sitting staring at my computer screen after working all day(all week) and wishing to go sit on the grass but it's almost midnight and I'm cold

#submitted my drawings for games assessment yesterday and have been cramming the THREE assessments due tomorrow :“)#I have to have 5 animations done (I have 1 WHEEZE) a whole boardgame done (i'm calling it done i'm dead inside)#and a whole list of stuff for a zine (which i was meant to have 5 peint outs for last week but i'm slow and have no concept of time)#i'm so dine right now #like oddly i'm stressed and not stressed at the same time #like. i'll hand something in whether it's finished or a good distinction or not is up to the gods #on top of all that wanted to just work on comms and fun projects this entire time has been killing me I am stomping my feet #and now i'm waiting for a unity project to load so i can import my one animation into it and use the code my smart blessed friend made #which I could do a course that was just the drawing for games unit with a reasonable timeframe for each project but we're here now #nadine is typing...

#had a lot on on friday #exam and a dalek funeral #(being on the exec of my university's doctor who society is fun)#was pretty dead on my feet yesterday so forgot about it #also forgot about it today between studying and what not #exam on tuesday means not going to want to do it tomorrow #but since the tuesday exam is in the morning and i know i'll want to crash for the rest of the day after its over #will probably do it that afternoon #fully anticipating a massive sweep for the tardis #but who knows #as i said a month ago #getting new rounds out in a timely manner is not high on my priority list at the moment #and is part of the reason im doing mini tournaments #because i want to give my full effort on the big ones #okay #anyway #point is the final will be happening at some point in the next few days

We haven't had hot water for a few days so maintenance needed to come and fix our water heater but now our water is just super fucking hot. Like when I wash dishes I use my kitchen gloves because before the hot water went out I could never feel how hot the water was with my gloves on, but now not only can I feel it, but it feels like this boiling hot TAP water is going to melt my fucking gloves (and leave me with 1st-degree burns)

#I have a footbath that I use sometimes when my feet get too rough and I need to get rid of hard dead skin (TMI)#and before the water switch I'd always get frustrated bc the hot water I put in the bath never lasted long #and would go cold after 10 minutes #when I ran myself a bath yesterday the water was so fucking hot that I had to wait 15 minutes before my feet could handle being in the wate #I think this is actually a health hazard but it's not harmful enough just yet for me to call them back out and tell them to fix it

bought a degradation trip vol. 1 & 2 vinyl yesterday whilst wearing my AIC shirt and the employee checking me out jokingly goes, "buying a jerry cantrell record while wearing an alice in chains shirt, that makes sense."
