I love how Franziska consistently respects and supports women (unless they're the defendants she's prosecuting, of course). Like, she looked out for Adrian after the trial that revealed her insecurities to the world. She wonders how the head nun is holding up after a murder at her temple, and reassures her instead of insulting her when she's upset about being cut out of the investigation. Pearl disliking her seems to sincerely upset her...

Something I do think is kinda worse (but definitely less prevalent) than “fandom religiously treating fanon as canon” is when someone convinces themselves that something that is canon actually isn’t, and that everyone else is stupid when in actuality most people are just like… picking up on the very obvious and purposeful implications presented in the story that you have just refused to accept mean anything if it isn’t literally spelled out for you.

this is one of two pieces i did for a discord server exchange! the woman on the right is @agonyaster's von karma sibling oc. for some reason this one gave me a bunch of trouble at the beginning but it got there eventually!
