The shop, while curated by and for Jews, is open to all.

We ask that you use discernment and respect regarding culturally and religiously significant items. Items like the Havdalah kit, a Jewish ritual, are made for Jewish ritual, which are for Jewish people.

We carry many items that are 100% open and available to the public and were made to be so.

At Carey's Custom Canvas we are committed to providing quality, custom made canvas products, and repair services suited to the needs of the surrounding community, and to being recognized for quality work and excellent customer service.

Carey's Custom Canvas is a venture started by Carey DeWitt in 2015 in Washington state's Okanogan Valley. Carey has over 20 years in this type of business, beginning in 1992 when Carey joined the US Navy. The Navy sent Carey to its Aircrew Survival Equipmentman School near Memphis Tennessee, where she learned how to use an industrial sewing machine. While still in the Navy, Carey learned to fabricate various items for her squadron at Naval Weapons Testing Center in China Lake California. The main sewing focus was for tool pouches. These tool pouches were used to ensure that no tools were lost while various personnel worked on the aircraft. This was highly specialized work, with a great need for attention to detail.

Once her stint in the Navy was over, Carey moved to Pueblo Colorado, where she soon found a job with Pueblo Tent & Awning. While working at Pueblo Tent & Awning from 1996 to 2004, and then seasonally until 2009, Carey made a wide variety of fabricated items ranging from small covers - engine covers, air conditioner covers - to large tarps, hunting tents, boat covers, and tents for party rentals. Carey became the Manager of Pueblo Tent & Awning in 1999, and remained in that position until 2004. Carey is well versed in all aspects of this type of business, including inventory control, bookkeeping, customer service, purchasing, and fabrication.

Carey's Custom canvas is a multi-faceted business. Not only do we provide services, but we manufacture custom made products as well. We provide these products and services through the utilization of industrial sewing machines.

Our primary products are:

Design & production of custom-fit boat covers.

Design through manufacture of various canvas and vinyl products, such as tarps or general custom-fit covers, for uses ranging from personal through industrial.

Design and production of custom-made tents for hunting purposes.

We also accept, and repair various canvas & vinyl products brought to us from customers throughout the North Central Valley region.

I just listed my first washi tape to my shop. It was exciting designing a new product type and seeing how the whole manufacturing process went. This washi tape perfectly matches a notepad and post it note in the same collection. Should I make more?! Link in bio as always.

Well I recently put in my two weeks at my job to work on the shop full time! 🦇

I'm not going to lie- I'm nervous. I’m able to do this because we’ve been doing well at local markets. But I want to continue to grow and hopefully grow our online audience during this time too! The store means the world to me. I love expanding it and want it to be an all encompassing store for all witchy needs and wants. I know sometimes people don’t have local witchy shops, or if they do they’re full of closed practices and cultural appropriation. Online is often people’s best bets.

So if you’re looking for your new favorite Witchcraft Store.. We sell a variety of witchy items like crystals, herbs, handmade cleansing sprays, oils, balms, cauldrons and many other things for your practice. Each item is either hand selected or handmade by myself. I pick items and make items I truly love and use in my own practice or wanted to try and then loved, so I added it to the store.

So excited to share this paper doll I made for a collab with Raised by Danger!

The brand just launched recently and is having the Grand Opening this weekend at its boutique in Glasgow, Scotland! I wish I could go TwT This little mantis fey is wearing only a few items from THE BIRDS AND THE BEES launch collection but there's more than that AND home decor AND art prints. Everything is designed by my friend and made (small batch/to order) in the UK with sustainable materials and packaging with fantastic photoshoots by her husband.
