So you know how I said there'd be a follow-up post to my previous one? Well, scratch that, didn't feel like it and was super late to draw it anyway so sorry about that

To compensate for that there's a new event in housamo featuring everyone's favorite WR: Fuxi! And so I decided to draw him because why not. The sketches are not the best but I'll try to do better next time :DD

I hope everyone's pulls are going alright and everyone's getting what they want ( if not now maybe later) and are enjoying this year's Christmas event. I got me this little rascal, Zhurong, which I'll probably use for higher event item drop rates but we'll see ( hoping to get Fuxi honestly)

The world is a spectrum of colours, each individual within it a beautiful shade of all those colours. Such is how the young and enthusiastic Zhurong sees the world around him as he travels for all the scoops to share with everyone.

"BEAAACH!" Behemoth yelled as he stripped from his pieces of clothing and rushed straight towards the shore excitedly. Who would blame him? Where there is sea, there are fish. And fish are considered food to Behemoth.

"Hehe, looks like someone's getting excited!" Zhurong's eyes shone brightly as he chased after his big classmate, ignoring the fact that Behemoth is the one who ate his chocolates from before. It was as if all of their school problems are simply just left behind in an instant. All they could think about was the beach and summer vacation.

"Looks like I'll have to join in, too."

"And I know just how to catch a large fish."

A few moments later, while Behemoth and Zhurong were playing in the water, the red panda notices his teacher running in the river, holding a fish above his head.

"Wooaaah! Mister Boogeyman has caught a huge fish!"

Running along the shore, he shouted out:

"SUMMER IS HERE!"

I love these guys because they genuinely care about MC as MC and not because they have the soul of a mental illness in them.

I mean, Benten seeing all the shit yMC goes through and deciding they need her protection and not MC protecting her is older sister behaviour.

Kuniyoshi having war flashbacks but making sure you're okay afterwards. Pushing through his trauma for you, that's something you do for someone you care A LOT about.

Zhurong thinking you died and crying his little heart out. Probably thinking about what happened to Nüwa and having to go through this a second time and still not knowing what to do.

Arc knowing a part of them would die if MC indeed died right then and there. But finding quick reassurance that MC is indeed fine. MC might be their first friend in forever. Would have probably hunted the giants and kiled them out of revenge.

And Cait Sith trying to make light of the situation but worried out of his mind. Saw MC almost die in front of him without being able to do anything about it.

I love them all, they care about MC so much. And that's exactly what the traumatized need right now even if just for a little while.

Housamo Christmas news BINCHES

Gangster Christmas (which is what I will be calling it) starts tomorrow and last till January 3rd

New kitty gangsters which I think are neat.

We collect ornaments, which I get, and rainbow feathers, which.... are new to me.

I could have made this when this event was still new so it's a bit late

"Heading out with that messy hair, Zhurong?" Agyo appeared right behind him with a towel wrapped around his waist, obviously having recently taken a bath. "If you're going out without my permission, you could at least try and make yourself look more presentable."

"I-I wasn't—Woah!"

Agyo had pulled on Zhurong's long, luscious hair and proceeded to grab a hair tie from the nearby table. "Seriously... How many times have I told you to stop sneaking about?"

"I just wanted to take some pictures..."

The two therians lived together in a small shrine just in the outskirts of town, living peacefully in an isolated forest without any intruders and only animals. Now fully grown, it is Agyo's desire to keep Zhurong from harm. However, it proves to be quite challenging when Zhurong always sneaks out of the shrine to take some pictures of the wild or the town itself. Agyo doesn't mind, but sometimes, Zhurong gets too into his hobby that he gets lost somewhere dangerous which is why Agyo must keep an eye on him.

As the animals woke up from their slumber, so too did the sun, rising ever-so brightly in the horizon and touching everything it saw. With a steady breath, Agyo's frustration to unkemptness rose yet again as he kept on tying Agyo's hair in a clean ball with some strands deviating from the shrine keeper's hand and going in other directions. But this is the best that Agyo could do for him.

"Hold still, will you?"
