Naah but the TyKa and SasuNaru are so freaking similar I can't —

When Kai went rogue in Beyblade and G-Revolutions, Tyson was like, "No, he's not bad. I know him." And in G-Rev he was just SURE that Kai will return and he will get him back (we can see it!)

When Sasuke goes rogue Naruto is hell bent on bringing him back (even at the cost of his life).

Sasuke and Kai both have mentioned it many times that how Naruto and Tyson (Takao in Original dub) are the one they can't lose.

a really cute ship! i am convinced kai has a crush on him bc there’s no heterosexual explanation for grev kai and his stargazing gay dimension and inserting a vision of takao into his fight with brooklyn and being Like This in particular.

i absolutely read that as someone really intense but bad at understanding their own emotions trying to deal with their first love while only being vaguely aware of what they actually feel. one day kai is going to have an ao3 oh in italics moment followed by him doing something impulsive and unhinged bc he has never learned how to be normal about his emotions. takao is going to witness all of this and just go “kai is being kai again :)”

by that time most of the bladebreakers would have already figured it out with kai not being exactly subtle even though he absolutely thinks he is. takao, however, would not take a hint, would need to be told directly and mostly likely would need to be told multiple times until he gets it. kai has a crush on a dumb guy who is a really good beyblader? no idea who it could be but good for him! :)

Okay so I have a Idea.

Everybody thinks that Kai hiwatari is the ultimate tsundere. So imagine everyone's shock when they find out that instead of being a tsundere he is simply just not good at showing feelings.

It's not like that because he is purposely hiding his feelings, he himself literally don't know half of the time what emotions he is feeling.

And I bet, once he learns how to, he will show his affection and feelings with his actions. Whoever he will fall in love with will have constant reminders from him about his love for them.

Also his love language is physical touch and gift giving. No, you cannot convince me otherwise.

Usually an Enigma, he rarely expresses himself. But in G Rev he does express himself during his intense battles.

This is one such scene where Kai got so worked up over something. Such as in this episode when Kai fights Brooklyn for the first time and Hitoshi taunts Kai about his intention to join BEGA. Kai evidently regards Takao's and his battle as something akin to a treasure and valuable.

He goes absolutely ballistic when Hitoshi casually comments on his and Takao's battle calling it a "mere obsession". Hitoshi's choice of words ticks him off successfully. His expression twists and his voice gains an edge. His words and expression ooze dislike at Hitoshi's non chalant words.

It's like he's questioning Kai's thoughts feelings and his dedication he put forward in his pursuit of Takao. It's outright disrespctful towards someone's hardwork and feelings.
