What Are Sacred Remedies?
Definition and Origins
Sacred Remedies encompass a wide range of healing practices, substances, and rituals that have been revered and passed down through generations within various cultures and spiritual traditions. These remedies are often viewed as sacred because they are believed to embody spiritual energy, divine guidance, or profound natural wisdom. They can include herbal medicine, essential oils, rituals, and spiritual practices that are used to heal the body, mind, and spirit.
Cultural Significance
The roots of Sacred Remedies lie in diverse cultures, including Indigenous, Eastern, and ancient traditions. For instance:
Ayurveda: This ancient Indian system of medicine uses herbs, dietary practices, and spiritual principles to balance the body's energies (doshas) and promote health.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM): TCM incorporates herbs, acupuncture, and qigong to restore balance and harmony in the body and mind.
Shamanic Practices: Many Indigenous cultures use ceremonial rituals, plant medicines like ayahuasca, and spirit journeys to connect with higher realms and heal physical and emotional ailments.
Key Components of Sacred Remedies
1. Herbal Medicine
Herbal remedies are perhaps the most well-known form of Sacred Remedies. They involve the use of plants and their extracts to support health and treat various conditions. Some notable examples include:
Echinacea: Used to boost the immune system and fight infections.
Turmeric: Known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Ginseng: A root believed to enhance energy and cognitive function.
2. Essential Oils
Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts that carry the therapeutic properties of the plants from which they are derived. They are commonly used in aromatherapy to promote relaxation, alleviate stress, and support emotional well-being. Examples include:
Lavender Oil: Valued for its calming and sleep-inducing effects.
Peppermint Oil: Used to relieve headaches and digestive issues.
Frankincense Oil: Believed to enhance spiritual connection and reduce stress.
3. Rituals and Ceremonies
Many Sacred Remedies involve rituals and ceremonies that create a sacred space for healing and transformation. These practices may include:
Meditation and Prayer: Techniques to cultivate mindfulness, inner peace, and spiritual connection.
Smudging: The burning of sacred herbs like sage or palo santo to cleanse spaces and individuals of negative energies.
Sacred Music and Chanting: Utilizing sound vibrations to harmonize the body and mind.
4. Spiritual Practices
Spiritual practices form an integral part of many Sacred Remedies. These practices aim to align the individual with higher spiritual truths and energies, and can include:
Energy Healing: Techniques such as Reiki or Chakra balancing that work with the body's energy fields.
Yoga and Tai Chi: Movement practices that integrate physical exercise with breath control and meditation to enhance overall well-being.
The Modern Relevance of Sacred Remedies
Integration with Conventional Medicine
In contemporary health practices, Sacred Remedies are increasingly being integrated with conventional medicine to offer a more holistic approach to wellness. This integration allows individuals to benefit from the strengths of both paradigms:
Complementary Care: Sacred Remedies can complement conventional treatments by addressing aspects of health that conventional medicine might not fully address, such as stress management and emotional balance.
Personalized Wellness: Incorporating Sacred Remedies allows for a personalized approach to health that honors individual preferences and cultural backgrounds.
Scientific Exploration
Recent studies have begun to explore the efficacy of various Sacred Remedies, shedding light on their potential benefits and mechanisms of action. For example:
Clinical Trials: Research on herbal supplements and essential oils is increasing, providing scientific validation for their therapeutic properties.
Holistic Research: The exploration of how spiritual practices and rituals impact mental and emotional health is gaining traction in academic and clinical settings.
How to Incorporate Sacred Remedies into Your Life
Educate Yourself: Learn about different Sacred Remedies and their origins. Understand their uses, benefits, and potential contraindications.
Consult Professionals: Work with practitioners who are knowledgeable in Sacred Remedies and can guide you in their safe and effective use.
Practice Mindfulness: Integrate rituals and spiritual practices into your daily routine to enhance your overall well-being.
Maintain Balance: Use Sacred Remedies as a complement to conventional healthcare, ensuring a balanced approach to your health.
Conclusion
Sacred Remedies represent a rich tapestry of ancient wisdom and spiritual traditions that continue to offer valuable insights and practices for modern wellness. By embracing these time-honored remedies and integrating them thoughtfully into contemporary health practices, individuals can achieve a deeper sense of balance, harmony, and holistic well-being. As we navigate the complexities of modern life, Sacred Remedies remind us of the enduring power of ancient knowledge and the profound connection between our body, mind, and spirit.

one of my biggest fantasies is going to get a yoni massage. the whole process is so erotic and feminizing, reminding me of my best parts; the parts that determine my value and worth. oiling up my cunt, rubbing my lips deeply, stretching my hole ever so gently, and of course, rubbing my clit till i’m twitching and squirting 🥰😵‍💫

𓉸ྀི a soothing skin massage
𓉸ྀི Mike Munroe
𓉸ྀི content afab!reader, chubby!reader, massage, reader has back pain, yoni massage, do NOT put essential oils anywhere near your genitalia
Tumblr media
You groan and attempt to pop your back, pain forcing you to rock on your feet. You needed a goddamn massage. Ever since that day in the mountains, you've had terrible back pain. Falling down a flight of stairs will do that to a person. Peeking your head into the bedroom you call out for your boyfriend.
"Hey, babe. Can you massage my back for me?"
You make sure to tack on lots of love when asking. You watch as he looks up from his phone with a smile on his face. There was this glint in his eye that you can't quite make out. Entering the bedroom he pushes past you and into the adjacent bathroom.
"Take off your clothes and lay down."
It's not a question and you get to work removing layers of clothes. Making sure to fold your articles you place them on the end of the bed. Laying down you get comfortable with your head in your arms as you wait. Heat pools in the pit of your abdomen when Mike lets out a wolfish whistle upon seeing you waiting. You turn your head and attempt to look at him through your hair. He has a velvet bag in his hands that he places on the bedside table. You have a better view and watch as he takes out different-sized bottles from it.
"Essential oils to mix into the massage oil, for sensitive skin obvi."
He pitches his voice at the end and you roll your eyes at the slight jab. Clicking your tongue he gets to work massaging the floral-scented oil into your skin. You try to muffle the groans that escape from between your lips. His muscles work in tandem with his soft touch. You were so far removed from thought you almost didn't hear him say your name.
"Turn over, gotta get your front."
His pitch drops yet you pay it no mind as you happily oblige. Eyes still closed, nice and relaxed, you feel him get to work on your middle. Soon his hands rise and take a moment to rise over the mounds of your tits. Heat once again pools in the pit of your stomach but you keep your relaxed posture. He runs his hands down your arms and back over your middle. Giving you a thorough rubdown. Yawning you can feel yourself start to drift off. His hands go lower and lower until they're massaging up your calves, over your knees, and onto your thighs. Both get extra attention as he slowly pulls at them until your knees are bent. Opening your eyes you groggily blink up at Mike. His eyes shimmer in the fluorescent lamplight. Taking a little more oil he shushes you once you start to complain.
"It's completely safe."
He drips some of it onto your labia and spends a few minutes focusing the massage there. Only focused on the outside, so close to where you wish he would touch you. Once he feels satisfied he goes ahead and soaks his fingers in oil. Spreading you apart with one hand his oiled fingers get to work gently rubbing circles around your clit.
"Mike."
"Shh, relax."
You try, you really do, but the way he's ghosting over your clit has you gnawing on the inside of your cheek. He's even more unforgiving when two fingers push past your tight walls and starts massaging that spongy part deep in your sopping cunt.

Wow you’re a self care expert! Can you share your hygiene routine please?
I shower every day, usually in the evenings. I dry brush from my feet up to my chest while the water warms up. Then while I'm in the bath, I wash my body first with a natural soap (currently using sandalwood soap but it varies), letting it sit for a while before washing again with a scented shower gel. I also wash under my armpits with Head & Shoulders (the zinc in it helps prevent odour).
I also shave my legs and yoni daily, using conditioner and Gillette Men's Razors (feels smoother than women's razors). I prefer removing my armpit hair with Nair as shaving it makes the armpits dark and discoloured.
After showering, I apply oil all over my body while it's still damp, and apply Brazilian Bum Bum cream on my breasts. I use antiperspirant at night so that it has time to absorb by morning.
After putting on clean pyjamas I'll complete my evening skincare routine (usually I'll have cleansed my face in the shower along with the rest of my body). I prefer doing my skincare routine a couple of hours before going to sleep as that gives the products time to absorb (whereas if you do it right before bed they'll get smeared off on your pillow). And I put my overnight lip mask on every evening. I also like spraying perfume before bed.
This will probably sound like overkill 😅 but as well as moisturising after showering, I also like moisturising my body with a light lotion as soon as I wake up in the morning. Especially as I'm currently taking a medication that has the side effect of drying out skin. I prefer oil straight after a shower but moisturizer can't penetrate oil so I just save the lotions for morning. I also put thick cream on my feet before putting socks on and on my hands before gloves.
I wash my hair twice a week (coarse, thick naturally curly/wavy hair so any more than that makes it feel dry).
Brush my teeth morning and night with Pearl Drops toothpaste and use mouthwash in between meals. I do oil pulling a couple of times a week and teeth whitening strips once a month (I don't use them more often because they make my teeth feel sensitive).
And I don't repeat outfits or shoes days in a row. Shoes and clothes are left to air out for a day (and clothes are washed after 2 uses).

Everything women do should feel like medicine:
- Praying before we grab our phone in the morning
- Drinking something warm when we wake up
- Spending more time under the sun
- Earthing/spending more time in nature
- Walking & swaying our hips
- Dancing to release the tension in our hips
- Stretching our hips & legs every day
- Eating real food
- Cooking our own food & infusing it with love
- Speaking beautiful, loving affirmations over the water we drink
- Adding salts, essential oils or rose petals to our baths
- Meditating and/or spending quiet time with God every day
- Educating ourselves & eating “good-mood foods” (berries, salmon, red meat, eggs, turmeric…)
- Oiling & massaging our body
- Wearing high quality materials (cotton, silk, linen)
- Taking care of the health of our yoni by staying celibate & sleeping naked
- Opening our hearts more everyday, being very selective, not letting just anyone have access to us, & doing more selfless acts of love
- Drinking a warm glass of milk or chamomile tea before bed
- Not turning on the (led) lights at night, only candles
- Getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night

My Self-Care Sunday Pamper Routine
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is a continuation of my weekly routine post we made last year. Click HERE to read it first!
Quick Note: Although this post is titled ‘Self-Care Sunday’, it is important to remember that self-care should not be limited to just a day. It’s the constant effort to care for your mind, body and soul.
PART I: Taking Care of Your Body
Yoni Steam: Yoni steaming, vaginal steaming or v-steam, is an age-old natural remedy which has been said to cleanse the vagina and uterus, regulate menstruation, ease period cramps and several health benefits. It is considered a sacred practice and involves squatting or sitting over hot steam, which contains many herbs. Clickhere for a detailed post on yoni steaming.
Body Care: On Sunday I love to spend time on body care. Beyond, just the regular soap cleansing. I use a foot & body scrub to maintain my smooth skin. You can opt for a bath soak or shower gel in your favourite fragrance and enjoy every moment of how these products feel on your skin. Once you’re out of the bathroom, apply your favourite body oil to lock in your glow.
Facial care: Cleanse, tone, eye cream, serum and moisturize. This process can be tweaked, based on what works for you. And recommendations provided by your skin-care consultant. If you want to know what products I use, for reference CLICK HERE
Move your body: Put on your favourite playlist and have a private dance party in your room.
Part II: Taking Care of Your Mind and Soul
Feed your mind with positive information:  Pay attention to what you’re consuming on the internet. Use this period to listen to podcasts while performing your body care routine or watch YouTube videos on self-care topics. If you're looking for podcasts to add to your listening list CLICK HERE
Meditate: Meditation helps to calm your mind and put you in a state of mindfulness. You can opt for a guided meditation on YouTube or use an application like Calm or Headspace.
Write down your affirmations: Affirmations are a powerful tool for manifesting what you want in your life. Say them, write them down and chant them, sing them, recite them till you believe them. Click here to read my top 5 level-up affirmations.
Set your intentions for the week: Mentally state the intentions you have for the coming week or if it makes you feel better, write them in your journal or planner. Your intentions are about you, how you want to touch the lives of others and what you want to contribute to society. They help guide how your day or week will go. Examples are: “I intend to make people smile each day of this week” and “I commit myself to healthy eating.”
I hope this was a helpful guide. Feel free to customize it to your liking and schedule. Sending you love and good energy. Don't forget to read our weekly routine blog post HERE.
How do you plan on pampering yourself in 2023?

I didn't find my purpose--my purpose found me.
This is going to be a hard one for people to feel into or stomach in their bellies, especially at this time. We are not here to serve. We are here to discover our bliss which will instinctively be of service to other people we encounter, whether physically, energetically, or both. We are not here "to do," to be steadfast in finding our BIG purpose, but to simply enjoy the beauty that life offers us as the greatest love story ever told. We are here to lay back on the beach and *ACTUALLY* notice the birds, water, trees or sky, to relax and rest, to make unrepressed love with our Beloved, ourselves (our cells), and/or with life and not feel guilt or shame. Guess what naturally happens then: purpose naturally comes to find us.
The fear, shame, and guilt imprints we live inside of teach us to pretend and exist in performative outrage and care, but not to do the real work on our cells, tissues, organs, and digestion which informs our quality of consciousness, where the parasites/egregores/viruses/shadows disseminating the "evil" on Earth actually live and wreck havoc from. Practically that means we make time to cook our own meals and not eat out so much in restaurants full of chemicals and seed oils that make us energetic hosts for harm without our conscious awareness. That's why many people can't really 'see' what's really going on in the world....the deepest issue is far more internal and hidden in the overabundance of toxins in the body than external and what’s being presented on the news. But this can be healed, loved ones.
There is a lot I could decode off these words I wrote on a friend's youtube video, but I have to run and make dinner :). I leave you with this--the only way you are going to truly be able to SEE what's really going on and how to be part of the transformation is to start within. There is a lot happening with the planet and our bodies/bellies and thereby MENTAL HEALTH because the mind and belly are one shared experience. Belly care is essential. Massages. Probiotics. Belly lovemaking. Speaking life into your belly. Spinx pose. Belly breathing. Movement.....
We have been taught to believe that being focused on everything but ourselves makes us "good" people. Or to be focused on ourselves makes us selfish...which actually is what opens up our energy centers and makes us more healthy, magnetic, and alive. We no longer have to try to perform or impress, or prove anything to other people. We get to live content with ourselves, who and what we truly are, and the energy impacting our individual and collective fields. We get to create our worlds, and in doing so, expand the world into greater harmony, whether it is through our creations, our art, our dance, our aura, our heart, or our presence.
In the world but not of this world. Ethereal.
Your body is not a sack of flesh and bones. It is portal to heaven on earth, your divine energy in human form, and how you perceive and encounter the world around you. Learn about your skin, bones, joints, tissues, breast tissues, feet, yoni, belly, heart, etc. and not just about make up or how to dress. Tend to your ethereal body and your passionate creative energy so that you can live in the overflow and have something generous to share with other people from there. This can be a huge struggle especially for Black, Brown, and Poor women, because the biggest "thing" we have been conditioned to avoid is ourselves (our actual cells) and not to perceive ourselves worthy and valuable enough. We have been weakened because we have been historically trained to use our service transactionally as a means to be loved or aproroved of. As Priestesses/Divine Women/Divine Females, we have allowed our power to siphoned into division and separation where we point finger at others, and only experience everything happening "out there" instead of divinely draw the connection that we are the origin points to everything happening in the external world because our bodies house the womb.
Tend to the hearts, minds, and bodies of your loved ones and community as well. Gather with like-minded people and integrate your energies/genius together without forcing connections. Witness the transformations overtime.
Source the Light, Beauty, and Truth Inside Your Body and Make Your Life Archetypal, A Work of Art
The answer to ugliness of the world is beauty. Pure beauty. Be part of the frequency that elevates our global world by discovering beauty in everyday life. Be motivated to expect more from life than common narratives. Invite yourself to not waste your free time this week running up your screen time on the internet and get into the beauty, pleasure, and play of living. Put on your sassy hot pink bimbo or hoochie dress (that was me yesterday with leggings and long socks on--I live in Amsterdam where it is still cold in June) and go to a dance class. Sense yourself as a Goddess. You are allowed to live inside your own personal mythos, guilt-free. --India Ame'ye

My Pink Shower Routine🧼🥰
Tumblr media
This is my everyday basic shower routine to keep me soft and smelling fresh all day😌
1. Dry brushing
Tumblr media
This helps to get rid of dead skin, fight SOME skin issues. It also helps to circulate your blood
2. 1st cleansing
This is the cleansing I do to get squeaky clean before I use my scented soaps. Some people use dove bar soap for this. I personally prefer liquid black soap or Dr. Bronners soap.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
3. 2nd cleansing
This is when I bring in the scented soap I am a big fan of Ogx and Olay right now. I also really like dove as well. When cleansing I let the soap sit for a minute or two to soak up the smell.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
4. Yoni
I keep my cleansing for my yoni simple and thorough. I generally clean with a baby washcloth and warm water. On my period or heavy discharge days I use unscented baby soap.
5. Deodorant
Tumblr media
I always put on deodorant right after my shower. I dry my armpits FIRST then I put the deodorant on keeps me fresh. I also keep my armpits hair free because I find it keeps me fresh longer😉
6. Fade cream
This is to help with body scars and any unevenness that I have.
Tumblr media
7. Lotion/ butter
This really depends on the season for which one I use and I may do a more in debt post about lotions/oils/and butters I use and and when I use them.
Tumblr media
8. Oils
I personally use olive oil, jojoba oil, or sweet almond oil. I use them as they are but you can buy a body oil, add essential oils to the pure ones if you want. Just make sure you do a bit of research
I do my skincare and makeup while the moisture absorbs into my skin and then I put on my clothes add my body spray and I’m ready to go.
That’s all for today Angels😇🥰
-XOXO Zayra💖
