Arthur Lynch has captured career success on and off the football field. Most recently, he worked with Greater Sum Ventures to research, target, and source middle-market SaaS companies within the healthcare vertical. He has worked in investment consulting for Natixis Investment Managers and alongside sales engineers, at Catchpoint Systems, Inc. Mr. Lynch is an alum of the University of Georgia and is a former Tight End in the NFL. He volunteers with the Special Olympics.

Last two games of the season for the boys today.

A's poor team lost all but one. They looked v cold. Because it was.

T's team tied to get second. T scores two goals and made a pretty epic save (also let in two goals).

Proud of both of them.

I’m 12 chapters into Medalist and right away I can see how it became an award-winning manga.

I am super excited to see it animated (Winter 2025) because its really hard to visualize the routines on paper. I hope the adaptation does the series justice because I just adopted the MC, Inori, as my new fictional daughter and she deserves it.

did a 5.5mi run this evening just before sundown, got to enjoy some pre-rain breeze and then got rained on in the last mile, which felt really nice. took about 48 minutes, which honestly surprised me given i accidentally swallowed air and gave myself a cramp, that i couldn't get out at all, right at the beginning of the run. mile split still under 9min/mile, much better than i expected it to be given i ran almost twice as far as i have been yet barely slowed down, which really just tells me i'm not pushing myself enough on my shorter runs.

i know it's sort of unreasonable but i want to come close to my high school 5k PR. my pace is roughly 1 min/mile slower...which is a lot. but i feel that my body's baseline is insanely more powerful now than it ever was, and if i were to train even half as hard as i did back then (which was not nearly as hard as i should have been able to, if i hadn't been unknowingly sick), i would probably be able to exceed my own PRs within a few months.
