Currently watching: Saw Across the Spider-verse on Saturday and now I'm thinking in animated art heretofore unfathomed. The watercolor theme for [redacted]? Amazing. The soundscape for [redacted]? Phenomenal. The moment when the character looked like the thing? Great.

Currently reading: The Wager: A Tale of Shipwreck, Mutiny, and Murder by David Grann is still unfinished I'm SORRY I haven't had time to read but it's really good!

Current obsession: I haven't stopped giving my spare time to the new Zelda since it came out, but I don't know if I would say I'm obsessed because it's a very easy game to pause for 2 hours and then come back to. I think the thing that I most recently had Thinking About It Excessively Syndrome about was Psycho-Pass... which is great except when it's rubbish. Shout-out to my friend for letting me go through my metaphorical PowerPoint slide show about it.

History! I don’t know why it’s my favorite but I liked it enough to get my bachelor’s and soon my master’s in it. I have always been drawn to history and museums for example. It’s just a wonderful feeling to be able to connect with those in the past so deeply whether through an artifact or a research paper or reading/manuscript etc, especially when you feel you can relate in a way. (I’m done obsessing over history now (no I’m not 🤥) )

My husband’s uncle was the host of a prime time game show in the 90′s 👀 (no I will not elaborate in public thank you)

I’m not 100% sure...but I do feel pretty confident when I’m driving and jamming to my favorite songs. 🥹😎
