۞ ﴾ Nafī-Isbat Zikr ﴿ ۞

ㅤㅤ۞ ﴾ Nafī-Isbat Zikr ﴿ ۞ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A lembrança de Nada além da Presença — de acordo com o Caminho Sufi Naqshbandi

'Nafī' significa 'não há nada' e 'Isbat' significa 'Maojud' ou Presença do Sempre Presente. A prática de lembrança de 'Nafī Isbat' (نفى و اثبات) é conduzida com a frase "Lā ʾilāha ʾillā llāh".

Nesta lembrança, a verdade sobre a qual se medita é que tudo que não seja Deus é evanescente, sempre desaparecendo na inexistência e somente Deus subsiste, Deus é a verdadeira existência. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

۞ ﴾ O Método ﴿ ۞

Depois de estar ritualmente puro, fique de frente em direção à Meca, em seguida, pause a respiração e recite interiormente a primeira parte da frase "Lā" ( لَا ). Enquanto repousa a atenção em Lā ( لَا ), o praticante atrai do centro de Nafs para cima e passa o centro de Sirr no centro do coração, atinge o centro de Khafi (veja o diagrama) e, finalmente, o centro de Akhfa (coroa).

Então, de Akhfa, conduz "ʾIlāha" ( إِلٰهَ ) ao centro de Ruh. E, finalmente, do centro de Ruh, o praticante conduz "ʾillā-llāh" ( إِلَّا اللّٰهُ ), com força para o centro de Qalb. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ De acordo com o Caminho Sufi Naqshbandi, isso é realizado em número ímpar, como 3, 7, 11 ou 13, em uma única respiração. Ao conduzir este Zikr sobre os seis Lataif ou Centros Sutis, eles são gradualmente iluminados, ʾIn shāʾ Allāh, pela Graça e Vontade de Deus. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ۞ ﴾ Os Seis Lataif ou Centros Sutis ﴿ ۞ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ۞ Qalb ou Coração: Está situado no lado esquerdo do peito, a uma distância de dois dedos abaixo do mamilo esquerdo. É o Portal de Ishq ou Amor Divino, também o Trono do Altíssimo. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

۞ Ruh ou Espírito: Está situado no lado direito do peito, a uma distância de dois dedos abaixo do mamilo direito. Centro da alma verdadeira. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

۞ Sirr ou Secreto: Situado no centro entre Qalb e Ruh. Está associado à consciência. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

۞ Nafs ou Psiquê: Situado na base naval. Sede do ego ou id. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

۞ Khafi ou Mistério: Situado na testa onde começa a linha do cabelo. Representa a intuição divina (kashf) ou sutileza. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

۞ Akhfa ou Oculto: Situado na coroa. Ponto de unidade e visão beatífica de Deus. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Sufi Master Younus AlGohar said on 03/17/23 What I’m telling you, nor can you possibly hear this from anywhere nor can possibly anyone tell you this. I went to Daar-Ul-Naeem (The Second highest level of Paradise) this is the Paradise for the Prophets. So I went there one time. I went there because there was a spiritual gathering, and just like how The Prophet Mohammad (SAW) said: “Tomorrow I will give the flag in the hand of he who removes the Dara-E-Khebar and he will be deserving of this.” The next day when the time came, The Prophet Mohammad (SAW) gave the flag to Moula Ali. It’s like this. It was announced that tomorrow we will give the flag of Alif Laam Ra to whosoever we wish to. So for that a Spiritual Gathering was prepared. The Esoteric Body of the letters of Alif Laam Ra were brought. And it was placed inside the person to who it was to be given to. And now the Soul of ALRA entered him, the letters of ALRA. Now, the Soul of ALRA did not like being in that body, it would run again and again, so it was kept there. Until the Soul of ALRA becomes used to you, you cannot go back to the ground (The Realm we reside in). So he was kept there. When he was kept there, a lot research was done. Some knowledge was taught. What was that knowledge? That knowledge was that however much your Spiritual Zikr is, of your Qalb and Souls. However much your Zikr is, wherever you live if, that places Zikr is not one fifth of your Zikr, then you will feel uncomfortable at that house. So the houses that God has made in Paradise, for example in Khuld (Lowest grade of Paradise). Khuld is for the Zakir E Qalbi (One with an Enlightened Heart.) So according to that, the houses there were made. They were made with the stones which were one fifth of the Zakir E Qalbi (One with an Enlightened Heart. So they will be familiar when they go there. Similarly a Zakir E Qalbi, it is also necessary for a Zakir E Qalbi to- Now I am not talking about Tariqat here. This is taught when God puts you on duty of Izn o Irshad. This has never leaked out.
