Don't resist change. Materialism is not your friend. Try to find what inspires you and be around it often. Cultivating healthy friendships is important. Explore unconventional ideas. Face the unknown when you can. Look at the big picture. Laugh when you can. Practice more tolerance.
Pisces NN: Tapping into your beliefs and exploring spirituality or religion is a major theme. Embrace sensitivity, empathy, and kindness. Give when you can. Don't just relate to others - see yourself in them. Find beauty in yours and others' flaws. Take the scenic route. Practice self-reflection. Practice flexibility and leave behind energy-draining goals or pursuits that don't offer personal fulfillment. Idealism and positive thinking can be helpful at times. Untold secrets of D9 chart (Vedic Astrology)
D9 chart is extremely important in vedic astrology because it tells the final destination of any planet, eg, if a planet is exalted in birth chart but debilitated in D9 chart then it will not give good results even in its period or Mahadasha. Hence, checking a perticular planet before predicting in D9 chart is very important.
D9 is also important to check the condition of ninth lord as Ninth lord is associated with luck.
There are three kinds of signs in D9
Fixed signs- two, five, eight and eleven.
Movable signs- one, four, seven and ten.
Fixed movable signs- three, six, nine and twelfth.
Planets in fixed signs, can't change, their destination is fixed by the God.
Planets in movable sign could change according to your will power and actions you take.
Planets in fixed movable signs give fixed results however, there is free will given by the God, that if we really work hard on that planet, it can change and can give us positive results.
So we have free will only when it comes to planets sitting in movable and fixed movable sign
Now, planets in fixed signs could either give positive or negative results based on your past life karma, but we don't have free will regarding this planet. We have to accept and surrender to the divine for it
Now, D9 is widely used to see the position of ninth lord, because it is the house of luck and your destiny.
If your ninth lord in your birth chart is exalted but is getting Debilitated in your D9 then, it will give you challenges in life
Example, For Gemini ascendant, ninth lord is, Saturn, and if in D9 chart it is going in 12th house, then it is getting Debilitated, but again twelfth house is fixed movable sign so if you really allign with the energy of the universe, and improve your planet Saturn then Saturn would give the good results of twelfth house like, foreign travel, foreign settlement, meditation, yoga, work in big MNcs, gain from foreign land and also improve your luck, so Saturn would give good results of ninth and 12th house if you work on your Saturn and make it good.
Negative effects of twelve house is sleep problems, hospital, mental asylum, jail, if you spoil your Saturn, you will damage your luck and as well twelfth house.
So, to improve your luck here, you have to Start with improve your 12th house ie, be more Spiritual, learn yoga, meditation and spend time in isolation, your 12th house would improve and it will improve your Ninth house in birth chart, hence you experience more opportunities in your life..
Similarly, you can also check the position of ninth lord in D9.
If you have planets in Ninth house of D9 CHART, then that planet extremely important for your luck and manifestation
For example if you have Sun in ninth house of D9.
First if you need allign with energy of Sun, ie respect your father, government, higher authority, and also spend sometime always in sun can greatly change your fate,
Second, check the nakshatra you are born into, eg, if you are born Mrigshira, and your lord of Mrigshira nakshatra is Mars, Mars goes in 12thhouse of your D9 chart, then it means that more you do work related to 12th house like, more you follow spirituality, more peaceful your life would become.
Check the planets that rule the movable and free movable signs of your D9 and match it with your birth chart, which house lordship they hold, and work and allign with the energies of that planet..
Eg, you have Moon in your ninth house D9, and moon is your second lord, in your birth chart, and ninth house is also fixed movable, so if you go in counselling, teaching, or religious activities, your second house would improve and give you money 🤑.

Hws Nordics as University Students Headcanons
Because I am a suffering student and you need to suffer with me <3
Denmark
The clown of the group
Has trouble focusing/paying attention
Will use other Nordics in group study session with the goal of body doubling to keep each other in check and focused, but often devolves to laughing and banter instead
Offers good moral support and asks a lot of questions in class, has great participation marks, but can go off topic
Rallies people to meet when need to discuss group projects, again he is great moral support
When writing he either cannot write anything or speed types and hyperfocuses, no in-between
Appears self-confident and social but can actually struggle with self esteem and seeming like he's incompetent or "too much" for people, tries to compensate by being extra likeable and useful
Bonds with people over humor, socializing and making friends are more important than grades to him
Only chooses classes that interest him, does surprisingly well as a result
The most likely of the Nordics to be late for class
Goes to a lot of college parties
Sweden
The mom of the group, always checking in on people and making sure everyone feels included
Reformed high school bully, but still gossips with Norway about classmates and faculty
Has very high standards for himself and his work, will force people in his group projects to do at least 2 rounds of editing
Can really get in the zone and hyperfocuses when studying, but to do that he needs his noise cancelling headphones, his stim toy, perfect room temperature, comfy study clothes, and his daily ritual to actually start
Refuses to pull all-nighters to finish assignments, sleep is more important to him (king)
Is professional with group projects, is calm and good with delegating work
At the same time, he is very opinionated and loves to debate people in and out of class. Often argues with specific students
Easily overwhelmed from noises, activities, and group projects, needs to find quiet places to hide
Gets good grades, professors either love him or forget he exists
Is part of some interest clubs, like for art and woodworking
Norway
The mysterious hottie who sits in the back of class
Hates group projects, doesn't contribute much to them unless it's with his favourite people (other Nordics, specifically Sweden)
Doesn't contribute much in class, but when he does it is good
The class health nut, goes out for 6 am and 11 pm jogs (he is insane)
Also tbh he gives off the vibe of someone who'd be a health nut but also really into drugs at the same time?? Like he does sports and yoga and tracks his water consumption and macros but at the same time experiments with drugs to "expand his spiritual worldview"?
Is fine with concentration, doesn't really struggle unless there's a lot going on in his head at the time
On that topic, he frequents the counseling and medical clinic. There have been rumors about his frequent medical visits...
His writing is okay, nothing to write home about, but then sometimes can get very poetic and profound, especially when it's a personal topic
Gossips a lot with Sweden, they like to people watch together
Skips a lot of classes, somehow still passes
Finland
Perfectionist and an over-achiever, bases a lot of his self-worth on grades. Will get upset if he gets anything below an A-
Can feel like he's in a competition with classmates for good grades and approval from professors, will ask a lot of questions and tries to start discussions in class
Will talk to the professor right after the end of the 1st class to introduce himself and establish dominance
Tries to humble brag about school and his work ethic by telling classmates how often he crams and pulls all-nighters
Very anxious about grades, always does well (at the cost of his mental health)
Mostly sustains himself on energy drinks and coffee
Doesn't like group projects because he thinks no one else cares about doing well as much as he does
This isn't helped by the fact that he has trust issues and thinks others will let him down
Frequents the counseling center and medical clinic on campus. The former because of stress and trauma which worsens school stress, the latter because of medical issues as a result of said stress
Professors either love him or hate him
Despite how he acts in class he's actually a people-pleaser, but his over-achieving nature can be hard to deal with
Goes to the campus gym at least once a week to lift weights, probably part of the school hockey club
If he survives, will pursue graduate school
Iceland
The freshman, trying to figure things out
Thinks that because he did well in high school he'll have an easy time in university (he won't and will be humbled)
Sits in the back of class but secretly wants to sit up front with the "nerds", doesn't want to risk making a fool of himself
Overanalyzes group projects and panics. Double/triple checks his work before sending in his contributions because he wants to seem competent in their eyes
Usually reserved but once he opens up will say the most out of pocket things, sometimes it slips in his quiet phase
Surprisingly, is among the worst of the Nordics in terms of grades. This is mainly because he is unconfident in his own work and views, so he often ends up self-sabotaging his work or doing the bare minimum
His friends are his main priority in school, not grades
Like Fin, is a people-pleaser. Unlike Fin, he is easy to get along with

Athlete Transitions to Wellness Shaina Tranquilino August 26, 2024
Jack Reynolds stood in the centre of the large, sunlit room, inhaling deeply as the scent of eucalyptus and lavender filled the air. It was a far cry from the sweaty locker rooms and the thunderous roars of the crowds that once defined his life. But as he looked around the space that would soon be the heart of his new venture, he felt something even more profound—a sense of purpose. Jack had been a star in the world of professional football. For over a decade, he’d been a household name, known for his explosive speed and relentless drive on the field. But the years had taken their toll. His body, once a finely tuned machine, had begun to break down, and with it, his career. A string of injuries had forced him to retire earlier than he’d planned, leaving him adrift and searching for what came next.
The transition from the spotlight to a quieter life had been anything but smooth. For a while, Jack had tried to stay connected to the sport—coaching, commentary, even a stint as a team consultant. But none of it filled the void. He missed the camaraderie, the challenge, the way football had given him a reason to push himself every day.
It wasn’t until he stumbled upon a small wellness retreat in the mountains, far from the hustle of the city, that things began to change. The retreat had been a revelation. There, Jack discovered a world beyond the physicality that had dominated his life for so long. Yoga, meditation, acupuncture—these practices were entirely new to him, and yet, they spoke to him in a way nothing else had since his playing days ended.
He began to study, not just the techniques but the philosophies behind them. He learned about the mind-body connection, the power of breath, and the importance of mental well-being. It was a different kind of training, one that required not just strength but mindfulness, not just endurance but balance.
That’s when the idea hit him. What if he could combine his deep knowledge of fitness with these holistic practices? What if he could help others find not just physical strength, but true, lasting wellness?
And so, the idea for Renew Wellness Centre was born.
The centre was designed to be a sanctuary, a place where people could come to heal, to grow, and to transform. There were the traditional fitness programs, of course—personal training sessions, group workouts, and sports rehabilitation services, all based on the same principles that had guided Jack throughout his career. But alongside these were the holistic offerings that had so profoundly impacted him: yoga, meditation, nutritional counselling, and alternative therapies like Reiki and acupuncture.
The day the centre opened, Jack felt a familiar mix of nerves and excitement, just like before a big game. But this time, the stakes felt even higher. This wasn’t just about him—it was about creating something that could truly change lives.
Clients came, drawn by his name at first, but they stayed for the unique blend of programs. They found in Jack a guide who understood the demands of pushing the body to its limits, but who also knew the importance of nurturing the mind and spirit. He worked with professional athletes seeking to prolong their careers, as well as everyday people struggling with stress, chronic pain, or the challenges of modern life.
As the centre grew, Jack watched with pride as people transformed before his eyes. They became stronger, not just in their muscles but in their resolve. They found peace, not just in their minds but in their lives. And in helping them, Jack found something, too—a sense of fulfillment that rivaled even the greatest victories of his football career.
One evening, after the last client had left and the centre was quiet, Jack sat on a mat in the middle of the studio, the setting sun casting a warm glow across the room. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, feeling the peace that had eluded him for so long.
In that moment, he knew he was exactly where he was meant to be.

What I Do & How I Can Help You...
I have studied & now practice a niche service which I refer to as Astro-Remediation. This service is all about studying your chart & focusing on negatively placed & aspected planets in your personal natal chart. Once all areas of negativity are identified, I send a comprehensive analysis of how this may manifest in your personal life, specifically your inner reality, your exterior reality; relationships, jobs, home life, social settings etc. After you have read with the intention of full self awareness & accountability, I then "prescribe" the remedies that will allow for transmutation to unfold and allow you to flourish in areas you may have previously felt cyclical/repeating cycles, lessons, or just profound bad luck.
Here's an example of how I would lay out for you the remediation for a negatively placed or aspected Mars (with a few added details such as where you may be able to identify if yours is negatively placed in your own chart) Since this is a generalization, it is not exactly how I would lay it out, as I use other indicators of negativity specific to each person, but again, a generalized overview of the service based on my example of Mars.. I implement vedic and tropical astrology within this service and only promote auyrvedic remedies. This practice is Eastern & it is ancient in it's entirety. There are slight deterents of auyrveda such as suggesting to seek professional help with a therapist, for example, but this is only because I am not a trained medical doctor and this is based on psudeo-science; I believe strongly in the power of the mind and the power of living "intentionally" so if you choose the auyrvedic portions of this, over 30 days, you should notice an immense difference in your most incredible self.
If this is something you're interested in, send me a message, I am updating my website now, but I am open for Astro-Remediation services.
This is an example of Part 2/3 of this service. Each negative placement/aspect will be detailed by planet. This part is about practical application and intentional awareness. Part 1/3 as I mentioned above would be a thorough analysis of your shadow self, the parts most people aren't willing to recognize, confront, or identify with (until it's too late, circumstantially.) Part 3/3 would include the cohesion of every negative planet/aspect into a naturally structured way of thriving off this energy as your best self and giving you a strategy to start thriving rather than self sabotaging.
When someone has a challenging or negatively placed Mars in their natal chart, it can manifest as excessive aggression, impatience, anger issues, or difficulty managing their energy constructively. However, it's essential to remember that astrology offers insights, not limitations. Here are some remedies and strategies to transmute the negative effects of a challenging Mars placement:
1. Self-Awareness and Mindfulness:
Recognize your triggers and patterns of anger or frustration.
Practice mindfulness and meditation to gain better control over impulsive reactions.
2. Anger Management:
Seek anger management counseling or therapy to learn healthy ways to express and manage your anger.
Consider anger management courses or workshops.
3. Physical Activity and Exercise:
Engage in regular physical activity to release excess energy and tension.
Sports, martial arts, or yoga can help channel Mars energy in constructive ways.
4. Breathing Exercises:
Practice deep-breathing exercises to calm yourself during stressful situations.
Breathing techniques can help reduce impulsiveness and promote emotional balance.
5. Crystal Healing:
Crystals like red jasper, black tourmaline, or amethyst can be worn or carried to help balance Mars energy.
Hold the crystal in your hand, meditate with it, or wear it as jewelry.
6. Aromatherapy:
Essential oils like lavender, chamomile, and frankincense can promote relaxation and emotional balance.
Use these oils in diffusers or apply diluted versions to your skin.
7. Yoga and Meditation:
Yoga and meditation can help you connect with your inner self, reduce impulsivity, and enhance self-control.
Certain yoga poses can be particularly grounding, such as warrior poses.
8. Creative Outlets:
Find creative outlets like art, music, or writing to channel your energy into constructive forms of self-expression.
Creative activities can help release pent-up frustration.
9. Seek Professional Help:
If Mars-related issues significantly impact your life or relationships, consider consulting with a professional astrologer or therapist for personalized guidance.
To identify the challenges associated with a negatively placed Mars in your natal chart, you'll need to look at the sign and house placement of Mars:
Mars in Signs:
Aries: Impulsiveness and a quick temper.
Taurus: Stubbornness and difficulty adapting to change.
Gemini: Restlessness and scattered energy.
Cancer: Passive-aggressiveness and moodiness.
Leo: Domineering behavior and a need for attention.
Virgo: Perfectionism leading to frustration.
Libra: Conflict avoidance and passive behavior.
Scorpio: Intensity and a tendency for power struggles.
Sagittarius: Impatience and a desire for constant change.
Capricorn: Controlling tendencies and difficulty expressing emotions.
Aquarius: Rebelliousness and a desire to break free from constraints.
Pisces: Escapism and difficulty setting boundaries.
Mars in Houses:
Mars in the 1st House: A strong desire to assert yourself but can come off as aggressive.
Mars in the 4th House: Family-related issues may trigger anger.
Mars in the 7th House: Relationship conflicts and power struggles.
Mars in the 12th House: Difficulty expressing anger, leading to passive-aggressive behavior.
By identifying these challenges and implementing constructive remedies and practices, you can work toward transforming negative Mars energy into a force for positive change and assertiveness. Remember that self-awareness and conscious effort are essential in this process.

What is Root Chakra Healing and Why is it Essential for Your Well-being?
In the quest for holistic health and spiritual balance, understanding and nurturing our chakras, especially the root chakra, plays a pivotal role. This comprehensive guide illuminates the path of root chakra healing, highlights the expertise of chakra healers, and underscores the importance of balancing your chakras for overall well-being.
Understanding the Root Chakra:
Definition and Location:
The root chakra, known as 'Muladhara' in Sanskrit, is the first of the seven chakras.
Located at the base of the spine, it acts as the foundation of your energy system, connecting you to the earth and providing a base for ascending chakras.
Significance:
It's linked with survival instincts, basic needs (such as food and shelter), and a sense of security.
A balanced root chakra leads to feelings of stability, safety, and vitality.
Symptoms of Imbalance:
Physical issues may include chronic lower back pain, sciatica, and varicose veins.
Emotionally, it can manifest as anxiety, panic disorders, and feelings of disconnection.
The Process of Root Chakra Healing:
Identification of Imbalances:
Chakra healers employ techniques like energy healing, chakra scanning, and intuitive readings to diagnose imbalances.
Bioenergetic exercises might also be used to assess the root chakra's health.
Healing Techniques:
Meditation and Visualization:
Practices focusing on the root chakra involve picturing a vibrant red light at the base of the spine, symbolizing energy and grounding.
Yoga and Physical Activity:
Specific asanas like Tadasana (Mountain Pose), Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose), and Vrksasana (Tree Pose) are recommended for their grounding effects.
Aromatherapy and Sound Therapy:
Certain frequencies and sounds, as well as scents like cedarwood and myrrh, can help in aligning the root chakra.
Lifestyle Changes:
Engaging in activities that connect you to nature, like gardening or hiking, reinforces your connection to the Earth.
Consuming warming spices like ginger, cloves, and black pepper can stimulate the root chakra.
Benefits of Root Chakra Healing:
Enhanced Physical Health:
A balanced root chakra can lead to increased stamina and vitality.
It can also help in regulating bodily functions associated with the lower part of the body, like bowel movements and lower limb strength.
Emotional Stability:
Achieving balance in the root chakra can alleviate fears and anxieties, providing a sense of security and calm.
It lays the foundation for dealing with life's challenges with a grounded and centered approach.
Spiritual Grounding:
It forms the basis for awakening and nurturing the spiritual energy within you.
A strong root chakra enables the exploration of higher states of consciousness in a balanced and grounded manner.
Why Root Chakra Healing is Essential for Well-being?
Foundation for Other Chakras:
An unbalanced root chakra can lead to an overall sense of imbalance, as it's the base for the chakra system.
It's crucial for the energy flow to other chakras, affecting overall energy levels and spiritual development.
Improves Quality of Life:
By fostering a sense of security and stability, root chakra healing can dramatically improve your approach to daily challenges and interactions.
It encourages a sense of belonging, helping to build stronger relationships and community connections.
Enhances Connection to the World:
A balanced root chakra strengthens your connection to the physical world and enhances your sense of presence and being.
The Role of a Chakra Healer in Root Chakra Healing:
Expert Guidance:
Chakra healers offer a deep understanding of the energy body and provide tailored healing practices.
They can help in navigating the emotional aspects of root chakra imbalances, offering holistic support. Personalized Healing Plans:
Healing plans may include a combination of therapies like Reiki, pranic healing, and lifestyle counseling.
They often incorporate diet and exercise recommendations specific to your energy needs. Ongoing Support and Assessment:
Regular follow-ups ensure that the healing process is effective and adapted as needed.
They offer support in integrating the healing process into everyday life for long-lasting benefits.
Conclusion:
Root chakra healing is a transformative journey that impacts every aspect of life. From physical health to emotional well-being and spiritual growth, a balanced root chakra lays the foundation for a fulfilling and harmonious life. Whether you're beginning your journey or seeking deeper engagement, a chakra healer can provide invaluable guidance in balancing your chakras and unlocking your true potential.

My Education Part 4 In 2016 while I was working as an IT recruiter, I got certified as a fitness instructor in Ukraine, as I felt I needed more instruments to help my yoga clients I worked with. 2017 was by far the hardest year of my life. I knew I wanted to change my life and at first I didn’t have any clarity on how to make it happen. Old ways were not working for me anymore, new ways were unknown. In the beginning of 2018 I got a job offer from Saudi Arabia, and accepted it. It was my first full time position in the fitness industry. It was my first time in Saudi Arabia, I was scared, excited, and happy to embark on this new journey of mine. Since then my life, my career, and my education started shifting towards fitness. In 2018 I completed my nutritional certification, got my Diploma as an Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor. In 2019 I got certified by ACE which stands for American Counsel on Exercise as a personal trainer. For me it’s an honour to be certified as a personal trainer and be able to deliver high quality workouts to my clients to make your lives healthier and happier. I also got my certificate as a Mat Pilates Instructor, which in my opinion is a great tool to use while working with people. It helps to teach people the movement fundamentals both in terms of recovery and performance. During quarantine lock down I have completed Corrective Biomechanics Course to expand and widen my knowledge about the physiological anatomical aspect of the exercises, as my clients claim workouts with me are serving them better than some physiotherapy sessions at hospital. Also during quarantine I have developed and shot 2 extensive fitness courses - one is for beginners and one is to focus on the core and abs. These are 2 online courses are based on the years of experience working with people with the great selection of exercises, and if you remember - I’m a teacher by my first education, so these courses have extensive technique explanation and focus to bring you the best value. I’ll continue talking about my education next week. #onlinefitnesscoach #education #fitnessprofessional https://www.instagram.com/p/Coo-eOQLmmG/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
