOD VIVI IS FOR EMET (and vice versa ofc) and how many things they have in common. This wasn’t always the case, Vivi just gradually got more cynical, tired, ✨grey✨ and everything else that makes a guy consider hitting it with The Other Old Man.

They’re off to a great start.

From Emet’s pov, this must really hurt, as in how many other shards of Azem might’ve snarled at him like this. Even though he must be numb to it by now, who says that there isn’t the tiniest flicker of hope when he approaches yet another not-Azem. He may deny and hate and try to snuff out that spark, but the fatal Soulmate Magnet keeps doing its thing.

Parallels to episode 2.

Apparently, Vivi’s first reaction to encountering his to-be-most-prominent boyfriends is to attack them somehow.

This’s really, REALLY dumb of him, and he even comments on it shortly after. But yes, his isekai tale in the First was rather pleasant just until now, and it lulled him into the false sense of security. OF COURSE there are ascians everywhere, not just on the Source. Vivi just forgor.

Emet tests Vivi's reactions to insults/being treated as a lesser, silliness, flirt.

I regret to inform you that both Vivi and Alisaie have been disarmed so easily. The tone quickly shifts, the weapon’s lowered.

Alisaie makes bad puns/jokes in canon, I thought it'd fit if she laughed at that kinda jokes too, and in the least fitting situations, to top it off. Alphinaud’s disappointed, even if he can hardly be called an expert in humor.

“It’s up to you”. Emet stops fooling around, assuming a more serious tone. He may not respect Vivi or his agency here, but he provides him with a choice that's guaranteed to give him some trust points, and uses "we" for an illusion of unity/equality, a not really subtle nudge towards cooperation, it's not me vs you anymore, it's "us".

Whether Vivi picks up on the manipulation or not remains to be seen, but Emet gets his way here.

Forgive me this lil tangent, but I’m so giddy and excited to write Emet. If Exarch’s decently emotionally intelligent but still obtuse at times, Vivi’s a tier or two above him, he’s not a stranger to manipulation, he registers it being used on him, and doesn’t hesitate to use it too when it suits his fancy. He's quite good at people-ing. Emet, though, Emet’s THE emotional intelligence personified. He’s had literal thousands of years to practice, he leaves everyone else in the dust in this regard. It’s daunting but so exciting to write him, I hope to do him justice.

Man. I'm guilty of enjoying drawing Vivi in genuine distress. He’s so fun when he’s agitated.

Hidden Angst Time! It's all hehe haha until you realize that this might be a product of the hectic wol lifestyle forcing him to speedrun his emotions like this. Either speedrun, or be left with no opportunity to process them at all.

Also, the sandwiches! The framing’s deliberate, they’re on the foreground all the time, and Vivi only notices them in the very last panel.

I! Love! This! Face!!!!!! A rare neutral, relaxed, thoughtful face, he isn't performing for anyone here.

The fact that a guy that Vivi had briefly considered as partner material shut himself away in the Crystal Tower for what could be the rest of his life has stuck with Vivi for good. Or should I say for bad. He might not necessarily care about ARRRaha, still it upsets him that he kissed someone who practically killed himself some days later.

I recently talked a lil more about the Bitchless Liar. This’s how Vivi remembers him forever, take it or leave it. But hey, this cool Exarch guy has big balls probably <- in-universe hc \o/

This episode taught me to draw BREAD.

Even though Exarch’s been nothing but sweet so far, one thing’s to acknowledge a fact with your brain, another thing’s to wrestle with your trauma and paranoia that have all rights to exist and fester. Ever since HW Vivi doesn’t accept food and drinks from anyone except the few trusted sources. This isn’t really covered in this episode, but hopefully hinted at just enough.

He takes a leap of faith. Or maybe he’s simply sick and tired of living Like This. Maybe sandwiches kill him, and he doesn’t really mind. And, when they don’t, he goes through a visible shift in attitude towards Exarch, as we’re able to see in the following episodes.

So what are the Nocturnal Hunters Guild AU version of the NDA gang like besides Yakou (unless you want to talk about post-exile Yakou as well)?

I'll give some tidbits on the guild members, which includes the train group since they live in this AU! Well, all except for Zilch technically. There's only one Zilch in this AU and that's Yomi's right hand man. All the hunters were brought in overseas from other continents to aid Yakou with the growing Qurio-infested monster problem spreading across Amaterasu Kingdom and its surrounding territories, threatening to destroy the entire continent's ecosystem.

Yuma is a brand new hunter accepted onto the guild after losing his memories due to the Rampage a few years prior. Despite his inexperience, he's proven himself to be a reliable ally that works best in teams to provide support, even if it just leads him to becoming bait.

Aphex grew up in a family of highly renowned researchers, but after the Rampage tore their home apart, he barely escaped as the sole survivor, his parents savagely mauled by monsters. After those horrid events, he trained in the great sword and hunts to avenge his parents' untimely deaths. Enjoying the thrill of the hunt and unafraid to train his fellow hunters the hard way, he finds a new place to call home in the guild.

Zange is a retired commander of Amaterasu Kingdom's calvary, kicked out after he expressed distaste for the new ruthless rulers. He specializes in the lance. Despite his age, he still can be a heavy-hitter, since his wisdom from running the guard never faded.

Pucci is a quiet handler who surveys the biome for danger before hunters are sent out on missions. Her work is underappreciated by the majority, but she doesn't care much for any attention put on her.

Melami is a smithy focused on her talent for creating armor sure to catch the eye of any hunter. However, rumor has it her creations are haunted by the spirits of dead monsters, bringing out fierce tempers from anyone who wears them.

Halara has a knack for remembering a monster’s past attacks in order to predict them during a hunt. They require a high price for their assistance with quests, but they're still greatly sought after. However, they’re prone to losing their calm composure and get embarrassed when they're being out-performed by other hunters.

Desuhiko can be a little in over his head with his ceaseless yearning for fame and glory as a legendary hunter, so he's got a long way to go. Some argue he's a better hunting horn player than a hunter. Nobody can complain about his hearty buffs to the team, though.

Fubuki belongs to an upstanding family of blacksmiths who are well known for their ornate designs in armor and weaponry. Fubuki longs for a life of adventure, so she goes out on hunts frequently to test out her skills with her light bowgun made just for her. She tends to mistake monsters for many different things which can get her in troubling situations, but she's swift to slip out of a monster's grasp.

No one believes Vivia to be a good hunter due to him being constantly tired. On the contrary, he's got an eagle eye for weak points in monsters since he performs autopsies on monsters and memorizes the most common causes of death from weapon wounds. However, he's one of the few hunters who despises hunting unless there's no other option. He sympathizes with these beautifully dangerous beasts, which many hunters don't quite understand.

Before exile, Yakou worked as a quest receptionist who secretly ventured on hunts to carry out unwanted quests. Some of his experience as a receptionist still shows when handing out assignments to the hunters in his guild. He can be pretty picky about who goes out on what quests, which usually leads to none of his advice being followed by the more rambunctious adults. He prefers not to pick fights with the kingdom and remain in hiding, but there's an ache to restore the kingdom to its true former glory that never fades.

As for Poppy, yes yes! Its because she's been around for so long. It used to watch her sleep through her window when she was a child. Well it did, until she made a habit of closing the curtains every night.. I can also imagine that Poppy helped paint Home and what not. Which furthered Homes interest in her :00

As for the FNAF stuff, it was mostly meant to just be a joke, yes. <XD But I did have some thought/structure behind it! :)) The other animatronics might react similarly to Foxy when they overheat. Getting ramblely and disoriented.. eventually just shutting down. But Foxy is particularly vulnerable to heat-

Foxy moves a lot more than the others do. So he's built up a lot more wear and tear than they have. This also means that even though he's missing a lot of his shell all over his body, he still overheats quite frequently..

In that scene, I imagined that Freddy and the gang had preformed a show that day. So Foxy did his friends a solid by pointing the only fan they had towards them..

Unfortunately everyone was too hot and tired to remember that duh, Foxy's internal cooling is shot :x its okay though they were reminded some minutes later when he started rambling about pickles.. <XD

Since Barnaby's gotten involved, he's been spending more and more nights at Barnaby's' house.. Home knows that if it comes on too strongly, Wally might just up and leave. So for now it lays low and doesn't lock him inside..

In that comic I was going to show Ingo and Emmet's first close encounter with a Tarr.. Ingo wasn't there to protect Emmet..

Emmet was fine in the end and ultimately his injuries were minor. Ingo did a great job taking charge and comforting Emmet in the aftermath. So Emmet was mostly mentally ok. But Ingo took this whole situation really hard.. thinking that Emmet almost died today. And Ingo wasn't even there.. it was awful..

Usually Ingo covers up his feelings for Emmet's sake. But this time he couldn't help but just break down in tears. Coming in after Emmet had already fallen asleep and just scoping him up in a tight hug. Emmet was tired and it wasn't great to have woken him up.. but at this point hearing Emmet's voice might have been the only thing that could soothe Ingo..

Also yeah, <XD I'm glad/sad to hear someone relates to my struggles! <XDD I got to the battle scene and lost a lotta steam. 😞 although these angsty paragraphs reminds me of why brainstormed this comic in the first place! :00 Perhaps I'll finish it someday! :}}

Or, if Barnaby stepped on it, Wally would spend a day or two at Barnaby's house to help him with chores. Since he can't walk now <XD What a backfire Home!

I can see home being able to move almost its entire body for short intervals. Kind'a like focusing and tensing your entire body all at once. But if it wants to make significant movements it can only move little bits at a time.

As for the lock, it cant meld or change the shape of the lock. But it can turn the inside of the lock so that a key wont go in. Effectively making you unable to unlock it. And yes! Home can lock all the doors and windows that are apart of it >:)

I was envisioning less of a child with a toy and more like... a scientist with their experiment..?

Home is very curious about Wally and is kind'a experimenting with him. Seeing how long it can stare at him before he wakes up. When he wakes up, what's the first thing he does? How will Wally react to certain creaks and groans of the floor boards?

Although it is a little closer to the child thing when it comes to Barnaby. Home doesn't like Barnaby because he's looking out for Wally prying into this situation, And he keeps offering his home as a safe heaven taking Wally away for days at a time. He's messing with its experiment....

I've considered an interaction where the two of them wind up in the same area and start to chat. They joke back and fourth and generally have a nice conversation. At this point Eddie starts to feel bad and apologizes for always avoiding small talk with Wally..

He explains that after his little freak out at the Christmas party, he's always just felt uneasy whenever he would pass by Wally's house. He then says,

"I might sound crazy here, but it always feels like I'm being watched by somethin, haha!.. <XD"

That's when Wally would pause and his tone would shift drastically. With fear in his eyes he replies,

"...You feel it too?"

This would change their dynamic entirely. They'd now see each other as a victim to the same weird anxiety. Finally someone understands what they're feeling..

The only thing keeping me from doing this though, is that if Wally knew that someone else felt that way, it would make his anxiety a lot more real. I kind'a wanna keep this whole stalking situation in Wally's head. Which is why he hasn't just up and moved in with Barnaby.

If he thinks he is the only one experiencing this "being watched" feeling.. then he'll be more likely to tell himself its not real and stay with Home.

Other than this potential interaction, I actually don't really have any current plans for them to grow closer <:( 💔

Absolutely!! I've noticed this only recently, but whenever I write for Malleus my style becomes so flowery and poetic. My hope is that it feels Victorian in essence, but I'm happy as long as it has elegance!

I think the same can be said when certain themes are attached to characters. If it's Rollo I'm writing for, you can expect plenty of religious symbolisms and references. If it's Floyd, there is a lot of deeper meanings hidden within informality. Floyd actually helped me write better dialogue (especially his own dialogue, as it's so distinct and very different from what I normally write). Thank you to Floyb for helping me step out of the rigid confines of dialogue I once trapped myself in. <3

As The Years Pass By: A fic currently in the process of being rewritten/reworked but still chock full of next-gen Dragons Rising goodness! And it stars the one, the only, Jenna and Ethan from @rainofthetwilight!!!! This fic made me fall in love with her characters and I've loved reading/seeing/drawing these two adorable kids ever since!!!!

Dad!Jay AU by @taddymason: An AU so good I'm still catching up on reading it bit by bit to savor it for longer *-*)9 All the stories in this series are worth the read alone for the accumulation of taddy's character Kaida (a girl who needs no introduction–she's that awesome guys, trust me) but also the eventual father-daughter bond with amnesiac!Jay that is gripping and engaging aaaaall the wall through!!

I Carve This Poem From the Harshest of Storms: Another I'm not caught up with YET (a running theme for this Fic Week, it seems hgfhgfdfgds i'm sorry I'm slow and have a short-attention span). It follow two fascinating peeps in The Administration following The Merge, and without giving too much away, @theartsyswissapple ‘s voices for the characters just POP and make them feel SO real and it's been intriguing to read so far so yeah others should give it a try too!!!

What it Takes for You to See Me: A Spinjitzu bros story with added FSM and Mystake goodness too!!! This is one I've just started reading myself, but you know I love some throwbacks to Wu and Garmadon's past! And the OC here, @marhan-writes-n-draws's Amka, fits into the setting like a glove!!

Honeycomb: Gotta give a shoutout to @miqotepotatoe's Lucy while I'm here too!! Some short, sweet snippets of the Ninja Team's best (and most yellow) cheerleader!! I love her dynamic with everyone, and especially Cole <3

The Space Between Us: A very deep and heart-wrenching introspective into @k1ngtok's characters Lynda and Jamie, Master(s) of Space. It's story about siblings and bonds at its core, but also be mindful of tag of you're looking to dig deeper! (it also takes place in legacyverse technically but that's neither here or there I promise)

Flowery Language Another super funny and endearing story by King following Jesse (hey it's my boy!!) and Antonia on the case to discover who's been leaving flowers in Jesse's locker (spoiler: it's not Cole lmao). It's actually a semi-sequel to this old thing *I* wrote however long ago, but thaaaat's not required reading (though it does help). Can we please talk about how cool it was that we got to see a lesbian flag sticker in the scrapbook in Thanks to Them? 

The fact that we saw so many bi flags and rainbows was awesome. Having the main character not only be bi and come out with a drawing that says “Hi! I’m Bi!” in huge letters with a bi flag is huge for Disney. And then seeing Luz with a bi pin and Camila with a rainbow one was awesome.

But since homophobia doesn’t exist in the Boiling Isles, I wasn’t too sure if we would see any lesbian pride stuff for Amity. Coming out was Luz’s moment as Amity never had to because where she lives, queer people are accepted by everyone. 

So that makes me think that Luz and Amity had a convo that made them realize that Amity is a lesbian and so Luz included the lesbian sticker in the scrapbook for her. They’re both such good girlfriends. I love them so much.

Also. The Nonbinary nails!!!! And Masha’s name tag with their pronouns!!! AAAAAA

Uhm uhm first off, thank you so much I can't rlly put into words how sweet this is and I totally don't mind the rambles because me too. And also because its been YEARS since I last used Tumblr or did anything answering Ask is a bit tough for me.. MmMM

Although I don't have many HC at the moment.. I can however give you a little insight I have regarding my Human DCA :]

Moondrop (Moon) and Sundrop

- when I first designed Moon (after the game came out) he had a much wilder look to him, especially the face because I was really into the idea of him being simply insane hence the red.

- later when i got back to his design and adding colours I thought that it would be fun to make it Blue and white themed, which I actually didn't see a lot back then

- he wasn't supposed to look human even as a Humanoid, I liked to think that Sun & Moon simply had a renovated body. They are just as much Animatronics as they had always been, robotic parts and everything but with a bit of twist

- So then onto Sun.. the thing is its sad to say but I never explored much with Sun's design back then as much as I did with Moon, so I can't provide a good reference

- although I had a rough idea of how sun would look like I never quite liked the way I drew him, so he's always somewhat been stuck in this unfinished stage

- Then there was eclipse, who was my absolute FAVORITE at that time, I don't think I loved a character MORE THAN ECLIPSE EVER when I was drawing him out

- yes!! It was very much inspired by the 3D render shown here as the ref, though I did make some changes of my own to the design as well

- I had a lot in my head when I was drawing him, but the one thing that I loved most about this design still to thisq day is rhe face. The way I him to look back then was sort of a mix between my Sun and Moon designs, only leaning more towards Sun in colours and Moon in appearance with the crazed look in his eyes

The height was just a funny little thing I thought of, cuz imagine this giant fkn ahh robot just comes in here and picks you up 💀 god I would piss myself

So in regards to the new design, I did kind of get rid of the animatronic feel to him that I had done with the DCA and his old design, all of them now look a whole lot more Human which is what I intended for

Eclipse has a few scars around his body; right forearm, left side of his torso that leads all the way up to his chest. Plus a bit of his face that is burnt which you can't exactly see because of the Black spots

Overall I like my newer designs quite a lot and has also changed a lot, this is probably the most insight you'll get out of me abt my art 😭😭 cuz I don't usually ramble this much otherwise

I might come up with some head canons at a later date, but they'll be fun thats for sure ;)

This guy is a sneaky wizard, and although he is described as shady he has a good heart.. I guess-

Will probably make and request you his food, and if you pull through for him that would leave him giddy and you dead(most likely)

Probably to avoid this; you'll try to bake with him as much as you can. Teaching him properly on how to make good food, yk? He'll enjoy the company and won't catch onto you trying to save everyone's life-

A side from food, if you are an average human, he'd love to teach you so much about magic!! If theres one thing he's skilled at, it would be that.

Probably would teach you simple tricks for protection against demons in the Devildom, or even simple things to get you through the day.

He would also love to have movie nights whenever the two of you are free, Asmo may or may not tag along out of no where to give you two a complete set of face masks, skin care products, fluffy socks or even slippers, and snacks for you both to share.

Simeon;

The. Sweetest. Dating. Partner. On. Earth.

And in the Devildom or Celestial Realm..

Either way, he'd be the sweetest. He is that type of boyfriend to always check up on you, as well as your mental health, and will do anything you ask of him on way or another.

You two, when you're both free, would go on cliche dates. This could be going to the movies, a fancy restaurant, arcades, or simple days out the both of you can enjoy each others company.

Or if you two aren't feeling going classy, you both usually just look after Luke to feel like a complete family. Luke will notice the close loving nature of you both, and feels appreciated at the fact you're including him in some sort of way. He may even call you Mum/Dad accidentally at some point-

Simeon, as well, from time to time will gift you with expensive gifts. These would be rare, but be as pretty as a specifically enchanted ring with some sort of benefit, or if you have any particular interest in something he will do all the give it to you!

Diavolo;

As Prince of literal Hell, he won't have a lot of free time to spend with you. He'll have a lot of paperwork 24/7, and events to attend or arrange.

But you know damn well he'll somehow escape the eye of Barbatos to sneak out and spend time with you, and would probably enjoy every moment on it.

Although, apart from that, his love language has some sort of take on gifts. He loves spending money on whatever you fancy on doing or what you want without a problem. He will buy you many outfits for any events you two will attend, even down to any powerful objects lost in time you're so desperate to get(as long as he knows its safe for you to have) or a trip you want to go on.

Although that. he will also treasure communication! He will send you little text between every sheet of paper work he does, a positive sticker to send everytime you reply too. Honestly, you're his main distraction in the way of doing daily chores.

Also one to take you out on cliche date, especially to some sort of arcade to go on rides with you and to win prizes for you to have. Or even something like a circus, something exciting for the both of you to have fun with.

You probably have matching plush toys with him, or make him start collecting them

Barbatos;

Will try not to get distracted by you during his working hours, that being all the time, but he just can't help it! He could stand their for hours, just listening about yourself and your interests.

Tea dates between you and him, or if not, somewhere typically private for you guys to not be in public and to enjoy eachothers time without interruption.

Will help you with any tutoring you need, for any subject and is on a mission to make it easy to understand for you. He's patient and willing to provide anything you need.

Anytime you go to sit down at a table, he pulls out the chair for you to sit down.

Makes lunches and food for you whenever you can to make sure you're healthy and eating the right nutrients, and will go up to the human world for any snacks you're craving.

Will even give you baking lessons if you're really interested, it would make his day to instruct you on the many traditional Devildom delicacies you want to learn.

There are a looot of characters, and I definitely worry sometimes that it gets to be too much, but I think the IF is getting long enough for me to give enough-ish screentime to each character... though it takes me a while to cycle back to different side characters. 5. Yup, being a character driven IF, there will be a lot of romance (or friendship) beats / moments in the IF (which is already true now). The next couple of chapters will follow the same mix of sports, school and romance / hanging out, so you should already have a sense of how much romance there'll be (it'll just keep unfolding / developing for each of the RO routes!)

MIKI AAAA HELLO thank you so much for enabling my rambling!!!! I'm honestly obsessed, I really knew very little about alnst going into it and really didn't know what to expect but my goodness... I'm still scrabbling around the floor looking for the shattered pieces of my heart afsfgsgs - it is so good!

I've just watched all of the rounds for a second time (the fourth (?) time for round six), and there are just so many details!! I noticed so many new things on a second watch and it really shifted my opinions. I think round six is undeniably my favourite due to both the song and the accompanying video; I simply have no words. The tiny details, the glances, the lyrical dialogue, the unparalleled angst of the unrequited longing? I have been wounded by it! But I keep returning to it! It's really difficult for me to compare the other rounds because they are all incredible too; round 1 is so heart-wrenching and sets up the premise so well, I really love the song in round 2, the story in round 3 is so wonderfully sad, and round 5 also has an exceptional narrative to it. They're all just too good to solidly rank; I like essentially all of the songs and the videos, but I know that round 6 is the standout to me currently! I have been reading lots of analyses about the small details in that round which have been making me feel profoundly unwell so naturally it is my favourite and I have watched it several times already afsfgssg.

And favourite characters... well, that's another impossible subject! Once again, I am left marvelling at how good so many of them are and how compelled I am by them by virtue of the small amount of information we are essentially given. I came away from my first watch feeling very drawn to Till - I think I was very compelled by his backstory and saw some of myself in him, and he really stood out to me as a performer. I also loved Mizi and Sua, along with Hyuna, and felt very curious about Ivan - in fact, he is the character who was lingering in my mind for most of yesterday. I had a much greater appreciation for the subtleties of his character during my second watch, especially through round 3. In a way, it's like my first watch was spent with a focus on Till's perspective, but on my second watch I seemed to attach myself to Ivan's view instead, which made me like him even more. My appreciation for Mizi and Hyuna also grew exponentially, alongside my hatred for Luka. Ah, I really, really, could not settle on a favourite character at this point; it is definitely between Till, Ivan, Mizi, and Hyuna - but they are just so, so good it is impossible to decide! I do feel very anxious about what the next round will have in store for them :')

The worldbuilding throughout is really fun too, and the ending and prologue felt perfect for such an amazing fic! I highly recommend this one!

The integration of both worlds is really amazing and I highly recommend this fic if you like both fandoms!

Honestly, though, I have a tendency to get into writing or doing other things and forget anyone talked to me sometimes either way so--- 😭

Name of muse — Ozymandias

Experience in RP — I've been rping since I was a kid back in forever ago before I even really knew what rping was. It all started on a chat site and I wasn't sure what was going on but I liked it LMFAO. I think it was probably about middle school-ish time for me. 6th grade I guess??? So a while.

Best experiences — AAAAA many! I think some of my best experiences rping was when I was doing things with my friends on Twitter and Deviantart. They always inspired me to draw and we were constantly designing characters / joining art rp groups back then which helped me improve drastically. Ughugh I miss doing things like that sometimes.

Pet peeves / dealbreakers — Godmodding. The quickest way to make me drop a thread is making Ozy do something or saying he did something without consulting with me. That's a pretty big dealbreaker for me as I've been put in really uncomfortable situations as a result of people doing this. Also instantly coming at me with ship ideas is a bit of a put off if we like...have literally done one thing / I barely even know you. I had that happen day one of me making Ozy and it almost made me want to leave before I even did anything. Only time I will shake you around and be like, "yeah let's gooooo!" is if we've known one another a long time / I'm comfortable enough to do that.

Muse preference ( fluff, angst, smut ) — That depends. I love writing things where it's deeply discussion based over beliefs, philosophies, and the like. Emotionally charged threads too since that gets my muse really going, but it doesn't need to quite be angst so IDK AAAAAA. Fluff is okay sometimes, although Ozy isn't exactly 'fluffy' most of the time and it's a 50/50 with him and his fickle moods. Smut is nice to write every now and then too because there can be a lot of characterization in intimate moments like this. I don't think I have any kind of definite preference when I think about it -rubs chin-

Plot or memes — Memes usually (or just throwing unprompted stuff in my inbox)! My attention span is absolutely terrible. I like plotting but I have a tendency to slowly lose interest if it goes on for a while as I like getting the barebones as to what we're going to do, have some discussion, then jumping straight into making a thread. Discussing things as we go along and have things already started is just more fascinating for me.

Long or short replies — I loooove long replies, but those tend to be done at a slower pace unless the muse is really gripping me by the throat. I remember the days when I wasn't working and I could get through like ten threads a day or something but thinking about that now has me like, "how did I even do this?" So a nice mixture of short and long is nice! That way I can pick and choose what I feel like replying to that day.

Best time to write — In the weeee hours of the night mainly -- and with music! ////

Are you like your muse — Not even remotely amg. Ozy's too much of everything. He's loud, he's arrogant, and his confidence levels are off the charts on a good day whereas I prefer to be left to my devices, avoiding conversation or faking it till I make it with people, and then dying when I get home because boy was that too much extroverted activity for me FKJSDFHKSDFDS

aaaaaa omg i actually hit 2k a while back but only found the time to properly make an event now T_______T thank you once again! i'll do my best to provide more content as usual :)

Okay. So. For starters, there’s Lauren Caster. She’s gone through many names bc she’s basically my self insert and I can’t seem to pick a name for myself so she’s been cycled through the name box—but she started out as Lauren caster so we stick with that(she’s also a character for a book my best friend and I are writing called Purple War, so)

Then we have Nes and Noah Caster(from the same book) They’re twin brothers who while still in the womb were cursed. Basically long story short, Lauren Caster was cursed by this woman with the intention of harming the children but it didn’t work. The boys ended up with purple(see what I did there?) splotches on their faces. Well—Nes ended up with large splotches somewhat mimicking vitiligo, and Noah ended up with millions of tiny freckles all over his face and neck and shoulders/arms(Nes is still bitter about it💀). They reside in a world where two sisters, the red queen and the blue queen, were at odds. The red queen was defeated years ago and her spirit was magically entombed in the ceiling above her throne. To summarize the book, Nes goes to steal from the royal vault, meets princess Atari(my bestie’s character. yes their names are a play on the game systems, that’s an even longer story if you wanna hear that too. It’s really really funny.) after being thrown in the dungeon, was let out and they begin to fall in love but while the two were snooping around the blue and red connected castles meant for the two queens to rule a purple kingdom together, they found the red queen’s throne room. Atari sat on it and was possessed. Where Noah comes in is he was the royal cook and helps Nes with pulling the red queen’s spirit out of atari(we haven’t completely ironed out the details of how).

The next character is also from the Purple War universe as well, and I actually have a picture of her if you scroll down to a tag game I was in, it’s on my blog. Her name is Aisling Bohdi. She’s a Dragonborn woman who’s parents were killed by a town they used to live on the outskirts on. Aisling was about 14ish when it happened, and she’d been out running errands and such in the next town over. When she returned she was chased by the townsfolk up a mountain trail and into a cave, where she lost the mob and resided for another roughly 7ish years. When she finally exited the cave, she met a man named Malek Bruce, the son of a lawyer and he actually practiced law as well, but in a falling out with his father, quit. He acts dumber than he is, and he’s got some major detective skills. Together the two end up going on a few adventures and wind up teaming up with nes, Noah and Atari to ultimately defeat the red queen in(get ready to come full circle) the Purple War(whoaaa!)

Now for someone not from purple war. Honeybee Vega. I’m extremely proud of her—and I had some art somewhere but apparently I deleted it in my desperately needed camera roll purge(I had over 65k in there dude, my storage was begging for it’s life constantly). Honeybee came from my dream smp phase(I’m aware of how cringe it is, but it got me through the hardest year of my life). She’s a humanoid honeybee with one human eye and one giant complex eye(the eyes visible on the sides of bees heads. Quick detour for a bee anatomy lesson bc they’re my favorite animals—they have two large complex eyes on the sides of their heads which humans who aren’t insane like me and love bees perceive to be their only eyes but depending on the type of bee, they can have more eyes on the top of their heads called simple eyes that are used to assist bees with sun orientation so they can navigate during the day.) anyway, she has a complex eye as well as a human one so her eyesight is very bad, bless her. I adore her, she’s one of my more visually complex characters. She also has wings, and used to be able to fly but during a war one of those wings were slashed and she was stabbed and almost died, had it not been for a friend saving her.
