#Marvel #A Mighty Marvel Team-Up — Spider-Man: Quantum Quest!#Moon Knight #Marc Spector #Moon Girl #Lunella Lafayette #This was the first panel I saw of this graphic novel — completely out of context — and my response was:#that quesadilla tastes like WHAT #but having since found the context it’s explained earlier that since this is the quantum realm where things are a little funky #the Tachyon Tacos truck’s food can taste like pretty much anything you like #anyway this graphic novel is as sweet as sugar and incredibly cute #She-Hulk gets to break the fourth wall #there’s a little easter egg of a book by H. Pym titled «How to Avoid The Quantum Realm»#and it introduced me to some team-up dynamics I never knew I needed #I mean among other things Marc and Lunella just chilling in the Quantum Realm is very cute #overall immensely glad I stumbled on this #(only problem is that now I’m craving basbousa and tea something fierce)

#elena of avalor #beauty and the beast #batbedit #disneyedit #eoa edit #belle x beast #estebalena #kinda but also not kinda #I think a lot about the fact that it's been confirmed that this is an intentional homage #like EoA series supervising director Elliot M. Bour was just like casually bringing BATB into things as an Easter egg #since it was his first job in animation #and like don't get me wrong; I LOVE that he did this. I just don't know how he expected anyone (i.e. me) to be normal about it afterwards #once you've introduced BATB; it ceases to be a fun and casual reference and just makes the literature major girlies go feral #i thought this was gonna be a quick and easy little project but it wasn't #the parallels are all there but they're in slightly different order in EoA than the original and the pacing for each reference is differen #so i had to determine which ones I needed to skip frames for and which ones to use all the frames #and then try to figure out the speed from there #the coronation day scenes were very hard to color because the grey skies and muted filter kind of whitewash the characters #like you don't even understand i added so MUCH vibrance and saturation to the 4th and 5th gifs but elena's skin still is just gray #and the coloring is still just a very very mixed bag #also i've realized that while I don't think it was an intentional reference in the same way BATB was #anna's sacrifice and resurrection from frozen is perhaps just as --if not more-- a clear parallel to the coronation day scene than BATB #so maybe I will do that one someday too?#once i psych myself up again to try coloring coronation day again #which i imagine will be awhile #these do not look like the same scene and pretty much the same scene at all even if i tried to use the same psd when i could #and edit them to make the coloring as close as i could

Steph and Cass decide to use Alfred's kitchen:

Steph: Do you ever just wonder, 'am I good enough?'

Cass: No.

Steph: That's the spirit! Now let's see how well you can cook!

Cass: Badly.

Steph: It's just waffles! How bad could you be?

Twenty minutes later, after turning off the smoke detector and opening the windows:

Steph, cutting into the 'waffle': I mean, a little burnt never hurt anyone.

That was an understatement. Really, it was impressive that she managed to make a charred waffle. How did it even happen?? Steph was right here the entire time!

As she's about to sacrifice herself and take a bite, Cass takes her wrist.

Cass: Don't eat. You'll die.

...Yeah. She probably would.

Steph: Batburger?

Cass nodded: Batburger.

Steph should've believed Tim when he said Cass has a permanent ban from Alfred's kitchen. No one's perfect.

#I like to imagine that only a few members of the Batfamily can cook anything decent #Alfred is the cooking god #Jason is following in his footsteps #Dick learned to make pancakes and hot chocolate then called it a day #Steph can make waffles very well; and pretty decent with basic dishes #Bruce cannot use a stove or oven; something will catch on fire #Cass is like Bruce #Tim can confidently reheat stuff and boil macaroni. Do not ask him to do anything more.#Duke is a weird 50-50; sometimes he makes something that tastes pretty good. There’s just an episode of phineas and ferb where they find an egg and they think perry laid it and they don’t even question how perry could’ve laid an egg if he’s a boy platypus they’re just like “oh my god now we can have two platypuses!!!” and I think that’s beautiful

Do you eat peahen eggs? If yes, what do they taste like?

My wife raises geese and their eggs are huge, 3x the size of a hen’s eggs, and are generally fluffier and delicately sweeter.

I do! They taste like an egg.

I'm not allowed to answer anything more, apparently

#the yolk is REALLY THICK #like dense #I've had goose and duck and they're fairly similar in consistency #waterfowl tend to have fluffy whites #peafowl whites are also pretty dense #Personally I like peafowl eggs better than chicken and duck and goose and quail #but quail is a close second #very smooth and silky yolk #hardboiled quail eggs are the best egg #it's just the right amount of egg parts #anything bigger and you're wading through a sea of white #and whites are my least favorite to eat #usually I cook the yolks of peafowl eggs for me and give the whites back to the birds #asks #peafowl #eggs #bug the peahen #peahens

everytime I see q!bbh trying to claim he’s close to Leo all I remember is when foolish told Leo to pretend to know nothing around others, when he told Leo she needs to protect herself since he won’t be able to, when Leo willingly started to hang around roier and cellbit, to when bad kept saying complex english words around Leo and foolish had to tell him to knock it off and he still didn’t, to when bad tried looking for Leo to take care of her but Leo was already with roier, to bad badmouthing and setting up foolish whenever he could, to

Now bad offering Leo’s room to bagi who leo has never met and who foolish does not fully trust which I think started from bad convincing bagi on her first day (I think) that cellbits castle was foolishs unprompted which sewed seeds of wariness from the get go

Kinda sad that Leo speaking spanish rather than english has made others not look at her as an individual but rather an extension of foolish when she started the hat trends, coloured signs and even item display on the backpack

At this point I’m glad Leo and foolish found people who they could rely on because I’m sick of them constantly being mistreated even when their absent, also just Chayanne Dapper Ramon being treated as not Spanish eggs just cause they’re fluent in english-

I see I’m influencing the masses now but you’ve pretty much covered everything I feel too. Like Leo is the it girl/egg of the qsmp just no one seems to realise it.

With Bad just offering up Leo’s room, despite the memory loss and other stuff, I genuinely do think that Bad sees Leo as an extension of Foolish than rather being just Leo. Which is so irritating because let the eggs be themselves and not just extension of their parent.

This isn’t to say that Bad doesn’t love Leo but I don’t think he has or will have the same connection with her as he does with the rest of the eggs. Then again I don’t think that Leo will ever trust anyone as much as she does Foolish and her immediate Family.

Also yes I wish the eggs would go back to teaching their parents more Spanish!!! Leolingo is literally one of my favourite things ever and it feels like she’s the only one who does speak spanish now when most of them are bilingual!! Side note - Leo and Roier are the best when it comes to speaking spanish because they will force you to understand, like why should they give up speaking their native language for you and i love them for that!
