ABOUT CAITLYN'S RACE...

Im crying there are actual people on Twitter calling Caitlyn a 100% white girl when all your gotta do is look at Tobias and the Kiramman's women portraits - or, if yk you'd actually watch the show, CAITLYN HERSELF - that she's wasian😭😭

(Also, idk if it's 100% canon, but her lineage most likely came from Ionia in the first place.)

I don't mind Caitlyn getting criticized at all (and if you see my many arcane reposts, you'll see i have some big bones to pick with her writing as well). However, calling Jinx and Vi POC and her white is kinda crazy. They could have just left them out as Mel and the others are actual poc. Acting like this person makes everyone else who doesn't like her (writing) look like idiots.

Anyway, I just wanted to talk shortly about this cause this strawpage comment made me narrow my eyes all little.

Way to miss the whole point

Okay this is so dumb. Even Nolan expressed that his film was meant to be about the unintended consequences of scientific discoveries. This movie about a bomb that utterly reshaped the earth (for the worse in my opinion), is still a beautiful depiction of understanding and loving physics, but obviously has to veer on the cautionary side. The equivalent of this would expecting a movie about a murderous bioweapon to somehow inspire students to take up biology.

That's not why ANYONE should love their disciplines, but I guess the two in house geniuses of Twitter disagree.

So I just deleted twitter because a bunch of people threatened to kill, rape, and doxx me over the fact that I used to trace proshippers. They proceeded to call me a Nazi and say that I was just as bad as Hitler for saying proshippers are disgusting and don't deserve all the sympathy they get. They repeatedly told me to kill myself and said that I was a horrible artist with no skill, claiming I was jealous of these proshippers. They also kept using the fact that I put a meme from Nyan Neko Sugar girls like ??? It's a MEME for God's sake. One person even said to "keep my filthy hands off of Neko Sugar girls" like bro 💀

That shit was my childhood + I always incorporate memes into my posts because that's just who I am. I don't like weighing people down with drama so I try to lift their spirits by putting funny jokes or images into it so they don't feel as bad.

While this was all happening, I had a massive panic attack, which I haven't had since middle school. It was fucking rough because I was doing it in front of a friend too. Luckily they were very understanding of how I felt.

I don't think y'all realize how fucking awful it is to compare someone to Hitler for hating people that literally fetishize incest and pedophilic culture. Like how TF are you going to compare me to a GENOCIDAL MANIAC for not supporting incest.

One person even tried to pull the whole "freedom of speech doesn't equal freedom of consequence" bullshit. Like who the fuck do you think you are lil bro? 💀

Oh and someone even doxxed my family's names (including mine) so that was fucking scary.

Yeah, I just got the info. Whack-a-doodle is pretty accurate. Why would anyone think this woman has inside information about their love life and that she would be "given permission "to spread a breakup on Twitter?

In a tale as old as celebrity itself, we have fandomed too close to the sun and chased an actor off Twitter/Twitch.

I do think Jayden has some level of culpability here for fostering parasocial behaviour, but it’s also important for all of us, as a fandom, to remember that no matter how friendly they are, actors are not our friends. Interacting with Jayden on twitch or via Twitter doesn’t mean that he owes you anything. The cameos cost money because Jayden and George are working actors with bills to pay. And also, an actor choosing to no longer interact directly with a fandom isn’t the end of the world, it’s setting healthy boundaries.

It might be a good idea for ALL of us to take one of those deep calming breaths and remember that fandom is supposed to be about having fun and creating fan content together, not obsessing over interaction with actors, and CERTAINLY not harassing them.
