Why is it so expensive to live alone?

I'm just looking for a 1-2 bed 1 bath house, townhouse or trailer/manufactured house for less than $700 per month closer to a bigger town than where i am now. I live in one of the states with the cheapest cost of living and am not wanting to move out of state.

Seriously, I told my brother I was having trouble finding a place to live and he said to have a kid. 1st: it takes 2 to tango and I'm single as the one avocado we all inevitably leave to rot because we forgot about it. 2nd: I don't want kids to begin with.

I was just recommended the trailer/manufactured homes, but it's almost impossible to find good priced ones online in the area I want to be in.

Seriously though, the last place my brother had was $500 for 2 bed 2 bath. They have a 3 bed 2 bath rn and if they didn't have their house where they didn't have to pay, cause they have 2 kids and unstable working conditions, they'd only be paying $600. In a different state than the first one, they went to Louisiana back to Texas. Only issue is, I don't want to live in the town they live in. Working Uber requires me to be in bigger cities and towns, closest one is Tyler or Fort Worth is also a good place to drive (not Dallas, Dallas sucks ass, just like Houston). So I'm looking near and around there. But everything is so fucking expensive, my full time job is Uber and I can barely even afford a garage unit that they didn't disclose was a garage unit in 2 other family's backyard. It was $775 per month. I can't afford that, not if I want to eat and rest once in a while.

And my deadline was the end of this month, but my earnings have been shit because things literally just keep happening to stop me from being able to go out, like I can't drive if it's flooding on the roads. But I was able to extend that deadline by a month by asking my parents if I can live with them again for a month then go from there while I look.

And the place needs to have at least a stove and a fridge in it, hopefully include water and trash in the rent, I'm not looking for anything fancy, but I do need room to move around in the kitchen.

If it helps, I made a max of $4000 a month and a minimum of $3000 a month. I'm honestly just a shit spending that doesn't know how to make herself budget. Dopo le vicende della morte dell'archeologo Professore Caranza e del fratello Eric accadute nel cottage vicino al bosco,(vedi il primo film "Join the Evil - The Cottage) Vincent Ascia decide di affittare il cottage del padre all'anziana Mary e la figlia Abigayl. Trasferitesi nel cottage, le due donne si trovano ad affrontare la maledizione del luogo e del libro sin dalla prima notte e l'anziana madre viene trasformata in un morto vivente. La figlia terrorizzata scappa nel bosco inseguita da una forza misteriosa. Dopo alcuni anni dalla scomparsa delle due donne, Vincent Ascia si trasferisce al cottage, assieme ad un gruppo di amici hippie: Sharon, Scoot, Shelly, Sandy, Bruce e Rick. Scoot, durante un picnic con la fidanzata Sharon trova il libro maledetto di kutu, scritto dal professore Caranza, nel bosco e leggendo una formula risveglia le forza del male. Sharon trova il fidanzato morto e trasformato in un orribile mostro e scappa verso il cottage. Gli amici non credono ai fatti accaduti a Sharon nel bosco, credono piuttosto che si tratti di uno scherzo di Scott e, malgrado l'invito di Vincent Ascia di essere cauti, mandano Bruce a cercarlo Intanto Scoot, che non ha più nulla di umano, è arrivato al cottage e comincia a mietere le sue vittime. Oltre a darci un gustoso assaggio del lavoro targato DOGA KOBO (Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie, My Senpai is Annoying), il video annuncia che la premiere del primo episodio, che ricordo avrà una durata di quasi 90 minuti, avverrà nel corso di aprile 2023.

Parlando dello staff, l’adattamento è diretto da Daisuke Hiramaki (Selection Project, Asteroid in Love), con l'aiuto di Chao Nekotomi (Love is Like a Cocktail). Siamo in buone mani, direi.

 i’m so glad i’m not the only person with these takes bc honestly it was really starting to feel like it. everyone else seems SO excited about the sparrows and i just.. could not care less if i tried. the only new character they brought in for s2 that i felt worked really well, and that i loved, was ray (and carmichael, but he at least exists in the comics. and they fucked him up anyway -  letting the handler eat him instead of five. a weird thing to be salty about maybe but here we are)

you add in too many characters and you lose track of the original, you stop giving them and their story lines the attention they deserve (s2, imo, proved that) and because of those things you’re more likely to forget what the characters are supposed to be like, and what made them lovable in the first place. s1 did so well for so many reasons but among them was: pacing, character introductions and development, creative story lines woven together in a way that brought everyone together seamlessly for the events of ep10. it never felt like one character was getting more attention than another, even with the apocalypse centered around vanya it never felt like she was the only main character.

s2, and maybe this is just me, but it really said “fuck everything from s1, and we’re mixing powers around, and this is about vanya, and another apocalypse that was unnecessary for the dallas story line, and we’re gonna take all the things people loved about s1 and kill it with fire including ben - simply for shock value and to bring in the sparrows but we could have had the sparrows without rekiling ben but oh well! - all the dysfunction and genuine humanity in the characters?? mostly gone. the fan fave, klaus?? here’s a comedic shell that looks like him. trauma who?? everyone is fixed!! oh and here’s the soundtrack! none of it means anything.” yknow. to list a few of my problems with it dont get me wrong! it had its good moments and stuff. but it wasn’t even remotely on the same level as the first season 

and i’m keeping my expectations for s3 dirt low right now because of it. s1 was so perfect of course my expectations for s2 were high. and then the trailer for s2 looked amazing but it was.. meh. just so upsettingly meh. im not going through that level of disappointment again lmao it took me quite awhile to convince myself it was actually good and that i loved it, so i wouldnt have to feel like i wasted my time and energy, but i simply Can Not anymore. not with the stuff they’ve posted about s3 so far. its just sparrow shit.

where are our babies?? our fucked up umbrella family?? give us more of the characters we know, love, and care about or get the fuck out of my face. you can’t like.. sideline your main characters for newbies and expect that to work out. if we dont get og hargreeves family content soon (GOOD og hargreeves family content) i can guarantee im gonna lose even more interest in tua. and i hate that! so much! bc s1 and the hargreeves live in my heart rent free, they’re so important and special to me, and it feels like s3 is gonna be the same as s2: a huge disservice to both the characters and the fans
