due to his strict and sheltered upbringing, RIDDLE ROSEHEART wasn't always aware of holidays beyond school-related events, as well as unbirthday parties and birthday parties. however, he still made an effort to educate himself on these occasions, particularly when the most anticipated holiday this month was valentine's day. he isn't exactly sure why you were particularly excited about this certain holiday, and whenever he would ask, he'd get the same vague answer every single time with that cheeky grin of yours: "you'll see for yourself!". after a few attempts at getting no concrete answer from you, he decided to follow through with your word and wait until the holiday came around the corner.

(he can't help but love the way your eyes glimmer in eagerness as you happily talk his ears away about the different kinds of traditions that come with the holiday. the tea he's asked trey to prepare especially for you was long forgotten as he focuses on just you and all your beauty: the melodic sounds that come out of your mouth, the fast hand gestures you've been doing for the past hour as a way to emphasize how excited you are, that big smile that stretches to your ears—showing a lot of your teeth, how your cheeks became even more pinchable as the seconds pass by, and the way your hair beautifully frames your face.

if he were to list down all the little details about you, it would probably surpass the three hundred rules the queen of hearts established; to him, it felt quite shameful. breaking his line of thought, he went back to pleasantly listening to your voice, upholding a conversation with you, asking questions about what you've just said, providing his own input on the topic, sharing ideas with one another, and essentially, being a good friend of yours. however, the mere suggestion of that notion leaves a tingling bitterness in his mouth.)

today is the day. the holiday you kept talking to him about (the only thing you talked about) and the holiday you were very excited about was valentine's day. to say he felt thrilled would be an overstatement. not to mention you were the only one who had prepared anything for the chosen holiday while everyone else treated it like any other normal weekday. he saw how your previously excited expression turned into one he could only describe as a sulking puppy—with a deep frown and teary eyes. had it been anyone else who saw you in such a state, they would've assumed you had been rejected by someone (he'd never do that to you, just so you know). he wasn't the best at comforting those around him, you know that; everyone else knows that; he, himself, especially knows that.

knowing this, he attempted to comfort you in a way he only knows how: through a tart. with the help of trey and the others (ones he won't name for the sake of his pride), he was able to make you tarts in your favorite flavor; he even wrapped them in a color he knows you very much like—all in an effort to see that smile on your face and to be the reason why it's there in the first place.

(he lives for your smile; scratch that, he lives for your happiness and comfort, he lives for your laughter, he lives for you and solely you. that bright smile of yours could eradicate any worries of his that plague his mind and allow him to sleep in peace; that laughter of yours could leave him hypnotized and unable to focus on anything but your voice, your sound, you. if he were to ever find you in displeasure or tears, he'd find a way to revert them into happiness; it doesn't matter who, what, or where this source of discomfort is coming from, he will fix it. for you, no issue is too big nor too troubling for him to solve.)

he waits in the spot he asked you to arrive at after class, the neatly wrapped-up tart in one hand and his other hand on his chest. as minutes slowly pass by, he can feel the thumping of his heart on his hand, how it feels every beat against his chest, how it feels every vibration flowing through his veins, and how it feels his chest inhaling and exhaling as he tries to calm down his heartbeat. he wouldn't want you to see him in such a state. no, you couldn't see him like this at all; he needed to be his best for you, perfect even. otherwise, he wouldn't be deserving of those small moments shared only between you and him; he wouldn't be worthy of seeing your smile and laughter every week (he wishes to see that smile every day, every hour, every minute, every second); he wouldn't be able to earn the right to be by your side his whole life.

the sound of hurried footsteps brings him out of his thoughts, getting louder and clearer by the second. he knows it's you; he memorized the sound and pattern of your footsteps by heart. he could practically hear it in his sleep. quickly, he brushes off any (nonexistent) dirt on his uniform, standing up straight with one of his hands at the back to appear gentleman-like (like he wasn't just contemplating his worthiness to be with you a few minutes ago), and presenting a small smile on his face just for you.

he couldn't remember how it got to this point; everything happened so fast that it eventually blurred out in his mind, unable to fill in the little details of the moments before you read his letter attached to the wrapped-up tart. he couldn't recall the faces you've made when reading his letter, but those seven words you've uttered to him still remain clear in his mind:

"i don't feel the same way."

he should have expected this to happen; he should have expected someone as amazing as you not to like someone as stiff and rigid as him; he should have known that his confession would end up being rejected. yet, his heart aches in pain, and his hand clutches his chest as a way to relieve that aching pain—but to no avail does it lessen the pain or go away. instead, he watches you walk away from him; he watches as his whole worldview falls apart right before his eyes. you didn't take the wrapped-up tarts he meticulously prepared for you; you didn't take his letter, his heart, his love, or his devotion; you took absolutely nothing from him.

so why does he feel like he just lost a part of himself when you walked away? why does he feel like he became an empty shell of who he once was? why do these tears roll off his cheeks when nothing was taken from him? why does it hurt so much to be denied sharing a life with you? why, why, why, why—

all these questions flooded his head, questions that are all trying to find answers he doesn't have answers to. he has nothing to offer other than a choked-up whisper:

"damn it… why can’t you just love me back?"

EPEL FELMIER, a great friend and lovely boyfriend of yours, someone who you wouldn't trade for anyone else in the world, someone you wouldn't dream of leaving behind, someone you love to death—at least, that's how you've hoped to view epel. you were never the type to argue with other people or engage in conflicts; in fact, you hated it. you hated the back and forth of hurting each other with words, you hated the yelling until throats got dry, the screaming in each other's ears until someone became deaf, the slow but steady escalation of turning the fight into a physical one, the sounds of punches, the sounds of painful grunts, the sight of blood being splattered all over the floor, and everything else that came with having an argument.

you would much rather observe from the outside, be the watcher to every scene and clip, be the silent witness to every fight that occurs, and be the bystander from afar as the chaos around you unfolds right before your eyes. it is more peaceful that way, less painful, less scary, and less permanent. it made sleeping at night much easier, with fewer nightmares, fewer pills to be taken in a day, fewer chances of the pillows being soaked with tears, and fewer chances of people asking if you slept well last night whenever you go outside.

(you sat back against your bedroom door, covering your mouth with your hand as a way to silence your cries. if you had extra hands, you would cover your ears too, but you couldn't; you couldn't risk them hearing you awake and listening in to their conversation. you had a strict bedtime to follow through; it wouldn't do you good to go against the bedtime rule or any rule they've established in this household. best case scenario, you would get away with just a few words and a slap thrown at you; worst case scenario, you'd have to go through another tiring, cruel session with them.

they argue every second of the day to the point where if they had neighbors, their front door would be littered with complaints about how loud their voices can be heard from across the block. they argue mostly in the mornings (which is good; you don't need another reason to be kept awake at night till early sunrise). rarely do they argue at night, as they're too tired to even talk to one another (and you), let alone cook dinner for them (and you), but when they do, it's worse, so much worse (for you). you'd hear a lot of sounds behind the door: sounds of screaming, yelling, skin hitting skin, several thuds—some loud, some soft—and glass breaking and shattering. all you wanted was a glass of water, but they couldn't even give you that.)

despite your clear dislike and avoidance of conflicts and fights, it seems to always follow you around, through every corner and every turn, through every hallway and every classroom. it doesn't go away no matter how much you try to fight, no matter how much you try to not let it appear; it's always there, watching from afar. sometimes it slowly creeps its way into certain events of your life, sometimes slithering its way into relationships shared with ones you cherish most, and in some cases, causing a rift between you and the people you love and making them leave you behind.

you hate when conflicts do that to the people you love; it makes you feel lonely, it makes you feel empty inside, it makes you feel like you've lost a part of yourself when they left, it makes you long for another relationship with them even though it's beyond repair, and it makes you think about those nights spent with them. you hated when conflicts ruin your life with a single fight, but you remain powerless against its effects on your relationships with others.

right now its current victim is your loving boyfriend, epel, and you hate to admit it, but arguments with him have been occurring more and more frequently recently, even more than with those people you've been in relationships with before. the arguments would vary in causes:

"how come you never spend time with me anymore? you're always with other people, y'know..."

"who's that guy you were with earlier? you know him? what was he tryin' to talk to you about?"

"someone chatted you? who is it? let me see the messages"

some have told you that this is not healthy, that this kind of behavior is concerning, that.. you should leave him before it's too late. you couldn't, because he'd have no one to be by his side; he'd have no one beside him as he sleeps. you wouldn't, because you love him; you don't leave the people you love behind, you stay with them—even through the bad times. you wouldn't let another conflict drive a wedge between you and a loved one again, not now, not with him.

so you'll stay, you'll stay in this relationship with him, even when things get tough, even when things don't go as planned.

even when your friends slowly distance themselves from you.

IT was an ordinary day when you received a mysterious invitation from your childhood best friend, Wonwoo. The two of you hadn’t seen each other since he moved away from town, and you were curious about how he was doing. You opened the envelope and began to read, your eyebrows climbing higher into your fringe with every word.

It seemed Wonwoo had invited you to some kind of event in a remote countryside village. Flipping the invitation over, you searched for more clues, but aside from a childish doodle scribbled in one corner, there was nothing else.

Curiosity got the better of you. What had happened to Wonwoo? Why had he suddenly decided to reconnect after all these years? Without much hesitation, you packed a bag and prepared to head to the address on the invitation.

When you arrived at the location, you were surprised to find a quaint little village. A blond-haired man was perched on a ladder, tending to a signboard. His eyes lit up the moment he spotted you.

“Hey there! Welcome!” he called out cheerfully.

He quickly climbed down the ladder, his toned arms flexing as he wiped sweat from his forehead. You stepped out of your car, offering a tentative greeting.

“Hello…”

“My name’s Hoshi!” he beamed, his eyes briefly flicking to something behind you before focusing on you again. “You came alone, huh? Welcome to Shadow!” He clapped a hand on your shoulder with a grin so wide it almost made you uneasy.

You awkwardly stepped back, gently removing his hand. “Oh, um… I was invited by a friend.”

Hoshi tilted his head, his brows furrowing in thought before recognition lit up his face again. “Oh, I know! You must be the friend Wonwoo was talking about!” He grinned, grabbing your wrist with an enthusiasm that left no room for protest. “Come on! I’ll take you to him! Don’t worry about your car; I’ll find a spot for it later!”

His tone made it clear you had no choice. You let Hoshi drag you along into the heart of the small village. It was eerily quiet, the air heavy with an unsettling stillness. As you passed by paddy fields and animal farms, you half-heartedly listened to Hoshi’s cheerful rambling. An ominous feeling began to settle in your gut.

Hoshi led you to a traditional hanok house. Shedding his shoes at the front, he gestured for you to do the same. You noticed a few pairs of shoes already lined neatly at the entrance, a sign that others were inside. As you slipped off your shoes, Hoshi grabbed your luggage and yelled at the top of his lungs, his voice echoing through the quiet house.

“Wonwoo-ah! Your friend is here!”

The sound of hurried footsteps came from deeper within the house. Soon, a tall figure appeared in the doorway. You froze, momentarily stunned by how much Wonwoo had changed. The boy you once knew had grown into a striking man—tall, muscular, and undeniably handsome. He was dressed simply, in a white t-shirt and blue jeans, his glasses perched casually on his nose.

He looked nothing like the tearful boy who had waved goodbye years ago.

“[Name]?” Wonwoo said in a surprised tone, a warm smile spreading across his face as his gaze swept over you. He opened his arms slightly. “A hug, old friend?”

Hesitantly, you stepped forward, wrapping your arms around him. His warmth seeped through your clothes, grounding you in the familiarity of his presence. After a moment, he pulled back, his hands resting firmly on your shoulders. “It’s been so long.”

“You look… different,” you said, the words slipping out before you could stop them. A light blush dusted Wonwoo’s cheeks as he scratched the back of his neck, a low laugh rumbling in his throat.

“You too,” he murmured, his gaze lingering on you.

Before either of you could say more, another figure entered the room. This one was just as tall as Wonwoo, with sharp features and an aura that commanded attention. His piercing gaze raked over you, assessing, before he turned to Wonwoo.

“Hyung, who’s this?” he asked, his voice smooth and deep.

“Mingyu!” Hoshi chirped, tossing your luggage toward the newcomer. Mingyu caught it with ease, though his confused expression remained.

Wonwoo’s arm slid around your waist, the gesture both protective and possessive. “This is the friend I told you about, Mingyu-ah.”

“Ah,” Mingyu said, his expression softening as a smile appeared on his face. He turned to you, his sharp eyes now warm and welcoming. “Welcome to Shadow. I’ll take your luggage to the guest room.”

Before you could say anything, Mingyu disappeared down a hallway, your bag in tow. You glanced up at Wonwoo, but he didn’t seem inclined to explain anything just yet. Instead, he and Hoshi guided you further into the house, Wonwoo’s grip on your waist firm and unyielding, as though he had no intention of letting go.

💍 He's just shattered when he finds out about the traumatic events that his s/o had to go through and he will guarantee that their uncle will be sued and properly punished for his actions if he has gotten away with it so far. Since you are Jonathan's darling and he comes from a wealthy family, it's definitely going to be a big deal that someone traumatized his lover and partner and the normally kind soul can't help but turn a tad bit cold when your uncle gets thrown into prison and stripped of all his rights. It's justice for his darling after all. Jonathan wants to help his darling, he has no bad intentions but the problem is that he's just so overbearing, protective and very touchy so he finds it a bit difficult at times, although he refrains from touching you in order to not trigger any flashbacks and risk any strong emotional or physical responses of panic or fear from you. He calls for a professional, he genuinely wants to help his darling in any way he can. With touching as a sign of affection out of the way, he resorts to spoiling them with presents and gifts and gets them about anything they ask for since the poor guy just wants to see you happy. Seeing you sad kills him a bit on the inside.

Lisa Lisa

💌 Her possessive and overprotective side definitely cracks up a few notches when she successfully finds out what has happened to you in your past. She has already lost her husband George so she would be especially attentive to you and she is pretty perceptive so it takes only short to realize your clear fear of men and being touched by them. Either you tell her, although she won't force you if she realizes that it's tough for you, or your family but in either case, Lisa Lisa will find out one way or another, she can't ignore this when it involves you. She's terrifying when she's angry as she's as icy as the coldest winter and she will definitely deal with your uncle and have a word with him to ensure that he will never appear in your life again. Without a doubt she's a bit paranoid for your safety and mental well-being so she brings you with her to her island for safety reasons, as she likes to tell you. It enables her to keep a better eye on you and she can also convince you that besides Loggins and Messina, who are loyal to he, there are no other men there and that Suzie Q will attend to all of your needs. She's noticably softer with you and more careful whenever she approaches the subject of your trauma.

Mariah

🪙She uses her darling's trauma totally to her own advantage as she is delighted to realize that she has an advantage since she is a woman and can successfully convince you to isolate yourself more due to your dislike and fear of being touched by men. Obviously she still stays with you, you can't be all alone without her by your side after all. Regarding that scumbag of your uncle, she just takes matters into her own hands and just gets rid of him because that vile thing touched and hurt her darling. She's a bit of a sadist when it comes to her torturing her victims, she'll definitely torture your uncle in the last moments of his life before she kills him with her Stand. Mariah is very sweet to her darling to lure them successfully to her side, she'll probably convince them into staying with her all the time and not going outside without her. There isn't a big interest in helping you living with your PTSD but only as long as it doesn't affect her own love life with you. The woman is quite touchy herself after all and whilst she is no man and thinks that by that logic you won't mind her touch, she'll be very visibly agitated and upset if you react negatively to her touches as well.

Higashikata Josuke

💎 Josuke is very problematic simply because he turns very moody and aggressive when he realizes what the problem is and why you always react so skittish and frightened when he tries to touch you affectionately. Don't get him wrong, he isn't mad with you. He's furious with your uncle and that that that asshole dared to do such things to you and Crazy Diamond will break and fix that man surely again and again until he's not recognizable anymore, only then will Josuke's anger cool down a tad bit. Josuke just has so much love to give his darling, he's a teenager infatuated and being unable to express his love via touches, one of his main love languages, is just killing him on the inside. He's frustrated and that frustration just builds and builds inside of him and explodes out of him at unpredictable times so his friends and close acquaintances are more careful around him as one small thing can set the boy off. He's still very clingy and follows you around, often without you being aware of it as he just wants to be with you somehow. He tries to be as supportive as he can be though, buys you snacks and drinks and he hopes for your therapist that they can help you.

Bruno Bucciarati

🤐 Bucciarati is going to be very intrusive, even if it's an invasion of your privacy. It would be troublesome if you'd dislike him and hate his touches as much but due to his observations he realizes that this is the norm with all men you encounter in your life which leads him to the conclusion that there is most likely a deeper problem here. If it's concerning your well-being, no matter if physical or mental, Bruno prioritises it over your own privacy. So he either uses his connections as a mobster or he charms you or your family into telling him what has happened to you, he can be very convincing after all and he's very adored by people in general for his helpful and trustworthy personality. He's livid but keeps himself well composed, his pursed lips the only sign of his wrath. Your uncle will be without a shred of doubt be properly punished with his limbs detached from his body, Bruno will see it through that he can never see you again. Very supportive, he will even take over the costs of your treatment, although he also expects you to not skip any meetings. He stays patient otherwise for now, aware that forcing you into anything would only worsen your condition.

Cujoh Jolyne

🪢 Men can be pretty shitty, she speaks from experiences with her own ex-boyfriend and to a certain extent also her own father but the anger and resentment she might still hold against those two doesn't even compare to the unmatched wrath she feels when she discovers what your own uncle did to you. If she wouldn't be in prison, she'd pummel the living crap out of that vile man. If she isn't imprisoned though, not even the best of luck would help your uncle as she beats him down mercilessly with her Stand and her own fists. Jolyne grows significantly more clingy after that and always stays close to you. She's pretty protective but especially if she knows that her darling has had bad experiences with something or someone so she's always on guard around man and if one of them touches you despite your protests, she instantly goes into attack mode. Part of her knows that she shouldn't, but if your PTSD causes you to stick closer to her since she's a woman, she'd really enjoy that a lot. Differently from Mariah though, she understands that you need professional help so that your trauma doesn't interfere with your daily life. But there's no need to rush things, right?

RANPO EDOGAWA, the greatest detective in the world, one who could solve a case in under 3 seconds, your annoying and childlike coworker, the one who has no ability, is currently following you around like a lost child. this has been going on for—at least, 4 minutes max—just him trailing a few centimeters behind as you continue to walk to your destination. in all fairness, when he found out you were going to the grocery store, he immediately jumped into the conversation and decided by himself that he's going to join you during your trip.

"areee weeeee there yet? i don't remember the journey to the store being this long!" a loud whine comes out of ranpo's mouth, worsening your mood as you hear his whiny voice, the kind you'd hear from a 6-year-old child who is simply too impatient to wait for their turn. from your peripheral vision, you could see several people looking at the two of you, ranging from confusion to judgmental stares. his shoulders are down, making him have a slouched body posture as he walks behind you in a more lazier manner than you, who is so close to speed stomping and leaving him behind.

"are we ther- hey! wait up!"

scratch that last thought, you're going to have a pleasant trip to the grocery store and you're going to leave him behind if that's what it takes to have peace of mind.

(fortunately for him, you didn't. your dislike for attention proves to be something he could use to his advantage, seeing how you crumbled under the feeling of many eyes turned towards you two when he whined and cried in the middle of the sidewalk, making a scene in broad daylight, taking his wrist in your grip, and dragging him along to your destination, making him match your speedy pace. he'll definitely keep this in mind for future use.)

the office was quiet, and you were alone in the room—switching between writing and reading a bunch of papers piled up near where you're sitting. despite having gone through just a few pieces of paper, the weight on your shoulders and back has gotten rather heavy, like you didn't stretch your limbs beforehand after waking up from your 5-hour rest. the silence was odd, to say the least, not that it wasn't unwelcome; it just made you curious about what your co-workers were up to, which made them not present in the office today. maybe yosano is out shopping, maybe kunikida and dazai were out chasing down criminals, and whatnot, maybe atsushi is helping out to solve a case with... him. the oh so great detective, fucking ranpo.

as much as he preached about how great he is and how everyone else in the detective agency respects and admires him, you were quite indifferent towards him in general. you aren't sure what everyone sees in him or what makes him so interesting that he's able to get this much attention—in other words, he's just plain boring in your eyes. actually, scratch that; he's more than boring; he's an absolute brat. he's whiny, always munching on his snacks so loudly, refusing to do work or cases sometimes, and acting like his super deduction is an ability. what's even worse is that he seems so determined to bother you constantly, every chance he gets. rarely are you left alone and left to breathe from the overwhelming detective—even if you are given a moment of peace, he'd come running back acting like an even bigger headache for you.

"(nameeeeeee)!" filling up the room with his shout, he pushed open the door with such force that it banged so loudly that the noise echoed to the other side. you could feel his attention on your back as silence once again filled the room. in the most coincidental (and worst) timing, the headache you were talking shit in your head comes into the office—a dreadful pit building up in your stomach as you mentally pray in your head for whatever ranpo is going to put you through this time. you could hear the skip in his footsteps. every step he takes, more sweat starts rolling down your cheeks as you close your eyes and imagine a life without ranpo, without the suffocation of love and attention he gives you, without the anxious thoughts of being followed on your way home (you have major suspicions that it's ranpo but have nothing solid to prove it's him), without him blackmailing you into compliance, without-

dragging you out of your inner thoughts, the headache makes impactful contact with your back. "did you miss me? because i really missed you!" he says in a cheerful tone, wrapping his arms around your shoulders in a tight grip and rubbing his cheeks against yours like someone would greet their lover when they miss them so much (he's doing it on purpose to make you uncomfortable, you think). to further prove your point, he smashes his lips against your cheek, not once, not twice, but multiple times in the same and adjacent areas of your cheek. if this had happened to you several months ago, the simple act of him trying to wrap his arms around your shoulders would make you go away from him as fast and as far as possible—even more so if he tried to kiss you, your water bills would skyrocket through the roof for how much time you would spend in the bathroom trying to scrub away the kiss on your cheek.

"no i didn't, actually" having gotten used to his (non-consensual) affection towards you, his actions do not faze you; on the outside, that is, there still remains that pit of disgust you used to have all those months ago. those urges to swat his body away from yours to give yourself some space are still there, yet you do nothing to act on any of them. you simply decide to indulge in whatever antics he has up his sleeves this time for the next few hours of your day—not that you had a choice, anyway.

(several times you've expressed discomfort at the physical touches he gives you during work hours, and several times he intentionally ignores it for his own benefit. the one time he went overboard was when he made himself comfortable on your lap, handed you several sweet snacks you assumed he got from his secret stash, and forced you to hand-feed him until he was satisfied. to say this stunt of his hindered your productivity would be an understatement. you were way behind your planned schedule by the time you finished hand-feeding him all the sweet snacks.

just as you were about to ask him to get off, he suddenly grabbed your wrist, saying something about "there's still some crumbs left!" which confused the fuck out of you until you felt the wet sensation of a tongue licking your fingers. the horrors expressed on your face seemed to further encourage the amused ranpo, as he started sucking on your fingers too! neither of you two brought up that incident again, though you're glad he hasn't done this again; you aren't sure how well you were going to handle the next one.)

"i guess you could say smart men are my type," you say rather subconsciously without any thought or care of your co-workers' reaction to your answer, instead putting all your focus on your computer screen and continuing to type away as you hear several gasps and 'no way's from your left side.

"(name), are you.. sure smart men are your type?" there was hesitation in their voice, disbelief even—like they didn't believe you the first time. "uhh.. yeah? i didn't really give much thought, but intelligence is hot, i guess," you said once again, answering in the same manner you did the first time. you weren't sure what they were trying to get out of this conversation, but if you had to guess, most likely they're attempting to set you up on a blind date. "..alright, if you say so.." they say, ultimately ending the conversation and switching topics to avoid making the awkwardness linger in the atmosphere.

(little did you and your co-workers know, the great detective was listening in on the whole conversation. hearing every word that came out of your mouth, to say he stumbled upon your little talk on accident would be a lie—he doesn't go to such lengths without a reason. to say he's surprised by your type of men like your co-workers were would be another lie, but he's quite puzzled. if smart men are your type, why do you always seem to give the expression that you're disgusted by him? no matter, as a detective, it's his job to uncover every bit of mystery and solve for all the missing pieces.)

stepping out of the building, bidding farewell to your co-workers, and parting ways as you walk to your house, taking extra caution by putting your keys between your fingers in case you were to be stalked by someone, especially a certain someone you've been trying to avoid all day long...

"(naaameeeee)!!" and speak of the devil; he shows up to come and ruin your day just when you're about to go home—how fun. you let out a tired sigh and turned around to see ranpo running towards you at full speed. the sight set off alarm bells in your head, so on impulse, you tried to get out of his way and hoped he ran too fast that he ended up hitting a light pole straight in the face. yet it seems this day of yours wouldn't be so lucky, because suddenly he grabs your shirt, pulls you a little lower to his height, and then kisses you on the lips.

your eyes widen in shock, momentarily stunned for a second, before you feel your instincts kick in and roughly push him away.

"ranpo, what the fuc-!?"

suddenly you feel an unexpected impact hitting your chest, emitting a surprising noise from your mouth, making you cut off mid-sentence. ranpo buries his face underneath your chin, rubbing against your skin with his cheek like it's a pillow—opening your mouth. you tried to protest once more against him, but nothing came out. the sudden feeling of a pair of arms wrap around your torso and your arms holding you in a tight grip, sending the message that he doesn't want to let you go. after what felt like eternity to you, he looks up and shows you the poutiest expression you've ever seen him make.

"no! i'm not going anywhere, and neither are you! we're stuck together now; i'll make sure of it!"
