Conventional or unconventional housepets?

It's cliche, but John's a housecat. He loves you and needs you but doesn't always act like it, and always seems to test the limits of your love. But yoh love him regardless and will pick up after him because in the end he seems worth picking up after. Even when he doesn't like you, you hope he'll come around, rub up against you.

I think Ringo would be a dog. Something about his loyalty that sticks, his love. No matter how awful the other boys treated him, no matter the fact George cheated with his wife—Ringo loved them, and forgave George, and loved him till the end. Dogs make conscious decisions to love, even if they don't have to, even if they shouldn't. Loyalty isn't stupidity.

George and Paul are difficult.

Paul is a tie between a bird and a rabbit. A bird because of course, musically inclined. Rabbit because, well. Large families. Both very pretty, very elegant, colorful. As an unconventional housepet I'd pin Paul as a raven. Intelligent enough to mimic, though maybe their crowing is exactly melodic. Very resourceful little buggers. They can love, mate for life, and they're loyal to the nth degree once you've earned it. They're great parents, too. Very animated, very charming birds. Very beautiful with those black feathers.

George is. George is a mystery. A bird, a cat, a ferret. He does as he pleases when he pleases and he's not sorry. He's difficult and stubborn, sometimes as a laugh sometimes intentionally, but he's charming and fun and if he calls you his friend well isn't that special. He's loud and jostling and lively on the stage, but quiet and reserved and observant everywhere else. You love him or you hate him, but you can't help but admire him. He's free spirited, he can't be caged in.

[Appearance]

Yohan is described as having the appearance of a young adult with short almond brown hair and azure blue eyes, always wears a weary face. Additionally, there are a few scars on his face, according to Vil, if it weren't for those ugly scars, by Vil's standards of beauty, Yohan could be considered above average.

Despite appearing frail, Yohan bears scars from past battles beneath his clothes, harboring memories he'd rather forget

Yohan wears a necklace since arriving at Twisted Wonderland, ordinary people or those with weak magic will see it as just a regular necklace, but those with strong magic or creatures sensitive to magic (such as fae, pixies, beastmen,...) will sense a faint stream of magic hidden from the necklace.

Besides the necklace, Yohan wears an old ring on his left hand, but almost no one notices it. It is only revealed during the Ghost Marriage event when the ghost bride sees the ring and mistakenly believes Yohan is already married

Yohan appears to be a young man on the outside but behaves like an old, tired person. And when Yohan gets angry, he becomes incredibly intimidating, causing NRC students to think twice before messing with him.

Contrary to his interactions with NRC students, Yohan is extremely polite and gentle, especially with strangers and children, which has caused ADeuce and Grim to panic, thinking that Yohan has been possessed by someone else

Yohan is also perceptive, as he can detect suspicious points about the Savanaclaw dorm, or when faced with Rollo Flamme's questions about magic and the strange appearance of Fellow Honest

Though very sharp, Yohan can sometimes be quite careless, especially when it comes to information related to returning to his own world

Yohan never wants to get involved in matters unrelated to himself unless it is necessary

[Backstory]

Yohan was raised during a time of conflict, having been found as an infant near his adoptive parents' home, wrapped only in a cloth and carrying a necklace along with a note that read, "I’m sorry, my son." Despite never asking much about his birth mother, he carried a deep longing to understand why she abandoned him. Tragedy struck when his adoptive family, including his parents and younger brother, died in an air raid. With his home destroyed, Yohan was captured by enemy forces but managed to escape, surviving on the streets through theft and desperation in a foreign land.

Eventually, he was taken in by a group of mercenaries who became his second family. However, fate dealt Yohan another cruel blow as his comrades fell one by one on the battlefield, leaving him with just a few survivors, all of whom bore the scars—both physical and emotional—of war.

After the conflict ended, Yohan struggled with severe post-traumatic stress disorder, leading to his admission to a seaside mental institution for treatment. Here, he found a semblance of peace and began to heal. After a few years, he returned to his old hometown and live with his adoptive aunt since then. Yet, his tranquil life was short-lived, in a bizarre twist of fate, Yohan was drawn into the world of Twisted Wonderland, where he initially believed he was merely an outsider without magic.

Carrying the weight of his past wounds and the resilience to overcome life’s harsh trials, Yohan now faces a world filled with magic and intrigue. In Chapter 3 - Octavinelle episode, when Azul proposed exchanging the Ramshackle dorm along with Yohan's necklace for the freedom of the captured students to become Monstro Lounge's workers

And at the end of Chapter 3, it's revealed that this necklace was left to him by his biological mother, raising suspicions about whether Yohan's mother might have been a mage

In the Prologue and Chapter 1 - Heartslaybul Episode, Riddle claimed that Yohan was a delinquent, a violent individuals due to he have scars on his face and Vil believes that Yohan is someone who doesn't know how to take care of himself, which is why he has left ugly scars on his face

In Chapter 2 - Savanaclaw Episode, Yohan was injured on his arm while trying to protect Ruggie from Leona's Unique Magic. By the end of Chapter 3 - Octavinelle Episode, the injury had fully healed.

After the Overblot events, the dorm leaders had complete trust in Yohan and even asked Yohan to look after the first years

I decided I'm finally drawing all my 142-ish OCs, and make a bit of infodumb about them on here.

This' one of my oldest OCs: Jacu, the Owl Chaman. Her Girlfriend Mikaela Borgia, and their tied spirits Arish the Raven and Arcel the armored dragon.

Small bios under the cut!

I'm starting with the ones that are fully original, nofandom attached. This group is from an urban fantasy / magical realism story about spirits, priests, chamans, nature, and equilibrium between things.

Oc n15: Jacu the Owl Chaman. Pronouns/Gender: He/She. Bigender. Age: twenty-something. Nationality: Inca Occupation: Chaman. Short story: Her family has cooperated with dragons, spirits and forces of the nature to keep and protect their people. The generations of his family are connected with a very powerful spirit only known as the feathered serpent. They always had a good relationship with her and Jacù isn't the exception. He has a condition in which her pupils don't contract, therefore her eyes look "owl-like" and his nickname. She always goes half lided because of that, very photosensitive. Funfact: She originally was my self insert for shaman king, but was just Anna but instead of Anna was Yoh and Hao's sister and had a incest relationship with Hao.

Oc: Mikaela She/her. Girl A couple less than Jacù Italian Ex- nun She was raised almost as a sacrifice, by a religious institution. She was tied to a very dangerous demon who calls himself Arcel, the armoured dragon. With that curse over her, she started travelling to find a way to kill this demon, and in her way met this chaman who not just had the way to destroy it.... but didn't want at all. Jacu teaches her a lot about living more openly, and less repressed, and she learns to hear Arcel who is only being a demon because he has been treated as a demon for so long. Fun fact: She's a refurbished OC from a friend (kurotsuki) and a lot of OCs I'll draw will be very similar to her (since they will have Kuro's style) I won't number those since they aren't exactly mine. When she was a shaman king self insert, she was a random girl who become Yoh's girlfriend.

OC n16. Arish the raven and Arcel the armoured dragon, both halves of the feathered dragon. Pronouns/gender: She / Him / it. indifferent to gender. Age: too many to count. Nationality: universal. Occupation: Spirits. Story: The feathered dragon was a powerful creature from years beyond history. The reasons the dragon was split in half is unknown, even by itself. Probably because it was a menace for humans. The masculine half of it ended up in Italia, where it was confined and suppressed by priests, treated as a monster until it was tied to Mikaela and slowly she tried to understand him. The feminine part of it, started similarly, in chains, but the chamans chosed a compassionate route instead, giving her freedom and space, only intervening if harm was done. Within years and years, they become friends with her, until she willingly chosed to help and protect the ones tied to her. The feathers on Jacu's hair/waist and the little pouch of scales on Mikaela's hips are manifestation of their conections. Fun fact: Arish have 4 eyes when her disguise slips. This happens because I use this emoji a lot: ._. and Rplying her sometimes I mistype it as :_. so it became a joke "Arish, your eyes"

Today is one of the rare days where your boyfriend of 3 years, Jake Kim has his day off. His whole day will be spent together with you, his main focus will be on you. It has been awhile since this happened so you're planning to make the most of it. All your plan for today crumbled when you wake up in the morning to find the usually sunny morning was dark and cold. It was raining heavily outside.

"Damn it, what a luck." you mumbled to yourself, muttering all sorts of curses under your breath, feeling extremely disappointed as you were planning to have a day-out with Jake today. Maybe a small picnic at the park for lunch and just walk around the city for the rest of the afternoon. But it seems like God is thinking otherwise.

You felt the body beside yours stirred as Jake let out a soft grunt, reaching out his hand to your side and draped his heavy arm on top of your body, pinning your smaller frame on the bed.

"hmm, why are you up so early?" he mumbled, the drowsiness still evident in his deep voice.

"It's almost 10 am, Jake. It's dark because it's raining.." you answered, not even hiding the disappointment in your tone as you let out a depressed sigh. You feel the raven pull your body closer, pressing it against his muscular one as he opened an eye to peek outside the window. He let out a sigh after catching a glimpse of the rain, immediately focusing his attention on you as he know how much you were looking forward to this day.

"Awww, it doesn't seems like it will stop anytime soon."

"Yeah.."

He turned to you and flashes you a reassuring smile, brushing away a strand of your hair. He leaned closer and buries his nose on the crook of your neck, inhaling the smell of your shampoo as he let out a relieved sigh.

"Hey, don't be sad, love. We can just spend the day at home, alright? I'll make sure it's just as fun as going outside, hmm?"

You brushes his hair with a hand as you hugged him closer. Letting out another sigh, you flash him a sweet smile, feeling the disappointment melts away.

"Okay, baby. It doesn't matter what we do, as long as I have you for the whole day. Shall we go have some breakfast first?

"That's my girl. Now hmm, instead of that, why don't we start our day with some bubble bath?" he suggested nonchalantly, trying to hide his smirk but he can't hide his real intention from you. After all you've known each other for years.

"Jakeee, I'm hungry," you pouted, pulling away his head from your neck and giving him your best puppy eyes, "let's go get breakfast first!"

He raises an eyebrow, narrowing his eyes for a moment before letting out a chuckle. "Alright, princess. breakfast first and then we're taking a bath together, whether you like it or not." he whispered huskily on your ears, biting it playfully as you shrieked and hit him lightly on the chest. His chest shakes as he let out a laugh, placing a soft kiss on your forehead.

"Jake, I'll go out first. You can take your time."

Yoh walked out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around your slender body, leaving Jake on the bathroom as he helped you wash my hair before taking his own shower. You walked to your walk-in closet and starts shuffling through your hoodies, trying to pick a comfortable outfit to put on for today as it will be a relaxing day for the both of you.

You didn't realize that you've been inside your closet for quite sometime until Jake hugged you from behind, fully-clothed with a black sweater and black pants. His hair was still half-wet but it was soft and fluffy. He rubs his head on your neck and placed a quick kiss on your jaw.

"Hmm, why are you not dressed yet, my love? You'll catch a cold. Quickly put on some clothes and let me dry your hair. I'll go prepare the hairdryer, okay?"

He was about to walk out when an idea struck your mind. You grabbed his arm as he halted on his tracks, raising an eyebrow at you.

"Yes, love?"

"Would it be alright if I borrowed one of your hoodie? I bet it will have your smell and they're always comfortable." You mumbled shyly as he smiled at your cute antics. Of course he is more than happy to lend you his clothes, he would be more than glad to see you wear his clothes all the time.

"You're so cute. Sure thing, come with me, love."

He gently grabbed your wrist and pulled you to his closet, grabbing his black hoodie and helped you put it on. His build is a lot bigger and taller than yours, it leaves his hoodie hanging all the way down to your knee.

"Thank you, Jake. I don't think I need to wear pants but I will go put on one of my shorts, just incase." You were about to excuse yourself when he grabbed your wrist, pulling you into his embrace as a small grin tugged at the corner of his lips.

"There's no need for that, you look good like this." he commented, emphasizing his sentence by sneaking up a hand inside the hoodie from below and squeezed your ass playfully.

"Jake!!"

He chuckled when you tried to slap away his hand and pulled you even closer, crushing your smaller frame in a tight embrace.

"God, you're so fucking adorable. You have no idea how good you look wrapped in my clothes. and my scent..." he mumbled the last part lowly, burrowing his face on the crook of your neck. You blushed furiously at his actions, clearing your throat awkwardly as you unconsciously leaned back, savoring the feel of his muscular body pressed tightly against your back.

“Shall we go now? I’ll help you dry your hair.”

You simply nodded at him and let him lead you to the living room, motioning for you to sit down at the sofa as he walked behind you. He picked up the hair dryer and starts brushing his fingers through your wet locks, keeping the hair dryer at a safe distance to prevent it from getting too hot on your scalp.

“Your hair is really soft and your shampoo smells amazing as always, love.” he complimented, leaning down to plant a soft kiss on the crook of your neck. he chuckled when you flinched and let out a small shriek, muttering a soft apology as he proceed to finish drying your hair.

“Thank you, Jake. Would you like me to dry your hair?” you turned back to him, giving him a sweet smile as you offered to return the favor. He leaned closer and gently cups you cheeks, caressing the soft skin with his thumb as he smiled at you.

“Thank you but there’s no need for you to do that, my love. My hair is not that wet anymore, I can just let it dry by itself. Do you have anything you wish to do for today? We can watch a movie, bake some cookies or maybe play some video games?”

You thought for a moment, humming as you thought of the activities you should do with your boyfriend today. His lips curved up into a small grin when you unconsciously leaned your head to his warm palm.

‘So damn adorable, just like a cat.’ he thought to himself.

"We will do them all!" you exclaimed all of a sudden, surprising him as he raises an eyebrow at you.

"All?"

"Yup, let's start with the cookies, we can play some video games or watch movies while we wait for our cookies. Let's go, Jake! Hurry" You urged, excitedly pulling on his arm. He chuckled at your adorable antics as he sweep you off your feet, carrying you bridal-style to the kitchen.

"Yes ma'am! Off we go!!" He laughed as you let out a small shriek, giggling softyly. You wrapped your arms around his neck to prevent yourself from falling and let him carry you to the kitchen.

'These kind of dates are not so bad...' you thought to yourself, smiling brightly.
