I just thought of an idea crossover with Twisted Wonderland and MHA

Imagine Izuku, at the start of the manga/anime, when All Might crush his dream, he decided to jump of that roof, but then, instead of dying, he is in the NRC !

Now the staff have to deal with a child with almost all the trauma the world can give, that have a lower opinion of himself than anyone else, and they aren't pay for this.

I can imagine Izuku giving is ceremonial dress to Grim at the start of the game 😭 And Crowley is just confused because why a child would give it to a monster ??

I love to think that even Crowley will be concerned about Izuku.

"What do you mean they called you Deku knowing it mean useless ??"

And then Crowley, after hearing all the shit that kid have been through, decided to adopt him as his little crow.

Now, imagine Izuku have OFA and it's at the USJ, when Kurogiri teleport him, instead of teleporting him somewhere in the USJ, he teleport him in the NRC, but not at the ceremony, at a place random, a random day, at the NRC-

Imagine Izuku being teleport at Heartstanbyul during Riddle Overblot lmao- Izuku won't know what is happening but he will help because he want to be a hero.

Imagine Crowley seeing a child pop out of nowhere during the overblot- man was thinking that day was all a dream.

Trey, Cater, Ace and Deuce will be so confused but won't ask until the Overblot is over. At the end, it's Riddle who will ask who Izuku is and why he is here.

In that Idea, Grim will come after Izuku is at the school, because Izuku was too good for saying no after he saw how much Grim wanted to come in that school.

Crowley after learning that someone, in Izuku world, can send people another worlds :

And is bizarre how you lot are ready to jump on the Izu hate when he is, canonically, the only one who wanted to save shig...who btw doesn't deserve an ounce of consideration from Izu. Shig is undeveloped (to be fair, Izu is too. But if you guys call him deku knowing it means useless, then please let's all call Shig the dark deku bc he is a broken doll who can only destroy)

Shiga has show, canonically, he doesn't value any life. He is a terrible leader, he is immature and knew afo was manipulating him and went along (guys all I cited here is pure canon)

I talked to @bibibbon about this and like what would even be Shig's plan here? He knew afo was manipulating him....so he was waiting for an opening ....in the worst time possible?

This legit makes me think of Aizen and Ichimaru from Bleach. To summarize: Ichimaru decided to betray Aizen ....when Aizen was in god form. Poor choice, poor plan indeed

Yes and no. Grooming would imply he spend time with shig, and what is showed is how...afo tossed shig aside, communication happened, ofc, but it was via phone or cameras....why?

Actually why afo even has shig as "heir"? The plan since day 1 was to take shig's sexy body? Ok then why toss him aside.

I don't think Afo groomed shig, per se, it was more coaxing him to the worst conclusion....and shig says yes.

At the end of the day, while we can blame afo ... shig's actions are his.

Now onto Izu. Izu who values himself so little ...he went to save Shig bc anyone is worthy saving but him ...and you lot think this is normal or smth to mock Izu. Izu lost his quirk and arms (yes, he got it back) to save a man ...he barely knows. Everyone wanted to kill him and they are right. Gran Torino is right here and yet...Izu tried....but Shig failed himself.

"I'm destruction" He says.

Izu tried to save a monster.

And the monster choose death.

The only plotline Hori gave to Izu ....and he failed. Please be mad at the author for his abysmal incompetency here. The moment shig accepted afo he was extra doomed.

Abd even if in the next chapter Shig is brought back....what good this will give? He will rot in prison.

Shiga is the one to fail himself.

Shiga is TENKO...but he is not that cute kid anymore.

And "change society" no one in class A1 or Izu had the mind to make commentary about society bc well...society would stop existing thanks to Shig and LoV.

Couple of questions involving “The Detainment Rescue of Izuku”.

1. I have tried to find other alternatives to how this could have played out better instead of what we got in canon. And the only option I could have thought of was if instead of just vanishing on them, Izuku talked to them in person about his plan and make it clear that it was his choice and he wouldn’t falter from it, but he was open to ideas about how the others could assist. But the glaring problem would be that AFO would be in on what they were doing via Aoyama.

So I guess what I want to say is that this entire situation is garbage and ruins so many characters. If you had the choice to rewind the plot, how far back would you go to get to the part where you think the story could still be at the very least decent?

2. The Class 1-A vs Izuku had many characters come off useless, though I do want to acknowledge the few that I think were at least trying to tackle the actual issue: Todoroki, Shoji, Asui and Ojiro. I think simply relieving Izuku some burdens, even if it’s spreading out and keeping non essential villains from hurting innocents and keeping civilians safe.

But who are YOUR characters that you felt got bastardized the most? Where their actions or words are so…WTF and/or OOC?

For me:

•Sato: who the hell are you to stop someone from making SWEETS? And using ERI against him? Good lord, man!

Uraraka: I saw the back flash of everyone getting concerned for Midoriya. The entire thing. Yet that look on her face with what she said, “We were worried about you.”? I didn’t buy that for a second. That’s the face of, “FFS, We have to clean up after YOUR mess AGAIN.” Of course we see her back in character later, but still…

Kaminari: Absolute bullshit. You’re Bakugo’s lapdog, you always cater to make sure Bakugou is having fun and being with everyone when he clearly doesn’t want to. The last conversation I recall you having with Midoriya is you being jealous of possibly having sex with Camie DURING A TEST. I don’t see any resemblance of friendship between you two.

Tokoyami: I was completely expecting him to make a gothic and poetic comparison between how Midoriya currently is, and how Tokoyami was at the training camp, when Dark Shadow was going berserk. I was actually thinking Tokoyami would make a callback to that and that he wouldn’t forgive himself turning away someone suffering like he had. And what do we get? A reference to an inconsequential line from the freakin SPORTS FESTIVAL.

Yaoyorozu: Just…holy shit, this pissed me off. Look how they massacred my girl! Not only is she relying on the group of adults that, other than All Might, have pathetically supported Midoriya, and thinking they will do any good. But she also tried to knock Midoriya out chained up like he was a psychopath from Tartarus, where as a walking, murderous monster like Gigantomachia, she treats more humanely by simply creating canisters of the knockout gas and getting the heroes to get him to ingest. Just…I hated how Yaoyorozu came off as a bitch in this…and I hate using that word with her…

But I can’t be completely mad at her, she got her sources on how Midoriya is from the rat-face bastard “that knew him better than anyone else”. And he’s in a league of bullshit of his own.

Sorry that this dissolved into a rant, I just hate all of this SO much.

So for the first part, I'd rewind it to Kacchan vs Deku 1. Once Katsuki unleashes the explosion, I'll have All Might arrest him (yes, arrest, because that was excessive use of force and reckless endangerment, if not outright second degree attempted murder). With Katsuki gone, I can spend more time focusing on the other parts of MHA, such as side characters, the themes Hori failed to tackle, etc.

Second part, I honestly think everyone was bastardized for even agreeing with Katsuki, but I think Momo got it the worst because she created that freaking chair thing. Everyone else did also get extremely screwed though (except maybe Tooru because I genuinely think Hori forgot about her because I don't think she's even in any of the pages and Yuuga cause he's the traitor and all). Katsuki ends up being more insufferable but I wouldn't say he was bastardized because he was already an irredeemable shithead to begin with and this only confirms this moment. Tenya and Shoto do come out less damaged because what they say shows that they've grown due to their arcs, but they still are damaged for agreeing to Katsuki's plan.

One Good Turn is a 13k one shot about WR meeting via fortune teller Maria (she's old no worries). Happy WR ending and slightly sad but not for WR.

Wait We're What Now? is about nerd Ruby wandering into the event where Weiss is trying to find a suitor as she must be engaged before her birthday to assume the heiress title. She decides she wants Ruby who thinks she's just making friends. Lisa is on a hunt for the truth.

Undaunted and it's sequels are about WR superhero Au. I've been told it's similar to MHA but I've not seen it other than through memes and some of the music so idk if that's true or not. The first few chapters are sad but things get better.

The Monster Mash is based on a challenge. Ruby tries to go to a Halloween speed dating service but somehow ends up at the monster event and meets Gorgon Weiss.

Various 1 -3 shots.

Everything Has a Price is about thief Ruby and merchant Schnee family. Ruby is caught in the act as she attempts to steal from the Schnee's and has to pay back her debt. What will become of her now and why was she there in the first place?

Recently I’ve been reading a fic called “useless monster” by @uselessmonsterboy, and when i read the first few chapters, I originally imagined izuku’s monster form to look something like this

But after finding thier tumblr account, I realized how far off i was. The monster form actually looks more like this

But i kinda liked both versions, so i made art of both :)

Tbh tho one looks like a mothman thing of some kind and the other looks more like a dragon pupper, but at least i was pretty close with the back legs and tail!

I feel you ask to the wrong person as I dont watch JJK but I do get spoilers here and there and I do think is better than MHA (to be fair, anything is better than MHA even the basic of basic shonen "MC wants to be the big boss" type of story where is all white and black mentality works better than MHA)

But I feel I can answer your question. BTW, @bibibbon can answer better about JJK as I have a rough understanding of the world of JJK.

You know, I vividly remember people saying how MHA is a subversion, they are absolute wrong...as it is not a subversion, just plain incompetence...Now, Yuji and Sakuna IS, to my understanding, a subversion of "monster who is sealed on MC and becames friends with it"

Naruto is a famous exemple of this trope. I like Naruto and Kurama´s relationship. I even plain in explore this in a naruto wip I´m working on slow snail peace...

At first, you really think Sakuna and Yuji would be like that...and I remember seeing fans who fall for that line of thought...and BOOM, Sakuna IS evil. Sakuna IS a monster.

There´s no friendship or love in him.

I dig that.

I don´t fully know his past...I think I saw someone on twitter mentioning he WAS once human but became smth else or always born this way. I don´t know...But I like the idea he embrace his monstosity.

Shig aka Mr. Sexyman is............................Nothing. Sure. he does bad stuff but he does without a purpose. Sakuna has a purpose even if you are to tell me "He wants to destroy all Japan" (I think he wants to kill a lot of people and create a new cursed kingdom, I may be wrong) I would still say ...his purpose make sense, there´s no big baddie who manipulated him ...nor "weeping child" behind him.

Sakuna IS pure evil.

A perfect anthisis for Yuji.

Mr. Sexyman (I call him like that bc is all Shig has...he is hot, and nothing else) has insane amount of paralels with Izu and........................Useless as the author doesn´t know, rather, didn´t know what to do with it.

Shig´s motivation also makes no sense. IN CANON HE, HIMSELF, admitted how all this destruction doesn´t fix his heart. WORDS THAT ARE FROM HIS LIPS. (Well, I think he said it in his thoughts, but the feeling remains)

Shig has no introspection. SAME AS IZU.

Shig wants to destroy all and everything and WE HAVE NO IDEA WHY.

Sakuna doing that because he is evil works for me because he embraces his monstrous side.

Shig is just a human...

Also, Shig´s motivations or plans make no sense...it feels half of the time he is not doing anything and the plot has to fall on his lap.

Izu and Mr. Sexyman have no dynamic! NOTHING.

Antis who used to come at me or other shigadeku saying we are gross for shipping "BROTHERS" (Bare with me for a moment) are delulu bc Shiga and Izu doesn´t even have that. DFO IS NOT CANON. IZU NEVER MEET SHIG BEFORE THEUA INVASION AND THE MALL DATE...AND AGAIN, THEY AREN'T RELATED.

They are virtual strangers...

Shig is obsessed with Izu...but is so lazy to do anything (which is a big fail for a villain...as you know, villains are notorious for giving a huge fuck about their heroes)

Izu also show 0 interst in shig (don´t blame him here but it´s odd...everything in Shig should have got his attention ASAP. He should have been more curious)

They have no dynamic...so for their dynamic to take center stage...Hori would need to create one. It´s impossible as he dislikes Izu and Shig, but assuming someone else wrote it...the dynamic should be in two forms (if I was the one writing)

Mr. Sexyman wants to be saved and teams up with Izu as they come to an agreement. Working together to kill afo for good.

Mr. Sexyman manages to corrupt Izu to the dark side (afo hijacking shig never happened thanks to izu) and well, Izu is appreciated and Shig is no longer under afo´s eyes.

Those are my options...and I would pick the second one bc WOW the heroes mistreated Izu so much, A1 too.
