YAYYYY I stopped taking my vitamin A supplement this morning and I've had NO liver spasms yet so I think that might have been the culprit of the mysterious abdominal pain that started hitting a week ago.

Fat soluble vitamins are much easier to overdose. The fat soluble vitamins are A, D, E, K.
The water soluble vitamins C and B complex are excreted in your urine. C making your urine more yellow and B making your urine a light green.
A few vitamin facts.
99% of "mysterious disappearances" esp of people in their 20s who start acting weird for 48 hours and then vanish are not mysterious, thats just when a lot of reality-obliterating mental illness tends to kick in and it's pretty easy to get a short circuit in your brain that makes you go family guy death pose in joshua tree national park. it's not any less tragic, it's just a documented phenomenon and not particularly predictable. its a big reason the medical advice is for people with a family history of schizophrenia to completely avoid weed and psychedelics. "people just go crazy sometimes" is a principle of human health that used to be a lot more accepted prior to the american midcentury and to a certain extent thats a healthier way to conceptualize and prepare for the risk, as opposed to the modern assertion that anyone acting weird is dangerous and broken forever.

bro but also like, as someone with autism and adhd who suffers from Not Allowed to Eat syndrome, milk, especially whole milk, can really help you get a lot of nutrients you need relatively quickly enough that you don't develop BAD BAD NO EAT as easily as you would with solid foods.

You could put a vertical-axis windmill on top of each mast and still keep the overall aesthetic of the riggings I think. And then you could use the electrical power generated for modern conveniences, like electric lamps to prevent crashing at night, and refrigerators keeping fresh fruit and meat to reduce your chances of scurvy.
We need to go back to using sailing ships full time like immediately. Yes it would take longer to get places but the Aesthetic is unmatched

I was diagnosed with ADHD by my uni (and am having to wait 50 million years for an NHS diagnosis), so I'm wondering if b12 would help, but I had my bloods done a few months back (have some weird health problems, get regular blood tests), and both my b12 and folic acid are within the normal range apparently. The NHS seems to use different units than American healthcare tho. Idk if you've ever been in a similar situation, but do you think b12 would help even though I apparently don't need it? Apparently anxiety also messes with b12, and I have panic disorder, but still, normal blood test results
I can only speak from my own experience, but even when my numbers are in the "acceptable" range, I suffer the mental symptoms of having a deficiency. It's only when my numbers are at the absolute top range that I feel adequately alert. Obviously, I've got some unique problems going on, and I'm not saying that's true of everyone, I'm just saying a lot of my brain fog and other cognitive problems were ignored for decades because my numbers were "acceptable."
That said, it might be advisable to take a B complex or something of the like just to make sure you're getting enough of them. There's been some ongoing research about ADHD being linked to lower levels of B2, B6, and a few others.
Obligatory check with a doctor before starting any new medications or supplements, but taking a B complex is generally considered safe because B vitamins are water soluble, and whatever your body doesn't need, it flushes out. Basically, it may or may not help, it really depends on your own body. But it likely wouldn't hurt to try?
