Wally, fussy because people are yelling:

Barry, grabbing his things: Wally's shitty bio dad, he read Canary's file on Wally and asked me questions.

Jason, holding a now crying Wally: hush it dipshits, and he's like eight how far on foot could he have gone.

So, stay with me on this one: Wally is dealing with people mysteriously floating away in bubbles that freeze people in time and also dealing with Grodd's army of time traveling Gorillas and also dealing with a bunch of sentient Gods and also dealing with a homicidal Bethesda glitch (aka Porcupine Man Part Two: This Time he's a 15 y/o named Chad) and also dealing with a delusional homicidal Bethesda glitch (aka the Folded Man) WHILE the speedforce is also glitching the fuck out and messing with his powers ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

Typical day in Central City, amiright?

Alright so all of this is going on and Wally is handling it, but no big deal I hear you say, there's like 50 speedsters. Wally has enough family members to handle this whole situation no problem.

Here's the fucking hilarious part. Okay, so, Jay? On family leave. Irey, Jai, Wade and Judy? Not cleared for active field work.

But still, there's always Wally's Kid Flash, his adopted brother and biological cousin, Ace West and Avery Ho, the pseudo sister of the Flash family and the biggest threat to Wally's title of 'Barry's favorite child' since... ever. Surely Wally can rely on them to-

Look I’m not beating the DeviantArt kid allegations with how many song lyrics I use. Anyway the one before last marker drawing post for the year. There’s only one more left and I swear I’ll stop (for a while). I am also not going in order with these, because the first page is one I did as an early test, but I had some blank space and went back to fill it in with oranges and that one logo from Boardwalk Empire that really cracked me up. I made it into Wally Gator, because guess who is a Florida princess in my headcanon. Penny is shown next to gators a lot tho, and she didn’t freak out in Wacky Races either, so I’m big galaxy brained with this one, trust me. The second page is just more random stuff from the show. One being a screenshot redraw from ep 16 Game of Peril, which has some of my favourite jokes and the ship interacting a bit as well. I do like the simple line drawing of Penny the best tho.

Dick's Dilemma

Happy birthday to @faustiandevil ! I made this Max Beckmann-like painting in honor of an au that he's been busy working on and writing this past year, and I am using this painting to make you, yes, you, want to read it! What is it?

It's an AU based on Wacky Races in a Boardwalk Empire-like setting. It's got classic Hannah Barbera characters brought back to the original contexts that inspired their cartoons - WW1-era dogfights, the Prohibition, Gangster Flicks from the 1930s and 40s, classic Hollywood actors like Edward G Robinson and Peter Lorre (with some British actors from Britain's own Golden Age of Cinema - Terry Thomas and Thorley Walters!), and the dark humour of the 1930s! This AU paints a darkly funny picture of these characters living in the actual real worlds of their time - Weimar-era Germany and the Roaring 20s while they try their best to get by (and survive!!).

Featured in the painting are the main characters of the story - from left to right, back to front: Sylvester Sneekly (the Nucky Thompson of the story, a corrupt lawyer who is Penelope Pitstop's legal guardian and is involved in bootlegging and a lot more...), Lil' Gruesome (an agressive Hungarian gangster with a sadistic streak), Dick Dastardly (our tragic hero), the Red Max (a Thorley Walters type character with anger issues), and finally Penelope Pitstop (sufragette, racing freak, Southern Belle, and more!) with her pet alligator, Wally.
