In True Lies the spy husband lies and tells his family he works at some very boring job. There is even an official business line that goes through a switchboard.
There is a medical supply company called SHIELD HealthCare. So what if SHIELD actually was trying to be subtle and secretive for a while. They have ties via secret contracts with an actual medical company. It is also a way to filter money or get supplies to agents undercover. Late orders are obviously Hydra's fault.
