Ive Fallen
The moment they fell in love with you~
Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Buggy, Shanks, Mihawk x GN Reader
Please support me on Ko-Fi I'd like to pay rent 👍🏽
Luffy
Tumblr media
It was the moment you had made him his favorite meal and said the magic words-
"Hey Luffy welcome back!" You say cheerfully as you set down a plate for a customer. Your regular Luffy coming in for his normal mountain of food-
"Hey (Y/N)!" He said cheerfully as he set himself on his normal bench. You already having his glass of milk poured as you set it before him and got his plate consisting of his favorite items you had already made ahead of time.
"I saw you were getting your boat ready to set sail"
"I got to get everything going for when im pirate king!" He said loudly, taking a hefty bite of his food. You smiled, always loving his optimistic ways.
"Well, I believe in you Luffy. If there is anyone who will become king of the pirates its you" You say cheerfully and give him a smile.
Luffy felt his heart beating like a drum and warmth developed his body. Like your words had kicked his heart into action-
"Oop let me go refill Mr. Yamos drinks" You say cheerfully as you go to continue your work, Luffys eyes following you.
Had you always looked this pretty?
Zoro
Tumblr media
When he saw you training
Zoro was.. well lost- He had needed to use the restroom when the ship made port and it was like he made one turn and suddently his was in a deep forest.
Fuck-
So Zoro went to make his way back, unknowingly getting himself more and more lost.
Stumbling through a clearing he stopped when he saw you- standing there practicing formation and swings with your sword- So beautiful and powerful, he couldn't help but be mesmerized.
Standing there watching from the trees he couldn't help but feel some warmth come to his cheeks, finally working the will to approach.
"Need a sparing partner?" He offered as he stepped forward.
Sanji
Tumblr media
When he saw you baking and trying the food some kids had made for you
They had made port to restock supplies, in his case get more groceries since Luffy ate enough for 5 men. Walking through the streets of the village he smelled the sweets before he saw you- in the window letting out trays of freshly baked treats with a smile on your lips.
Your smile drew him to stop midstep and watch. A few young children running past him to the shop as they held up their treats to you-
He saw the pastry even from here he could see it was burned and most likely raw in the center, the thick layer of flower on the bottom no better then cement. Any person with a pallet wouldn't be able to swallow it- not even Luffy. However you smiled and took a big bite of the pastry and swallowed.
Smiling at the child and praising them on doing so well- Sanji felt his chest tughten and warmth unlike his normal attraction bubble in his system, his feet moving faster then his mind as he approached your bakery.
Buggy
Tumblr media
When he saw you perform for the first time
Buggy had stopped by a village during a festival, Normally he would have just raided the place but he had a soft spot for festivals like this- So for now the village was spared.
Especially since they had one hell of a hot dog stand which he gladly took part in. While standing there eating his treat he turned to see the grand bonfire that was being set up as music started to be played, everyone starting to gather and dance- And then he saw you.
Singing and dancing along to the music as you stole the show, twirling around the fire with others as your clothes seemed to highly glow next to the light of the bonfire making you look like a living star.
Buggy felt Hypnotized as he watched you, The way you sang, dance and your overall grace.
He had never wanted to see another person perform so badly in his life, a warmth Flooding his face and chest as he watched you laugh and walk away to get a drink. Standing up to follow and work up the nerve to speak with you.
Shanks
Tumblr media
When he heard you singing while gardening
Ah to he back at his favorite bar
He stepped out to get some fresh air, the warmth of the sun hitting his skin and making him feel energized. His train of thought was broken however as he heard singjng?- this wasn't a area that had a choir or anything like that so it caught his interest following the song to behind the bar.
Turning around the corner he spotted you, on your knees in the herb garden thay grew next to the restaurant gathering things needed for drunks and food.
He couldn't tear his eyes away from you as your voice washed through him- you looked so damn cute, paired with your singing it just made his chest squeeze at the sight.
"You have a beautiful voice" He said softly before giving you a sly smile, seeing you turn back to him and blush at being caught.
Mihawk
Tumblr media
When you were sitting by the fireplace reading
Mihawk had arrived in a sleepy village, going to the nearest inn for the night to rest. Typically he would have just camped outside but the flash flood pouring over the village said otherwise-
Entering he spotted you right away, seated infront of the fire with a book. Normally he wouldn't bother glancing at such a sight but in truth he couldn't turn away.
You just looked so elegant? Seated so perfectly infront of that grand fireplace in comforble warm clothes, a cup of tea next to you and eyes focused only on the written word.
"Sir would you like a room?" The old women snapping him from his thoughts as he quickly nodded and paid for the room. Deciding it was best to just approach.
"What are you reading?" He asked, watching your eyes travel up to meet his and giving him a gentle smile as you tell him about the book series you were reading and offering him to read the first edition since you'd already completed it.
He accepts and sits at the chair across from you- A comforble relaxes feeling washing through him at this and he couldn't help but let his eyes fall in you.

𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐓𝐎𝐁𝐄𝐑 𝟐𝟑 DAY 2: GOD FORM Nika! Luffy x F! Reader
Requested by: @jessysapphireblue ➡ Kinktober! Prompt 2 wirh our luffy🥰🥰 Luffy with a female magician reader. Perhaps in a nice secluded Environment and we know curious luffy is and how He would love to test it out with her as she is an absolute sweetheart and laughing with him but she is always so kind and gentle with him even during everything. Pls? I love your writing 🥰💙🩵 tw: mdni. Luffy turns to Nika with his G5. oral. food play. luffy takes you to the clouds, literally. vag. size kink. pretty sweet and romantic. 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭
Tumblr media
Moonshine, kissing your skins with soft silver light. Every time you look up in the sky, and the moon is on full display, you remember Wano kuni.
“Luffy… it’s been a long time since I’ve seen your Nika form” you mumble, with a curious hidden intention floating around in your mind. Not only Luffy is handsome in his normal form, but, the white curls and red eyes have been in the back of your mind since you caught a glimpse of it in between tears of joy for his reborn.
“Nhh? You wanna fight, (Name)?” he jokes, laughing like he only knows how to. That laughter that alters the rhythm of your heart; that makes it beat to the sound of happy drums.
You stand up immediately, looking at him, ignoring he was joking about fighting.
“I don’t wanna fight, I wanna… uh… you know…” you stutter, is not that you aren’t close to Luffy enough to ask him to have intimacy, but this sounded differently. However, Luffy can tell -only with you- when you want it.
“Shi. Shi. Shi… you want me to do it while in Nika form? I kinda thought of it once in the bathroom” he asks, taking the straw hat off his face, allowing his adorable cheeks to be bathed by the biggest star shining above the skies.
Your cheeks burn. He thought of it once?
Your eyes land on his sunshine ones, and nod with no further words. Yet, your expression seems enough to give Luffy the yes he needed.
As soon as it is humanly possible to think, Luffy snatches you by the waist and jumps into the beach coast. It was a calm night. The Sunny had docked in a calm island, with no villains to defeat and only to grab some food to continue the trip after Wano. Everybody had already eaten; Sanji and Zoro were doing the dishes and most of the Strawhats were sleeping inside their home, the Thousand Sunny Go.
“I need a place with a lot of moonlight” he chimes, while jumping off the railing to the slightly cold sand underneath.
“Is that a need for your powers?” you ask, curious.
Luffy doesn’t really know if it’s true or not, but he enjoys seeing your face while his body mixes with yours.
“Mmm… I don’t know…” he lies, and you can clearly tell.
Soon, you get to a secluded area right next to the beach. The waves crashing against some rocks will be the perfect companion to the drums of liberation you are sure you will hear.
“So, how should I do this… nghh…” Luffy thinks, pressing his index in the middle of his forehead. Maybe he needs to transmute or connect his energy to another being to turn into Nika?
You wait, sitting on the rock where he deposited you. Looking like a magical mermaid, Luffy suddenly understands that turning into Nika was easier while looking at the person that makes his heart go fast.
And in indeed, and all of a sudden, with his eyes fixed on yours, his heart starts to go even faster. Beating harder against his chest, turning the things that surrounded him into soft gum.
His pristine white locks flow with the sea breeze, and you could swear the moon shines brighter than before since he transformed. The waves act differently, as if they were waiting for Luffy to command them. And you can’t help but gawk at his majestically look… he does look like a God. His litmus halo, the bleached clothes, his smile, the crimson eyes…
“L-Luffy…” you mumble, in awe. It’s the first time you have him right in front of you, and so close, in such form.
He smiles, or rather, smirks. It makes your stomach drop, and your thighs to tightly close.
Luffy pounces on you, laughing. Your back doesn’t hurt when it hits the rocks behind. It’s all soft, and caring, and you feel happy but also there is a presence that feels like is crushing your lungs, making you dizzy… it is the intensity of Luffy’s Gear 5 power and will.
“You know I can imagine anything and make it happen, (Name)?” he asks, with his pointy nose pressed against yours.
You sigh, loudly. There is enough tension built inside your chest. “I… yes…?”
“If I want to, your clothes can turn into delicious chocolate… shishishi” he laughs, touching your chest. His hands play with the fabrics that cover your body and suddenly he can rip them with no effort. Luffy takes a piece into his mouth, he is even amazed at his own power… in deed, what he wanted, turned to be real; your clothes are made of chocolate now.
He begins devouring your shirt first, and then your pants and when he is ready the panties that began to soak with your needy fluids are now melting in your skin.
Luffy gloats before attacking. He does not eat desperately just yet. First, he bites one string of your panties, and then the other. The tip of his front teeth graze your hipbones, making your quiver every time he does. Your hand reaches his hair and lovingly plays with his soft, alabaster curls.
Everything feels like happiness; pleasure and lust mix with pumping hearts of full devotion and love.
His tongue finally reaches for your core, and while he rejoices in the flavour of chocolate he also does with the salty caramel taste of your core.
Luffy’s fingers search for your hand, and when both collide they interlock; the more he pleases you orally, the more you squeeze.
And he takes you to heaven, because if there is something he is the king already of, that’s oral. Your back arches, and orgasm approaches. One of many more of those he likes to drink from.
But this God does not only take you to the stars just with pleasure, but quite literally…
Easing off the buzzing sound of your heart pumping in your ears, with still aftershocks of pleasure from your climax, you feel his arms around your waist and the wind in your face.
“Luffy! What are you doing?” you ask, surrounding with your arms his neck.
“Let’s try going up to the skies!” he laughs, jumping with you in arms. What once used to be sand, looks more like an elastic bed that he uses to fly up.
You open your eyes, as wide as possible -maybe even popping out?- making him laugh louder. While you can’t help but panic to see your feet that far from the ground… but after all, this is exactly what dating Luffy feels like.
White fluffy material, that feels humid and soft, surrounds both of you. And soon you understand these are clouds.
“Here!” he chimes, pouncing into the most dense of them. Nami has taught you that clouds are nothing but water in a different form, there is no way it can hold you two.
Oh, but it does. As long as Luffy can imagine it, it can.
He helps you lay your back on it, and while your naked body feels like being engulfed by the velvety sensation of such magical bedding, Luffy gets ready to place a sweet kiss on your lips.
“You told me once that being with me feels like you are in cloud nine… but since you didn’t come with us to Skypiea, I thought this could be similar to it…” he whispers, with lips pressed on yours and the sexiest smile you ever seen on his lips.
His right hand next to your face. The left one, softly caressing your cheek. Your toes pulling down his white pants, with your eyes fixed on the darkening of his sight. There is something taking over Luffy, it is perhaps lust. Or maybe something else, you can’t describe so simply.
Hardness you already recognize, playfully grazing your entrance, getting ready to slide deep inside of you.
“Can I try something else?” he asks, before entering completely into you.
“Whatever you do, I want it” you purr, with a soft smile and your index softly caressing his cheekbone scar.
His lips slowly part as he lets himself get surrounded by your clenching inner walls. A growl, manly and not often heard, escapes his lips. A moan coming from yours, mixes with his pants.
You suddenly feel like your insides going bigger, something growing deep inside you. It goes gently, hitting every corner and spot of pleasure in your body.
“Lu- Luffy… what is it?” you ask, confused but still almost unable to think straight because of how good it feels.
“You like it? It is.. ngh… me… bigger me…” he grunts, letting himself crush you with the weight of his body. The pressure around his growing member feels heavenly and he can’t even play cool no more.
His lips land on your neck, while his hips move in and out. Faster every time. Harder, deeper… bigger…
Sloppy lids frame your eyes that fix into the immensity of a sky full of stars. They shine closer to you than ever; they aren’t above, but around you this time.
Your arms hug him tightly, your heels carve on the small of Luffy’s back, your nails scratch his shoulder blades… and your hearts synchronize to the beating drums of liberation, up and above the skies 💖 ~

I had an idea for a story but no time to do anything with it so I offer to you:
The crew is facing some monarch with a devil fruit that forces absolute obedience from the people they hit with it. Zoro gets hit, but the command is "kneel and obey your king" and. Well. Zoro has only ever had one king, hasn't he?
It quickly turns out that Luffy and Zoro can read each other so well that Zoro starts responding to nonverbal orders, things Luffy wants but would never say, never command. Zoro might not even be mentally present, just responding automatically.
I love this!!! And I am honored that you chose me.
On this could be so sweet and at the same time utterly heartbreaking.
Because you know as soon as they find out what that guys devil fruit ability is Luffy hates him. Luffy values freedom above everything else. The idea that someone has the ability to strip someone of their freedom so completely and force them to obey every command has to enrage him.
Especially if the people under his control have no free will. Because you can play this ability a few ways
Complete and utter control. They don’t do anything without being told to do it.
They live their lives normally until an order is given (like Ella enchanted. She has to obey the order but she is conscious the whole time and able to express her displeased with certain orders)
Mix it they live a normal life until an order is given and then they kind zone out until the order is complete.
And depending on which style it is can lead to a lot of different outcomes. (You could even make it so that the ability differs depending on how many times he commands them, the power becoming more encompassing each time.)
Anyhow the Strawhats hear about this and Luffy goes in Guns a Blazing as always. Nami tries to stop him because “what happens if he orders one of us?”
Luffy is sure that defeating the guy will free everyone, it’s worked every other time. Besides they are all stronger willed enough to probably break free. Zoro agrees because he’d never take a weak man’s orders. Sanji is hesitant but agrees that they have to beat this guy and the other two have already left.
But they get there and Luffy and Zoro have fought their way to the top. The others following up behind them. They are facing down the Monarch who smirks because they’ve heard about the famous strawhats Captain and his loyal dog. “I wonder what you’ll do Strawhat, when your mutt no longer listens to you.” They then turn to Zoro and order “Roronoa Zoro kneel and obey your King.”
They’re smirking expecting Zoro to fall to his knees in front of them. And Zoro does fall to his knees but he’s facing Luffy. He’s not speaking (he can’t) and is awaiting his orders.
Luffy is shocked. The enemy is cackling because he thinks he’s got Zoro but Luffy yells. “Zoro get up.” And Zoro’s right back to his feet.
“Yes my king.”
The king is flabbergasted and Luffy is looking on with pride thinking Zoro shook off the command.
The monarch escapes durning some confusion which isn’t ideal but they’ll catch up.
It isn’t until later when Zoro is doing every little thing Luffy says with out complaint (“Zoro carry me.” He gets scooped up no question. “Zoro! Meat.” They’re heading to the kitchen) and it takes the crew a while to catch on because Zoro is always by Luffy and Zoro always does things for Luffy. But normally there is gruff complaining from him at the least.
It isn’t until later that they put it together that Zoro is under the devil fruit power. But the command “Kneel and obey your king” was a poor one to give Zoro because he already has a king. He is the first mate of the future pirate king. The monarch meant obey me but Zoro’s brain only processes King as Luffy. There is no other.
Luffy is horrified when he finds out. Zoro has been doing whatever he wanted all day. And he thought it was his first mate indulging him. In actuality he had stripped Zoro of his freedom. Zoro had been obeying not because he’s the best first mate ever but because he had no choice. And he hadn’t said anything!
Zoro figures it out right away. But he can’t say anything to Luffy. He knows his captain. If he knows he has complete control over Zoro he would hate it so much. He’d be overly careful around Zoro and probably stop talking to him to try and avoid giving him any commands. (He’s right that’s Luffy’s go to strategy once he finds out)
He trust Luffy completely. Luffy, while silly, rarely gives Zoro orders that he wouldn’t chose to obey anyways.
Until they find out. Maybe Zoro sees a threat and goes to chase after it and Luffy yells to wait. He means for Zoro to wait up, he wants to fight to. But Zoro freezes mid-step. And just like that all the pieces click together.
And the idea that they can read each other so well that Zoro is obeying non verbal commands is so cute but also heart wrenching because Luffy is trying to hard not to order Zoro around that he’s just not talking to him. But Zoro knows Luffy. And is so used to predicting and interpreting his wants and needs he’s doing things any ways.
He’s pulling Luffy into hugs when he needs comfort (a movement Zoro normally lets pass) he stands beside him when Luffy needs support.
And it’s causing Luffy to spiral because Zoro doesn’t want to do these things he’s making Zoro do them.
But Zoro absolutely wants to be with Luffy and comfort him and support him. Luffy could ask him to disembowel himself and he’d do it. Because the king was right he is Luffy’s loyal first mate (dog) and if he was going to be forced to obey anyone he’d pick Luffy because he trust him completely.
But to Luffy this is a violation of this trust. Any order he has to give that Zoro follows blindly is stressing him out because Zoro is going to hate him for taking his freedom.
Oh I love this idea so much!!! Thank you. I’ll have to think about this more.

What's this - someone who actually wants to hear about my OC? Like, willingly???    (Of course, this led to me not knowing where to start and overthinking every detail, and long story short, this took me almost two hours to write. But also, I’m so happy I have an excuse to share her with someone.)
My character is a sea witch named Blue, who was enslaved from an early age due to her ability to manipulate the ocean. Think water bender, only for saltwater.
The crew meets her early in the Grand Line when she wrecks the Going Merry on the island of her current captor. He conveniently ran the island’s only shipyard and used Blue’s powers to manipulate the tides to lure in (and then wreck) ships, which he would then fix at a huge cost.
Luffy and the others are the first people to show her kindness in a long, long time. So when she finds out her owner plans to turn them over to the Marines for the bounty, she decides to help them escape. Of course, things go wrong; she’s found out, and everything leads up to a huge battle to take down the operation and free her in the process.
I focus a lot of her story on learning how to become a person. Her whole life, she’s been treated as a tool to be used, so even though she’s free, she has no sense of identity or purpose and no clue how to move through the normal world. Each of the Strawhats helps her figure it out in one way or another, and she slowly goes from being this blank slate to a lively, compassionate person who finds joy in the smallest things.
Anyway, I ship her with Zoro (or Sanji and Zoro when I’m feeling a certain way 😉). I like to think they’re a good contrast; she softens his hard edges, and he helps her sharpen hers. I’ve spent way too much time world-building the history of her people and how they tie into the world. I’ve been in and out of the One Piece fandom since the 4kids days, so Blue is one of my oldest OCs. She’s changed a lot over the years as I’ve grown as a person and as a writer. The live-action rekindled my love for the series, so I’ve been catching up on the anime for the past few months. It’s been fun to visit with her again and imagine how her story has progressed through these latest arcs.
Ok, I'm done. Byeeeeeeee.
Tumblr media
I love Blue! \o/ The name immediately made me think of Breath of Fire and Breath of Fire 2 - Blue is an amazing Naga wizard you can recruit and she's always powerful (super cool looking too).
But then we got to Water-bending! Yes! I love it. A non-DF style control of the world around you. A derivative of how fishman karate works /nod nod/ it's a great build for an OC.
I'm so glad the Live Action rekindled your enjoyment of One Piece, and I'm glad to hear you're enjoying catching back up. I have *not* been into One Piece since the 4kids days, but I do remember it airing back in those days. (I was watching Reboot and DBZ >.> ) I only started watching like mid-2022, and then just dove into writing because of it.
Eeeeee, thank you so much for sharing about Blue =3
If you write anything official for her, or have already, please let me know. I'd love to read it ^_^ <3

@lawluevents - Day 6: Conqueror's haki/Hand holding
@onepiece-bingo: Sound of Drums
Alternate summary: 1044 because of course it is :)
Alternate summary 2: write Nika Luffy without him turning into a giggly murdering maniac challenge
! MAJOR SPOILERS FOR CHAPTER 1044 (ENDING OF ONIGASHIMA) !
[ Read on AO3 | series ]
—————
Luffy never thought about losing. He refused to think about losing. There was too much on the line in Wano and if he lost to Kaido, then all of it was going to be destroyed. He promised he would win and smash the night to pieces—to Momo, to Tama, to Yamato, to Kin, to his crew, to Torao. He promised to win no matter what.
And more than that, he himself couldn’t forgive Kaido.
He couldn’t afford losing to this man.
And so, when he did lose…
He was shocked to find out that he wasn’t upset, disappointed… or even angry.
No; instead, he was happy. Who knew losing would be so much fun?
A giggle bubbling out of his chest, Luffy got to his knees. There was blood dripping off his face and staining the ground under him but he couldn’t feel any pain. He felt too giddy, too excited to get back to fighting.
What was that DOOM-DUT-DA-DA rhythm resounding all around him? A drum? Sure sounded like one… but that didn’t feel right. Oh, was that his heart beating?
“Okay, that’s funny!”
A new wave of giggles overcame him as he finally got to his feet; he felt so light now, like some invisible restraints had been lifted, giving him all the freedom he ever wanted. He was sure he could do everything he wanted to right now.
Looking at his hands, Luffy clenched and unclenched his fist a few times, testing. What if I make it bigger, bigger than Gear Third?
He barely finished the thought before his fist blew up into giant proportions—big enough to make it seem like he could just reach out and grab the moon off the sky, and big enough to make Luffy himself stumble at the sudden shift in his centre of gravity. Quickly shrinking his hand back to normal size, Luffy grinned.
“This is amazing!” he laughed happily, jumping up and down. He didn’t even notice until now but did his clothes turn white? That was so weird! “I really can do anything!! I can totally fight a bit longer like this! This is my peak. This is Gear Five!!”
Taking a deep breath, Luffy focused on his surroundings. He could feel countless people down below him, scrambling around as the battle went on. There were several strong Voices—Kaido’s was the strongest but he could hear Sanji, Yamato, Jaggy, Momo a bit further away… Zoro’s voice was weak but also there, just like several of the Akazaya samurai.
If at all possible, Luffy’s smile widened even more when he found his Torao.
He knew he and Jaggy would win. Torao was strong, after all; much stronger than stupid Big Mom.
His presence was comforting; hearing his Voice was grounding, keeping Luffy’s mind from getting off-track. He really was the last one to wrap up his fight, huh? That wouldn’t do! He couldn’t keep everyone waiting like this!
Luffy snickered, cracking the knuckles of both his hands before pulling his right arm back. “Here I go, Kaido!” Luffy called to no one in particular, letting his haki flow—
—only to startle at how effortlessly it came to him. Has his Conqueror’s haki always been this powerful? Did it always so free, so light, was it always so easy for him to control?
This form, this Gear Five… It was just so fun!
A grin on his lips, Luffy thrust his hand forward, letting it grow into the arm of a giant to easily bust a hole in the Skull Dome’s ceiling, grabbing for Kaido. He laughed at how tiny the dragon’s body seemed in his hold. Like a simple rope, just ready to be tossed around.
This was where the real battle started.
—————
“Idiot!”
“Huh?” Luffy blinked, pausing with where he was stuffing his mouth with meat to stare at Torao.
He was pacing all over the room in the Shogun’s castle that Momo let Luffy use while he recovered, his hair dishevelled from how he had been running his hands through it in frustration. He wasn’t looking at Luffy, only muttering something to himself about ‘reckless morons who never stop to think’.
“What did I do?!” Luffy asked, instead of doing something stupid like laughing. The sight that Law’s stress made might have been very funny, but Luffy also didn’t have a death wish.
Law clicked his tongue, his head snapping up to glare at Luffy. “Take a fucking guess,” he hissed angrilly.
Tilting his head to the side, Luffy thought hard about what might have caused Law to act like this but he was drawing a blank. “You wanted to eat this meat?” Luffy tried, offering him the half-eaten drumstick in his hand.
“No. Try again.”
Luffy studied Law’s face, taking note of how Law’s eyes flickered away from Luffy’s face to dart all over Luffy’s body—over his injuries—and suddenly, Luffy understood. And he couldn’t keep the warm, happy smile off his face as much as he tried. “Torao~” he sang easily.
That only earned him another glare and he had to bite on his lower lip to stop himself from giggling as he shook his head. Torao could be so cute sometimes.
“Torao, I’m fine,” Luffy said, trying to sound reassuring but he wasn’t sure how good a job he was doing with the way his voice shook. He was just so happy his Torao was so worried; it made him feel all warm and fuzzy in ways he didn’t bother deciphering. He simply basked in the feelings, and in the pissed off, adorable look on Law’s face.
“You died,” Law said flatly.
“Did not!” Luffy cried in his defence.
Clicking his tongue again, Torao sighed deeply. “You’re impossible.”
Unable to keep it in any longer, Luffy snickered—while ignoring the frustrated noise Law let out in response. Discarding his meat on the provided plate, Luffy quickly wiped his hands before he turned back to Law and stretched out one of his arms to grab Law’s elbow, forcing him to come closer to where Luffy was sitting on his futon.
Surprisingly, Law didn’t protest; he let Luffy drag him over to himself, only turning his eyes away so that he wasn’t looking at him. Embarrassed, and unwilling to show it, and Luffy grinned.
So damn cute.
Letting go of Law’s elbow, Luffy let his fingers slide down Law's arm until he found his hand, taking it in his own. Slowly, he brought Law’s hand to his lips, pressing a small kiss to the inside of his wrist—right at the edge of his soulmark—before lacing their fingers together.
“Torao, I love you,” he said in a teasing voice, making Law freeze.
He didn’t say anything for a long while, only standing there completely tense… until he clicked his tongue and finally deflated. Luffy wasn’t surprised when a moment later, Law flicked his forehead—armament haki and all—before he heaved a sigh and replied, “Don’t I-love-you me in this situation.”
“But it’s working!” Luffy said cheekily, sticking out his tongue.
Law narrowed his eyes. “How about I cut your dick off and toss it into the hole with Kaido. It’s not like you’re using it anyway.”
“You wouldn’t!!” Luffy gasped.
“Fucking try me,” Law growled back and Luffy gulped.
Maybe he shouldn’t be pushing Torao much further… Oh well!
“I’ll still love you though,” Luffy said defiantly, squeezing Law’s hand for good measure.
Law didn’t say anything to that… but when he squeezed Luffy’s hand back, that was all the answer Luffy needed.

I've been meaning to upload her here after some minor issues, but here she is! My One Piece OC Mirai Tatsumi(or Winter Dragon Mirai)of the Straw Hats! Yep I went on ahead and designed an OC for OP cause dang my obsessions with this series is high and this is my first anime/manga OC plus I've wanted to do a human and dragon hybrid character for who knows how long.
Tumblr media
Reference to both her base and Hybrid forms(I updated her hybrid point to look more like an actual Zoan type human-beast hybrid transformation like what you'd see in the series); will be drawing more costumes for her in the near future.
Tumblr media
Here is the base design for Mirai during the Super Rookies saga aka the first half of the series.
Tumblr media
Ref to her Dragon Point form, with more information down below in her story.
Mirai Tatsumi(16 pre timeskip and 18 post timeskip)is a Devil Fruit user like Luffy, Nico Robin, Brook, and Chopper, the first friend she ever made. Her fruit allows her to transform into a dragon hybrid with enhanced strength, durability, and the power to use pyrokinesis. When not in Hybrid form, she can use her wings and fiery skills normally, and has some slight durability to her skin. She's still super strong though.
Mirai actually was born and raised in the Grand Line herself, living to a family and hanging with friends. After when she ate a Devil Fruit at the age of six, her whole life was turned upside down after when her own family and village casted her out of the village she lived in, calling her a "monster". Mirai flew from island to island, trying to fit in, but nothing worked. She was always rejected, causing her to live outside of a world that didn't want her. Scars would form on her back to show the pain and suffering she had been through.
While trying to find a new home, she would get caught in a storm and was washed up on the icy coldness of the Drum Kingdom, completely knocked out cold. Chopper would find her and bring her back to Kureah, where the doctress would tend to the child's wounds and take her in as if she were her own daughter. Chopper and Mirai would grow close as friends, eventually becoming like siblings as Chopper learned to warm up to humans more because of her. In fact, the two almost did everything together, even when it came to his experiments and when they developed his Rumble Balls. He eventually became her mentor, for he taught her everything he knew from his training with Kureah. Since both shared similar abilities due to the Devil Fruits they ate being Zoan types, he would also help her learn how to master her powers.
Mirai would live with Kureah and Chopper for her whole life, but that changed when Kureah let Mirai go spread her wings and see the world, since Mirai had a dream on making cures to illnesses, expanding her horizons, and making new friends, just like her mentor/best friend. She would tell Chopper that she would return before leaving to start her adventure. She would come across a few other Grand Line islands before arriving at Syrup Village in the East Blue. Here, she would befriend Usopp; the two got along very fast too. Eventually she would befriend Luffy, Nami, and Zoro when they arrived on the village as well as Sanji when he joined. When she revealed her secret on being a Devil Fruit wielder in front of her captain, Mirai feared that Luffy would turn their friendship down, but he ended up loving her powers and asked her to join his crew. This made Mirai so happy to the point that she accepted his offer. She had finally found a real family. A family to accept her for who she was. In fact, she's ok with being a monster whenever Luffy is around.
Mirai felt right at home with Luffy and the Straw Hats, sailing into the Grand Line with them and getting to see so many new places and faces before they arrived on Drum Island to help cure Nami's illness. Both hybrid and reindeer would be reunited after so long as well as her "mother". She would even help Chopper warm up to Luffy and the others too. Chopper would join the crew by Mirai's side at the end of the Drum Island season after getting a proper and emotional sendoff by Kureah and the residents of the island. The bond between the two would continue to grow and strengthen just like back at their home, and they would even get along well with the other crewmembers when they joined. As the doctor and doctor's assistant of the Straw Hats, both make antidotes to illnesses as well as tending to the wounds of the crew.
One of Mirai's biggest habits is becoming overprotective of Chopper even after the timeskip, yet the same can apply with Chopper too. She'll tend to pick him up like a stuffed animal and hold him for a few moments and even will hiss in people's faces. Mirai rarely does this in public, but when she does, both human and animal would get embarrassed. Even if he would get embarrassed, he would get used to it eventually, and the same applied with the other Straw Hats. This would form after the duels with the Foxy Pirates(while Chopper got temporally taken during the first game set, Mirai would get temporally taken during the second game set).
When she first gained her dragon form, which is later named Dragon Point, she had no control over it, making her a threat to her friends and Chopper, since the form originally came out due to her strong emotions and/or rage. The first time she would turn into this form would be during the Alabasta season, where her strong emotions and rage over seeing Usopp and Chopper in danger caused her to transform and "help" the two men take out the Baroque Works members during her rage. Afterwards, she attacked Usopp and Chopper(she almost killed him too)before passing out and returning to normal, since the form drains a lot of her energy. She would turn into the form a few more times, but still had no or little control over it.
It would be during the timeskip where Mirai would learn to control her Dragon Point form fully thanks to Chopper's help once again during their two years of training of getting stronger together. At the start of the New World saga, Mirai has complete control of her Dragon Point form, making it her most powerful form. The form is extremely powerful in flight and strength with the downside being that it drains most of her energy, meaning that she'll end up passing out after being in the form for a certain amount of time. Unlike Chopper though, she can still move her body after when she wakes up. He happened to develop some special Rumble Balls for her, and they allow Mirai to stay in Dragon Point form for a few minutes without loosing too much energy. Instead of passing out, she just feels a bit woozy.
Bounties: ten million(first), seventy-eight million(second), four hundred million(third).
Tumblr media
As a plus, here's a bonus and fun little doodle I did of my OC as a reindeer!

The rose left unwatered (Law x f!reader)
Tumblr media
Heyo guys ! this is my first multi part fanfiction and I hope that you will all like it =w=.  No TW for now apart for coming smut in next chapters~  This was originally a request by @soul-stealer-reaper . Thanks for requesting :) originally you asked for a scenario with rough NSFW where Law has a crush on a girl that the government is afraid of and that has high bounty. As this will have some parts, everything you asked for will come in the next chapters so no worries :’) ! I won’t hide that wrote quite freely tho, I hope that it’s fine.  Synopsis : You have felt unwanted for so long that you forgot the last time you felt like you belonged. Quite paradoxical, when you are one of the most wanted “criminals” in the new world. You cross paths with Law after joining the strawhats at Fishman Island to “kill some time” and you both feel a weird connection from the moment your eyes met, curiosity, hatred or desire, did it really matter as long as feelings were involved ? ---------------------------
A rose left unwatered will wither, A heart left unloved will rot, A sweet dream left untouched will go bitter,  A love left unspoken will be forgot. Nemo -  Murder in Venice
The first time that Law saw you, he found you extremely annoying. He remembered that he saw your wanted poster somewhere, with one of the highest bounties that he has ever seen. Seeing such a high bounty made him raise an eyebrow at first, what could you have done to have the whole world on your back ? The second thought that came to his mind was that of detachement, then he flinched at that thought.
The first time that Law saw you in person was after his Allience with the strawhats. You stayed at the ship the whole time, you didn't even bother to follow others to punk Hazard or to help them with their plans. He thought that you were an extremely selfish person and you reminded him of the person that he hated most. That way you had of doing what you wanted without caring about others, the smirk you had on your lips at all times, never submitting, always acting so sure of yourself, it irritated him.
How could someone get such a strong reaction out of him ? He didn't even know, he always eyed you from afar and it was enough to know that you prfoundly, passionately got on his nerves.
You joined the strawhats in the Fishmen Island, finding your way to them and just asking to join. Luffy's simplistic demeanor meant that he accepted right away, not caring about who you were and not flinching at your high bounty.
You made it clear that you were just staying to be entertained, in fact, you didn't want to fight, you didn't want to help anyone, your curiosity was just peaked by Luffy, by that man that defied the world government, by that man that defied everyone at Marineford. You weren't impressed, but you just felt sympathy towards him and wanted to find some company.
You found what you were looking for, in fact, life with the strawhats was enjoyable, you didn't get along with Usopp or Nami. The former thought that you were « too scary » and would kill them in their sleep, the latter hated how little you were willing to cooperate.
You had your own reason, but nobody on that ship was able to grasp your personnality, you just had your own way of thinking, your own internal logic that nobody seemed to get. Who were you ? Why were you there and why was the whole world on your back ? All these questions were provoking Law, teasing him endlessly. His curiosity was growing day after day and you were always there, on a lounge chair enjoying the burn of the sun on your skin, not caring about anything else, not caring about him, not that he cared...did he ? You got on his nerves just by being there, he felt obseverd yet, he wasn't the kind of people to get flustered but your gaze was so intense, feline.
It was a soft night on the sunny, a few days before getting to Dressrosa.  On this night, the strawhats decided to gather around after dinner like always. They enjoyed socializing and spending time together, telling stories and playing silly games.  It was quite late so Momo was already sleeping. Everyone was on the deck enjoying some drinks and you were on the crow's nest, peaceful.
« Y/N-chaaawn~ » Screamed Sanji, making you look down. « Come have some fun with us, don't stay there on your own ! »
« - Yeah Y/N ! We're all having fun here. »  Said Luffy.
You jumped gracefully from the crow's nest just like a cat. You then looked around circularly before taking place between Law and Robin as she silently made some space for you. The atmosphere was light and everyone was enjoying themselves. Zoro was drinking bottle after bottle as Sanji was screaming at him. Usopp was telling you all for the tenth time about how he took down a sea king with his little finger and Luffy and Chopper were captivated by how cool that was.
You were just silently enjoying that sense of peace till Nami asked you out of nowhere
« Oh true Y/N, I actually never asked but I am curious, why is your bounty so high ? What have you done ? »
For a second your expression changed and everyone's eyes were on you. You just decided to tell them some kind of lie and you said that you killed a celestial dragon. Everyone looked at you in awe, killing a celestial dragon means that you had to escape from admirals. You excused yourself then saying you were tired, therefore going to sleep.
After hours of partying Strawhats went to sleep. You got out of the girl's quarter wearing only a night gown. Your thoughts were waltzing since earlier's events and you were looking melancolically at the ocean. The sound of the waves was so calming, you got close to the board of the sunny, placing your elbows on the wooden surface. You didn't notice it when Law came your way, he wasn't sleeping either, his sleeping schedule was always herractic. He was still intrigued by the lie you told earlier and by your overall attitude, something about you drew him towards you like a magnet.
-(Y/N)-ya...You didn't kill a celestial dragon, did you?
His voice was low and hoarse, stealing a murmur out of your lips. Your eyes met his, gray, icy. It was the first time he said your name outloud, actually, you briefly ever interacted since he got on this ship.
-Trafalgar ?..
You were wondering why did he bring this up, he never ever showed interest in you and you in him. In fact, now that you looked at him more in detail, you could say that he was an exceptionally handsome male with soft dark hair and a gloomy but all the more seductive cast of demeanor.
He could obtain any female he wanted at a snap of his fingers. You looked away and added :
-I thought that you disliked me. Why do you even ask ?
He raised an eyebrow, but got back to his stoic expression almost immediatly. He didn't know that it showed. However, you were wrong, he was starting to get intrigued by you, by your high bounty, by the detached way you acted. He was usually the one to observe and analyse people, but something about you...He couldn't put a finger on.
-I don't like lies.
-I have my own reasons...I'm sure there are a lot of things that you want to keep secret.
You hesitated then looked his side. He seemed calm still and just shrugged, ready to go back to his spot but then you added ;
-I lied because I didn't want to involve anyone in this...When I was just a child, I was a part of a dozen kids that were selected to take part into a « government experiment »...I don't want to go into details but...you clenched your fist, eyes fixed on an imaginary point in front of you I am the only survivor of that experiment...Therefore I'm being tracked... We were given power...To this day I don't know its extent...But I know that with just a blow of my fingers I could...you gasped How could a child be granted such a power ? Why did they have to choose for me ? I didn't want any of this....I never wanted to fight, I don't want to fight. I just wanted to be normal, to have a family, to feel wanted...haha...your laugh was bitter I mean, I know that I am the most wanted person you probably met, but I didn't mean it in that way. I hope that this satisfies your curiosity, Trafalgar Law.
Your eyes met, he looked in them, deep, searching for traces of honesty. You were telling the truth, there wasn't a doubt. He liked the way his name sounded out of your lips, it was the first time that he heard these three letters murmured by you. It's as if his first name sounded different, you had that way of saying it, almost like a whisper. You looked so vulnerable in your nightgown, so fragile despite your usual arrogant carapace. The fiery tigress looked like a sweet kitten and he was surprised by the way he just wanted to reassure you. He brushed that thought quickly and added, stoic ;
-I see, why did you tell me ?
-You just asked me to, no ? I just felt like we were a bit alike...Ah. Also, quit asking me questions....This is starting to feel like a doctor examination...Now it's my turn to ask. Why do you even care ? I didn't think that the surgeon of death was such a curious person.
He scratched his chin, hesitating for a second, but then he just said bluntly ;
-The first time I saw you, I thought that you were extremely annoying.
- Ah ? you looked at him with a straight face, but still a bit offended If we're playing first impressions then...
-But I get it now.
He wasn't annoyed, in fact, he was just fascinated. It wasn't animosity that he felt but desire to know more about you. It wasn't that he was making sure that you're not endangering anyone, he wanted to look at you, it was just excuses upon excuses, rationalization for a case of irrational fascination. Now that the diagnostic was there, he could understand his emotions more clearly.
-You are talking in riddles but well...Whatever...Why did you form an alliance with Luffy by the way ? I wonder how you're able to handle all of his energy if you can't even stand mine haha.
-Let me correct you ; I don't hate you. He stops for a moment then he adds. There is a man that I would like to kill.
You turn now, back against the wooden border of the ship. You had an amused look on your face, wondering who was that man that he wanted to take down ;
-Now that's interesting ! Let me guess, who is it ?
-You are quite curious yourself, (Y/N)-ya...
He thought it was only fair, you opened up to him, he opened up to you, but telling you the details wasn't for now.
-So you are using the strawhats ?
-I am not sure who is using who. And what is your reason for joing the strawhats ?
-Luffy, you said with dreamy eyes, it's the D in his name...I have been drawn to people with this letter in their names like a magnet...I don't know...I just believe it's fate...
He was startled by your answer, so you knew about the « D » letter ? He also had this letter in his name...He just added then, with a face that didn't betray his surprise ;
-Oh , a girl like you believes in such romantic stories ?
-And what is a girl like me like ? You added, amused. I mean, apart from annoying.
-...Quit it already.
His tone was stable as always. He didn't show it but he thought that it was cute of you, how you insisted and played along. You faced him, your eyes looking right into his and you weren't one to look down, oh no. Irisis into his irisis, looking for him and digging something into him. He didn't even know what you meant by such a look, once again, feline.
The salty smell of the ocean's water mixed with the odor of your fruity perfume made that moment a bit more enjoyable and he wasn't even the type of person to enjoy chatting.
Check mate, you made up for that horrible first impression. You added then ;
-You avoided my question by the way, why wouldn't I believe in « such romantic stories » ? What do you think you know about « a girl like me » ?
You got a bit closer, amused, and he thought that it was getting a bit dangerous. You had a fake woeful look in your eyes. His limbs were filled to the brim with that ocean perfume of yours mixed with that sweet taste, and for a second it was as if that odor operated some kind of spell over him, because a surprising thought occured to his mind ; what would your lips taste like ? Certainly salty like the ocean and a tad like peaches.
Unsettled and unfocused he said ;
-Shouldn't you be sleeping ?
In reality, he didn't want these thoughts to make a nest out of his head and decided to cut the conversation quite abruptly. Your rocked your body back, almost like a child and rose your eyebrows in a semi-sarcastic semi-dramatic way.
-I'm a bit too old for a bed time don't you think, Trafalgar ?
-Just Law.
-Yes yes ! L-a-w...See you tomorrow ! You're not as uptight as I thought.
-(Y/N)-ya.
He just said your name in a strict way, probably indicating that you needed to go. His tone was firm, stop teasing already.
You looked at him with a diminishing smile, pronouncing every single letter so slowly, stretching his name on your lips so that these three tiny letters seemed endless. You tossed your hair, and something about the whole situation, about your feminine charm, something about the breeze of the night made the both of you feel unbearable tension. The type of tension that happens between a man and a woman at three in the morning, that tension that makes every little detail, every look in the eyes, every brush of the fingers feel indecent.
The eyes of a woman can't lie, his ego was stroked as he thought he had a glimpse of your hidden desire. You turned to go back to the girl's quarters, his eyes still hanged on your silhouette. ----------- I hope that you liked this first part. Please tell me what you think. It is a great motivator to know that I’m writing and being read. <3 I wish you all a nice day !

Part I: Wisdom of a Moss
Disclaimer:  One Piece and it’s wonderful characters is owned by Eiichiro Oda.  The following work of fiction is just my way of filling in some spaces in his work with my shameless imagination.
This and my other work is also available in ff.net.
Rating: K+
Word Count: 4k+
Genre: Friendship, Comfort, Humor, sprinkle of Fluff
Pairing: Zoro/Nami
Summary:  Set after Ch. 955 in the manga. Nami reflects on their current journey and her worries are let known to a certain swordsman.
A/N: Being the ones to be beside Luffy since the very beginning, I figured if there is someone to reflect on how their journey has been it has to be these two. Seeing also how they have the dynamic of Nami being worrisome and Zoro comforting just telling her how things are (e.g. Davy back fight, Usopp leaving the crew), I thought if someone in the crew is going to feel this way, it would be Nami, with Zoro being there to talk it out.
This was supposed to be a one- shot but I ended up having a vision of a scene to wrap this up which I’m trying to get to. So looks like there would be more.  Hopefully I somehow mostly stayed in character. Hope you enjoy.
---------------------
"What's a dango?" the Strawhat's doctor asked, eyes glinting, as Sanji helped unload the fragrant boxes of dango sent by one of the allies. They were gathered around a table in their small camp. The preparations for the raid in Onigashima nearing its completion.
" Hmm…dango? Ah yes, you see Chopper, it's a type of weapon, disguised as colorful treats that when eaten, causes one to be hypnotized and start walking backwards! An assassin once tried this weapon on me…" Usopp started explaining as the glint in the poor reindeer's eyes started to die out.
"…but you see the great and mighty Uso—"
"Wrong!" The blonde cook shouted, sandaled foot connecting on the sniper's head. "Stop disrespecting food like that!"
Nami cringed at the thought of a hypnotizing, backward walking individual they had once encountered.
"It's a sweet rice dumpling, Chopper. And no, it won't hypnotize you when you eat it." Nami said sweetly, to the relief of the horrified reindeer.
Nami's eyes narrowed to the now laying on the ground Usopp and huffed.
"I should go call the others."
"No Onami- swan! How about you stay here and let's have someone else call the others." Sanji said, glaring at Usopp, who's now nursing a bump on his head.
"It's okay Sanji- kun," she said, forcing a smile on her face. "I needed the walk anyway."
"If you say so mellorine~, shall I accompany you?" said the cook, with hearts on his eyes.
"Just stay here and guard the food Sanji- kun." Giving one last weak smile, the navigator turned to leave, feeling the need to be by herself with her thoughts.
"Alright you shits! Nobody eats until Nami swan gets back here!"
---------------------
It was easy to find the others as the Strawhat navigator was almost trampled on her way by their captain as he shouted "food! Where's the food?" and took off running excitedly to where she pointed without another word.
She found Robin with Franky, who just got back from the port, and Brook who excitedly claimed how great that would be with tea, the thought just warms his insides, although ah! He does not have any insides.
Only one more left to find. She's just hoping he did not get lost somewhere far.
---------------------
Bamboo leaves rustled as a breeze passed through the forest, orange tresses swayed along, its owner slowly getting lost in her thoughts as the very person she was looking for started to creep on her mind.
"...Zorojuro, I will be blunt with you, if it were me, I would not accept this blade", suggested Kinemon.
One clean strike. Rumble.
Nami wasn't able to stifle her gasp as she watched a huge chunk of the edge of the cliff splash into the waters below.
"Gyaah! Zorojuro's arm!"
Her eyes widened as she watched Zoro's sword wielding arm appear to emaciate after the swing of this new sword. Her mouth open, about to call out at him…
"You! Give it back to me!"
…and she watched as his arm returned to normal, the swordsman seemingly having tamed the sword.
She stood in shocked silence. 'what a scary weapon' she thought, hand on her mouth dropping to her chest as the heartbeat that has quickened its pace started to calm down.
"If you were just some normal swordsman, you would have had all you energy sucked out and collapsed immediately", Hitetsu commented.
The swordsman's face spread into a devilish grin. "So it means once I get used to this sword I'll be stronger? I'll take it, Enma."
A small frown started to form on the navigator's lips. She can't deny the fear that gripped her insides when she saw what happened to Zoro's arm. Such scary power, and he was very much willing to wield it to get stronger.
She let out a huff as she recalled everything they have been through since they reunited and sailed the New world. So much has happened in such a short amount of time. Compared to how it was when they first set sail on the Grandline as a crew, everything that has been going on now seems to be so… intense. And with it, it seems, out of all of them in the crew, it was the green haired swordsman who has been taking everything with so much intensity. Too intense if that demonstration on the cliff has anything to say.
She always knew the guy was intense, even from the very first time she met him, running around, carrying a cage with a profusely bleeding stab wound to his abdomen. She knows the guy would do everything in his power to get stronger. She also knows that much like everyone else in their crew, he would do everything to use that power to protect them and keep them moving towards their dreams.
The problem however, and what really worries her about all this, is that aside from this intensity, he also is an idiot. A big idiot who ends up disregarding himself and his safety for the sake of the crew and getting stronger. She slapped a hand to her forehead as she recalled that time he tried to fight Arlong despite being severely injured, or that time in Little garden when his initial instinct was to cut off his legs, his own damn legs to get free. Or his weird injuries in Thriller bark. She suspected he had something to do with why they all ended up unharmed and Kuma nowhere in sight when they all came to and he was the only one to end up like that. But he just brushed it off and said "who knows? maybe he got scared so he just left". Or how he got back from their two- year separation without his left eye?!
Now he's willing to risk getting his energy sucked by that sword? She knows he's strong, very much so but she really can't help but worry for him. She's already worried for all of them as it is but she can't seem to especially shrug of her worry for her green haired crewmate this time.
Another rustle of leaves, but this time followed by the creaking of falling bamboos snapped the redhead from her thoughts.
---------------------
The swordsman stood in solitude in the middle of the bamboo forest, three swords all unsheathed, trying to get the feel of them with his newly acquired one. There is still some strain on the arm wielding Enma but not as much. He is getting used to this sword quite well. Hitetsu mentioned earlier that he is confident by his hands, this sword will become a black blade. He grinned at that. Tightening his grip on Enma, he closed his eye, and breathed out.
Ever since they set sail on the New world, no, ever since he asked Mihawk to train him back in Kuraigana, he had renewed his resolve that by his swords he will fulfill his promise to Kuina, fulfill his dream, and see to it that his crewmates dreams be fulfilled as well. Defeat such as that at Thriller Bark and Saboady shall never happen again. No longer will he be powerless to protect his crew and their dreams.
He opened his eye and stared at the new sword on his hand. 'Suck its wielder's energy huh?' He grinned, 'try me', his arm moving to make a clean slash at the trees around him.
Too focused on his new sword, it was only after the slash that he sensed another presence nearby.
His one eye widened as he saw the woman at the direction the trees were falling to.
---------------------
Nami yelped as the top ends of a few falling bamboo trees narrowly missed her, causing her to fall on her behind at the ground.
"Baka! What are you doing there?!" Came the strained shout of the very man she was looking for. In an instant, he had closed the distance between them.
"Are you hurt?" Concern and a tinge of panic laced the voice of the swordsman.
She was shocked at first, just staring at the fallen bamboos in front of her then at the crewmate who was responsible for her distracted thoughts just a moment ago and is now crouching beside her.
She blinked, once, twice.
"…"
"Baka?" The word slipped from her mouth with a confused tone as she recovered from her shock.
"Who are you calling baka?!" She erupted, followed by a fist to the side of the swordsman's head.
"Oh great, you're okay. Dammit woman!" the now irritated swordsman said, nursing his head. Despite his reaction, his eyes still scanned her body, looking for any signs of injury.
"Okay?! You almost crushed me with those bamboos!"
"Well, how am I supposed to know you would be there?"
"I don't know, maybe scan the area first before going off slashing these poor unsuspecting trees?"
"I was training! What the hell are you doing, strolling around here anyway?" Zoro grumpily retorted as he held out his hand to help the navigator get up.
Nami stared at the outstretched hand towards her, remembering it's the very same limb that almost got sucked dry by Enma at the cliff. Her irritation dissipated and she let out a breath as she grasped the hand and stood up. Her hand stayed held in his for a brief moment as her eyes flitted to his face, unable to hide the worry in her features. She let go of his hand as she tried to brush off the dust on her yukata.
Zoro stared at her.
"What is it, witch?"
"What was what?"
"That look on your face."
"What? What's wrong with my face?" She tried to brush off.
"…"
"Hey, so you're training with Enma? How's it going? Your arm okay?" She asked, coolly.
He continued to stare at her, narrowing his single eye.
"Hmp." Came the only response from the swordsman.
Not a good answer.
"Ow! What the hell, Nami?!" Zoro growled, trying to fend off the redhead's fingers as she has resulted to poking him sharply on his side.
"I asked you a question!"
Yep, of course that kind of answer is no good to this woman. Zoro sighed and stood up straight, right hand flitting to his swords. "Of course it's okay, this is nothing."
Nami couldn't help but smile lightly at that. Of course that's going to be his answer, she didn't even know why she bothered to ask in the first place. When did she ever hear this man say something is too hard for him or he can't do it?
"Also, I asked a question first. What are you doing here?"
Nami's smile turned to a grimace. Poor Sanji is probably now having a hard time trying to stave off a hungry Luffy from getting his hands off the food.
"Right. Snack time. Sanji- kun sent me here to get you."
'Dartboard brow? Ordering his precious Nami- swan around? And the witch actually doing the task? That's weird.' Zoro thought with a frown, but decided against voicing this out.
"Yeah, I'm not hungry."
Nami's eyes narrowed. "Yeah, you don't quite have a choice at that. See I already walked all the way here. I'm not going back without you."
He glared back at her.
"Also, as a certain idiot decided it is a good day to crush me with bamboo trees... I also happen to be injured, so you'll have to carry me back." She added.
"Injured?!" Sputtered the swordsman. "Woman where? You're perfectly fine!"
"Ehhh, but my ass hurts Zoro- kun." Retorted the navigator as she placed an index finger on her lips, the other hand caressing the round of her butt, and putting on a pout.
'z-zZoro- kun?' The swordsman's eye twitched. 'Oh no. The scheming witch is at it again.
…and did she say her ASS??'
"Yeah I think it's bruised." For a second, pouty lips almost turned into a smirk, but the well-trained navigator held her innocent pout despite the unmistakable mischievous glint in her eyes. "Do you want to check, Zoro?"
Zoro's glare could bore holes.
Just a few minutes ago Enma was the one threatening to suck his energy. Now it's the woman in front of him. What's worse, holding himself against Enma is proving to be easier than doing it against Nami.
'Do I want to cheCK? Damn this woman,' he thought with a stifled gulp, as he tried to push down graphic thoughts he refuses to acknowledge.
Left palm hitting his forehead, sliding it down his face, a heavy sigh left the swordsman. "Fine, get on." And with that, turned to crouch and offer his back to the navigator, whose manipulative face dropped behind him at how that ended without more of a fight from said man.
Nami hesitated for a second. She really thought he would argue, even for little, even if she knew there's no way he's going to win, like how they always did. She'd be lying if she said she wasn't disappointed.
"Hey, I don't have all day."
Without a word, the navigator climbed the swordsman's back.
Zoro stood up and started walking. He tried to ignore how he noticed the subtle difference on how the woman felt pressed to his back, compared to that time in Alabasta when he carried her like this. Or how her yukata had to open-up a bit and shift higher for her to be able to adjust her legs around him. Yeah, there's a different air to his current situation now. But he refuses to pay more attention to these.
A few steps in and he found it weird how the normally noisy woman is now so silent. Trying to test the waters, he hopped over a fallen tree, one that he could have easily sidestepped, making sure to land roughly. This caused the navigator's nose to awkwardly collide on his head and his grip on her to ride higher.
"Hey! Watch it you brute!"
There it is.
"Ow! Nami!" That's the second bump the swordsman received today on his head.
"You're carrying precious cargo you know?! You should be more careful."
"Tsk." Yep. Shouldn't have bothered testing that.
Another stretch of silence.
"Ne Zoro, we're really off to face a Yonko huh?"
The navigator's voice broke the quiet. Which usually did not come as a surprise to Zoro, if not for the thoughtful tone to it and how it came as an almost whisper.
"Yeah, you guys faced one already didn't you?" replied Zoro, deciding to humour the navigator's suddenly serious mood lest he incur another bump on his head.
"Mmm, but this one's different, last time facing one was not the main mission, we tried our best to avoid her. Even so we barely got away with our lives." Nami gulped as she remembered Pedro. "This time we're actually facing one head on."
Zoro's head shifted to the side, his ear picking up the somber tone of the navigator.
"You're not thinking of backing out, are you?"
"Of course not! I mean, if we had a choice, why not? But we don't, don't we?" Nami came with a burst of spirit only to end with defeated frustration.
"Hm. Even if we do, you don't really believe we'd be choosing the alternative right?"
If there's one thing she has learned from all the time she had been in this crew, it's that they will always choose the dangerous option. Even if through some miracle they don't, it still ends up with them being dragged to the dangerous path either way. That's just how it is, even when it was just the three of them in Orange town and she's not official in the crew yet, at least to her belief. She'd hoped gaining more members would mean there'd be more rational voices in the crew. But no.
"No." She chuckled weakly.
"I just. Isn't all this happening too fast? I just thought we'd have some sort of a breather. Like how we were back then. After each island there's nothing to worry about other than to keep us floating until we get to the next where we don't know what awaits us. Now after Punk Hazard I can't really enjoy each island knowing what's waiting in the next would be some crazy strong enemy we'd have to defeat. Everything's just gotten so serious you know?" Nami ranted, feeling like a bratty child complaining but this has really been how things are.
Zoro took a moment to digest what the redhead behind him just released on him. Of course he knows. He knew this the moment he faced Kuma in Thriller bark. He definitely knew this is how the rest of their journey is going to have to be after what happened in Saboady. This is what he understood what Luffy realized too when he decided they shall meet in 2 years instead of right away after they got separated. They have come to a point in their journey where they have to pick a path and stick with it if they intend to get to the one piece. It's just unfortunate… or well, fortunate, depends on who in the crew you ask, that the best path is filled with 'crazy strong' enemies.
"Nami."
The navigator raised her head at that, confused at the sudden stern tone from the swordsman.
"Did you really expect anything less from us?"
"Huh?"
"You should've known this earlier."
Now she feels like a bratty child being scolded. She didn't like that.
"Our captain, he's all for fun mindless adventure, but what did he make sure everyone he meets know about him?"
Nami mulled at that. 'That he's stubborn? That he likes meat? No. Oh.'
"He's going to be the pirate king." She sighed. Of course. What did she expect from being a Strawhat anyway? Their captain is bound to be king of the pirates, of course there's no easy way to that. She knew this, it's just how crazy the way to get to it is something she's still reluctantly coming to terms with.
Zoro felt his message came across. "Our defeat in Saboady was our wake-up call. If we want to continue our journey towards our dreams then we have to be serious about it, because there are serious stuff out there bound to prevent us from doing so. So we'd have to fight for our way, no matter what or who the obstacle is. And we have to do it now, because these obstacles are not going to wait because we still want to have fun."
Nami can't help but stare at Zoro now. When did Zoro become so… wise?
"Besides, isn't this what we prepared for in those 2 years?"
"Well… yes, I prepared but mostly on navigating, maybe I added some tricks to my climatact but you can't really expect me to face the strength of a Yonko."
"Don't worry, I got you. I'll protect you."
Nami can't help but be taken aback by that. She knows this has been his role not just to her but to the entire crew. Despite this, she can't fight the warmth that started to creep on her cheeks. The intensity in the way he said it together with his grip tightening on her just caught her off guard.
Zoro noticed his passenger had suddenly become stiff on his back. Thinking back to what he just said, he realized how that must have sounded. Sappy.
Suddenly flustered, he blurted, "I meant I'll protect us!... The entire crew, I meant the entire crew! Not just you! Specifically!"
"Ow! Damn it Nami!"
The navigator decided the best way to diffuse the impending awkwardness was to do what they do best. Violence from her and the resulting banter that follows. She had just pulled the swordsman's ear.
"Of course I know that you baka." She chuckled, a smile blooming on her lips.
"Tsk." He pretended to be annoyed, but was thankful she didn't tease him for it. He remembered something then, causing a smirk on his lips.
"Hey, what are you worried about anyway? Luffy told me you landed a pretty solid attack on Big Mom. Seems like you got the whole facing the strength of a Yonko thing done."
Nami was once again taken aback, unable to help but smile at the thought of their captain proudly sharing what she did and be flattered at the hint of pride emanating from the swordsman.
"Well… yeah, but that was actually because of Zeus, and that didn't really do any damage to her."
She felt a squeeze from the hands supporting her thighs.
"Still, you did something and that counts. Keep doing what you do and you're fine, leave the rest to us."
Nami can't keep her stare off Zoro now, that warmth continuing to engulf her and she smiled. "Ah."
Zoro really didn't know where his words are coming from but he couldn't help what comes out of his mouth just to appease the woman.
Another stretch of silence. It was comfortable for a moment but after a while, the wringing of the hands that are crossed loosely in front of the swordsman's chest has given away the unresolved worries of the woman on his back.
He sighed. "What is it, Nami?"
"Huh?"
"There's still something on your mind."
The hand wringing stilled and he felt a puff of air on his nape.
"Ne, Zoro."
That was soft. Way too soft for Nami. And he can't describe it but that tone alone made his chest feel a bit tight. He held his breath as he turned his head slightly towards the navigator's voice, an indication that he heard her.
"You have to be careful as well you know."
He slowed down his steps, really not liking this somber tone on her.
"Heh. Is the witch worried about me now? Afraid you'll lose someone to hold debts to?" He tried to josh. He can handle an annoyed Nami, but this suddenly serious, melancholic Nami, he's not quite sure how to approach.
"Baka, of course I am!"
The sudden outburst together with the tightening of the arms around his shoulders stopped him in his tracks.
"I mean, sure I am worried about all of us, but I am most worried about you, you know?! You're so reckless, you're even worse than Luffy! That time in Thriller Bark? I don't know what you did but you sustaining those mysterious injuries and not waking up really scared me. Then we get separated and you come back after two years without your left eye? And now your new sword…" The navigator paused. "Look, I have no doubt you can handle that sword, you're Zoro after all but all I'm saying is just… just don't be too reckless."
The swordsman was silent for minute, taken aback by the tirade that just came from their navigator. There's no way he could try to tease her out of her mood right now, not with how heavy she's breathing now behind his back, like what she just said physically exerted her. He took some time to ruminate her words, he knows the woman worries. He didn't know she worries for him that much and he certainly didn't expect for her to voice them out. Although it's hard to see her this way, he'd be lying if he said knowing her concern for him didn't give a weird feeling on his stomach. Unfortunately, he couldn't bring himself to comfort his crewmate because what she's worried about is just the thing he does.
He released a deep breath. "What happens to me, the injuries I sustained in the past, I regret none of them."
"Of course you don't regret them, because you're still here! What if the next time what you lose is a limb so you can no longer wield a sword? Or worse…"
"Then that's what I deserved. If I'm not strong enough to protect myself, then that would mean that what I get as a result of my lack of strength is what I deserve."
"But-"
"Look, Nami. You are the navigator of our ship, you bring us to where we need to be, and not once have you failed us. Usopp is the sniper, Ero- kappa cooks, Chopper is our doctor, Robin is the one who reads the weird stones, Franky takes care of the ship, Brook brings the entertainment. Me, all I can offer is my strength to protect the crew. If I am unable to survive the injuries that I have sustained and will sustain in our journey, then I have no right taking the role of protecting you and I have no right to stand beside Luffy."
He stared off in the distance, he really has no intention of baring these thoughts to the woman on his back, not when they're sober and in the middle of nowhere, but it just flowed out of him. He has no choice after all, the woman is stubborn, brushing her worries off will not help. Even if her concern warms his insides in a way he can't describe making him want to comfort her in return, he can't really give her any assurance.
He was pulled from his thoughts by the long breath over his right neck and a warm palm tenderly placed over the scar on his left eye.
"Baka of course I know that. I've known you long enough to know that is how you think."
Goosebumps have started to arise on his arms and neck by her proximity and touch.
"Reckless brute who muscles his way out of everything."
Only to be halted by the insult that followed. He was about to retort when she continued.
"All I'm saying is, do you think we would be happy reaching our dreams if we get there at your expense? And no, I'm not saying you're not strong enough that we'd come to that point" He noticed her right hand tighten at this. "What I'm saying is, just maybe think of that too the next time you start thinking about doing something too reckless." He was about to retort again but Nami sensed this and the hand on his left eye left to pinch his cheek.
"Hey!-"
"I was there when you tried to saw off your legs in Little Garden, Zoro. That's what I mean when I say too reckless. Aaargh honestly! I know you're gonna be reckless anyway, but just don't be reckless and dumb at the same time! Also, worry about yourself too! Even us weak ones trained those past two years so we can somehow fend for ourselves and yes, I definitely need protecting still but you guys need to worry about yourselves too sometimes, and I know you guys will keep picking fights on-"
Before Nami can continue rambling, she was interrupted by Zoro taking the hand that just pinched his cheek. He enclosed it on his own, before resting both their hands on his chest, just above heart. The warmth of Zoro's hand on hers brought all her thoughts to a full stop as a she stiffened and a blush dusted her cheeks. Oh how grateful she is that he can't see her face now.
"I get it. I can't promise anything but I get it."
The navigator let out a breath she didn't know she was holding. Her body relaxing and her head unconsciously leaning unto his. Who knew this conversation would be tiring? But really, she's satisfied with that. This is Zoro after all and that coming from him is enough for her.
Sensing that his red headed companion has been satisfied with his answer, Zoro resumed to walk as they once again fell into comfortable silence. This time without Nami wringing her hands since one is preoccupied inside the swordsman's.
"Ano, Zoro…"
"What now, woman?"
"I was serious when I said you should be careful okay? We wouldn't want you losing another eye. You get lost even with both eyes intact, you're terrible now with just one. What would we do if you lose both?" She tried burying her concern with a joke, even if the thought of the possibility of that does frighten her.
"Woman I don't get lost! It's you guys who get lost!"
"Uh huh, sure, that's how it was all those times. Maybe that's also why we passed this fallen tree for the third time? It must be lost."
Zoro flinched. "Damn it!" He let go of Nami's hand to adjust his hold on her and stomped the other way. Nami tried to ignore how she missed the warmth of his hand on hers.
"Really though, you're beyond salvation 'mister I don't get lost', at this rate Luffy would've devoured all the dango by the time we got there." Which is not really a long amount of time, considering it's their captain. It just depends on how well Sanji holds the fort.
"Well it's your fault! You keep distracting me with your questions!"
Nami chuckled at that. "Sure, sure. Just head this way." She ordered, pointing towards a path. "Straight line Zoro, do you even know what that is?"
"Tsk. Damn it woman I'll drop you I swear!"
The navigator laughed harder at that.

yeo! i love your writing, don’t know if you take request, so feel free to ignore but could you do some headcanons of mihawk, luffy, and sabo with a partner who has really bad social anxiety and how they help them after a bad day? thank you so much!!
Hi! I do take requests- I’m sorry if I took awhile to answer, I havent checked my requests cuz I didn’t think anyone would request something ;-;
Here I hope this is what you wanted! <3
Mihawk, Luffy, Sabo headcanon- S/O who has severe social anxiety (+ oneshot)
Warnings: none
Mihawk
Tumblr media
•Mihawk is very good with this- he’s generally a very calm man which is needed during an anxiety attack
•He would never force you to come anywhere public with him, and would try to have most meeting over den den mushi calls so he could stay at home with you
•He would stay by your side wherever you went so that you would feel secure knowing he’s right there if you need him for anything
•Would notice right away if you were uncomfortable and he would move to stand in front of you so you’ll hopefully feel like you have some privacy
•Would also let you hide your face in his chest, doesn’t matter who it’s in front of
•If you start to have an anxiety attack, he’ll stop whatever meeting he’s in or whatever conversation he’s having, and immediately take you home
•He would offer to make you anything you want to eat or if you want to talk about it
•Would run a bath for the two of you and let you lay on his chest while he tells you stories of his adventures and battles
•Before bed he would sit with you by the fireplace or the window and simply stroke your hair until you fall asleep
Oneshot~
You had agreed to come with Mihawk to one the seven warlord meetings, only because he had said he had a date planned for the two of you after. But now you were face to face with a giant man who towered over everyone in the room. Your heartbeat spiked and your breathing started to become uneven as you tried to get Mihawks attention, only to be blocked by the evil man covered in a fluffy pink coat. You felt your heart beat even faster, your face lost all color, you felt like your legs had become jelly. You quickly looked around for your boyfriend, who was engaged in a conversation with Bartholomew Kuma. Doflamingo started speaking with that devilish sneer but you couldn’t hear anything going on over your heartbeat. Mihawk, who had finished talking to Kuma, took immediate action as he saw the panic in your eyes. He swiftly made his way to you and pulled you into his side and kissing your forehead. He held your head against his coat as he said goodbye to Doflamingo, then led you out of the building and to his boat. He sat with you in his lap while he stoked your hair and whispered soothing words until you reached his castle. Mihawk carried you inside and set you down in the kitchen while he fetched a bottle of wine and two glasses. He ran a bath for you and after he sat down he helped you in and held you against his chest. You asked him to talk about his training days, something that always helped you after a bad day was Mihawk’s stories. After drying you off, he brought you to the living room and sat with you in his lap as he gently rocked you until you fell asleep.
Luffy
Tumblr media
•He was completely oblivious until Chopper explained
•It took awhile for him to know the signs of an anxiety attack
•Once he was familiar with your triggers and signs of an attack, he was more attentive to your actions
•He tried to avoid triggering situation and if he couldn’t he would carry you on his back, hold you very close to him, and/or he would always let you wear his hat
•Doesn’t give one crap about who you guys are in front of, if you’re uncomfortable he will do anything to make you feel safe again
•If he saw that you were uncomfortable, he would wrap his elastic arms around you and hold you on his lap trying to distract you with his df powers
•If it was too late to prevent an attack, he would pull you away from everyone, and hold you as he jumped around telling you stories to bring your thoughts to him
•If you needed a calmer environment, he would just wrap his arms around you a few times and hold your face to his chest while he rested his chin on the crown of your head
•God help anyone who makes fun of your anxiety
Oneshot~
You were in a bar on the island the straw hats were currently docked at. The crew had cleared the bar before you entered so you could relax that night. Luffy dove into the bar’s supply of meet while you sat beside him dodging the flying crumbs. All was well until another groups entered the bar. You were only slightly on edge when you saw them, but when one of them accidentally bumped into you and demanded you apologize, you started to notice how your breathing became uneven. You tried to turn back to focus on your boyfriend making a fool of himself, but you kept glancing back at the other group, each time making eye contact with the one who had bumped into you. You started bouncing your leg as you felt the beginning of your panic attack. Luffy, who now only has one piece of meat left, looked over to check on you and noticed the familiar signs of a panic attack. He put down his meat and pulled your into his lap landed a big messy smooch on your cheek. He grinned at you as he held out the last piece of meat to you. You looked down at the meat then back up at Luffy who just nudged it closer. You took the meat and started to eat it while Luffy pulled you closer and started telling you about his plans for tomorrow. He made sure to hold you against him the rest of the night and he did everything in his power to keep your mind focused on something other than the people around you two. He also deffinetly got Zoro and Sanji to kick the other group of pirates out of the bar.
Sabo
Tumblr media
•I think Sabo has had his fair share of anxiety/panic attacks so he would know what to do
•He already knew the common signs of a beginning attack, but he paid very close attention see if you had any unusual triggers
•In public he stays glued to your side or if he can’t, he has Koala watch over you (I think she would be your number two emotional support person)
•He would avoid all triggering situations, but if he couldn’t he would make you stay at home or somewhere safe
•If he noticed you begin to have an anxiety attack, he would go over and hug you against his chest while peppering your face with kisses
•He would pull you away from the situation and bring you an empty room or a corner away from everyone snd try to distract you with talking about plans for a day or activities for the two of you
•If he found you while you were having an attack, he would pull you into his last and run circles on your back
•He would always be open if you wanted to talk, but he wouldn’t ever force you
•After a bad day I can totally see him dimming the lights and putting on some slow music then just swaying with you while until you are too tired
Oneshot~
You were sitting in the corner of a hangout area in the R.A. headquarters, waiting for Sabo to come back. Soon enough he entered the room, with a lot of people following behind him. Way too many people for you. You began to feel overwhelmed and you quickly felt you me heart spike and your legs became wobbly. You inched your way along the wall towards Sabo and gently tugged on his sleeve. He turned around and looked down, immediately noticing the signs of an anxiety attack. He swooped you into his arms and carried you through balls and into his room where he sat you down on the bed while he locked the door. Sabo went back over to you and layed on top of you, encasing you in his arms while he kissed your forehead. He waited until you calmed down and your breathing returned to normal, then he went back and dimmed the lights. Sabo put on some slow music snd bowed as he offered his hand to you. You giggled and took his hand, then curtseyed and wrapped your arms around his neck. He placed his hand on your waist and brought you closer so he could rest his head on your shoulder while you hid your head in the crook of his neck. The two of you stayed like that, just swaying to the music, until your eyelids felt heavy and your movements slowed. Sabo, who noticed your tiredness, pulled you to the bed and layed you down next to him so you were face to face. He brushed aside a few stray hairs from you forehead, and rubbed circles on your cheek with his thumb until you fell asleep.

Luffy with a S/O that Leaves
Tumblr media
Anonymous requested: Hi! I wanted to request Luffy with an s/o that leaves because they think he'll be better off without her and they cross paths again at some point and they try to run away but Luffy catches them before they get the chance? Ignore it if you don't want to do it. Thanks!
We stan Luffy here. The precious bean. Precious cinnamon roll. The pure sweetheart. I could not make him angry lmao but this is slighlty angsty for the Reader. Fdjalkfa Anyway, enjoy Lovely!
Luffy x Reader (Gender Neutral/Non-binary)
Warnings: Slightly angsty feelings, fluff, a sliver of comedy, Reader self-doubts
Words: 1043
Headcanons:
Okay when Luffy first finds out his partner left the crew- He would go through the stages of grief be slightly heartbroken from the lack of trust and will probably throw a tantrum (as in he straight-up stress eats everything on the ship)
But chances are you had to do it this way because you know he would not let you leave otherwise (unless you had a really and I mean extremely good reason- Like your dream no longer aligns with the crew- He can be understanding when he wants to but if it is because you are doubting yourself- Oh boy you are in trouble)
So, he will take that into consideration and he just knows in his heart you will meet again
And he vows to have you return to his crew because while you may be his significant other, he is your captain, and he did not give you permission to leave
As for how he acts- He definitely does not look affected (after his stress eating)
Though he would originally tell someone to go get you
Zoro would do it and will get lost. Robin and Chopper will be the ones who track your last whereabouts before they lose you and eventually accept you left
Scenario:
You let out a little puff of air. A bit from frustration but more from knowing you were going to get caught. The marines have been relentless. This island has been one of the stricter ones you have ever seen, and it is like they disregard you leaving the Straw Hats. They only want your head so they can take down the bounty for good.
It is fine though- You seem fine and have managed well the past few months without them. Even though your heart aches whenever you remember them (which is almost constantly) or when you see their increasing bounty- You know it was for the best.
How could you possibly be selfish enough to stay with them? Ruin their reputation when they are all total badasses (yes, even the scaredy-cat trio). You wanted nothing more to see them succeed but… You were totally normal. You had no special power going on. You had no special way to help them reach their goals. You were just… You.
It was for the best you left. You managed to somehow convince yourself of this. That they are better off without you but it still does not stop the ache in your heart from growing. Or the way you feel the hot tears fall down your cheeks. They were your family and you left.
Surely, even if you were to cross paths again- They would not be happy to see you. They must hate you.
You did not even want to think of Luffy. But you do. Constantly.
That is the part that hurts the most- Leaving your loveable lover behind but it needed to be done. He is destined for greatness. He is going to be the King of Pirates so how can you dare call yourself his when he is going to be one of the greatest things the world has ever known?
Even now- As he is, he is so pure, too good- Just somehow you feared ruining his name. You dreamt of returning to him. It was a pure blissful nightmare. One that made you wake up with sorrow but excited to go to sleep the next night knowing you can dream of him.
So surely, just now as you walk quickly through the marketplace, at a brisk pace- You swear this is a nightmare. This has to be a dream as your eyes gaze upon a familiar hat a block away. You pinch yourself, a little too hard but enough to know that- Oh god, this is not a nightmare.
He is here on this island and about to see you.
You quickly dodge yourself into an alleyway- So thankful that you know your way around the island now but… If he is here there is only a little bit of time before this island is upon chaos as always. The marines here are relentless so surely- Luffy will know eventually that you are here.
Oh no. You need to leave and now.
You quickly go down the alleyway and turn to head back to the inn you are staying at only to let out a barely audible gasp (or was it a scream)? You are unsure what sound you made as you stare at a pouty face Luffy who now has his arm wrapped firmly around your waist.
The reason why you made that sound and suddenly feel intense fear is from the look on his face. It made you want to laugh because it is a look of disappointment (that would usually be given to whoever does not give him what he wants). You missed him dearly, but the fear is too much.
He is going to tell you how angry he is at you. How he can’t forgive you.
That is until he pushes that away with these simple words. “I knew it was you! (Name) why’d you run?! I missed you so much! You know I was really mad when you left but Robin told me you were feeling just like her! You are not allowed to leave your family like that again!”
It was only a few seconds, but he has already forgiven you. He knows you left because you thought it was for the better. He does not care. Now that he quite literally as you back in his arms he will not let go. The tears are almost immediate as you wrap your arms around him. The logic you tried to convince yourself- The reason you left the crew- Flying right out the window because it feels so good just to be back in their presence. To feel your lover’s and captain’s love and need for you.
You can feel the slight hurt and no matter how hard you think it is right to leave you just can’t do it again. You can’t force him to go through that pain and as he said. He won’t let you go just because you feel like you don’t deserve to be with them.

Little Bits and Pieces of Heaven
EASY, LOVE
One-shot #: 24
Disclaimer: One Piece (and its characters) belongs to Eiichiro Oda-sensei.
Reminder: I have no beta-reader. Any grammatical and spelling errors are solely mine.
Warning: OOC possible. One shot.
Rating: T
Note: This can be a companion story to Calm Before the Storm. I rarely write one-shots with an ongoing arc timeline but the story’s much better in Wano set-up. I originally tried a different setting but it didn’t work out.
Title is borrowed from the song Easy, Love by Tom West. It has nothing to do with the story plot but when I came across it, I immediately thought it suits this one-shot best.
Summary: Since when did falling for someone been so easy?
Nami silently observed from the upper deck of the Sunny as the samurais of Wano Kuni arrived from their journey from the Ringo region.
If the merrymaking at Kuri beach—where a barbecue celebration (one of the many they had for the last few days)—was already loud and boisterous before… it turned to a total pandemonium once the group dismounted their horses to join the party.
Luffy was hollering from too much excitement; yelling Zoro’s name as he bounded towards the swordsman—who was getting off his own horse—so he could glomp him.
Her lips quirked in amusement. Idiots. Look how happy they both are to see each other.
It’s been days since the green-haired man traveled to the northern region to pay his respects to the samurai Ryuma who gave him Shusui. Few of the red scabbards went with him…
…along with Momo’s sister, Hiyori.
Nami pursed her lips at that. And it immediately turned into a frown when she noticed Zoro assisting the beautiful woman down from her own horse. Even with Luffy still entangled around him, his rubbery arms encircling the taller man’s torso, Zoro was still able to effortlessly lift Hiyori and set her down carefully on the ground.
Hiyori looked absolutely pleased. Her hands lingered on Zoro’s shoulders as Luffy continued cheering right at his ear.
Then Sanji decided to enter the scene to gripe and swear at his rival before taking the now-surprised Hiyori’s hands off Zoro to lead her towards the feasting table in a frenzy of popping hearts, nose bleed and drool.
Nami would’ve blown him some kisses for that. The look Hiyori threw on Zoro’s way didn’t escape her eyes yet the dense man was expectedly was oblivious to it; his attention was completely on his captain as he tried to pry him off his person.
She studied Zoro for a few seconds. He was being unusually nice… if not extra nice to the former oiran. Well… Hiyori was, after all, the reason why he got his hands on a new and more powerful sword.
And apparently, as Brook had gossiped to her and Usopp one drunken evening, it wasn’t just the sword. The musician had caught them in a rather… compromising position when he happened upon them in the hideaway hut back in Ringo.
Her frown deepened. The familiar sensation of something weighing down her chest came back again. Just like that night when she first heard the story.
Her hands twitched involuntarily and she didn’t notice that she was clutching the railing quite hard.
“Nami? Are you alright?”
The navigator whipped her head sharply towards the voice.
Robin was standing a few feet away from her with a questioning look on her face. She just emerge from the library and was holding a book in her hand when she spotted the younger woman so deep in her thoughts as she gaze at party below.
“Sorry,” Nami said in a sheepish tone, feeling weirdly guilty at being caught spacing out. “Got distracted for a second. What was that again Robin?”
The archaeologist smiled as she approached her, not bothering to repeat her question. She peered down below. “Ara, they’re finally back.”
“Yeah…” Nami followed her gaze. “We can now set sail… that is if our captain is finally done with all these feasts.”
Robin giggled. “I doubt that. Now that Zoro’s here, he’ll probably want to celebrate again.”
“Hmmm…” Nami smiled at her. “I don’t know why I bother with that thought when I already know what’s gonna happen.”
“Fufufu… shall we join them?” Robin asked.
Nami brushed back a stray tendril of hair that escaped her pony tail and shook her head. “You go ahead first.”
Robin nodded. She patted Nami’s shoulder lightly before heading down the galley. From the looks of it something was bothering the navigator.
But for now it’s much better to leave Nami to her thoughts. She’ll eventually share whatever was on her mind when she’s ready.
“Oiiii Nami! Namiiiii!” Luffy was shouting from the shore, waving his rubbery arms enthusiastically to get her attention. “Look! Look! Zoro’s finally back!” He started tapping Zoro’s back with enough force to earn a death glare from the surly man as he growled for him to stop.
Nami rolled her eyes at their antics.
Zoro tilted his head to her direction and their eyes met.
They held each other’s gazes. Nami willed her face to remain expressionless as they continued their stare off.
The katana wielder raised an eyebrow at her, wondering why her reception was as cold as the northern region he had just recently came from.
And just like that, Nami tore her gaze away from him and turned on her heel disappearing from his sight.
Zoro was left confused. What just happened? She didn’t even bother to greet him and just stared straight at him like he was someone she didn’t know.
Did he owe her something?
Beside him Luffy stopped his antics and blinked, also baffled by Nami’s odd behavior.
“Ne, Zoro. Did you do something?”
-------------------------
“So did you do something?” Usopp queried, raising both eyebrows as he regarded the swordsman beside him suspiciously.
They were sitting on one of the feasting tables, eating and drinking. The former pirate hunter just told him about what happened earlier.
“I just got back!” Zoro hissed at him, slamming the tankard he was holding down the table. “How can I do something when I’m not even here these past few days?!”
Usopp shrugged. “Maybe you did something before you left.” He suggested, stabbing another slab of meat with his fork and taking a hefty bite from it.
“Like what?!”
The sniper shrugged his shoulders again unable to give an answer. He had long ago learned that Nami’s temperament is as unpredictable as the New World weather. Sunny with a high chance of thunderbolts. No use trying to figure it out.
“Oi Robin,” Zoro then turned towards the older woman who was sitting beside him. He nudged his head towards the Sunny’s direction. “What’s with her?”
Robin shifted her eyes towards the empty upper deck. Nami still hasn’t come down to join them and had probably barricaded herself inside the library. She shook her head apologetically. “I honestly do not know Zoro.”
“What did I do now?” Zoro grouchily asked no one in particular and Robin’s lips quirked up at his predictable reaction.
“Ara… Are you saying you did something?”
“No.” Zoro snarled as he eyed her indignantly. “I didn’t!”
“Maybe she’s just in one of her moods?” Usopp interjected. “You know how she is.”
“She probably is.” Robin agreed. “Best to stay clear for now Zoro.”
Clicking his tongue against the roof of his mouth irritably, Zoro reached for a bottle of sake.
They were ok before he left. More than ok to be honest as he recalled their drinking session days before the raid in Onigashima.
So what happened?
-------------------------
The sound of the revelry was beginning to increase in volume indicating that it was starting to shift into full swing as cheers and singing filled the air.
Yet everything was lost on the orange-haired woman who was sitting by herself in the ship’s library. Her pretty brown eyes were fixed intently on the window just behind her mapping desk.
Oh she is in a mood alright. Ever since she realized what the heavy feeling that was settling inside her was.
By Kami, she’s jealous.
Yes indeed, she is.
She tipped her head back and groaned. What a nasty feeling.
And to think this was all because of that moronic, directionless swordsman.
She likes him. That she was sure now. That’s the reason why she was so down when she heard Brook’s story about him and Hiyori. And when he set off to Ringo with said woman in tow, not even bothering to ask if any of the Straw Hats wants to go with them.
And she’s not gonna even touch the scene she witnessed earlier when he assisted her down from her horse like he had been a gentleman all his life.
What else could have possibly happened to them? They’ve spent a lot of time together after all.
Zoro never mentioned anything about her that night she was drinking with him. And it’s not like she should be privy to it. What Zoro do or does is his own business.
She banged a fist on her mapping desk to stop the thoughts and winced when she realized that it was a damn rash action.
But the pain in her hand was nothing like the one wrenching her heart.
She smiled wistfully. And here she honestly thought there was something… between them.
Foolish, foolish thought! She chastised herself. How can she let herself be pulled in that moment with him!
And now… here she is.
Never mind that that was not the first time it happened and she realized it will not be the last.
She bit the insides of her cheeks. Now is not the time for this. She better straighten her thoughts and get a hold of herself. Some of her friends are pretty intuitive, they’d know at a glance that something’s up with her. She’s pretty sure Robin’s brilliant mind has already put two and two together.
Squaring her shoulders, she decided she’d come down to join the merriment after five more minutes.
Taking a deep breath to settle her nerves, she closed her eyes and…
The library door suddenly swung open; the heavy foot falls that followed it gave away who just entered.
Damn it! She’s not ready to face him yet!
She steeled herself when he crossed the room. She heard him grab a chair and set it down just beside her with a ‘thud’.
She didn’t even flinched at the sound. Normally she would be bitching about it. Complaining on how crass he is.
Instead she just kept quiet.
“What is it?” Zoro grunted; a bit peeved that she ignored his presence knowing full well why he was there.
“Nothing,” she answered after a few seconds, still not looking at him.
Zoro made a disapproving sound. He knows something is up. Nami cannot lie to him. He knows her too well.
“Spill.”
She remained quiet. And it was so unnerving to him. Whatever it was, he was getting the idea that it was serious. She was usually upfront with whatever she was thinking.
The silence that hovered between them was intolerable. It was pushing him over the edge.
Then Nami turned her head towards him. A determined look was all over her face.
And her lovely, brown eyes.
“I’m jealous.”
Zoro blanked at that. He heard what she just said—loud and clear.
And yet his mind cannot process what she finally decided to divulge.
He opened his mouth to say something… to blurt out an expletive, a retort.
But nothing came out.
Nami was looking at him intently, watching him. She watched as his usually nonchalant expression cracked, his cool composure completely obliterated by that phrase.
His face slowly colored.
There was no other way than to hit him with the truth. She readied herself for his outburst.
Instead he surprised her by stammering and turning into a deeper shade of red.
A chuckle escaped her.
What an adorable idiot he is.
She riveted her gaze back to the window. This is more than what she expected.
Amusing as it may seem, the heavy feeling from earlier still hadn’t left her.
Beside her Zoro continued spluttering.
That should be enough to keep him at bay. Nami thought amusedly.
She heard him took a deep breath before finally muttering a ‘damn it’.
And he suddenly leaned towards her, reaching out to grasp her hand roughly in his.
It drew her attention back to him.
He was grumbling something under his breath. She couldn’t quite catch what it was because her heart was thumping wildly inside her chest and blood was rushing to her head.
Zoro held her hand in his even as he refused to look at her. His face was so red now that steam would probably come out of his ears in a matter of seconds.
For a moment, Nami honestly thought he would combust.
But he still didn’t release her hand. Instead he held it tighter.
Nami chewed on her lower lip fighting the smile that wanted to grace her lips.
Just like that… everything felt better now.
Drat. She’s so screwed.
Nobody said a word. They remained quiet with their hands linked.
“So…” Nami began, deciding to break the silence. “Is this your way of—”
“Yes.”
“You didn’t evenlet me finished!”
“Just shut up.”
A hush fell between them again.
“So… you’re jealous?”
“Ugh. Shut up Zoro!”

Breaking Boundaries
Tumblr media
First oneshot for my first post here and there’s no better ship/pair i’d rather write than Nico Robin & Roronoa Zoro
Things were lively on the Sunny Go as usual. Franky was upgrading the canons on the ship, Chopper and Ussop were being...well...being them as usual. Luffy was bugging Sanji in the kitchen asking/whining when was lunch going to be served and in his words.
"foooooooood SANJIIIIIIIIIIIII!!" the famous straw hat captain yelled from the other side of the kitchen.
"SHUT UP YOU RUBBER GLUTTON"
Nami was focusing on the weather and the sea behavior, navigating the crew to their next destination whilst Brook was beside her asking if he could see her panties in which he received a punch that sent him flying through the ship's walls. Thus starting a fight with the shipswright that was just beside the wall that was destroyed.
"WATCH WHERE YOU LAND ASSHOLE!!!" Franky screamed out.
"Yohoho!! don't get your panties in a twist Franky-sannn"
Aside from all the chaos was the crew's infamous swordsman, Zoro whom was doing impossible training once again. Lifting weights that no humans could ever lift.
"890...891...892.."
He grunts out in training, muscles flexing, his body coated with sweat. He did this everyday at the same spot the moment the sun starts to rise until Sanji calls them for lunch. Not far from the green-haired man.....well in fact maybe 5metres away from him was the ship's beautiful archeologist Nico Robin. Seated as usual on her umbrella armchair with a book on hand.
She was wearing her spaghetti strap purple tank top that did no effort to cover her large breast and a very small tight fitting jean shorts. It was a very hot day at that, she had put her hair up in a ponytail which was rare because usually she prefered her hair down. Even though it was scorching hot outside and she could just retreat into her room where it would definitely be cooler but it was out of habit that she situated herself here when she read.
She’s elated to be where she was right now. Doing what she loved and surrounded by nakamas that accepted her, cared for her, protected her and loved her. She would give her life 100 million times over for the Straw Hats without a second thought. Back at Enies Lobby she was afraid that that they would find her a burden, a thorn in the flesh even when they proved that they will fight the whole world fearlessly for her. Comparing then and now she was flabbergasted at how many things have changed. Everyone has gotten stronger, more matured. The bond Robin shared with the crew was strong that not even God can sever it, that she was certain for.
Her mind wandered everywhere and anywhere, she wasn't even focusing on the book she was reading anymore. She summarised everything in her head with a content look on her face.
The sounds of Zoro's grunting and counting snapped Robin back to reality, her eyes diverted to the green haired crew member. Her eyes shamelessly stared at his god like body that was now glistening in sweat due to the monstrous work out he does everyday. His muscles was amazing, his abs was rock hard and his chest looked like steel plates had been implanted in him. His face was fierce and focus, never losing concentration.
Zoro was a very very veryyy handsome man, that was what Robin had always thought even when she first joined the crew. She knew he was a very powerful man and a dangerous one at that, the crew was blessed to have such interesting and indestructible members and Roronoa Zoro was one of them. He had many cons to him...well according to Nami and Sanji's list. He sleeps too much, he was too direct with his words so more often than not he always comes off as an "asshole". He drinks too much when he isn't sleeping or training and to top the icing on the cake, he couldn't find his way to the ship's toilet even if his bladder depended on it.
Robin however found him to be interesting as hell and even charming most times. How he was always the calm one amongst all of them and he was a very wise man that stick by his words. He was a strong man with honour and pride. He will no doubt be the type to keep a promise even if will be his demise. Robin didn't know she had a type until she met Zoro, the more time she has with the swordsman the larger her attraction for him grew.
Having a lover has never came across her mind, not that she wasn't interested in intimate relations before, it just never came up until she found herself glancing at him more than she should. Also the automatic position of their area happened to be beside each other every day so there was not much of a choice in that matter. She snapped back yet again to reality still staring at the handsome swordsman, she wouldn't admit it but internally she was swooning over his very very shredded body.
"Oi oi Robin, your staring is bothering me. You should read at your room today, your face is red from the weather right now."  Zoro called out to Robin who was unintentionally caught gawking at him although being the dense man he was, he of course would have not though that she was checking him out.
Zoro had placed all this training equipments down and was now walking towards the self fantasising historian that still had her eyes glued onto him. He walked a few steps towards Robin and stood beside her, taking her lemonade drink right from her side table and gulping all of it down with greed-thirst sounds.  This was another normal thing between them, she would have her drink but she would never drink any of it because before she could, he would always finish it up unless she had coffee. He never did understood how she could swallow the damn bitter beverage. She also was starting to think that subconsciously she would bring the drink for him instead of her.
"Zoro-kun. Sorry for bothering your training  but I don't mind a little heat today and besides the weather has been quite gloomy these past weeks, don't you agree?" Robin held her face with her palm, her usual signature posture. She now sat upright never breaking her stare.
"Rain or shine won't hinder me from my training." Zoro stated simply.
"Fufufu, yet my staring has disturbed your workout?" Robin teased him.
"Tch. You've been doing that a lot lately woman." he turned his head away, folding his arms. Ever since the crew reunited after being seperated for two years, Zoro had noticed Robin's change the most. She had gotten stronger, wiser and more matured in many different aspects.
She would tease him or outsmart him in their little chats which irate the man but in a good way.
"I was thinking if I could company you on watch today if you don't mind." Robin asked hopefully.
Zoro turned his head back to her "Sure. You can do can do whatever you want woman. Let's go to the kitchen already, bet that love cook will start yelling for us anytime soon." he was already walking towards the kitchen but in a pace that told her that he would be walking with her and not just leaving her like that. She smiled and followed him.
"ROBIN CHWANNN! You're looking veryyyyy SEXYYY TODAY!! The lunch I have prepared for you today is just as hot and spicy as you are!!!" Sanji greeted Robin that had walked in with Zoro whom by the way Sanji had not scoop his share onto a plate yet.  Robin smiled at the flirtatious cook.
"That's very kind of you cook-san, this looks delicious. As always your culinary skills are impressive." Robin replied politely, frankly only Robin would acknowledge Sanji's aggressively manic compliments.
"Tch. Stupid love cook." Zoro muttered under his breath which didn't went unheard by the cook of course.
"What??? YOU WANNA GO ASSHOLE?"
"I WON'T WASTE MY TIME WITH THE LIKES OF YOU"
"YOU'RE JUST JEALOUS THAT ROBIN IS COMPLIMENTING ME INSTEAD OF YOU"
"WHY WOULD I BE JEALOUS OF YOU, YOU'RE A BIGGER CLOWN THAN THAT RED NOSE BUGGY"
The fight between the two men continued while the crew watched on amused, nothing new on the ship.
"HEY LUFFY THAT'S MY FRUIT PUNCH DON'T DRINK IT"
"Cmmonnnnnn Chopper give me some, I'm lazy to go refill..."
Chopper and Luffy both had their hands on the cup that was filled with the cool drink and they both were playing tug rope with the cup and well unfortunately for them the cup had tipped and all of its contents is now spilling at the person that was sitting in the middle of them. That person was......Robin.
*SPLASH*
The room was now silent, Sanji and Zoro's bickering was on hold because of the light spill sound that interrupted everyone.
"Oh shit.." Franky muttered
The red beverage was now seeping through Robin's tank top. Her chest and thighs was now covered with the sweet drink and it was dripping. Robin looked down at her now soiled clothing.
"Oh my.." was all she said.
"Robinnn....im sorry!! I didn't..we didn't mean to ruin your clothes!!" Chopper started exclaiming, feeling guilty. "OI LUFFY! This is your fault you know!! APOLOGISE TO ROBIN NOW!"
Luffy had one hand behind his head, scratching while having a goofy grin "Sorry Robin it was an accident...please don't be mad"
"SERIOUSLY. Why can't the men in this crew behave like proper men in FOR ONCE! You guys are barbaric and I don't know how two beautiful women like me and and Robin got stuck with you guys!!" This time the screaming and yelling was now coming from the ship's navigator.
Robin wasn't mad, in fact she enjoyed all their shenanigans. The crew made life fun, they make her feel alive and everyday she will always have a smile on her face. "It's okay Luffy its okay Chopper. I will go and change into a new shirt." she said with a laughter.
"Well there you go Nami, you heard Robin. She's not mad so I don't see why you're all worked up." Franky joined in to which he received a death glare from the money obsessed pirate.
In the midst of the whole conversation Zoro had been staring at Robin's wet stained shirt accident. Everyone was too busy bickering with each other they had failed to notice that the water just made Robin's voluptuous figure even more prominent. The outline of her huge breast could be seen through the god damn tank top and the fruit punch was still dripping down her cleavage and most of it had splashed onto her thick thighs.
He didn't know what he was doing but he liked what he was seeing. Robin was a beautiful woman and he knew that. She had the perfect curves and her assets were anything but small. She had matured into a sexy woman and he could never deny that. The sight that she had unintentionally presented him with was very fucking pleasing to his eyes. His eyes glued to her soft skin and the way the water would drip down her cleavage because she was laughing and causing her chest to move tentalizingly. He knew she wasn't doing it on purpose but she was sexy without even trying. He shook his head and tried to clear the dirty thoughts that was now forming in his mind 'Why the hell am I thinking about her like that' his mind yelled at him.
"Well excuse me, I am going to take a bath since the punch has made my body all sticky now." Robin stood up and walked towards the door. Sanji on the other hand had knock both Luffy and Chopper's head while yelling something like 'Look what you guys did!' 'Robin-chan's lunch is ruined' 'assholes'
-BOOOOOOOOOMMM-
A loud crash was heard 1 minute after Robin had exited the kitchen. Zoro and Sanji both had dashed out of the door in a fighting stance-run.
"Whats' going on now!!" Nami yelled.
"Looks like Luffy fell asleep" Franky muttered in half disbelief and half lazed tone.
"ROBIN CHANNN!! ARE YOU OKAY?" Sanji yelled frantically.
Zoro had drawn his katana out ready to slice anyone whom had dared to attack their ship and more importantly Robin.
"So this is the infamous Strawhat crew everyone has been talking about?? You don't seem much if i managed to cuff your deliciously beautiful crewmate here. If i know you guys had such a sexy pirate lady, we would have attacked you sooner!" The malicious voice came from Captain Deck from the Sink Pirates; notorious for sinking every ship they come across with. He was however not interested in woman and was quick to carry Robin and throwing her off the Sunny Go to everyone's horror.
"ROBIN NNNN!!" Chopper and Nami's voiced chorus together,
"ROBIN -CHWANNNN! YOU SHITTY BASTARD HOW DARE YOU TOUCH THE LADIES OF THIS SHIP I WILL POUND YOU UNTIL YOUR INSIDES COME OUT ASSHOLE!!" Sanji shouted with fire engulfing his whole body.
Zoro of course had already jumped in right after Robin was thrown into the sea. His first priority was definitely saving his nakama. Slicing every last one of his enemy would later be the second priority. He dived deep and because he immediately jump in right when Robin was thrown in, she hadn't sink too far for his vision. She was still conscious, eyes wide with shocked with everything that has transpired. He could understand her fear, you can be the strongest fighter with the best abilities but its all over if you get thrown into the water. Her hands was desperately reaching for Zoro. She knew she was safe, drowning in the sea or not, she had her nakama protecting her and always having her back.
He grabbed Robin's hand and pulled her into his body and quickly swam back up in full speed. When they reached the surface, he found himself swimming to an island, the Sunny Go and his crewmates were no where in sight. Now he was just confused, how the hell did he got all the way here now. He now carried Robin bridal style whilst walking on shore since she was weakened by the effects of the sea water.
He lay her down on the grass part of the island and stood up to survey their foreign surroundings.
"Oi woman you okay?" he asked her with concern although he wasn't facing her. Robin who now had herself up on her feet.
"Thank you Zoro-kun, i'm better now." Robin said smiling even if he wasn't looking to see it. "However, seems like we're stranded in here. How did you find this island?" she was already walking around surveying the flowers, sand, grass and anything that might tell her where they were. He scratched the back of his head, "I don't know how we end up here, my priority was only getting you out of the sea and next thing i know, i got us here." he said with a tone of frustration.
'ara...so this is how he looks like whenever we get seperated' Robin's amusing thoughts caused her to laugh behind him. He snapped his head to her "What's so funny woman" to which Robin smile "Nothing. Lets explore this island together, i'm sure Luffy and the others are already nearby." she suggested to which Zoro just grunted in agreement.
The both of them then ventured into the thick jungle of the island.
Meanwhile back at the Sunny Go.
"Geez you can definitely count on Zoro to be lost even when the ship was right above him." Franky grumbled while the crew set sailed for the island Ussop had spotted.
"That shitty asshole took Robin-chwann away! IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME THAT SAVED HER AND WOULD PROBABLY BE ON THAT ISLAND WITH A VERY WET RO-" Sanji fainted from nose-bleed before he could finish his sentence.
"SANJIIIIII!!!" Chopper ran towards his perverted nakama.
"Leave him to die Chopper, he propably don't mind dying" Nami said while shaking her head.
"YOSH! FULL SPEED AHEAD TO THAT MEAT ISLAND MEN!" Luffy yelled to his crewmates.
"Oi oi what do you mean meat island" Ussop replied, "And we can leave stupidity to our captain. Zoro and Robin are missing and there he goes thinking about food" he finished leaving Nami and Chopper nodding their heads vigorously. Luffy laughed "Don't worry! They're strong and i'm not worried."
-BACK TO THE UNKNOWN ISLAND-
"Perhaps the plants here spit poison that could kill you in a second or maybe the soil might swallow you whole the moment you step on it." Robin said voicing her thoughts outloud.
"Oi Robin stop saying things like that." Zoro chastised the historian for always saying dark things.
"Fufufu sorry Zoro-kun." Robin giggled into her palm.
"By the way......” he started “Robin,i'mgladyou'refineafter2years."
Zoro managed to choke all the words out as fast as he could. He was not one with sweet words but he somehow felt that before the seperation he was very cold with Robin out of all the members of the crew.
It had to do with the whole ‘Miss All Sunday’ business but now when he looked at her, it was as if everything in the past didn't matter anymore.Robin on the other hand was taken aback by his words, she would be lucky to get a grunt out of the swordsman but he was initiating a conversation first and to top that off, he was telling her how he was glad that SHE was okay.
"I'm happy to hear that. You've grown handsomely in two years Zoro-kun" She replied him with a genuine smile. His face instantly reddened from embarasssment. There she goes again, he thought. Always saying things like that and now he looks like a cat just bit his tongue.
"W..we..well you'vegrownbigtoO!"
Robin laughed aloud "Are you saying that i’m fat Zoro-kun?" she stopped abruptly nearly making him crash behind her.
"What!" he panicked. Now these are one of her antics to get him all flustered.
"You said i've grown big, so does that mean I’m fat to you Zoro-kun?" She asked him with an innocent smile, teasing him was her favourite things to do.
"You know what I mean woman." Zoro grunted frustratedly, face still heated up. She? Fat? Farrr from it he thought. Her figure was amazing, perfect if he may be so bold to say.
"So after 2years of not seeing me, thaaat....is the only thing you noticed? I think cook-san has influenced you abit." This has got to definitely get THE reaction Robin was waiting for.
“IM NOTHING LIKE THAT SHITTY BASTARD OF A COOK AND YOU KNOW IT WOMAN!!" Robin laughed at his predictable reaction. "I'm joking Mr Swordsman." And there the nicknames comes again, this woman knew how to push his buttons well.
Then Robin did the unthinkable, she put her hands on her waist and came closer to Zoro and with a low sultry voice with a pose that would drive Sanji into his grave from nosebleed.
"So am I big enough or is there anything else I can change....for you Zoro-kun" Robin said suggestively. She have to admit whilst she finally have people to call her nakama she needed more. She wants that intimate attention just like every  woman. Intimacy wasn’t something she even had time for in the past, it never crossed her mind to romance with men. Now that she’s comfortable and know she has a place to call home, why the hell not.
Now he was just as red a beet, he didn't know why Robin was being flirty with him. She was usually the quiet one, calm, collected and only commented on things when it was necessary. Then again she was the only woman ironically that he didn’t mind invading his personal space. She and him was always in the same room in the ship every damn time and it wasn’t even planned nor did they ever agreed to always have each other’s back. He had always protected Robin, he would be there, ready to cut her enemies. Just like on sky island and fishmen island, as long as he’s around her he will put his life on the line for her
It wasn’t that he wouldn’t do the same for the crew but when he does save her, he feels something for her, he don’t know what he felt but he felt his pride and ego semi boosted from it. It was as if he wanted to impress her and show off how strong he was when she was around him. Maybe because all her life she was used to everyone betraying her or maybe she never had anyone protecting her. If she needed him to tell her that she wanted his protection, he would proudly declare that he will always protect and care for her.
Since she was graciously being so near him, his good eye clearly did not miss everything Robin had to offer. She was obviously testing the waters like this and eventhough he wasn't THAT type of man but he will be THAT if she wants it so bad. He will gladly play along with her game afterall he didn't enjoy being dominated like this.
Zoro grabbed Robin's waist roughly and pressed her figure with his hard and he brought his mouth against her ears.
"You better stop that Robin because i don’t think I can stop myself after this " Zoro growled with his grip tightening on her waist and back. That was an indefinite warning, he was ready to drop the whole ‘nakama’ thing and fuck her right there if she insisted on being a minx. Amazing that they had the whole island to themselves, amazing that his bad sense of direction got just the both of them alone, amazing that his crew wasn’t here to interrupt this moment and lastly Nico Robin was and amazing woman. His mind was flooded with thoughts of her and he thought he was going insane.
“I don’t want you to stop Zoro.” Her voice was filled with want, need, lust and when he looked into her eyes he knew that she only wanted HIM and he was the only one she trusted her body with. Right now her eyes was an open book and he could read every thoughts she had going through in her head.
Mentally he was battling a war, he shouldn’t be indulging in this but he knew he wanted this so bad he could kill someone.
“Not here Robin.” It had took all of his will power to seperate him and Robin, all that lust and need. Trust him he really wanted to take her right there and then but... “Fufufu, that’s very considerate and sweet of you.”

Hello! Could I please request 2 hcs with Law and Robin? The reader is the local cryptid of a town, and has a df that allows them to attract small animals. They're especially fond of black cats, and have slightly morbid humor. They join the respecitve crews, and it takes a while for them to adjust. One habit that's particularly chaotic is filling a room full of cats and just hanging out with them.
Law:
Law doesn’t believe it when the locals whisper of a cryptid that lurks about town, bringing in all sorts of weird animals in the night. He’s especially unconvinced that this cryptid is bad luck. There’s no scientific proof that black cats are bad luck, and he’s sure you just have a fondness for them.
He’s got no real interest beyond meeting the cryptid, expecting a bigfoot-esque creature or at least a weird old hermit living in the woods. What he finds is you instead, almost painfully normal compared to the stories he’s heard. He’s almost comically disappointed, and you laugh at him when he explains what he’s heard about you.
Sitting down with you for a while explains just why you freak the townsfolk out so much. Small creatures seem to flock to you in droves, and your sense of humor and manner of speaking is…off-putting. You remind him of himself in some ways, except covered in animals.
Toads can be heard croaking in the small tub of water outside your window and whenever Law peeks out to look, they’re looking up at him with an almost eerie intellect…right up until one tries to catch a fly that’s landed on his cheek and slaps him in the face with it’s wet tongue. Bats flutter in and out of the open window, made creepier by the hooting of the owls that have parked themselves in the trees and on the windowsill. By far, though, the freakiest thing to Law is all the cats.
There are cats literally everywhere. Three are parked in your lap, with four more vying for a position. There are cats sitting on the table and on the counters, cats just covering the couch, and more can be seen lurking in the hallway, watching Law with luminous yellow eyes.
Not to mention the 2 that have claimed his lap as a seat.
And they’re all black. It seems like you’re doing it on purpose, there’s no way this island has only black cats, but when he asks you just shrug. “Maybe they’ve gotten rid of all the others,” you say, and he can’t fucking tell if you’re joking or not.
Even though you lowkey freak him out, he keeps coming back to your little cottage outside of town. He’s got a few days to spare, and your knowledge of herbal medicine is something he can’t ignore. After only 2 days, he gives into the desire to have you join his crew. The others are unsettled but don’t complain, and for the first voyage everything is fine.
There are no small animals, besides the few cats you’ve brought with you and a bat you’re particularly fond of, but in lieu of small animals you seem to be drawing every single spider in existence out of the walls of the ship. At any given time you can be found with at least a dozen scuttling around your space, and Law can’t help but blanch whenever you pick one up and gently move it off of your book so you can flip the page.
He realizes there might be a small problem when the Tang stops at the next island. He’s only gone for a few hours when Penguin rushes up to him in a panic, pointing back at the ship and pleading with him for help. When Law asks him what’s going on, all he says is “Cats.”
He rushes back to the ship, fearing the worst, with Penguin hot on his heels.
“Oh my god,” Law says when he reaches the sub again, and smacks himself in the face. “I’m going to kill them.”
There are actually cats everywhere, and he can see you and Bepo sitting in the middle of the deck, playing with feather toys and laser pointers. It’s hard to navigate around them, and everything below his knees would have been littered with scratch marks if he wasn’t wearing pants by the time he reaches you.
“Hello, Captain,” Bepo says, hardly looking up from his prone position on the ground. There are 4 cats perched on his back, all purring and blinking slowly up at Law, and he finds that all the annoyance he had initially is gone at the adorable sight. Grumbling about what a sucker he is, he seats himself next to, begrudgingly taking the feather toy you’ve offered him. A cat immediately latches onto it and snatches it away, and Law quickly Rooms it back into his hands, glaring at you as you laugh.
“These cats will have to go, ___-ya. It’s fine for now though. It’ll be too much of a pain to do it right now,” he says, swishing the toy back and forth and watching the adorable bundles of fluff chase it back and forth across the deck.
Robin:
Robin is instantly interested when she hears the legends of a cryptid. What they describe sounds almost like a vampire, and when she tells the others about it, Luffy almost automatically wants it to join the crew. The others naturally voice their disagreement, but Luffy’s mind is made up. He sends Robin off to locate you, telling the archaeologist that he has more pressing matters to attend to, like finding lots of meat.
It isn’t hard to find you. The villagers gave a very specific description of your cottage and strict instructions to avoid it at all costs. Naturally, she didn’t listen and was knocking on your door after a 20 minute walk from the ship. After a moment of silence, she realized you must not be home. Just as she turned around, ready to give it up for the time being, something wound around her ankles and she looked down to find a cat. It stared up at her for a moment before taking off a little ways. Then it sat and stared at her. When she approached, it got up and trotted off again, and she quickly got the hint.
She followed it into the woods, noticing the lack of any animal noises for the most part, until all of a sudden it seemed the woods came alive. As she stepped out into a clearing, it fell silent, everything turning to scrutinize her. There was a murmured command from the center of the clearing, drawing her attention as the animals relaxed and started up their noises again. A path opened up , finally revealing you sitting on a stump in the center of the clearing.
“Well, hello,” Robin said, coming to stand in front of you. Perched on your shoulders were a squirrel and a starling, each staring at her as if unafraid. “How cute. I heard you were able to attract animals, but I had no idea you were able to control them too.”
You smiled a little, cupping your hands at your feet and allowing a chipmunk to hop into them. “I don’t really control them, per se. Something about my powers just calms them, like they understand that I’m not going to hurt them or allow anyone else to hurt them.”
Holding your hands out to her, Robin cupped hers and the little chipmunk scuttled into them, staring up at her with its beady little black eyes. It sat quietly for a moment before it scampered up her arm to her shoulder, burrowing into her hair and curling up there.
“He likes you,” you said, standing up. She got her first good look at you then, and was surprised that the rest of you was just as normal as your face. She still couldn’t quite figure out why you might be considered a “cryptid”, let alone unlucky. But then, with the myriad of black cats– probably every single one on the island, if she had to guess– swarming at your ankles, she supposed she could understand. Not that she believed in the old superstition, but small towns weren’t known for being intelligent.
Over the next few days, while they waited for the log pose to reset, you got to meet the rest of the crew. They were an eclectic bunch, and you fit in with them better than you ever had with anyone on the island. By the last day, Luffy insisted on you joining his crew, but you were hesitant to leave your animals behind. Before anyone else could say anything, Luffy had already opened his mouth and promised you could bring them.
You laughed and agreed, much to everyone’s horror, and promised to be at the ship in a few hours. They were all very much relieved when you showed up with only a few cats and your personal belongings. However, Nami took a look behind you and her eyes grew wide. She yelped and pointed, drawing the others attention to the large black mass moving across the ground at a rapid pace.
Before you could process what was going on, the ship was covered in meowing, purring furballs. You saw Usopp go down as he tripped over one, followed by Zoro. Franky was covered in them, and Luffy had three trapped in his arms, but they didn’t seem to mind. He was staring at you with a wide grin as he leaned over the railing of the ship and yelled, “Can we keep them, ___?”
You opened your mouth to reply, but Nami was already punching him in the head, and multiple yells could be heard underneath the mass of cats, all of them sounding suspiciously like, “No!”

@fancyfeetsanji
Sanji finished the meal about an hour later and took five more minutes to work on presentation. It was like a signature and the best part of the preparations. His hands followed his eyes as he carefully placed each portion being mindful of each amount. The silly smile plastered across his face didn't leave until he whirled around almost finished the timer going off on the oven as if on que. His feet had already turned to step in the direction before the sound echoed out only because he mentally timed himself in his own world. A chef or cook always believed presentation to be their most creative moments and some could even be recognized by their style.
Once he laid the tray out with the condiments on the side in silver cups to keep them cool he was content still mentally counting to time himself. With a quick two step he pulled the wraps from the oven allowing her the option to choose which she preferred. Sanji had listened to her words and a hint of sadness lingered giving the cook a quick assumption.
⚜"Terrible childhood Hmm? It's a good thing we are not forced to reflect on the past instead we are forced to always keep moving towards the future. It would suck if things never changed I would assume."⚜
He of course, spoke from his own experiences but was certain it was relevant. His upbringing had made him the man he was today but that didn't change the fact that it at times hurt.
⚜"I do have good news though, while on this ship you can't help but laugh. Now, if you intend to eat with the hood on then I won't be able to see your face when you try the food."⚜
The blond prompted in his own way telling the woman to loosen up a bit. It was far too lively on board the sunny to carry such a burden. A soft chuckle left the cook and he reached above the counter to pull a decorated chart down. Sanji then leaned over the counter to slide it to her giving the woman her options in choice of drink.
The world of alcohol was like a hobby for him and he had even compiled his own list of drinks for fun. Every name on the chart he had made up but the problem was through all the creativity his alcohol did not last long. Like Luffy, his counterpart Zoro was known to often cast no cares to the selections or creativity. Instead he chose his drink based upon the smell and quality and often did not ask. Placing a lock on anything in prevention would be a lost cause and the cook had long since given up on any attempts to keep all his selections in stock.
Shoving his hands into his pockets he leaned back against the counter thankful to the fact that he cleaned as he went so tidying up wasn't too much of a chore. Sanji finished his cigarette quickly and returned to wiping down everything to close his kitchen. The blond carefully placed every utensil and pot back into its place locking the claps to keep them from falling as ship rocked. When finished, he turned to make his own drink in silence mixing a quick martini to sip.
⚜"When you are finished you are welcome to join me, Jazmine San. I intend to enjoy a good choice with a colorful sunset. Even though I have seen it many times it tends to push away my worries perhaps it will work for you too."⚜
Finally, the tacos were done. Jazmine started arranging them to how she likes it. The task was second nature to her by now. She could've cooked them herself to avoid the socialization but that would've been rude to the chef, she had respect for those who took time to cook meals. Not to mention there was just something about when others prepare the tacos that she didn't get when she did the meal herself, maybe she appreciated when she was served, or perhaps it felt like back then when she didn't have to worry about taking care of herself.
Hearing Sanji guessing her childhood was terrible made her internally turn sour. It wasn't her childhood that had been terrible, it had been everything that came afterwards. The people, her powers, her curse, fate, and worst of all, her separation from her brother. Even after everything she has seen, done, and been through, being taken from the only one who cares for her was still the worst thing in her mind, and she had encountered many things.
Glaring at the blond from behind the shadow on her face, a part of her wanted to remark back thanks to the cloak she restrained herself and took a deep breath letting it go. Sanji was just trying to make her feel better, even if it didn't. However, his words did say something, the ship they were on. It was true, the moment she came aboard there was something about the crew that made her feel at ease. That wasn't normal. There were a few close calls to Jazmine almost letting herself go, but each time she tugged the edges of her cloak making it go away.
Eyeing the blond, she gently pulled back the hood just enough so it stayed on her head but now her facial features were in the light. Pale, smooth skin and a dull lime coloured eye, however, her right side still hid behind her brown hair. A blank expression, she replied to Sanji.
『"My childhood is the only thing in my past that I have in my memory that I can call joy, the rest of my past is what is 'terrible'." Jazmine emphasized the last word since it was Sanji's word choice, though it was a word that put it lightly. "As for laughter, I will have to help it, I can't have fun."』
Jazmine looked down to the side once more, biting her tongue to keep her from elaborating. It's not like she hated it, but it didn't feel right when she did, not when her brother wasn't here.
Allowing Sanji to process what she told him, she grasps the chart that was in front of her. Gazing over the options, intrigued by his offer. Normally, Jazmine would've just ordered for ice tea and be done with it, and alcoholic beverages were something she hasn't tasted in a long time, for a reason. Though, one drink couldn't hurt, right?
『"Could you make a lemon ice tea mixed with tequila?" Jazmine politely asked, setting the chart down. "And if it's not too much, could you make it so I can take it with me outside? I'd rather enjoy my meal while gazing at the horizon, I find it peaceful... and it'd be nice to have some company."』
Jazmine did tend to prefer to eat while enjoying a view, usually forestry, it brought her peace of mind and made her think of the good times. She found it better than eating on the go. In a way, she was grateful for Sanji's invitation to go outside.

A New Dream Chapter 2
                                               Chapter 2
I psyched myself up got dressed and headed towards the kitchen. Thankfully I knew where it was not only from watching the show but from the noises coming from one location. I couldn’t help but smiles. Despite being transported to the One Piece world and having my whole image changed, I was happy. I love this world and the people in it. So I entered the kitchen with a very big smile on my face.
“Sam darling here take a seat.” Sanji says trying his best to be a sauve gentleman.
“Thank you.” I reply getting comfortable. I look around the room to the faces of the crew. It was so unreal to see them all in the flesh. Brook does get up and walk over to me.
“No Brook. You cannot see them.” I say before he gets to me.
“But I didn’t say anything.” He replied looking heartbroken.
“Remember when I said I know everything? I know what you say to girls and more often to Nami. So no.” I remind him. Brook than sits in the corner with a cloud of sadness around him. The rest of the crew began to laugh. It was so infectious that I joined in. It felt so good to just laugh after everything. They begin to stop laughing as Sanji starts handing food to Nami, Robin, and myself.
“Tell us more about yourself.” Robin says picking up her wine. I take a bit of the food and can’t help but sigh in happiness. The food always looked so good on tv but it tastes even better in real life?
“My name is Sam and I am 27? My birthday in my world is March 30th but I don’t know what day it is. I am one of four kids, all girls.” I say taking another bite of food and taking a sip of wine.
“Must have been tough on your old man.” Franky said before chugging some cola.
“If it was he never said anything about it. Dad loves us and is happy he had daughters.” I say trying to not sound mean.
“Why do you like Zoro so much?” Luffy says with a mouthful of food. The whole room goes silent again. I feel my face getting red again. Goddamn it Luffy! Why did you have to ask that question.
“Don’t ask the lady a stupid question.” Sanji said kicking Luffy on top of his head. I put my hands in my lap and just looked at them. I was never good with facing my feelings or the people I have feelings for. I am awkward and just stop talking. Besides Zoro, based on what I have seen, is probably not interested in a relationship. There are so many things he wants to do. One of which is to make Luffy the king of the pirates. But I couldn’t help having a little bit of hope. I was in a different body in this strange world, maybe there was a chance.
“You don’t have to answer that right now, Sam.” Nami says also punching Luffy on the head. I couldn’t help but think I was going to have to answer her later.
“I like all of you. For different reason. Jimbei is my second favorite because of what you have done for Luffy.” I cheerfully say smiling at him.
“Thank you for your kind words but I only did what I thought was right.” Jimbei states proudly bowing his head a bit.
“Still that whole battle showed me good characteristic of people as well as bad. It still makes me sad thinking about what was lost.” I reply with sadness filling my voice. I felt tears begin to form as I remembered Ace and Whitebeard dying because of Blackbeard. Thinking of Blackbeard I began to get angry. No pissed is the better word. If only Whitebeard turned him away everyone would be alive. But at the same time I have this feeling that things would have been different and not in a good way. I sigh. This world is harsh.
“Are you okay Sam?” Chopper asked looking concern.
“Yeah it just has been so much. I feel happy and sad.” I truthfully say picking back up my fork to start eating again.
“I have a favor to ask.” I ask having finished my meal.
“What do you need?” Luffy ask sounding kind of serious. I had everyone’s attention so I might as well ask. What is the worst that can happen? Though I hated asking anything of anyone. I felt that I was being selfish whenever I would ask, but that wasn’t true. By me not asking I would get stepped on. I was not going to let myself be like the old me. No one was going to take this away from me.
“Since my body has changed I wanted to see if anything else changed. Normally I am not very strong plus I was kind of hoping that I ate a Devil Fruit.” I laugh. It sounded so stupid but what if. I always thought if I could live in this world I would have eaten a Devil Fruit.
“I don’t see why not. Hey Zoro bring down some weights.” Luffy says getting up. I quickly follow the group to the deck of the Sunny. Zoro had grabbed some of his smaller weights which were still bigger than anything I had ever lifted. In my old world I was only able to life up a 15 lbs weight. I was kind of already regretting this decision. No I was not going to back down. Not now and never again.
I walk over to the smallest weight, again not that small. Everyone was looking at me seeing what I would do. I took in a deep breath and reached for the weight. Grasping the metal bar in my hand I start lifting. To my surprise it did not feel heavy. I managed with ease to lift the weight over my head. I set the weight back down and took a step back.
“Well.” I say looking very much shocked. I just lifted a weight that I never could have from my old world. I look at my hands thinking what the fuck am I now. It seems that with this new body there were more possibilities to me now.
“I am guessing from your expression that that was not normal.” Robin calmly states while everyone else is looking different modes of shock.
“Absolutely not. I could barely life weights and suddenly I can lift Zoro’s? Something happened and I don’t know what that was.” I reply trying to think of what could have one transported me to this world and two gave me this body. I wonder what else it could have given me.
“There does seem to a mysterious force at work.” Robin commented.
“You guys are surprised by that? Why this one time…” Usopp started to say but I cut him off.
“Not now Usopp.” Usopp looked like I had just kicked his puppy. I was not in the mood for one of his lies or stories. I have been taken from my home and given an entirely new body. I was freaking out. Plus Zoro is real! My heart cannot handle that fact.
“Sam you’re getting red again.” Chopper pointed at my face.
“It’s nothing Chopper. I am fine.” I told him trying to think of anything to get rid of my blush. Nami looked at the sky and got a very concerned look on her face.
“Guys there is bad storm coming our way. We will have to see if you have a Devil fruit power later Sam.” Nami told me. I nodded and started to head inside when something knocked into the Sunny. Everyone stopped and went over to the rail to see what it was. I stood next to Zoro not because I wanted to but because that was how we were walking to the cabin. Once again the boat rocked really hard. I was leaning too far over and fell. I hit the water and it was like all my energy was taken away. ‘It looks like I have devil fruit powers’ I thought as I slowly sank to the bottom of the ocean. The short air I had swallowed was gone and soon darkness began to block my vision. Just before I blacked out I saw a figure swimming towards me. Before they reached me I blacked out.
Editor’s note: This is the second chapter. The first chapter is better but I still like this one too. This may be a slow update as I write when I am inspired. So I hope you are patient with me. But I promise to do the best I can! I hope you enjoy this chapter!
