As a formerly unmedicated/undiagnosed ADHD haver that managed it for over 20 years before I got diagnosed formally my strategies for overcoming the Executive Dysfunction beast is:
Go to the library if you need to work without distractions, the environment and quiet atmosphere is kind of overpowered because it can make even a very busy mind lock in.
Try to regulate your consumption of caffeine, if you overdo it you might not get the effect of it after a while. Personally, I have always drank a lot of caffeine but I realized caffeiene dosen't even work on me even if I drank a redbull nothing changes and I could drink soda before sleeping and it doesn't do anything to my ability to sleep.
Be careful of habits that are related to dopamine addiction, I play a few live service games and gacha games myself but you should try to recognise patterns of behaviour and how they impact your ability to focus. I personally get more of the sit there and do nothing kind of ADHD, so this doesn't really apply to me but a lot of my friends have had to kick a lot of games out of their life because of how it made their ADHD worse.
Put it in a spreadsheet, this is the nerd in me speaking but I think it's easier to regulate your behaviour if you make an acountability chart of sorts. Put each half hour into a table and then put stuff you want to do into it. It's a planner but way more involved. If you don't like using excel or something just get a journal and keep it with your stuff in a backpack or whatever bag you carry with you. Some people tell me having a smart watch has helped them since it will vibrate on their wrist to hit key times they need to do stuff.
Find an accountability partner, this one is a lot harder than most but if you have a friend that has similar or related struggles wtih personal development it can be pretty difficult to hold yourself acountable for the things that you do each day. It doesn't make you a terrible person to be unproductive, but that doesn't mean it's healthy to let certain habits turn absorb our time to a debilitating degree. Today it's an afternoon wasted watching anime, tomorrow it's a power bill you forgot to pay off and you're freezing in the midst of winter with surcharges and late fees. Having another person to catch up with that isn't necessarily a therapist can be quite helpful, just remember to establish boundaries and not like overdo it.
Seeking help, not everyone is privileged enough to seek professional help or even find professionals who are sensitive to their needs and circumstances. It's different cause seeing a doctor is free in Australia, but if you have a primary care practitioner or GP you can request specialists that have certain experiences like whether its dealing with your cultural background or specific needs. Even if they cannot, it would not hurt to ask. It's not going to work for everyone, but for me, who was "just managing" for over 20 years, I had to suck it up and force myself to go through the process and I cannot state how stark the differnece is between me before and after. I hope you can find something that helps you.
Find a way to push the information you need to the top of your mental stack, this is gonna sound straight up deranged but I have like an innervoice, not like a person I talk to or that talks to me, but I process like an intense doomsday kind of scenario that essentially just says to me "hey man, if you relax right now, you're going to let your habits slip, and you're going to start regressing". It doesn't work for everyone and that's fine, I can only have that kind of internal pressure because I use it to drive myself and it doesn't have any auxiliary effect on making me feel like shit or something. The actual reason it works is because it's pushing my priority "tasks" to the top of my mental stack so I can then decide how to process them in a timely or actionable manner. Do not conceive of some doomsday scenario like me, that only works because it doesn't make me panic LOL - find a way to hold yourself accountable and confront pressing deadlines in a healthy way and it will definitely help you become more regimented. The best thing my psychiatrist has ever said to me when he asked how I keep my habits healthy I just said I go to the gym and I have a job, and he was like "those are just things that you do, you can still have unhealthy habits unrelated to those things in your off time" and I was like damn he is cooking. He is right though, my personal habits can be pretty bad, so that's why I try to ensure I don't numb my mind on the weekends. This feeds back into the spreadsheet thing because if you track your time usage it's easier to see what habits are statistically likely to destroy your ability to be productive in ways that you want to apply yourself whether it's your hobbies or something way more punishing like entrance/certification exams.

Hey goldfish :) It's 🌟 anon again (previous ask for reference: https://furiousgoldfish.tumblr.com/post/730639643605876736/hey-anon-from-this-post)
So things have changed quite a bit since the last time we spoke. Turns out we are in fact a system for one, and the host who was sending those asks has stepped down due to being extremely overwhelmed by being trapped in the situation we're in after realising just how bad things are. Bun still comes around to talk to our friends, and plans to return to being host once we get out of here, it's just too much for bun to be aware of how bad things are and still be stuck in this environment. In the meantime myself (the new host) and a couple of other alters are pushing forward with the plans to get out of here and holding down the fort, so to speak, until the day comes that we can get out of here. It's been a couple of months since this host change, and we've been doing alright so far.
Right now we're actually in the process of looking for a job! It's pretty hard, admittedly, considering that we don't actually have any qualifications (we were taken out of school when we were 9 years old) but we're hoping that something simple like just stacking shelves at the local supermarket won't require something like that. We're looking into it at the moment, hopefully it works out. Our long-term plan is to be able to learn to drive at least, so we can have more freedom, then start saving up to try and get our own place. One of the other alters here managed to reach out to social services to attempt to get help with finding housing, and we're just waiting on a reply from them. Assuming that works out, we might even be out of here in a year, which is really exciting!
Of course, with the potential escape so soon, it's starting to sink in that we...have no idea how to do a lot of things. Our mother refused to teach us anything because she was always "too busy", so we barely know how to make a simple sandwich (and even that's from one of our friends telling us!), let alone actually cook anything, and she has outright refused to teach us how to wash dishes, do laundry, or anything of the sort. That coupled with the fact we never got chores growing up means we have basically no life skills on top of the lack of qualifications, so there's a few of us who are terrified that we're going to fail.
I want to try and find something, at least, to help reassure those scared alters that we'll be okay, that we can make it out of here and stay out, but I have no idea where to start looking to try and learn anything, or even what to focus on first. Do you (or any of your followers) have any advice on where to start? Anything in particular I should be trying to learn now while we're still trapped here, to try and reassure the others that we'll make it?
Oh hey, glad to see you (or, the new host of your system) back!
So you are a system, god I am so sorry, that is one of the most extreme disorders you can have due to abuse and it proves that what was done to you was intensely cruel, inhumane and equal to torture. Kids don't develop something so extreme for no good reason, you had to become like this just to survive in your parents house. And they cut off our education, which sounds insane and illegal.
It makes sense for the old host to be overwhelmed, I remember when I realized how bad things are, I wanted to jump out of my own skin just not to be there anymore. I completely understand the old host's instincts to be inside where it's safer and to let others figure this out until you escape. I'm so glad you're planning to get out of there and to gain freedom, you deserve this and I believe you can make it out.
You're right that there's simple jobs that don't require much qualification, stacking shelves sounds great, I am guessing you could also do stuff like cleaning (what I do) or stuff that's easy to be trained for (I can't think of anything, I haven't done many jobs, if anyone can give recs in replies please do!)
I hope you do get out of there within a year! That does sound exciting, and even if it takes longer, as long as you keep trying you'll get there, I know sometimes it can feel impossible, especially when the abusers are onto you and work to sabotage you. Be sure to never reveal to them what you're up to!! Leave when they won't immediately notice! Don't let anyone know your location so you're safe from being discovered by them! The best safety from them you can have is them not knowing where you are or how to get to you, once these 2 things are accomplished, you are safe completely, and also you do need some income, but you already know all that.
I don't think I was even reading about survival skills back when I was living with abusers, because it just isn't the same when you can't immediately try out your new skills, the best way to learn is to try and figure it out on your own. I'd love to give you step-by-step instructions on how to cook, how to do laundry, how to clean, how to maintain your living space, how to organize and whatever else skill you want, but it's likely you wouldn't be able to try it out, and it would fade from your mind before you learned to use it. If you want I can still try and give you the instructions and you could save them for when it's useful!
There's a website I saw that gives step-by-step instructions to do any task, I want to link it here but right now I can't seem to find it, does anyone know what I'm talking about? It breaks down any activity to small steps that guide you trough the process, it was made for people who get overwhelmed by big tasks but do well with task broken down.
I do want to say that survival skills are pretty easy to learn and some of them super instinctive, and a lot is just about having confidence and the right information. I remember I got a lot of confidence from just learning how to tie a rope in different ways, I could make different knots, or create ladders or a swing using only rope, and that made me feel so smart and capable, even though I barely used it for anything except to show off.
I feel like I should do a basic instruction post about cooking, laundry, cleaning and maintaining living space and it would potentially make it easier to approach for a lot of people. I'll start on it now and you'll see it published a few hours from now.
You and your alters can definitely make it! If you can learn even skills that don't feel vital right now, like if you can sew a little pocket or make a cool knot, it will boost your confidence and give you a feeling on how exciting and rewarding it is to learn these things.

Power is not a means, it is an end. The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power. Now do you begin to understand me?” -  George Orwell, 1984
I recently read an article in the health magazine “Anxiety” titled, “The Psychology of Dictators: Power, Fear, Anxiety.” (02/03/24)  and was struck by the similarities between the personality traits described in the article and the  behaviour of Sir Kier Starmer.
Lets look at power first. Starmer's number one goal has always been power for powers sake.   His campaign to become Labour Party leader saw him make numerous left-wing political promises to Labour Party members, only for him to break everyone of them once he had secured the leadership of the party.
“Starmer: I’m ready to break pledges to make Labour electable"  (Independent: 28/09/21)
More recently we have this comment:
“Who is the real Keir Starmer? The man who won the Labour leadership in 2020 on a platform of left-wing pledges, and who thanked his “friend” Jeremy Corbyn during the contest? Or the one Westminster sees today, who abandoned many of those pledges and kicked Corbyn out of the party?”  Politico:30/06/23)
This brings us to the second personality trait: fear. Although powerful, dictators are constantly in fear of being challenged and overthrown by rivals, both real and imaginary. Dictators, claims the article, often become "vindictive", seeking retribution against those who disagree with them.
On becoming leader Starmer immediately instigated a purge of left-wing Labour MP’s and party members.  We know how he unceremoniously stripped Jeremy Corbyn of his Labour Party membership and of the disgraceful way he treated Dianne Abbott.
What is less well known are the accusations that he and his supporters blocked left-wing parliamentary candidates prior to the election campaign, replacing them with his own supporters.
“The Labour leader has been even more ruthless in imposing his favoured candidates on local parties than Tony Blair or Gordon Brown.” (Independent 30/05/24)
There have even been allegations of the Labour leadership being involved in vote rigging.
“Labour was plunged into crisis today after a bombshell report alleged that the selection contests for the Party’s parliamentary candidates may have been systematically rigged by supporters of Keir Starmer.”  (Labour Hub: 22/03/24)
The third trait of dictators is anxiety. This often leads to feelings of insecurity. I would suggest that two recent developments are clear signs of Starmer’s insecurity as a political leader: accusations of cronyism and his attack on democracy within the Labour Party
The media have recently been highlighting the appointment of former Labour Party donors to top civil servant jobs.
“Labour is facing allegations of cronyism after appointing several of its backers to prominent civil service roles.” (The Week: 27/08/24)
Yes, it is cronyism but it is also a glaring example of Starmer’s need to surround himself and his top team with “yes-men”. In the same way he has purged his party of internal opposition, he is stacking top civil service jobs with personnel who will carry out his orders unquestioningly. Starmer simply does not want to hear alternative views to his own, a typical trait of all dictators.
Also revealing of Starmer’s total aversion to opposition, and perhaps the most informative, is his plan to reverse the democratic processes of the Labour Party. Starmer has become so anxious and afraid of his own party members that he no longer trusts their judgement when it comes to party leadership elections.
“His plan, as briefed, is to confine the vote for his successor just to Labour MPs, eliminating the wider party membership.” (Prospect: 28/08/24)
This is what ALL dictators do, they stifle the opposition, both real and imagined, they slowly erode democratic processes, and they repeatedly make and break promises at will.
Starmer has repeated said he is going to “reset” Britain
“Starmer pledges to ‘reset’ Britain as Labour takes over after 14 years of Conservative rule”  (CNN World: 05/07/24)
If by this he means resetting Britain in his own image -  power hungry, untrustworthy, dishonest, vindictive, insecure and anti-democratic – then we might as well bring back the Tories.

Because I wrote an entire essay for some guy on discord and I figured might as well put it somewhere someone might actually read it (some things are lacking context but just keep reading the arguments I'm refuting are mostly kneejerk reactions that will be evident from my response):
Capitalism does not address scarcity. It vastly, VASTLY overproduces cheap consumer goods (christmas gift type goods are made in the billions months or even years before the year they're to be sold in, completely divorced from market predictions) while completely neglecting or making unattainably expensive essential goods like high density housing, public transit vehicles, life saving medication, quality food, etc.
Capitalist profit-seeking drives unnsustainable food practices like intensive animal agriculture, monocropping, industrial fertilizer and chemical weeding. Causes cities to implode by building endless suburbs whose tax income does not cover the costs of road and utility maintenance as well as moving industry to areas with cheaper labor and destroying ecosystems with illegal or unregulated dumping and pollution. Insulin is VERY cheap to make and the patent was sold for $1 decades ago. It has gotten more expensive even relative to other expensive medications, soaring dozens of times faster than inflation would imply. After WW2, car companies that made absurd amounts of money off of building tanks and planes then bought up public transit across the US and literally stacked it in a pile and burned it. There's photos of hundreds of burnt out streetcars with Henry Ford (who inspired parts of Mein Kampf and profited off of Jewish slave labor before the war btw) smoking a cigar and looking rather pleased with himself in the foreground. These are just off the top of my head
[9:41 PM]Now for how non-capitalist economies differ:
When removed from the stress of having to earn a living and the desire to accumulate enough to give their children a better life, most people are often very willing to help each other out for free. Under the stress of capitalist workdays (which are literally designed to make you too tired to think, shorter workweeks and workdays have been proven to significantly improve productivity in all sectors), people don't have the energy to spare to help their neighbor. However, pretty much everyone expresses some desire to make the world a better place if they were able. What would you personally do if you didn't have to worry about rent or your next meal or clothes or transportation ever again? Maybe play video games and [redacted] for a week straight but after that? Pretty much everyone is gonna say "hang out with loved ones and cook food."
All necessary forms of labor/work are enjoyable or at least bearable in the name of the greater good to some people. There are people who fucking LOVE picking up trash, like being a sanitation worker is literally the only job they ever want to have. A pretty sizeable chunk of the population enjoys growing plants and taking care of animals and there are methods of farming that require remarkably little effort. Pretty much everyone has a hobby they either currently enjoy or would love to pick up that is required for people to have comfortable lives, but cannot dedicate themselves to it because it would not be profitable enough to live off of
[9:56 PM]decommodifying goods and services fixes this, everyone can do at least one of the things they like doing because there is no threat of violence if you don't work (violence meaning eviction, starvation, freezing to death, etc) In addition to refocusing labor on what actually makes people enjoy their labor, it makes it pretty easy to keep up with demand. "Oh we need more food? Ok well go give people some seeds from the seed library and tools from the tool library. Now we have more food." "We need more clothing? Ok tell the sheperds to let more of their flock have kids and the textile mills to work an extra thirty minutes a day for the next month" (side note, there's finally been developments in automating clothesmaking. Tailoring will be more important after capitalism to ensure clothes are better fitting and last longer but the general forms won't need slave waged third world workers anymore soon)
[9:59 PM]Without states or capitalists to bicker over resources, there's no reason for wars. There will still be some interpersonal violence but without needing drug money to make life bearable (or like, baby formula bc apparently it's violent crime for someone to shoplift baby formula) how often do you think there will be THAT much violent crime? (although various other forms of hierarchy will need to be torn down in order to stop hate crimes like lynchings, mass shootings, and rape)
honestly really the only refutation needed for this as you have worded it is paleontology. Some of our most ancient ancestors have signs of living decades after debilitating injuries that would have rendered them utterly useless to family and unable to care for themselves. This necessitates that they were cared for at great inconvenience for upwards of fifty years tens of thousands of years before the earliest hints of civilization, let alone the currency to pay for a hospice nurse
[10:07 PM]Also, even in the context of mineral mining, without the need for phone companies to sell phones every year, electronics will become much longer lasting and more selectively repairable, meaning less minerals will be removed from use and fewer minerals will be needed to support all the products that are never actually bought in the first place. Even more so with cars, public transit vehicles carry orders of magnitude more people for relatively similar requirements and they don't even NEED conflict minerals in some cases because of overhead electricity being a solution to the tyranny of the battery equation (has someone coined that phrase yet? it seems like a very obvious parallel to the rocket equation now that I think about it but anyways) ok I think I've completely poured my remaining braincells for the day into this I'm gonna take a nap now

You Should Hire A Virtual Assistant & Here’s Why
To Hire a Virtual Assistant is a suitable solution for your business if you are tired of spending hours in front of the computer without free time for yourself, your friends, or your family. You might be wondering if hiring a Virtual Assistant is worth it.
We’ve all heard about how a Virtual Assistant can help your business succeed. But how? Here’s a list of ten reasons you must hire a Virtual Assistant (VA) to help reach your goals.
What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant provides remote services to different brands and businesses. Additionally, Virtual Assistant offers numerous benefits in the business, such as:
Grasping the most potential talent that your business needs
Less supervision
Reduces the workload
Keeps business owners away from entrepreneurial burnout
Despite these benefits, there’s a big decision to make regarding outsourcing. And since business owners always aim for success, they will undoubtedly take risks. This is due to the reason that VA leverages the business’s utmost potential.
Virtual Assistants can help everyone needing assistance, such as:
Business owners
Coaches
Teachers
Real Estate professionals
Doctors
Brands
Influencers
Embracing a Virtual Assistant means delegating remotely and with some training, especially on the client’s preferences. Thus, business owners can enjoy a work-life balance and focus on the essential tasks alone.
There are millions of Virtual Assistants ready to assist clients today. They are primarily in administration, sales, marketing, finance, customer service, human resource, IT, creatives, and many others. Virtual Assistants can work hourly or with fixed-rate jobs starting at $5/hour or $500 monthly.

Top Three Reasons Why you Need a Virtual Assistant
1. Reduce Costs
Onboarding a new employee means additional expenses. Thus, when business owners hire a Virtual Assistant, it saves costs for training, benefits, and other fees. Considering a VA is an independent worker. Business owners can spend on something other than leave credits and benefits like a regular employee receives.
2. Saves time
Most of the VAs have experience in their expertise. This means that you can skip training. They know what to do and have the knowledge and skills to impact your business growth. And since VAs are remote workers, they know how to manage their time and tasks well. On top of that, a Virtual Assistant can multitask while ensuring quality outputs.
3. Proper tasks delegation
When you outsource, you are delegating tasks effectively. Why is that so? As your business is continuously growing, tasks are also increasing. In that case, you need to leverage a Virtual Assistant’s abilities in coping with duties. Similarly, your office employees can focus on their tasks, and you, as the owner, will focus on and prioritize core duties.
Where to Find an Effective Virtual Assistant?
Besides the services a VA can do for your business, a VA’s help will empower your business strategy. Now, are you ready to embrace a Virtual Assistant in your business?
But, before that, you need to be aware of where you can spot an excellent Virtual Assistant. And here are the top three best places to find a VA.

If the barista is travelling half an hour to get to work it's not a 15-minute city. Urban planning advocates for walkable cities aren't saying that we should do this for rich neighborhoods, or even just middle-class neighborhoods. They're suggesting we make changes in how to plan cities as a whole. Not just part of cities, the whole city.
One of the big things that walkable city advocates talk about is the need to fill the "missing middle." I.e., the US and Canada have basically two main types of housing: single-family detached suburban house with a ginormous yard, and high-density apartment complexes. There's no "medium density" housing--and that creates not just unwalkable cities but also economic segregation. What we don't have are the types of neighborhoods with medium-density housing. Which can have anything from single-family houses on small lots to duplexes to triple-deckers (houses that are basically three identical apartments stacked on top of each other) to row houses to courtyard bungalos to small apartment buildings. Such neighborhoods tend to be much more walkable, because there are enough people within walking distance to sustain businesses. Also, there's usually a main street or high street somewhere in the neighborhood, which has buildings with businesses and offices at street level and apartments above them. But in addition to being walkable, neighborhoods like that are a lot less segregated by income than the current US system. Because you don't have whole sections of town reserved exclusively for Big Suburban House On A Big Lot where the whole development is identical houses designed for upper-middle-class people. There's different types of housing mixed in! You still get class and income differences in neighborhoods, but those differences are often less pronounced, and even when they are extreme, you're still more likely to have a neighborhood with a different class strata within a couple of miles. Because your zoning and development plan is not tailor-made for socio-economic stratification. If you go on Youtube and look at videos about the "missing middle" (the fact that we haven't built medium-density "middle" housing since WWII), they generally talk a lot about why such neighborhoods are more pleasant and economically viable, they don't talk about the likely effect that building such neiborhoods will likely have on the class and racial segregation of America's cities. But like. It's not a coincidence that usually when they show an example of such a neighborhood that does exist in the US, it is rather more diverse than th suburbs tend to be.
Also, if anyone has to travel a half-hour to work but can still do the rest of their activities within a fifteen minute walk from their house, that would still be a net gain over the current system of isolation and food deserts. Ideally, we will eventually have cities designed so that working-class and service-class people will not be priced out of the areas where they work! But that's not going to happen overnight. The fact that we can't achieve that goal perfectly now doesn't mean the goal is bad.
Even if we completely redeveloped every city so that it's possible for every person to work within a fifteen minute walk from their home, not everybody would actually end up living that close to work for a variety of reasons. I mean, even if you did live within a fifteen minute walk from your job, would you move if you got a job on the other side of town? Probably not! The most important thing for quality of life and local community is not where people work, but where they live and shop and go to school and hang out. And that's what walkable cities is focused on (for now).

Mastering Full Stack Learning: A Comprehensive Guide
In today’s tech-driven world, full stack learning is an invaluable asset for anyone aspiring to enter the software development field. By understanding both front-end and back-end technologies, you can become a versatile developer capable of handling entire projects from conception to deployment. This article provides a structured approach to mastering full stack development, offering essential insights, key technologies, and tips for effective learning.
1. Understanding Full Stack Development

In this article, I’ll be sharing the technical expertise and help you understand all that freaky on the first sight staff. There will be information about stacks, frameworks, programming languages etc., - everything that can help one understand aspects of developing tools that are commonly used in web development agencies. What is MEAN stack development? So, today we are going to talk about MEAN, not the adjective, but the abbreviation for the Javascript web development stack that consists of:MongoDB - database.Express.js - application server, used for the backend.Angular.js - web application framework, used for the frontend.Node.js - web server. The MEAN stack today is a modern and more flexible analog of LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) web development stack. While LAMP requires special OS, MEAN can be developed on every OS - Windows, Mac, Linux.Technical features of MEAN technology stackMongoDB MongoDB is a document-oriented database specially created to store hierarchical data structures (documents) and is implemented using a NoSQL approach. This NoSQL approach represents a fundamental shift in the persistence strategy. The programmer spends less time writing SQL statements and more writing the map/reduce functions in JavaScript. This eliminates the huge layers of transformation logic since MongoDB initially produces the JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) format. As a result, writing of REST web services is extremely easy.Express.js Express.js is free and open-source web application framework that runs on top of Node.js. It is used for backend development. The huge step from LAMP is a transition from a traditional generation of pages on the server side to targeting single-page applications (SPA) on the client side. Express allows you to manage and route/generate pages on the server side, but other components of MEAN stack such as Angular.js turn it more into client side.Angular.jsAngular.js is frontend MVC (Model-View-Controller) framework in Javascript with an open-source software. The transition to SPA does not simply translate the MVC artifacts from the server to the client device. This is also a jump from the mentality of synchronism to the mentality of asynchronism, which is essentially event-driven. And perhaps, most importantly is the movement from page-oriented applications to component-oriented applications.Node.js JavaScript development platform for server-side. It transforms JavaScript from a highly specialized language to general-purpose language. Node.js replaces Apache from the LAMP stack. But Node.js is much more than just a web server. In fact, the finished application is not deployed on a separate web server; instead, the web server itself is included in the application and automatically installed as part of the MEAN stack. As a result, the deployment process is greatly simplified, since the required version of the web server is explicitly defined along with the remaining dependencies of the execution time. Why we prefer using the MEAN stack over LAMP?During the last 10 years of our existence, we have always been trying to improve our development process. We rejected ineffective, slow or narrow-oriented tools and worked hard to deliver only high-quality results. We tried using LAMP and actually we still use it in some projects, but the transition to MEAN stack development is where we are heading to. Why? Here is the answer: One programming language (JavaScript) - less confusion with syntax. On AngularJS it is convenient to make rich client applications that do not require reloading of pages (MVC, event model, routing, the possibility of creating components + this killer-feature: two-way data binding). On Node.js in conjunction with Express framework, it is good to do RESTful API backend. When the server sends only the data to JSON, and the client itself is engaged in the submission. This reduces the connectivity of the client and server + simplifies the creation of a mobile application in the future (it will come in handy with the same API).
Of course, the RESTful API can be done in PHP, but the PHP process will be created and terminated with each request, spending resources on initialization, while the process on Node.js hangs in memory all the time.Asynchrony. Even the fact that any mean stack example can be implemented two times faster because of asynchrony, make us believe, that is one of the best options. Node.js does not block the current process when accessing external resources (for example, the database). This allows, among other things, to execute several requests in parallel. Node.js has a cool NPM package manager and a cool package community. Under any task, be it PDF generation or Email sending, it's easy to find a package with a concise interface and add it to your application. So with these technologies, the MEAN stack developers can build applications with higher quality in less time so that they can deliver a quick result to the customer while fewer resources are used. 5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Problems are encountered on any development project, which require strong problem-solving abilities in order to quickly resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
6. Communication Skills: Success in a project is communicated through clear communication. Any good WordPress developer will interface with the client, and his needs will be understood properly. The client will even be updated throughout the course of development.
Good WordPress Developers
Some individual developers and agencies have showcased their skills and innovative practices in the WordPress community over time:
- WP Engine: They have great hosting services and offer development services for creating high-performance sites by focusing on security and scaling.

Selecting the Best Developer for You
If you need a WordPress developer, here's what to do:
1. State Your Requirements: Clearly indicate what you aim to have in your site. This may be just an e-commerce website or a blog, but as long as you state these goals clearly, it means you would be finding one with a similar background to address your request.
2. Browse Through the Available Portfolios: Take note of all the projects you find the developer had conducted in their portfolio. Since a great portfolio tells and showcases style, technical aspect, and delivery capacity and experience regarding projects such as yours.
3. Check Reviews and Testimonials: Former clients can often be pretty good at indicating if a developer is trustworthy, communicative, or a producer of quality work. Look to Clutch or Google Reviews for helpful references.
4. Ask About Their Process: As vital as it is to understand specifics of a developer's tech stack, it's also important to understand the overall process they follow. Question their project management approaches they may use, their attitude toward communication, and what they believe about feedbacks and revisions.
5. Maintenance Support: You will sometimes need updates done and general maintenance. As you search for a developer, look at the amount of post-launch support that they give, including security updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
Conclusion
A best WordPress developer is that one individual who will put your online presence right. With the technical know-how, beautiful design skills, and high-quality user experience, you could get that developer that matches your needs but will also help uplift your brand further. For every talented developer and agency ready to go, their efforts in doing the proper research will be rewarded over time. Whether you're looking to start a new website or enhance an existing one, a good developer should help you reach your milestones and have a long-lasting influence online.
