I started to work on this and when the option of giving Julia a new boyfriend had more than 10 votes, it was really quite entertaining to think of a design for him and I really like how it turned out both in appearance and personality

I present to you xabier mclaren! He is the vocalist of his band "the starsones" and Julia's current boyfriend. He met her backstage at one of his concerts (she went at the insistence of a friend) without knowing who the vocalist was. Mi opinión sobre el Grand Festival de Splatoon 3

Bueno, pues ya ha acabado el Grand Festival, posiblemente el evento más grande e importante de toda la saga Splatoon hasta la fecha. Y como fan de la saga he querido opinar sobre ello.

Estuve escribiendo durante los 3 días mi opinión de ese propio día, para no olvidar ningún detalle, y aunque seguramente me pudiese el hype para decir algunas cosas en concreto, mi opinión sigue siendo la misma. Esto ha sido increible.

Habré jugado entre los tres días, más de 15 horas. He luchado por el equipo futuro, que bueno... no salió bien. Pero tiempo al tiempo

DÍA 1

Escribo esta parte a antes de las 00:00 del primer día, es decir, la última rotación de mapas antes de que el propio servidor cambie de día.

Estoy maravillada con el festival la verdad, nada más he abierto el juego lo primero que he hecho ha sido ponerme a explorar la sede, ver los tres escenarios y fijarme en detallitos. Absolutamente todo está hecho con una gran cantidad de mimo y detalle y me ha alegrado el día muchísimo. Pero sin duda lo mejor del festival son los conciertos.

No se si cambiarán a los días. Al menos supongo que el último sí porque tienen que aparecer los tres grupos de idols en el gran escenario, con sus ropas del Grand Fest y me falta escuchar Three Wishes ingame. Pero eso seguro que será el último día mientras que hoy (Viernes) y mañana (Sábado) serán iguales. Pero sólo el tiempo dirá.

Por ahora estoy flipando con todo, como he dicho antes. Sin duda esto ha sido una cosa que necesitaba ver, porque este juego me suele hacer muy feliz y sin duda ha conseguido levantarme los ánimos ver esta cantidad de trabajo.

De momento no tengo ninguna pega, más allá de que no hayan compuesto música de batalla, ni siquiera un propio Now or Never para el festival. Pero al mismo tiempo eso lo compensan poniendo música de Splatfest de los anteriores juegos, encima estando muy acorde a la temática de "Pasado, Presente y Futuro".

Y los colores de la tinta, pese a no ser preciosos como tal, los efectos que tienen en el suelo me parecen increibles. Además de que como en la mayoría de Splatfest, en el lobby dejan ver algunas pinturas ocultas.

Además hoy he ganado una batalla x100 y varias x10. A ver si hay suerte y sale y se gana la x333 en algún momento.

Veremos cómo avanza esto porque de verdad, me repito mucho, pero lo estoy amando.

DÍA 2

Escribo esto literalmente a la misma hora que lo del dia anterior. Lo especifico para que se sepa que es mi reacción genuina pese a que todo esto esté publicado el mismo día.

Sinceramente el segundo día no hay nada especia, si jugaste ayer no te pierdes nada, pero es que con lo increíblemente bueno que ha sido el primer día no esperaba mucho más, aunque no niego que me guste mucho. He estado (y seguire) jugando bastante.

He intentado mucho el glitch de out of bounds y no ha salido, pero bueno, se seguirá intentando porque me gustaría explorar más las zonas inaccesibles porque pintan muy detalladas.

Las actualizaciones de los grupos de Idols me siguen pareciendo una maravilla. No puedo esperar a ver cómo será la de mañana. Aunque ya me ha salido filtrada en YT me he negado a verla, para impresionarme al igual que hice ayer y emocionarme.

DÍA 3

Hoy ha llegado la segunda... ¿Mitad? al menos ha funcionado así en otros splatfests, pero bueno eso no es lo que importa.

Al abrir el juego lo primero que he hecho ha sido ir al gran escenario. Al empezar la canción de Three Wishes he empezado a llorar, sí, con el principio. Lo bonito que ha sido todo ha sido increíble. Pero bueno, he dejado correr la canción un par de veces, simplemente sin palabras. Maravillada por todo lo que han currado este Splatfest, encima viendo detallitos que demuestra que le han puesto muchísimo cariño.

Algunas cosas que me han encantado son las propias coreografías, tanto de cada grupo de idols por separado como el conjunto que hacen. Cómo todas se sienten muy bien unidas cómo si fuesen una sola, pero al mismo tiempo mostrar a la perfección las personalidades de cada personaje y grupo.

Otro detallito que me encantó son los focos durante la actuación. Que cuando está siendo "protagonista" de la coreografía alguno de los grupos los focos utilizan sus colores característicos, y al terminar la coreografía, que cantan todos juntos forma un arcoiris precioso. PERO ENCIMA TIENE SENTIDO porque, Now or Never SEVEN, además de que utiliza los colores de TODOS los personajes. Ha sido increíble.

3 putos párrafos para hablar de un concierto de 5 minutos que se ha repetido en bucle durante 24 horas, pero bueno, también ha habido cosas buenas más allá de esto.

Algo que me ha sorprendido es que hayan recolocado a muchos personajes de decoración (como las medusas o Acht), pero además en el gran escenario hay muchísimas, rollo, ¿¿Cómo no explota la switch con todo esto??.

Pero en fin, una de las cosas que quise hacer fue jugar batallas tricolor. No me gusta mucho el modo pero el mapa era especial, así que había que. Mi sorpresa llegó cuando al empezar la primera partida veo el título de la canción "Rainbow Color Inkantation - Now or Never Seven". Mi reacción ha sido flipar y disfrutarla durante toda la partida, acto seguido al acabar escucharla entera en Youtube y estar jugando todo el día ÚNICAMENTE a ese modo, para poder escucharla hasta la saciedad. Sinceramente creo que se ha convertido en mi canción favorita de toda la saga.

Además me ha encantado el detalle que cuando un equipo consigue la ultraseñal aparece el grupo de idols de su equipo para animarles. Y que al empezar la partida tienes voces de idols hablando como si fuese una lucha entre gladiadores, ha sido una experiencia increible.

Me da mucha pena que esto acabe sólo en un par de horas, porque yo viviría toda la vida con un Splatoon así, al menos supuestamente se podrá revisitar la zona del Grand Fest con los Amiibo de cualquier idol.

FINAL DEL SPLATFEST

Bueno pues ya estamos en el primer día sin Grand Fest. Ha ganado el equipo pasado. Sabiendo que esto será como el Final Fest y decidirá la temática del siguiente juego, no me disgusta en lo absoluto.

Pero incluso con esto se ha notado que le han dado cariño incluso con las conversaciones del final. Con Angie y Megan dándole la razón a Rayan al final de que podrían seguir colaborando con la gente de Cromópolis, además de decir que los siete deberían juntarse de nuevo como grupo (Por favor si, Now or Never Seven tiene mi corazón)

Lo bueno es que el juego no va a morir, pese a no recibir nuevo contenido seguirá habiendo festivales temáticos y Big Runs, confirmado por la cuenta oficial de SplatoonNA en Twitter.

Ahora sólo queda esperar al futuro, a ver si esas cosas son suficientes para que el juego no se sienta muerto, al menos por la mayoría de la comunidad y ver cómo será Splatoon 4 en unos años.

Eh estado escuchando de nuevo los temas de StrIVe y he notado que en varios de los Ost de los "OG" hay escondidos fragmentos o notas de sus respectivos temas del 1er GG...

De los que más me acuerdo son The Roar of the Spark (que tiene por lo menos 3 partes que hacen homenaje a Holy Order - Be Just or Be Dead), El de Sin (que tiene fragmentos de Awe of She and HO - BJoBD), el de Testament (que tiene riffs de A Fixed Idea)...

Tienes la lista de TODAS las referencias?

Otra cosa que he notado con tristeza/ironía es que mientras tú estás algo más cerca de aliviar tu relación con los FG de CAPCOM, yo estoy que no aguanto mi sal 😂🤣😂🥲😥😢🥺😭 y no parece que vaya a entrarle a SF 6 pronto (espero el rollback de TKoF 13 esté muy bueno para la versión de PS4) y aún me falta comprar el samsho, pasea de StrIVe, la TKoF 15 y muy posiblemente, las TKoF 98 UM y 2002 UM de PS4.

Va a pasar un tiempo antes de que analice por completo todas las canciones de Guilty Gear Strive… ¡especialmente ahora que sabemos que la lista está entrando en una tercera temporada!

(También ten paciencia conmigo, no soy un experto en notas musicales, así que lo guardaría para otros expertos en música si me preguntas).

Con respecto a Street Fighter 6, todavía estoy un poco preocupado, principalmente por el precio del contenido principal, que es de aproximadamente 100 dólares o más, para el cual no tengo dinero.

Preferiría invertir en los nuevos colores de Guilty Gear Strive en este punto, pero veremos cómo va.

Otros dos juegos de lucha en los que todavía no he invertido son Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising, DNF Duel, sin mencionar los rumores sobre Under Night In-Birth Sistema Celeste.

También tengo mis ojos puestos en Final Fantasy XVI, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth y un puñado de otros juegos que aún no he terminado de jugar en mi PC QUE AÚN DEBEN ARREGLARSE… UGH.

Bueno, de todos modos, entiendes el punto, estaría dispuesto a cualquier apoyo financiero que los lectores quieran dar en mi Patreon… Sería un gran avance para agregar más contenido de video de mi lado para empezar… pero podría hacer otras cosas relacionadas con Guilty Gear también.

It's going to be a while yet before I fully analyze all the songs from Guilty Gear Strive… especially now that we know the roster is entering a 3rd season!!!

(Also bear with me, I'm not a music notes expert, so I'd save that for other music experts if you ask me.)

Regarding Street Fighter 6, I'm still somewhat apprehensive, mostly at the main content price which is roughly 100 dollars or more, which I don't have the money for.

I would sooner invest in the new colors for Guilty Gear Strive at this point, but we'll see how that goes.

Two other fighting games I still haven't invested in are Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising, DNF Duel, not to mention the rumors regarding Under Night In-Birth Sistema Celeste.

I also have my eyes on Final Fantasy XVI, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, and a handful of other games I still haven't finished playing on my PC THAT STILL NEEDS TO GET FIXED…. UGH.

Well anyway, you get the point, I'd be up for any financial support readers want to give on my Patreon… It'd go a long way towards adding more video content on my end for starters… but I might do other stuff that's Guilty Gear related as well.
