𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 — what it's like having a husband who's a celebrity!
Note: Quick food for your pretty little thoughts 😍💕 (NSFW UNDER CUT!)
Content Warnings: rough kissing, p in v, photography of intimate times, oral (m receiving), switch (Choso),nipple play, desc of male parts. MDNI.

𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 who not only was famous in general, he was quite popular with the ladies. Everywhere he went there would always be some underage girls trailing behind us, never realizing that they could never stand a chance with him. He already found his soulmate, and no matter how many beautiful girls he comes across will change that.
𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 who has to silence his phone at night to not disrupt your early slumber, or has to take multiple social media breaks because of all the overwhelming messages he gets every day. He usually has to make new accounts that are private for only him and his family/friends to follow so he can posts photos of you both for distant relatives to see.
𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 who has to sadly keep you a secret. Many times paparazzi have seen you two together, but never once could they recognize you, but the headlines were glaring with fake gossip about his personal life. "CHOSO KAMO'S SECRET LOVER?!" "DID CHOSO KAMO LIE IN HIS RECENT INTERVIEW?!" "WHO IS THE MYSTERIOUS WOMAN ALONGSIDE CHOSO KAMO?!" he could laugh at how ridiculous the media is, always focused on what other people are doing and never worrying about real issues like homelessness or the rising numbers of people who can't afford basic groceries.
𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 who although is always at some sort of interview/event always makes sure you are well taken care of. He always calls you, always texts first, and makes sure to make it up to you in any way he can. He knows you don't want to be in the limelight, but he can admit that he feels almost too selfish to be your husband. He wants to showcase you from the ends to the earth. Kiss you publicly, flip off any girl whose dreams were crushed, he wanted to show the wedding ring with your name engraved in it.
𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 who always uses you to help him keep succeeding, that being having you help him memorize lines, because all he wants to do is hear your voice instead of the actress he has to fall in love with for the film, or have you help him get ready for a talkshow, and even sometimes a simple kiss on the lips and a quick pep talk, "Don't be so nervous, I don't want to see any wrinkles until your 45! So take a deep breath, and treat it like I'm right by your side, cause I am, just from afar!" making him laugh and loosen up a bit before any nerve-wracking thing he must do.
𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 who pleaded and begged for you to come with him to an award show. Promising you any dress, any heels, any wish. He wanted this to be the moment he shines his golden wedding ring which went beautifully with your diamond one. He wanted to wrap his hand tightly on your hip, showing the cameras what's his. He wanted to go up on that stage and thank you, and only you for helping him work his way up to this. He wanted to introduce you to all his celebrity friends who they too didn't know you existed. To be honest, it wasn't a want anymore, it wasn't a choice for you anymore. You were going with him, and if you don't, he will simply die.
𝙉𝙎𝙁𝙒
𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 who doesn't waste a second pulling you flush against him after dodging and weaving to avoid paparazzi or fans. He holds you so close, kissing your lips to the point of pain. You moan into his mouth, feeling his growing boner harden against your thigh. "Mmm, fuck, finally get to show my fucking wife how much I love her." He growled bringing his hands up with your shirt to pull it over your head. He then unclasped your bra, and his mouth watered seeing your tits. He couldn't wait to have you in every position he could think of, he might even put you into the same one a few times, just so he can see you so desperate for him.
𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 who is a switch when it comes to sex. He will very much pound, circle, and suck you into the very shell of yourself, but he also wouldn't mind you using him as well. He could have you at his mercy one night, on your hands and knees begging like a starved puppy, or, he could be pleading for you to touch him after an hour of being tied up and you playing with yourself in front of him.
𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 who surprisingly has a nipple kink. He goes absolutely psycho when you play with his nipples. He could cum simply alone from nipple play, and that plays into your fantasies perfectly. "Aha! N-no more, I need to b-be ins-IDE you!" Choso wreathed underneath you as you sat on his stomach playing with his nipples, licking, sucking, and biting the pink nubs. His hands and feet were tied to the corners of the bed, and you only let go on one of his nipples that you've been licking and sucking, and softly kiss his wet lips. "just one more baby, and you can get whatever you want, just one more." His breath shook as he nodded, feeling your warm lips and tongue resume what they were doing before.
𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 who always, always, ALWAYS records/photographs you when you're being intimate. He had no plans of using them in a certain way, let alone post them, but he likes the feeling of having you with him everywhere, and that being when you both were the closest, when you both were the most connected (pun intended). The photos usually consists you somehow seductively posed before the intimate moment begun, then you looking like a hot mess. "fuckkk, look up at the camera baby, don't care which lense, look at all three for all I care." Choso encouraged as he bobbed your head up and down his dick. He groaned when you made eye contact with the camera, Choso getting butterflies seeing you look so... Sexy. Choso smirked as he recorded you, the gagging and slick sounds filled the phone, and all he could do was smirk at how obedient and hot you were. "Just like that, when I'm done recording this, I want a few more angles of you in different positions, does that sound okay?"
𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 who could literally fuck you for days. Not an exaggeration. He would fuck you all night, and let you sleep for a few hours, and then fuck you again for many more hours, then let you sleep. You once did nothing but fuck for 3 days straight, and that's because your husband was in Paris for a month. Choso could not get enough of your pussy, and you could not get enough of his dick. His dick was everything you could have ever wanted (next paragraph goes in more detail). He knew how to use it, and so did you. You knew how to roll your hips and how hard you should bounce on his dick for it to reach your g-spot. You were good at finding it, but he was the best. "Harder, Cho! Please baby!" You moaned into his ear as he pounded into you. Choso quickly stopped his thrusts, and readjusted himself. He spread your legs even more, and spread his legs a little more too. He got better ground, and it was fucking game over for you. He rammed fast into you, and the immediate buttery feeling filled you. You let out scream in Euphoria, and he chuckled "Found it." Before he leaned down to kiss you. His hands gripped the sides of your head tightly as you both moaned loudly into each other's space. He smiled seeing your fucked out face, and couldn't help but think how you look a billion times hotter all fucked and spaced out for him.
𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗 𝙃𝙪𝙨𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙤 who has a big dick. You knew, he knew, the media knew. How does the media know? Creepy people were taking photos of him at the beach, straight at his crotch, that sparked a whole new thing that resulted in many stories and fanfics being written about him that always talked about it, but here's his trusty wife to tell us the details. His dick is big in every way. 8.5. Fucking. Inches. Long. Not a joke, not a myth, it's a fact. And before any of you "that's not even a lot!" People start bitching, go look up an 8 inch dick and see if you can take that comfortably.. anyways, I digress. Everytime you both fuck, it hurts in the beginning. Choso obviously peeps you more than most, but it still can't change the fact it goes so deep. The stretch is a bit over moderate, but the depth is insane. You could actually feel it in your tummy, and Choso always pushes his hand deep into your tummy to feel it go in and out. You always wondered how you got so lucky to have a man like him, handsome on every part of him, inside and out, but truthfully, Choso always questions how he even pulled you, so who's really lucky?

Name: Diego Moreno Martín Species: Spellcaster Occupation: Freelance Photographer Age: 25 Years Old Played By: Zee Face Claim: Froy Gutierrez
“Don't just smile for the camera—smile because it makes the world a little brighter.”
For as long as Diego could remember, the good name of the Moreno family had been sullied by unsavory rumors. Growing up, Diego was unsure how much stock to put in them—to believe them outright would be scandalous, at best. Except. There were the hushed meetings that he was not supposed to hear, there were the odd visits by relatives whose names Diego did not recognize from the family archives.
And so, Diego clung to the truth—at least, the truth as he understood it. Whatever their reputation, magical potential brimmed in the Moreno family. Old, dangerous magic tempered, presumably, by formal, dedicated training. What Diego might have lacked in raw talent was supplanted by his willpower. Magic benefits from a conduit. To that end, Diego was indulged in his pursuit of an ideal. However, that conviction would be a forebear to dissonance.
While his particular skill in protection magic was subtle, nothing so flashy as sparks or flame, Diego himself, as he grew, became known within the Pacto Áurico for his colorful personality, his frequent walkabouts, and his persistent intervention in the lives of others. Why read about the world in the book? Energy could stay in one form, of course, but it begged to change, to be worked into action. Diego was much the same. He chased the new, the exciting, the alive. Better to live a life among the people, helping as only he could.
It was no wonder, then, when Diego refused to live his young adulthood in yet another gilded cage. He argued, aggressively and successfully, until the bars were bent from the sheer force of it. And if Diego questioned why his family was so willing to let him spread his wings and leave Spain? No matter. New York was a welcome change from the traditional attitudes that had stifled Diego. Despite its reputation as a cold and uncaring city, it was easy to find warmth, to find like-minded spellcasters who wanted to protect their communities, not hide away from them. It helped that New Yorkers, more than most, were willing to look the other way when it came to the supernatural. And if extending a ward scored him a free bagel, that was between him and his local bodega.
Encouraged to pursue interests beyond his magic and eager to commit every new experience to memory, Diego took to documentary photography. There was beauty to be found in the everyday—ephemeral moments that he could capture and truths that people revealed when they thought no one would care enough to notice. After graduation, he traveled, learning more about the sprawl of America through the way light caressed the faces of its people. He expanded his repertoire, booking weddings, graduations, anything that caught his eye. And if his eye occasionally caught something he was not supposed to see, if Diego had to stretch his magical muscles to explain how he had gotten a particular shot, it was an easy marriage between the work he loved and the work he had been born into.
But, in the end, Diego did not need much convincing to return to the fold of the Pacto Áurico. When he received the letter, sealed with the Moreno family crest, it was simply good to know that he was still needed, no matter how menial the request. Observation for a seemingly routine ritual felt a bit insulting, as if years away had dulled his power. Even so, if he was truthful with himself, it was hard to be on his own as much as he was, surrounded by people living their lives in more than snapshots. Besides, a Moreno—a true Moreno—would put family above all else. While Diego had never taken that belief to mean he should enable the worst impulses of his family, it would do him no good to hide from the rumors. To put them to bed, to find the truth, he would go home, if only for a time.
But truth could be stranger than fiction. When the ritual went wrong, in the way that it was always doomed to go wrong, Diego operated on instinct, time enough only to protect the weakest from the blast. The raw magic hit him in strange waves—deep in his body, first, before it laced across his skin. Mental, before the physical. In the aftermath, he felt radioactive—sick and energized. The thought struck him, quick and fierce: How dare they make him a part of this—make this, whatever it was, a part of him. But there was no time for blame. Earthquakes, especially magical ones, brought aftershocks.
Diego felt it better to look for a solution, be a part of the solution, than putter about the manor, waiting for cosmic retribution to take its due. Leaving was easier, the second time. Traveling was second nature. However, it soon became clear that his magic, once steady and reliable, was growing unpredictable. The full picture would take time and, Diego feared, ample darkness to develop. But there was no deluding himself. If Diego could not find out the truth of this matter, it seemed, he himself would become part of the problem to be solved.
Character Facts:
Personality: Friendly, honest, impulsive, intense, nosy, observant, offbeat, stubborn
Diego is honest to a fault. His poker face is salvageable, but, if asked a direct question, he struggles to believably lie. If the truth is fantastical, he will often play it off as a joke—a joke is not technically a lie, right?
Growing up surrounded by spellcasters and magic, Diego has a tendency to look for a magical solution before a practical one. The consequences of the ritual have complicated this impulse. The potential for danger is worrisome, but so is the potential for embarrassment.
Despite specializing in protection magic, Diego was cross-trained in self-defense and boxing. Better safe than sorry. He would prefer to use his words (or a spell), but he does not shy away from a fight.
While Diego is not technologically illiterate, he has a very narrow view of what role technology can (or should) have in his day-to-day life. Computers are for word processing, complex mathematics, and sending proofs to your clients. Hacking is fake.
Traveling and freelance have left very little time for relationships of any kind. Diego is happy to flirt for the glimpse of a smile, but he becomes easily flustered if the attention is returned.

Yvette Heiser Texas - Mastering the Art of Maternity Photography
Maternity photography is a celebration of life—a visual symphony that harmonizes the beauty of pregnancy with the anticipation of new beginnings. Yvette Heiser, a seasoned photographer based in the heart of Texas, has perfected the art of capturing this unique chapter in a woman’s life. With her lens, she weaves stories of love, vulnerability, and the miracle of creation.
The Essence of Maternity Photography
Maternity photography isn’t just about documenting a growing belly; it’s about celebrating the transformation of a woman into a mother. Yvette believes that every expectant mother radiates a special glow—an ethereal light that transcends the physical changes. Her goal is to capture this luminosity—the quiet strength, the joy, and the connection between mother and child. Yvette Heiser Texas - Tips for Maternity Photography
1. Location Matters
Yvette’s Texas roots influence her choice of locations. She seeks out rustic barns, sun-kissed fields, and wildflower meadows. These settings provide a canvas for the maternal glow to shine. Whether it’s the golden hues of a Texan sunset or the rugged charm of a weathered fence, Yvette ensures that the backdrop complements the expectant mother’s aura.
2. Wardrobe Selection
Expectant mothers often worry about what to wear during their maternity shoot. Yvette’s advice? Keep it simple and timeless. Flowing dresses, fitted tops, and delicate fabrics work wonders. Earthy tones and pastels harmonize beautifully with the natural surroundings. Yvette encourages her clients to embrace their changing bodies—the curves, the stretch marks—as part of their unique story.
3. Posing with Purpose
Yvette’s mastery lies in her ability to guide her subjects into authentic poses. She captures the gentle curve of a belly, the protective hand cradling it, and the soft gaze of an expectant mother. Yvette avoids overly posed shots; instead, she encourages movement—a twirl, a laugh, a whispered secret. These candid moments reveal the raw emotions that make maternity photography timeless.
4. Partners and Siblings
In Yvette’s sessions, partners and older siblings play a crucial role. Their interactions with the expectant mother create a narrative of family bonds. Yvette captures the tenderness—the way a partner’s hand rests on the belly, or how a sibling leans in for a kiss. These connections are the heartbeats of the story, and Yvette ensures they are woven seamlessly into the frames.
5. Lighting Magic
Texas sunlight is Yvette’s secret ingredient. She schedules her shoots during the golden hour—the time when the sun bathes everything in warm, flattering light. Backlit shots create a halo effect around the expectant mother, emphasizing her silhouette. Yvette also experiments with shadows, creating depth and drama. The result? Portraits that evoke emotion and leave a lasting impression.
6. Embracing Vulnerability
Pregnancy is a vulnerable time, both physically and emotionally. Yvette encourages her clients to embrace this vulnerability. Yvette Heiser - Top Wedding Photography Tips She captures the quiet moments—the hands cradling the belly, the eyes gazing into the future. These images become heirlooms, cherished by generations. Yvette’s lens transforms vulnerability into strength, celebrating the resilience of expectant mothers.
7. Beyond the Bump
Yvette’s work doesn’t end with the maternity session. She often continues the journey, documenting newborns, first smiles, and growing families. Her clients become part of her extended family, and she rejoices in their milestones. Yvette’s legacy lies not only in her photographs but in the connections, she nurtures—the bonds that transcend time and distance.
Yvette Heiser’s Texas-inspired maternity photography is more than capturing moments; it’s about weaving a tapestry of love, hope, and anticipation. Through her lens, she immortalizes the quiet magic of motherhood—one frame at a time.

hey, isn’t that JOSEPHINE “JOEY” DAVIS-SCOTT, who looks a little like ALYCIA DEBNAM-CAREY? i hear SHE is a THIRTY-TWO year old CIS WOMAN who works as CO-OWNER OF THE CRYSTAL RIDGE WINERY who has been in town for HER ENTIRE LIFE. they ARE a member of one of aspen creek’s founding families. you can usually find them at WILLOW STREET or CRYSTAL RIDGE WINERY. if you ask me, they remind me a lot of LEATHER JACKETS, SOFT SMILES BENEATH HEAVY EYELINER, AND A HEART THAT’S TOUGH BUT EASILY BRUISED. just keep an eye on them & see if their true colors shine through!
basics
full name: josephine davis-scott nickname: jo, joey age: 32 years old date of birth: august 21st, 1992 zodiac sign: leo sun, cancer moon, aries rising gender & pronouns: cis woman & she/her sexuality: bisexual occupation: co-owner of crystal ridge winery; manages social media for the winery and the davis-scott bed & breakfast; photographer; painter
family
mother: evelyn davis-scott father: james davis-scott sibligns: tba davis-scott, tba davis-scott, harlow davis-scott, penelope davis-scott nephews: alice reeves, teddy li, tba, tba, tba
personality
mbti: ESFP-A (the entertainer) moral alignment: chaotic neutral temperament: sanguine parallels: jess o'brien (chesapeake shores), pacey witter and jen lindley (dawson's creek), brooke davis (one tree hill)
about
she’s the youngest child in the davis-scott family and often felt a bit out of place among everyone -- her older siblings, nieces, and nephews, many of whom were born just a few years after joey herself. her house was always bustling, whether with family or the guests at the davis-scott bed & breakfast, where she spent most of her childhood and teenage years.
despite her outwardly extroverted nature, joey often felt lonely. that’s part of why amara has been so important to her ever since they met in kindergarten. the two girls have been inseparable ever since, navigating middle school, high school, and college in raleigh together, then amara’s pregnancy, and ultimately opening the crystal ridge winery side by side.

exes: someone from high school or college. ideally, i’d love a dynamic similar to pacey and joey from dawson’s creek -- where jo takes on the pacey role lol. they’ve disliked each other since childhood, but things started to shift when they entered high school, and something romantic developed. however, it all abruptly ended before college. now, they've crossed paths again and are trying to convince themselves they can still be friends, but it's not easy being friends with someone you once loved.
work-related plots: people joey has worked with before, or is about to collaborate with. she’s a photographer and a painter with an impressive portfolio. she photographs events, weddings, parties—basically anything. in addition, she teaches a few free art and photography classes, particularly for kids.
some kind of enemies: joey is known for her abrasive personality. she’s outspoken and isn’t afraid to defend her ideas, no matter who she’s talking to. maybe your muse doesn’t like how blunt she is, or they have opposing views. it would be fun to have an enemy in such a small town. this conflict could be something recent or something that dates back to their school days.

We keep this love in a photograph
It's @silver-dream89's birthday today!!! Happy Birthday friend, I'm so happy to have you in my life!!! 💖🎂🍰🥰
A while back, we had discussed over DMs a Dreamuse AU where Dream is a photographer and Calliope his favorite model. So in the spirit of that conversation, I wrote a little bit of indulgent fluff, just for you. I hope you like it!
-----------
“Morpheus, make sure you get my good side,” Calliope giggles into her coffee as the familiar click-click of the camera shutter echoes in the quiet din of the cafe where they’re spending their afternoon. Morpheus pauses only momentarily to readjust his grip, then continues to work on capturing his lover just right in the light of the setting sun. When he’s done, he slides through the carousel of photos, unable to delete even a single one. He smiles.
Every angle is Calliope’s good side, in Morpheus’s opinion.
It’s winter now, and the cafe is warm and cozy and in contrast to the frigid cold just steps away outside the door. They’d ducked in here after wrapping up the last of their classes, Calliope coming from an Advanced Creative Writing workshop and Morpheus from his Introduction to Photography lesson. He has a good group of students this year. They are attentive and worldly and curious, and he is excited to see what their final portfolios will look like at the end of the semester.
When he puts his camera on the table, Calliope places down her coffee and laces her fingers with his, gasping when she realizes just how cold his hands are.
“Your hands are like ice!” she exclaims, as if this is new information to her, as if they have not held hands a thousand times over the years, as if Morpheus’s circulation has not always been so poor. But still, she cups his freezing hands in hers, as she has a thousand nights before, and rubs them furiously between her own, her face knit in loving determination.
He wants to take another photo, to capture the wrinkle in her brow, the purse of her lips. But he also does not want to let go of her hands.
Instead, Morpheus reverses their positions, taking her left hand in his and bringing it to his lips. He kisses each individual knuckle, smirking when he feels her tremble as his breath ghosts along her skin. He places a final kiss to her wedding band and looks up, meeting her curious gaze with a smolder of his own.
Morpheus is more than warm enough now. And the temperature of the cafe has nothing to do with it.
“You should know by now there is no helping the temperature of my hands,” Morpheus murmurs, as he drops their hands to the table, “nor the temperature of my feet.”
Calliope chuckles, then picks up her coffee with her free hand. “You wear socks to bed now. I have not felt your bare feet since the summer. They were cold then too.”
“The things I do for love,” Morpheus sighs dramatically just as Calliope takes a sip. The comment startles a laugh out of the brunette, and she nearly chokes on her drink. She coughs for a few moments, sending him a playful glare. Morpheus tilts his head and feigns a look of innocence. Calliope doesn’t fall for it.
“That’s my line,” Calliope replies, shaking her head fondly and bringing the cup once more to her lips. She pauses this time before drinking, trying to gauge if he will try to fool her twice. He doesn’t.
The sun is rapidly setting behind her as she finishes her coffee, and the glow of it illuminates Calliope's face in a way Morpheus has documented a hundred different ways on film. Always in this same cafe, the place where they had their first date, their first kiss, their first anniversary. But no matter how many sunsets it has been, her beauty in these quiet moments never fails to steal his breath away.
Morpheus’s fingers itch to capture the moment. He resists the urge.
Some things were meant to be enjoyed in the moment.

The Importance of Event Photography: Capturing Moments That Matter
Event photography plays a crucial role in documenting significant occasions, from corporate gatherings to weddings and birthday celebrations. A skilled event photographer not only captures the highlights but also preserves the emotions and atmosphere of the day, creating lasting memories for clients. In this blog, we will delve into what event photography entails, the benefits of hiring a professional, tips for selecting the right photographer, and frequently asked questions.
What is Event Photography?
Event photography refers to the practice of capturing images during events, whether they are personal celebrations like birthdays and weddings or corporate functions such as product launches and conferences. This type of photography requires a blend of technical skill and an artistic eye to document candid moments, posed portraits, and the overall ambiance of the occasion.
Key Features of Event Photography
Candid Shots: One of the hallmarks of event photography is the ability to capture spontaneous moments. A good photographer will blend into the background, allowing guests to interact naturally, which results in genuine expressions and emotions.
Formal Portraits: In addition to candid shots, many events require posed photographs. Whether it’s a couple at their wedding or a team at a corporate gathering, formal portraits play a significant role in preserving memories.
Details and Decor: Professional event photographers pay attention to the little details that make an event special. This includes decorations, table settings, and other elements that contribute to the overall theme and atmosphere.
Why Hire a Professional Event Photographer?
While it might be tempting to ask a friend or family member to take pictures during an event, hiring a professional comes with numerous benefits:
Expertise and Experience
Professional photographers have extensive experience in capturing various types of events. They understand how to manage lighting, composition, and angles to ensure the best possible shots. With their expertise, you can trust that they will deliver high-quality images that meet your expectations.
High-Quality Equipment
Professionals invest in top-of-the-line cameras and lenses to achieve superior image quality. This equipment is essential for capturing moments in different lighting conditions, ensuring that every photograph is sharp and vibrant.
Post-Processing Skills
Editing is an integral part of photography. Professionals have the skills and software necessary to enhance images, ensuring they look polished and visually appealing. This can include color correction, retouching, and creating a cohesive style that reflects your event.
Time-Saving
Hiring a photographer allows you to focus on enjoying the event rather than worrying about capturing it. A skilled photographer knows what to look for and can document moments without interrupting the flow of the event.
How to Choose the Right Event Photographer
Selecting the right event photographer can make a significant difference in the outcome of your photos. Here are some tips to consider:
Review Portfolios
Before hiring a photographer, review their portfolio to assess their style and expertise. Look for consistency in their work and ensure that their style aligns with your vision for the event.
Read Reviews and Testimonials
Client reviews can provide valuable insights into a photographer’s professionalism, reliability, and ability to deliver quality work. Check their website and social media for testimonials from previous clients.
Discuss Your Vision
Schedule a consultation with potential photographers to discuss your vision for the event. Be clear about your expectations, preferred styles, and any specific moments you want to capture. This will help the photographer understand your needs and deliver results that align with your vision.
Understand Pricing and Packages
Different photographers offer various pricing structures and packages. Ensure you understand what’s included, such as the number of hours of coverage, the number of edited images, and whether prints are available. Compare different options to find the best fit for your budget.

Mayfair ART MOOCH
Continuum
Minoru Nomata at White Cube gallery
From The Press release: His art is characterised by a lack of human presence, his works depict imaginary architectural structures and enigmatic landscapes that transcend time and place. Conjuring an unfamiliar world that is nonetheless tethered to reality, his visionary paintings evoke a disquieting sense of alienation. “Lack, deficiency, insecurity, isolation and the unknown – those so-called negative feelings can also be a creative trigger for me to create something”, the artist has said.
I, ROBOT
Sorayama at Almine Rech gallery
From The Press release: Sorayama’s ongoing Sexy Robots series ponders the alluring, intimidating imaginary of a cyborg human, merging woman and droid, fleshy anatomy and flashy armor, in a cheeky and unsettling continuum from the Hollywood pin-up to the fantastical future. Sorayama channels aesthetic visions from Bert Stern to Mel Ramos, Brancusi to Rolls Royce, Egypt to the Oscars.

Giorgio Morandi and Alexis Ralaivao at Nahmad Projects
Morandi Natura Morta 1946 - Ralaivao - Nature morte aux trois citrons 2024
From The Press release:
Morandi’s oeuvre, characterised by its restrained palette and masterful use of light and shadow, invites viewers into a world of quiet contemplation. Through his timeless still lifes, Morandi transforms mundane objects into symbols of deeper human experience, prompting reflection on the nature of existence itself. In contrast, Ralaivao’s paintings burst with energy and sensuality, capturing fleeting moments of intimacy and anticipation. His bold use of colour and dynamic compositions draw viewers into a world where every brushstroke pulses with life, inviting them to explore the boundaries between reality and imagination.
Although the artists may seem like an unlikely pairing at first glance, their works share a profound reverence for the subtleties of everyday objects and a commitment to exploring the essence of perception itself. Both artists engage viewers by highlighting the compositional aspect of their artwork alongside material surfaces. While Morandi’s compositions resemble studio photography, evoking a sense of familial assembly akin to a wedding portrait, Ralaivao’s works reflect the influence of contemporary mobile phone photography, where the camera becomes an active participant in capturing moments and sparking immediate reflection and dialogue.
Together, Morandi and Ralaivao weave a narrative that transcends the constraints of a single frame, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the timeless beauty of still life compositions. Born nearly a century apart, this exhibition reveals the shared differences between two artists, across generations, finding themselves in the same city, and united by a common bond: their unwavering dedication to the art of painting.
“Both Ralaivao and Morandi are reductive artists, their language is quiet, the tone of their paintings cool, and it feels quite fitting that this exhibition should be a closely selected one. It offers a tantalising starter, and leaves me wanting more.” – Paul Coldwell
Morandi - Natura Morta 1950 - Ralaivao Citrons et saladier jaune 2024
Alexis Ralaivao - Art Nouveau Shadow 2024
“I believe that nothing can be more abstract, more unreal, than what we actually see. We know that all we can see of the objective world, as human beings, never really exists as we see and understand it. Matter exists, of course, but has no intrinsic meaning of its own, such as the meaning we attach to it.” – Giorgio Morandi

"Your smile is beautiful. I want to see it more often..." + Rulie?
Reggie sighed as he wiped his hand over his face wondering yet again why he decided to take up photography. There were only so many flocks of geese and sunsets to capture on film right?
He was kind of stuck on his final project which had the topic Everyday Beauty-the subject matter was up to im but time was running out, and he honestly wasn't sure what he could shoot.
"Why don't you just take photos of us?" Bobby joked. "We're hot shit!"
"That is actually not the worst idea," Reggie mused. "Taking pictures of the parts of us that we don't see as beautiful, but show inner beauty!"
"Okay, I was joking but that sounds amazing Reg," Bobby said, clapping him on the back.
Reggie took up his camera, and planned each shot, asking each of his friends to pose for him, showing off the parts of themselves they felt the most insecure about. They parts they had been mocked for, or felt ashamed of. No holds barred, but Reggie would let them choose what they did.
A shot of Luke, shirtless, proudly showing off his top surgery scars.
A close up of Alex's hands, covered in callouses and holding a bottle of Ativan.
Bobby hugging Celia, the flag to the Philippines held between them.
Willie sitting on his skateboard, clutching his cracked helmet in one hand, and the key to his childhood home on the other.
Flynn with her hair in it's natural state-no braids, no weave, but a brilliant smile on her face.
Carrie standing by herself, a blurred crowd all around her, face frozen in a silent scream.
Reggie even took a picture of himself; capturing the rosacea on his cheeks, the freckles on his nose, and the crooked grin that had been the source of shame for so long.
He only hit a wall with Julie.
"It's stupid," she muttered. "I know it's a stupid thing to be insecure about."
"What is it?" Reggie asked.
"My smile," she said. "Kids always made fun of the gap, about how it made me lisp when I was younger, always whistling at me."
"Is that why you never smile for us?" Reggie asked quietly.
Julie nodded. "And I know you guys wouldn't make fun of me, but it's so hard to make those voices go away, to believe anything but the negative."
"I get it," he replied. "I suffered through years of braces and a retainer and I hated smiling with either one. But you know what I did?" Julie shook her head at him. "I smiled more. If I made it seem like they couldn't bother me, they stopped trying."
Julie giggled at that, releasing her smile, and Reggie held a hand to his heart.
"Your smile is beautiful. I want to see it more often..."
"Stop!" Julie protested, but now she seemed unable to stop smiling, bright and beaming.
"Can I please take a picture?' Reggie asked. "Maybe if you see yourself the way I do you'll finally realize how beautiful you really are."
"That's the point of your project isn't it?" Julie asked.
"Pretty much."
"Okay then," Julie agreed, letting Reggie pose her against a flowy curtain, leaning towards him and unleashed her smile once more.
Reggie took a moment to take her in, and was sure his hands were shaking as he lifted the camera. Taking picture after picture, capturing Julie as she smiled and laughed, and finally pulled him in for a picture of the two of them, faces squished together, their smiles filling the frame.
Reggie didn't submit that one, instead printing it off and it lived on his nightstand, and it was that pose that they recreated on their first date after he aced his project, after they got engaged a few years later, and again at their wedding.
And Julie's smile was big and bright in every single one. Just as beautiful as always, just like her.

Life and Pictures: Entry #4
The Power of Emotions: Capturing Feelings Through Photography
In our previous entries, we explored how photography captures memories and crafts compelling narratives. Today, let’s delve into another essential aspect of photography: capturing emotions.
Why Emotions in Photography Matters?
Emotions are the heartbeat of any impactful photograph. They connect the viewer to the image, evoking a personal response and making the photo memorable. Capturing emotions goes beyond technical skills; it's about sensitivity and connection to your subjects.
Elements of Emotional Photography
Genuine Expressions: Authenticity is key to emotional photography. Candid moments often reveal genuine emotions, whether it's joy, sorrow, surprise, or contemplation. Look for spontaneous expressions that tell a deeper story.
Context and Background: The environment can enhance the emotional impact of your subject. A cluttered background may distract, while a complementary setting can amplify the subject’s emotions. Consider how the background supports or contrasts with the feelings you want to convey.
Color and Tone: Colors can evoke different emotions. Warm tones like red and orange can create feelings of warmth and passion, while cool tones like blue and green can convey calmness or melancholy. Use color deliberately to enhance the emotional tone of your photograph.
Body Language: Pay attention to the body language of your subjects. Gestures, posture, and facial expressions all contribute to the emotional narrative. A hunched posture may indicate sadness, while open arms can signify joy or welcome.
Techniques to Capture Emotions
Get Close: Physical proximity can help you capture more intimate and detailed expressions. Use a zoom lens or physically move closer to your subject to capture the subtleties of their emotions.
Engage with Your Subject: Build rapport with your subject to make them feel comfortable. A relaxed subject is more likely to show genuine emotions. Engage in conversation, share a joke, or simply spend time without the camera to build trust.
Patience and Observation: Emotional moments often require patience. Observe your subject quietly and wait for the right moment. Sometimes, the best shots happen when your subject is unaware of the camera.
Use Natural Light: Natural light can enhance the authenticity of your photographs. Soft, diffused light is flattering and can create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Experiment with different times of day to capture various emotional tones.
Practical Applications and Projects
Portrait Series: Create a series of portraits focusing on different emotions. Ask your subjects to share a story or think of a memory that evokes a particular feeling, and capture their expressions.
Event Photography: Document events like weddings, festivals, or family gatherings. These occasions are rich with emotions and provide ample opportunities to capture heartfelt moments.
Street Photography: Explore candid street photography to capture the raw, unfiltered emotions of everyday life. Street photography requires quick reflexes and a keen eye for human interactions and expressions.
Personal Reflection: Turn the camera on yourself. Self-portraits can be a powerful way to explore and capture your own emotions. Experiment with different settings and expressions to convey various aspects of your emotional landscape.
Emotional photography has the power to transcend the visual and touch the heart. By focusing on the feelings behind the images, you can create photographs that resonate deeply with your audience. Embrace the challenge of capturing emotions, and let your camera be a conduit for human connection.
So, next time you pick up your camera, think not just about the scene, but about the emotions you want to capture and convey.

𝕤𝕚𝕖𝕣𝕣𝕒 𝕜𝕖𝕟𝕟𝕖𝕣 - 𝕧𝕒𝕟𝕖 — one year later
Sierra and Dex finally tied the knot, planning a small wedding in a matter of a couple of months before Isla was off on another trip.
Journalism and reporting was her passion, despite quitting her anchor job after being targeted by the OEA. After much debate, Sierra decided to start her own online news system, very buzzfeed-esque. Or that is the ultimate goal. She went around to all the local business owners and her different news connections to pick their brain and gain best practices. This was how she met and befriended Xavier Langthorne, who has been a great help in getting her company off the ground.
The company is still in very early stages so she is continuing to grow, doing most of the work between herself and a couple freelance workers. She has also enlisted the help of her daughter and nephew with the use of their photography skills
Just when Sierra thought her life was on track, the marital bliss was very short lived when her husband joined the ranks of the very organization that had gone after her. This caused a major rift between the two. Sierra couldn’t see how he could even think of siding with those people, even after everything they’d said publicly. She didn’t believe it for a moment.
Still having her young daughter to think about, she and Dex, though not on the best terms, continue to live together, in separate rooms. Though she doesn’t agree with his choices, she still loves him to the end of the earth and hopes they can come out together and stronger in the end.

Pretty certain I was tagged by someone to do a wip whenever. Whatever the case have a unique wip whenever featuring the start of my original novel Little Bird.
No pressure tags @darialovesstuff @eclecticwildflowers @poisonedtruth @scentedcandleibex @shegetsburned @sinclxirx @unbindingkerberos @children-of-epiales and whoever else wants to post a wip whenever 🖤
Lily (mid 30s), a mute submissive, leaves her abusive Dom and is taken in by an older photographer named Sam (early 50s). The two eventually become Dom and sub and fall in love while Lily learns to metaphorically and figuratively find her voice again.
It was late that night when Sam first saw her walking alongside the road. It had rained most of the day and had only just stopped. Light from the streetlights reflected off the road's slick surface. Keenly aware of the dangers of wet roads, he had been driving slower than usual. Any other night he might not have noticed her, but that night he did.
She walked slowly, almost aimlessly as she carried what looked like a trash bag. Her coat looked soaked as if she had been walking in the downpour earlier. Sam stared at her a moment deciding whether or not to stop and see if she needed help. His penchant for helping others got the better of him so he slowed down, pulling over near her.
She immediately stopped, turning her head to look at his vehicle. As Sam rolled down the passenger side window she turned towards him, taking a few steps back. “Do you need help?” he asked loudly, certain he had seen her somewhere before. She stared at him silently, an almost scared look on her face. A feeling of concern crossed his mind. “I can give you a lift.” Again she remained silent. When raindrops began falling again she looked up briefly before reluctantly nodding.
Sam watched as she opened the door and climbed in the vehicle. After placing the trash bag on the floor between her legs she closed the door. Settling into her seat she put on the seat belt. Her movements were hesitant and almost scared. When she looked up at him and gave him her best reassuring smile, he could see right through it. He also remembered where he had seen her before.
As a professional photographer Sam spent a good amount of time going to various events and occasions. Weddings, parties, fancy soirees for the rich, he had photographed his fair share of everything. His specialty however lied with the taboo. BDSM and fetish events, bondage and kink photography, those were his mainstay. Despite this he had not participated in the lifestyle himself in years.
Recently he had attended an event on shibari, a Japanese style of bondage. When he had finished his work, he attempted to mingle. His few close friends had been pushing him to be more social. Sam did his best, though his best usually ended with him sitting at a table or the bar by himself.
That night as he nursed his drink at a table in the corner he couldn’t help but notice her as she leaned against a nearby wall. Just like his table it was out of sight from the crowds offering a small amount of privacy. Her makeup was ruined from tears and her hiccupped breathing suggested she had been crying. She wiped away some of the tears as she attempted to collect herself. Before she could, he came over.
Lucas Mason was a born rich snob with the personality of a sewer rat. He had a reputation for being borderline abusive with his submissives. Yet no matter how much proof there was of this or any of his other wrong doings, he always ended up clean. So when he stormed over and grabbed her by the hair, Sam remained a silent witness.
Lucas was angry about something she had done. He pulled on her hair hard enough that Sam could see discomfort in her face and fear in her eyes. Yet the whole time she remained silent, didn’t make a sound. Sam wouldn’t have thought twice about the incident but her silence stuck with him.
Now as Sam began to continue driving he noticed that same silence. “Where are you headed?” he asked knowing she probably wouldn’t respond. Glancing at her he saw her shrug weakly. After a pause he asked, “You don’t talk do you?” She shook her head. He nodded and the car went silent again for some time.
When they came to a stop sign he looked at her and asked, “Do you have a place to stay?” She avoided eye contact as she shook her head. Sam looked forward again, watching the raindrops as they slid down the windshield. As the windshield wiper wiped them away he said, “I guess you can stay with me for tonight. We’ll figure out the rest tomorrow. You look like you need rest.” He looked at her and waited as she stared at him. When she finally nodded he continued driving home.
Home was an apartment in a more gentrified part of the city. Two bedrooms, one and a half baths, it was more than enough for Sam. It was on an upper floor and offered a reasonable amount of privacy from neighbors. As they pulled into the buildings parking lot he couldn’t help but sigh with relief. His passenger simply looked out the window at her surroundings.
They remained silent as they headed up to his apartment. Once inside he watched his guest as she looked around main room. As her gaze moved towards the kitchen Sam asked, “You want a cup of tea?” She looked at him and nodded. Walking into the kitchen he noticed her body language was still stiff and untrusting.
While he put the kettle on she sat down at the small table, placing her damp trash bag on the floor next to her. Sam watched her for a moment before leaving the room for a moment. He came back with a notepad and pen. Sitting down across from her, he placed them on the table and slid them across to her. “I thought this might help.” She stared at the pen silently. “Can I ask you your name?” She glanced up at him before hesitantly picking up the pen and writing on the notepad. When she finished she turned it around for him to read.
Lily
“I’m Sam.” She pulled the notepad back towards her. “You indicated you didn’t have a place to stay. Is there anyone I can contact for you? Friends, family?” Lily shook her head. “You’re alone.” She nodded. Quietly he said, “You ran away from him.” Her body stiffened and she looked ready to run for the door. Then the kettle began to whistle.
Lily looked towards it as Sam stood and walked over to the stove. As he began making two cups of tea he turned to look at her. “Milk and sugar?” She nodded. When he finished he returned to the table. Lily seemed to shrink away from him when he set her cup down in front of her.
When he returned to his seat across from her he said, “I won’t hurt you.” She watched him a moment before looking down at her cup. “I know he’s hurt you,” he added quietly. Her eyes snapped up at him. “I saw.” Again she looked away. “I won’t make you go back.” She picked up the pen and wrote on the notepad.
Thank you
Sam nodded before picking up his cup and taking a sip. Lily glanced down at her cup again before picking it up and taking a sip. As she did her eyes closed and a peaceful look briefly crossed her face. For a moment he thought he saw the slightest hint of a smile play on her lips. “You like the tea?” Her eyes opened as she looked at him and nodded.

Yvette Heiser’s-Feast for the Eyes: Guide to Wedding Food Photography
In the heart of Texas, where culinary culture meets picturesque wedding venues, photographers like Yvette Heiser are revolutionizing the art of capturing these momentsand Yvette Heiser Landscape Photography the Art of Capturing the Sublime Nature in a Frame lens doesn’t discriminate—it captures the essence of Texas terroir, from sun-kissed peaches at local farmer’s markets to sizzling brisket on roadside grills.
The Culinary Narrative
Food at weddings isn’t just sustenance; it’s a language of love, tradition, and celebration. Yvette’s guide begins by emphasizing the storytelling aspect. Each dish has its tale—the chef’s creativity, the locally sourced ingredients, and the cultural influences. As photographers, our task is to translate these narratives into visual poetry. Imagine capturing the bride’s anticipation as she lifts a forkful of her favourite dish or the shared laughter as guests Savor a family recipe.
The Dance of Light and Texture
Yvette delves into the technical nuances. Lighting matters—the golden hour glow or the intimate candlelight of an evening reception. It dances on a plate of hors d’oeuvres or softly illuminates a tiered dessert. Texture plays a role too—whether it’s the flaky layers of a croissant or the glossy glaze on a chocolate tart. Yvette guides us in harnessing light’s power and balancing textures to create visually appealing frames.
The Art of Plating
Food photography demands attention to detail. Yvette’s guide explores macro shots—the glistening droplets on a strawberry, the delicate placement of microgreens, or the intricate piping on a cupcake. These close-ups reveal the craftsmanship behind each dish. She encourages us to experiment with angles, capturing the essence of flavours and textures. A well-composed plate becomes a canvas for our lens.
Timing and Emotion
Weddings unfold in chapters—the ceremony, the toasts, the first dance. Yvette reminds us that food plays a role in this narrative. Imagine photographing the groom’s joy as he tastes the perfectly seared steak or the child’s delight as they devour a rainbow-hued macaron. Timing matters: capturing the moment when a champagne cork pops or when a chef meticulously plates a masterpiece.
Collaboration with Culinary Artists
Yvette’s guide emphasizes collaboration. Building relationships with chefs and wedding planners allows us to understand the menu, anticipate key moments, and access behind-the-scenes action. Chefs are artists too, and their passion translates onto the plate. Yvette shares anecdotes of working closely with culinary professionals to elevate her food photography. Mutual respect and communication enhance the final images.
Photography is an art form that transcends mere snapshots. It’s about storytelling, emotion, and technical finesse, Yvette Heiser - Texas Mastering the Basics of Photography for Wedding and Food Enthusiasts, a seasoned photographer hailing from the heart of Texas, understands this better than most. Her passion lies in two distinct realms: weddings and food. Let’s unravel her insights and discover how to create stunning visuals in these captivating niches.
Wedding Photography: Capturing Love in Frames
The Power of Candid Moments
Yvette emphasizes the magic of candid shots. Weddings are brimming with raw emotions – tears, laughter, stolen glances. As a photographer, your task is to be unobtrusive yet present. Capture the stolen kiss during the vows, the tear rolling down a father’s cheek, and the joyous dance moves. These fleeting moments tell the love story better than any posed portrait.
Lighting Mastery
Texas sunsets and candlelit receptions – both demand your attention. Yvette’s tip? Understand natural light. During golden hour, embrace the warm hues. When indoors, master artificial lighting. Experiment with shadows and highlights to add depth to your images.
Composition and Framing
Yvette’s mantra: “Compose, don’t just click.” Frame your subjects thoughtfully. Use leading lines – perhaps the aisle or a winding path – to draw the viewer’s eye. Balance elements – the bride’s gown against a rustic barn door, the cake against a lush garden backdrop.
Food Photography: Savouring Visual Delights
Texture and Colour Play
Food photography is about making taste visible. Yvette’s secret? Texture and color. Capture the crusty edges of a freshly baked baguette, the glossy sheen on a berry, or the velvety swirls of chocolate mousse. Vibrant colours evoke appetite – think juicy red strawberries or golden saffron rice.
Styling and Props
Yvette’s tablescapes are works of art. Arrange props – vintage cutlery, linen napkins, rustic wooden boards – to complement the dish. A sprinkle of fresh herbs or a drizzle of sauce adds authenticity. Remember, less is often more.
In summary, Yvette Heiser’s guide invites us to Savor not only the flavours but also the emotions tied to each dish. Through her lens, culinary moments become timeless treasures, woven into the fabric of love stories. So, fellow photographers, let’s capture these delectable memories with finesse and passion!

Oh... did I overwhelm you...
Apologies for that, when I heard from Masa that you had arrive - I had to come to find you and speak with you, especially hearing of your photography skills.
And I figure I ask if you can cooperate with me in regards to wedding photos?
Wedding photos? I did remember taking photos for my school's yearbook - I never really took photos of weddings before...
Are you... sure you want me to do that? Shouldn't you ask someone else?
I think so - after all, I can tell you have potential for great things you just have to believe in yourself so how about it?
Well...

I just listened to your podcast and now I'm wondering if you had other scenes or ideas planned but it never made it. Would you be able to share some with us?
hi!! oh—i have so many deleted scenes. i’ll post one below the cut. (also, if you want more—let me know!)
if jk wanted kids but oc didn’t. hyunie asks oc & jk to model for her for a photography contest. they both agree to it before everything starts to go sour, but oc doesn’t tell hyunie her and jk had a huge fight right before the trip, so they both go anyway to do the photoshoot. mind you, it’s for a wedding photography contest, so they are dressed up in a suit & wedding gown! (this is unedited!!)
"Are you guys okay?" Hyunie asks.
"Yeah—yeah, we're fine,” you say.
"Then why does Jungkook look like he's about to cry?"
You looked over at your boyfriend, who's demeanor was dark and broody. "I'll um, go talk to him."
Walking over to him, he was having trouble with his bowtie, so you stood in front of him, "Here, let me help." He didn't fight you on it, he could barely look you in the eyes.
Clearing your throat, you peered up at him, trying to gauge how you were going to go about this whole situation you were in. "You look really handsome in this tux."
He mumbled a thanks as you continued fixing his tie to the best of your abilities. "And you look really beautiful in this dress."
This whole photoshoot didn't help his imagination. Him in a tux, you in a wedding dress. It was something he hoped for one day, but now he wasn't so sure.
After a few moments of tugging, his bowtie finally came together. You dusted off the lint on his blazer, then cupped his perfect face. He nibbled on his bottom lip, still avoiding your gaze. "Jungkook..."
He hummed, looking into your eyes for a split second, his doe eyes filled sorrow and anguish. You were sure your last conversation was still fresh on his mind, as it was yours.
"I love you."
Jungkook was silent for a moment, but he couldn't not say it back, because he'd always say it, no matter how much he was hurting in this very moment. "I love you too.”
join in on the TIU celebration!
