Mm OK so I'm thinking about the phrase the monarch is vexed once again.

At first thought I, and I think everyone else, assumed monarch meant the butterfly, HOWEVER, I have just come to the obvious realization that monarch has another meaning, and that is in reference to royalty.

So! The monarch that is vexed is either Lucy (!!! Pls bring her back) or whoever the honey queen is. Regardless they are vexed.
