She had been found by this blue-haired girl, 37, and had been taken in. Ever since then, she had continued to solve puzzles, but now received rewards. Usually, pieces of a toffee. A toffee by itself would be much too big for her, and so Vertiny eats 'small' segments of it, which had been cut off and given to her by 37.

Solve the puzzle, and be rewarded. An enriching experience.

Day in and day out, for 4 days straight. And yet, Vertiny found the experience interesting.

37 was handing her a treat when the door opened, causing Vertiny to hide.

We have to keep Vertiny into a jar because GODDAMN GIRL STOP, life's a puzzle and she solves it with just looking at it. Vertiny is a menace to society and has to be kept busy with multiple puzzles or else she will solve everything around, leaving nothing

I'm being silly and dramatic, but yeah 37 is the perfect person to keep Vertiny in check. Puzzle after puzzle being created to keep Vertiny busy and Ms Grandma (how I call the new narrator) is there to keep a watch on the little smart menace.

No one, ESPECIALLY Mesmer Jr, has to know about those papers she finds about the Mesmer, it's a secret, they do it for Mesmer Jr's sanity and fucking Constantine or Arcana but yeah those papers have to go.

Thankfully Vertiny can't talk, she would say some things. Hey maybe she would say fuck, I would like to hear Vertiny struggle with a puzzle and say a very emotional fuck.

When I say emotional I mean filled with negative emotions like anger and frustration, not sadness.
