Workout Exercise Challenge
Regular physical activity offers numerous health benefits, both physically and mentally. If you're looking for a challenge to get fit, here's a simple and effective routine that you can try:
Fitness Challenge
Warm-up (5 minutes)
Jumping jacks: 1 minute
High knees: 1 minute
Arm circles: 1 minute
