Es una batería creada por investigadores de la Universidad Estatal de California, Fullerton para realizar pruebas de la capacidad funcional en adultos mayores de 60 a 94 años.

Comprende las siguientes pruebas funcionales:

Fuerza

Resistencia

Equilibrio

Agilidad

Flexibilidad

En las pruebas funcionales se incluyen:

Prueba de sentarse y levantarse de la silla para valorar la fuerza de sus miembros inferiores. Durante 30 segundos el/la paciente debe levatarse y sentarse de la silla repetidamente.

Prueba de flexión de codo para valorar la fuerza de sus miembros superiores. Durante 30 segundos e/la paciente debe levantar repetidamente un peso. Para hombres el peso es de 8 libras y para mujeres de 5 libras.

Because I was Azelf, we have a Lake Trio thing going on between Umbresp, Uxie02, and myself! I tried floating, but I keep crashing... :<

Decided to do a drawing based on all three of the Lake Trio in the Pokémon Workshop at the time just because, well... I wanted to. Also, that Uxie pose was actually extremely difficult for me to pull off since I didn’t know what to do with the chest.
