When Miguel was ranting about how Miles was an anomaly and a mistake and Miles commenting earlier about "You have claws? What kind of Spider-Man are you?" tldr Miguel is the actual anomaly

He's literally projecting his own insecurities/issues onto Miles. "You're an anomaly. A mistake." Never applied to Miles it applies to him. With the small difference of being bitten by a spider that didn't belong to his universe, Miles story is not that different from the other spider people.

But Miguel? If they go with his comic backstory he was never bitten by a spider in the first place. He was experimented on by Alchemax by gene splicing his DNA with spider DNA. If they go with this backstory, Miguel is a major hypocrite
