I love the college of winterhold. everyone there is casually deranged and there's like an alarming number of students and staff who threaten you immediately when they meet you. it's always one of the first questlines I do. which makes it even funnier when you get made the arch-mage of the college. I'm level 12 and got through this questline knowing exactly 3 spells. what do you mean you want me to lead the college. this school CANNOT be an accredited institution

someone needs to grab me by my neck and stop me from making a meta post about idw soundwave and the cassettes and about how his insistence that they are equals (or at least some of them are equals) is in direct contradictory with how he actually interacts with them/how their dynamic is written throughout idw. because as much as i do think they are generally a group that cares and relies on each other (minus ratbat, who has 0 reason to gaf about any of them and vice versa), i,,, ough. its messy.

I don’t think ppl give enough credit to rui for his dedication to fucking with people (outside of tsukasa of course) like. Knowing & acknowledging that nene wants nothing to do with him and Tsukasa on her first day of second year and deliberately following tsukasa to loudly ask if she’s getting along with people (just to be a jackass)? Implying his gift to akito will explode even though it won’t bc he wants to bug akito? Like I think rui at his core is full of love and a desire to make ppl smile but I also think he’s 200% committed to the bit first and foremost. If something will be funny he’s going to do it regardless of the consequences. Guy filled with zero social anxiety & a never ending desire to embarrass his friends.

Home Idle 1: I joined the Pop Music Club on my second year. Perhaps it’s quite a drastic change from my previous club but… it’d be a lie to say I’m not enjoying my time here. Home Idle 2: Most of the time I’m the one suggesting we should practice, but somehow Lilia, Cater and Kalim always distract me with all these unknown snacks and gadgets. Sometimes I have the feeling they do it on purpose… Home Idle 3: I need to warm my hands, it’s hard playing an instrument when they’re cold. Home Idle – Login: *humming Piece of My World* Ah- sorry, I didn’t see you there. Can I help you with something? Home Idle – Groovy: I’ve been playing violin and other instruments since I was a kid. My family has always had a connection with music and I’ll gladly continue this legacy. Conveying your thoughts and feelings through sounds is quite satisfactory. Home Tap 1: My first concert with them? Since it was the first time I’d be playing in front of many people, I knew I’d have a hard time trying to look at the audience. Cater noticed and told me to look at him so I could feel less overwhelmed… Let’s say I didn’t expect him to be so literal. His clones substituted the audience because no one came to see us. Home Tap 2: Hm, my violin? Indeed, it’s not the same one I use at Mostro Lounge. An electric violin is more suitable for the club’s activities. I’m surprised you noticed it. That means someone’s been paying too much attention to the musician playing ambience music… That was a joke. Home Tap 3: Kalim and I joined the club in the same year so I got to see how much he’s improved his drumming technique. It’s impressive. Certainly, Lilia’s been an excellent teacher to him. Home Tap 4: I like the idea of having customized masks for our performances. Maybe I should mention it once we have enough funds. Home Tap 5: I recently accepted to do some vocals just for our club sessions. You can come see us, but please refrain from telling everyone else. At the moment, I only feel comfortable singing for a few people. Home Tap – Groovy: When it comes to a band like this many wouldn’t think of a violinist, but that actually gives songs an interesting feeling, don’t you think? I kind of love the difference between them here. Watanuki finally gets a little moment of joy and immediately wishes that someone else he doesn’t even know that well could also be as happy as him. 

And Doumeki admits that she probably would if she actually ate it. The bold black background to the bottom frame really emphasises the judgement Doumeki is making here. The way he says it really hones in on the fact that she is the only one that’s holding herself back from accepting such an easy joy. 

It’s an interesting parallel to the little personal journey Watanuki just went through - being afraid of something, initially saying no, but then pushing himself and doing it anyway to get a great result. The customer could have the same exact journey if she can find the same drive that Watanuki did. If she never eats it, the only one she can blame is herself. 

Especially with Watanuki trying SO HARD to provide her with opportunities.

... Actually if you think about it that way, maybe Watanuki has the right strategy. If he had to be annoyed at Doumeki to the point that he'd rather eat the cookie than admit his fears, if Watanuki annoys the customer enough it might have the same result!

I love the idea of Cass enjoying dance. It's an outlet that allows her to express herself without words, and I think she would enjoy the highly technical aspect of ballet combined with its storytelling and emotional side. and as a former dancer I always have fun imagining my fav characters do ballet :)

i think the only tattoos you should ever regret are misspelled ones and some names (you know, your loved ones might change their names or become estranged or exes or whatever. not all names, like a dead family member or a loved one you want to remember, but you know. generally names are not great cause they come and go with people)

which means i dont think you should regret fandom related tattoos either. yes, even for fandoms/media made by terrible people

tattoos like that mean something to you. you created a positive connection with a piece of media, enough to want to carry that with you permanently. the tattoo should represent the positives of that fandom/related media to you, not the bad shit associated with it. im not saying you should completely ignore the bad stuff, of course not, but regretting immortalizing something thats important enough to you with its positive connections shouldnt be a thing imo

Just had the cutest interaction while training Forte.

We were working on alternating between casual heeling/llw and fmp with him in harness around the block. We'd come full circle back to the driveway when I spotted a young kid on a bike coming up the road.

I put Forte in a down and planned to reward him as kid and dad passed by. But the kid saw Forte and stopped in front of us while repeatedly pointing out the doggy. (Kid was young, training wheels and dad's hand on the back of his seat.)

I could tell dad was getting uncomfortable because kid would not move on and was very fixated on Forte. So I looked at dad and explained that this dog is learning to be a service dog, which is a special dog who helps people. That this dog loves people but needs to be able to ignore them when he's working so he can focus on the handler. And if they had a few minutes, would they want to help me train him.

Dad relaxed and said yes. So I asked the kid if he could ride around real fast and call to the doggy. If the doggy stayed in his down I'd reward him with a tasty treat. Kid was pumped to do so. After a few minutes I thanked them both for helping me train my dog.

As the kid rode off I could hear him excitedly telling his dad "I helped train a service dog. They're really special dogs ". And dad agreed that he did and that he'd done a good job. Kid proceeded to say "I'm going to tell mom I helped train a service dog. Does she know they're special dogs?" To which dad said mom's going to be impressed because she knows those are special helper dogs and their training is really important.

It was such a wholesome interaction.

NO BC YOU ACTUALLY BRING UP SMTH THATS BEEN ON MY MIND.. like one of the big things about this is sy's inner conflict because he despises sqq for having control over his life but at the same time he knows things could have been really worse without sqq's intervention. like if sqq hadn't believed sy then at best he would have sy thrown off the mountain and left to fend for himself, and at worse sqq could have killed him or tried him for an assassination attempt. so its like... its fucked up but sy owes sqq for almost everything, from his position, to the food he eats, to the clothes on his back. sy didnt know there was another transmigrator in this world when he appeared, so up until meeting sqh his survival was due to sqq. and on some fucked up level he feels like he owes sqq for saving him
