Mixels Frenzy: The End

And we’ve officially come to the end of the art project; closing my own tribute to this underrated little gem of a franchise that has left a huge impact on my life. All 81 Mixels, drawn, colored, and presented! Overall it has been a swell time revisiting this series, and drawing out all these fun, wacky, and imaginative looking creatures. Getting to talk about all my personal favorite characters, while also finding some new appreciation for some others.

I feel very accomplished working on this project, it allowed me to sharpen up my drawing skills, create my own release schedule, as well as experimenting around with the color pencils set that I got for Christmas. I’ll probably do something like this again for a different series/franchise in the future, but for now, I’m going to move on to some new smaller projects. I’ve been drawing Mixel characters for nearly 3 months and I kinda want to take a break for now. But I’ll certainly get back to it at some point, I might even consider drawing out all the Maxes.

Anyways, Thank you to everyone who has stuck around for this 2+ month long project. I hope you enjoyed this little series as much I did, and that you’ll stay tuned to more of my upcoming art pieces.

Mixels: Trick or treat!

Davis (in Scorpi's body, as an actual were-mixel): Wow, there's a lot more trick-or-treaters than I expected. I assumed that no one was going to visit a haunted house to trick-or-treat.

Chao (dressed as a mummy): Yep, here's your candy *hands out candy*.

Tungster (dressed as a scarecrow): *confused squawk* (subtitles: Wait, what type of candy is this?)

Davis: Oh yeah, what did you say that was again?

Chao: Just some special coconapple-flavored rock candy that Seismo and I made together.

Davis: Oh, right! Man, I didn't know you could made candy so well.

Chao: Actually, uh... it was mostly Seismo's doing. I didn't really help much.

Davis: Oh, that's fine. That just means you need time to practice.

Chao: I mean, I had no idea Seismo could make food at all, considering his-

Davis: Yeah, his... his dialect, I know already. Did you assume he was-

Chao: *sigh* I didn't know if he was intelligent or not...

Davis: Right...

I made another mix on my own! It’s about two Mixels on the icon of Mixel Rush each update!

Dribbal and Tungster Mix - Known as Chemistrisk while codenamed as The Hazard-Risk Taker, the mixed of Dribbal and Tungster who have a sense of danger as taking a risk! He’s intelligent, risk-taking, honest, introverted, loyal, quiet yet cheerful, and serious as he has a good heart when they’re in sympathy or empathy as they just want to do their best! Two Mixels’ fears and hopelessness turn into brave and hopeful Mix to stop any disaster, especially Nixelstorm! The Mix is controlled by Dribbal with Tungster’s voice as speaking English due to Dribbal speaking in his tongue language.

Mixels relationship headcanons

Flamzer,Niksput and Vampos are poly married because I ship both Flamzer x Vampos and Niksput x and Vampos

Naut and Burnard Hate each other because Burnard Constantly pulls spider pranks on Naut to scare her she hates them but its little brother Nurp does

Gruggle has anger issues that only Vaka can control (He threw Dribbal to the wall once and She was sent to the hospital emergency room but she's fine she just had stitches on the left side her waist)

Balk was found as a mixling by Tentro and Kraw so It looks up to Tentro as a Mother figure

Flain and Seismo were childhood Friends and they began dating and Volectro is the third wheel on their dates

Snax is unaware that Tungster Has a crush on her They even wrote a song about her in Lixer speak but he wrote it in English for her

MF Day #39: Tungster

The Lixers is such a wonderfully bizarre tribe, a tongue-based tribe is something I would’ve never expected the creators to think up of. I’m not sure if they were just running out of ideas at that point or they genuinely wanted to make this, but it is an…interesting tribe to say the least.

Tungster here, probably has the weirdest design out of all of Mixels. I don’t even know what exactly it’s even supposed to resemble, which I gotta give props to whoever came up with this thing. But I gotta be honest, as freaky and strange Tungster looks, I kinda love him for that reason. I mean the Mixels series mainly consists of designs that are something that you wouldn't see in real life, so this doesn't feel too out of the ordinary in the Mixels world. I could probably come up with some cool looking mixes with this guy.

Chao: Phosphee???

(transition to a "meanwhile" card to reveal Phosphee sitting on what he thinks is a rock)

Phosphee: *sighs in relaxation*

*rock begins to move, revealing it to actually be an Amphipod*

Amphipod: Do you mind?

Phosphee: *confused "peep"*

Amphipod: Yes, of course you! I'm tryna get some sleep right now!

Phosphee: *sad "peep"; proceeds to fly offscreen*

Amphipod: I can't get any rest around here!

So, what's up with the party hat on the CNF logo?

Throughout September 2019, Fridays celebrated the 5-year anniversary of its 2014 return.

To celebrate, we introduced a new segment called "On This Month in Fridays History", where we would play old segments from both eras that took place in the same month as the one we were in. While the name would be shortened to "Best of Fridays" at the start of 2020, the core idea would remain the same.

Of course, we did more than just that. For this show, we took a visit to the Mixopolis Zoo, and had a chat with some of the animals, particularly the almost always caged-up Mixeloptors (to honor the birthday of Michael Winslow, who voiced them).

Dribbal and Lixers Mix (Voiced by Dee Bradley Baker) - Known as Testar while codenamed The Tongue Adventurer, a mix of Dribbal and Lixers who want adventure everywhere to discover new locations while feeling bittersweet about having already found someone who never leave! He's adventurous, calm, common sense, honest, sympathetic, and good-hearted as he has so deep care for anyone who is in pain mentally and skill of swinging with tongue! Four Mixels are combined when they’re feeling sympathy for each other about Lixers’ Parents who died during an experiment accident when they’re young, then Lixers hugging Dribbal who listens to them and understands them, he’s the one who saved them during the experiment accident, and become a foster family. The Mix is controlled by Dribbal with Tungster’s main voice, Turg’s sound tone, Spugg’s voice tone, and Dribbal’s speech sounding-tone and tongue language.
