Ok but I'm actually not sure why I have been feeling worse as the day drags on. I woke up this morning and was doing absolutely fantastic mentally, even had coffee!!
Oh god it's the coffee isn't it. This is all because I got greedy and had 2 cups of it 😭
I hate that. I haven't had coffee in months, I was craving it. It was too good I couldn't stop myself
Curse you body and your weird thing with caffeine 🖕
#by 2 cups i mean actually 4 cups because my cup i use holds 2 cups of coffee. so when i fill up my cup twice I end up drinking 4 cups overal#caffeine is EXTREMELY effective on me. i am never ready for the fall off i guess#a damn shame 😔#it will not stop me in the future though#yapping

my psychiatrist was trying to explain that a lot of my depression and anxiety probably stems from my trying to force myself into a (neurotypical/allistic) mold that i wasn't made for and that it's nothing to be ashamed of and she listed elon musk and bill gates as my fellow autists and that made me cry harder
#mia.txt#i wasnt like crying bc i was diagnosed with ASD it was more just crying cause i cry all the time now and it was a cathartic session#oh i forgot to mention it but god i cant even describe the weird feeling of being told im actually autistic (UNPROMPTED)#after like. wondering for so many years but being too scared to bring it up to any psychiatrist#so i was just like well maybe i am or maybe i just have adhd. thats ok im not too worried about it :)#and then i was just like talking about my sensory issues being exacerbated by my meds#and then she started asking me more questions abt my sensory issues and social problems and then she pointed out that i#had been rocking back and forth the entire time. which i genuinely dont even notice anymore like i was like oh shit i sure am doing that#and she basically went through the whole questionnaire and was like has no one really ever brought up the possibility that you were#on the spectrum. because you definitely are#and i was like 🤷🏻♀️ idk! im not sure#but it was probably pretty damning that the one other time i had gotten tested he literally gave up bc the questions were too vague#oh but anyway like no that doesnt help actually 😔#i really don't think its shame-based like i KNOW im Different(TM) thats not shocking to me#but i do expend an insane amount of mental and emotional energy trying to be Normal and pretend i am not autistic#the masking that is causing me so much stress is the very thing that prevented me from being diagnosed earlier lmfaooo

Welp I been liveblogging this thing for a couple months, gotta just unfollow me or block the ftwd tag at that point 😭
I suppose it's a bit late for a heads-up, but when a show's been over for a few months I generally don't bother spoiler tagging. By that point everybody actively keeping up with it has had plenty of time to catch up, and all the people left could be any number of seasons behind and therefore literally anything could be a 'spoiler'. Gotta look after yourself when you're years late to a show- block tags, hide from the fandom and pray nothing slips through the cracks lmao

Man. It has been too long since I last watched Reign Storm. I knew it was one of the best parts of the show but WOW. The overarching plot progression on like ten different fronts, the character development for several different characters, the stakes being (and feeling) incredibly high without running into any issues of power creep...... just, well done.

#the way that man spoke to me cause i used to fire extinguisher was so shameful though#like not only did dude keep telling me im a good for nothing dumb ass repeatedly in Spanish for two hours straight#bro was legit trying to gas light me like he had it under control#dude thought it was a gas fire and was adding water to it making it way worse.#he was telling us we dont need the fire extinguisher put it back#next thing i see is it getting bigger and bigger and my mom and grandma freaking out#all the while he is just staring at the fire getting bigger from his dumb mistake#bro legit spent two hours throwing the pans of food around saying this aint worth a shit#tell the family not to come over this shit is fucked there is no food#STILL calling me the worst things in Spanish legit shameful activities not even the good for nothing dumbass was that bad but#the other stuff i don't even want to mention was so shameful#then to raise his voice at my mom and grandma that's where i crossed the line and told him to leave to his moms house or go to the garage#“ you aren't doing anything positive for this situation could you please leave to your moms or to the garage”#“your screaming cussing and tantrum is doing nothing for us the house was almost caught on fire and you're still worried about food grow up”#like seriously my guy you are damn near 60 throwing tantrums like that i get that it was a high stress situation#but staring at the fire doing nothing but trying to spray more water seeing it get better just to stare stuck wasn't helping#I had to use that fire extinguisher or it would have gotten so much worse so so so much worse. i do not regret using it.#i rather have a home i have to clean dry fire extinguisher chemicals than a home i have to clean up burned up house. thats just facts#i just don't like when they come at me like calm down dont say anything to him like he isnt a grown ass man too tell him to calm down lol#im legit speaking in a normal tone bro over there screaming 😂 tell him to calm down and stop talking to me the way he is talking#but no i get told to calm down 😔 just gas light me pls no pun intended
