The dress was finished long ago, and the spring is long gone. So here's the last traces of summer.

Took BJD out for the first time. It was unnerving, but fun.

This crew was originally created years ago and I always envisioned them being friends, but due to how mine and the ex-friend’s roleplays went, all four never reall crossed paths with each other in the stories we created. At this point, I’ve come to accept that they’ll never be a fearsome foursome (Sachi is the odd one out since I enjoy her storyline too much as is to mesh it with the other girls), but I’ve been wanting to put together this photo for a while to sit side by side with the drawing I drew of them once upon a time ago. xD;

I think I named my Unoa Sist, Alyssa, after Alessa in Silent Hill and just changed a letter.

I've done that when I name dolls after the people that gift them to me, too, like Tara and Terra, Mehitobel and Bellamy....

i haven't posted my newest creature and that's unacceptable

i'm just gonna copypaste what i wrote on insta cos i'm having trouble with words rn

i wanted an acchan doll but i don't vibe with taeyangs, so i decided to take matters into my own hands. i was originally thinking of a unoa b-el or sist, but then i saw yosd rick. so...yeah.

i am going to modify his faceup, darken his brows and eyeshadow a little. he needs some dark brown eyes and a new wig. i love his little kitty mouth.

ough he's so cute i want to scream

i've already darkened his brows a little, i'm doing it gradually. i may end up wiping his faceup and starting from scratch, but i'll wait til the new wig comes in.

i love his current look a lot, but his true final form was always meant to be the look from the kemonotachi no yoru pv with the fuzzy coat.

Spent Sunday taking pictures of them together for a kissing challenge. Not sure if I'll share them when it comes to it.

Oh, and I think I got them names. Unoa is Gabrielle. And Heeah is Veresk (that's Heather in Russian. I wanted her to be Heather, but didn't quite like the sound of it).

Got the Sist strung up!!

It was very interesting doing these two back to back. They are so similar but there were definitely differences too. The Buff headback is way easier to get the faceplace on, for one thing 😂

The boy body's inner back part isn't as tightly in place as the girl's, I don't know if previous owner shaved it down further than me or what, but it's slippery.

Their hips were the same, though the girl's are a little tighter click into place as I was super conservative when excavating the bumps that snap into place. Dang flash was all over the critical juncture there.

Feet, elbows, and hands were the same with flash and pour spout locations.

I am super pleased with both of these as they were both sort of a gamble, bargain bin pricing. They were each about $100 plus shipping all added up, which is real close to my best deals ever. (Perhaps nothing will ever beat that Limhwa Eva head on the Dollfie Dream bod that I snatched off eB*y that one time for me.)

And a quick wider shot of my cube shelf. I had turned these back to the shorter direction recently and they are much easier to photograph on again.

I made Saskia a new dress last week and love how it came out! <3 Super easy, too- I was done in under an hour. ^_^
