YOU AND GETO HAVE BEEN SEEING EACH OTHER for a few months now. almost every weekend you two link up and fuck the stress out of each other. and it definitely worked because after you two were done with each other, all your worries and stresses are thrown out the window just in time for a new week of new stress to build up.

but you two strictly kept it like that. there was quite nothing romantic between the two of you at all, and you or him were gone before the other could wake up. you were both hard to read – you could barely understand geto and he could hardly understand you.

you had called him to come over a while ago and he showed up about five minutes after, which was faster than usual considering the fact his apartment is a 18 minute drive from yours.

you jumped at the sudden sound of your door handle being fondled until you see the person who comes in, "hey y/n, i picked up some cookies for us to bake," geto greeted you, waving the container of cookie dough before shutting your front door and placing the container on your counter. "why'd you call me over though?" he asked you, making his way to sit next to you on your couch, pressing a kiss on your forehead before he sat down.

"i wanted to talk to you about our whole.. y'know.." you trailed off, hoping he knew what you were talking about. when he realized what you were talking about, he began to listen carefully.

"yeah? well what about it?" geto furrowed his eyebrows together, making eye contact with you.

you took a deep breath, "i'm gonna be honest, i've caught feelings for you and you probably knew that." you admitted, looking away from him. you fidgeted with the end of your shirt.

he nodded in response, motioning for you to continue. "and correct me if i'm wrong, but you feel the same well, don't you?"

geto chuckled softly, "i'm gonna be honest dollface, i've probably liked you longer than you've liked me." he tells you, his mouth curled into a shameless grin and his eyebrows raised in amusement. "ever since i accidentally kissed you, i've been hooked on you." he admitted.

"damn, it's been that long?" you teased him, a smirk tugging at the corners of your lips. he rolled his eyes in response before you began talking, "you drive me crazy at night though. i've gotten so used to sleeping next to you, it's like when you aren't there, i can't get any sleep. anyway, just saying that if we were dating, you wouldn't have to worry about me telling you about guys anymore." you winked playfully, putting your hands up in fake surrender.

geto was amused with your confession. he thought he was the only one with sleepless nights whenever you weren't next to him. he's gotten too used to your warmth. "i second that, the week where you were out on a buisness trip for your job, i was being driven to my insanity. my eye bags were terrible, don't you remember?" he shakes his head at the memory, followed by a soft laugh.

"aw, ya missed me," you coed, teasing him.

he clicked his tongue, "'course i did. but i knew i wasn't supposed to, so i tried to seek out another girl in the club," he shamefully admitted. "but i didn't find someone who appealed me more than you do." he muttered, letting out a sigh.

"i'm hurt, i was gone for a week and you already tried looking for a replacement," you sigh dramatically, clenching the fabric of your shirt where your heart would be.

"keyword, tried." he smirked. "you have me fucked up, i can't even find other girls attractive anymore. you've set the standard and it's you. it's an issue y/n, real big issue." he frowned.

"not too big of an issue, if we dated then i wouldn't have to worry 'bout you getting with another girl." you bragged proudly. he raised an eyebrow at you and you let out a giggle in response. "don't worry, you're my type brought to life so you won't have to worry about me finding someone else." you reassured.

"but i already–" you gave him those eyes that he couldn't resist. the eyes you give him whenever you're shopping with him and you want him to buy something for you. he scoffed, rolling his eyes before he gave in, "okay, fine." he says quietly, giving in.

you cleared your throat, "do you wanna go out with me suguru?" you asked, the biggest grin threatening to curl your lips.

he sighed, holding back a smile, "yes y/n, i'd love to go out with you." he exaggerated.

I read THROAM for the first time in ~5 years. Here's what I have to say.

Volume I: There was so many characters I forgot about when going into the fic. Pete, Jac, Spencers family. I cant believe I forgot them. Pete will always be a fave because everyone hates him and it makes me laugh. The first volume was always my 2nd favorite, I think it still is. overall, the storyline isn't complicated and I like that. Ryan is such an asshole so I dont feel bad for him one bit in any of the fic. Also, I used to say that the bus crash was Brendons fault (I was 13, okay?) But Ryan was just an unstable motherfucker who truly should not be trusted to drive a vehicle of any kind.

Volume II: holy shit. I hate volume two. Not saying the writing is bad but Jesus Christ, Ryan is an asshole. bro literally stalked Brendon after he ran into him at that party like what? I had messaged a friend after finishing volume 2, saying "I'm a really nice person I never wanna make people feel sad, let alone make a whole fictional story about someone being severely depressed and unstable whilst chasing a boy then fucking his bf at the end???" and I think that perfectly sums up how I feel (and always felt) about volume two. other than the fact that I used to say that it was Brendons fault. (I was 13. THIRTEEN) it wasn't his fault. Some parts were, yeah, but it's hard to pinpoint everything that happened on one person. at the end of the day, its a good story I just Hate it (does that make sense) I love it but I hate it? it remains my least favorite purely for the pain it put me through.

Volume III: I love this volume. I always have. Sisky is amazing, we all love Sisky. I will say the iconic song/album references/jokes made me cringe a bit, though. Im not exactly sure what about this fic I always liked so much, I guess you can really see Ryans character growth and finally not be as much as a miserable fuck (he's still unstable dw) Since Ryan is less insufferable, it makes the volume more enjoyable. I like that Spencer and Ryan became friends again, I think it makes the book more enjoyable and tbh I think Spencer rly tied vol 3 together, if he wasn't part of it it would lowk suck. overall, best volume cant wait to host the throam tour where we go to hotel Chelsea then machias.

final thoughts: if I thought throam was 100% good when I was 13, Id say now that I think throam is about 85% good now. (does that make sense pt 2) this fic has sent me back into being 13 and I have been blasting some pretty. odd. (im listening to it rn as im typing this) and listening to this album just makes my life feel more simple. still a solid fic, I think it would be an amazing published book. and I think we can all agree that it would be amazing to see THROAM movies (in our dreams)

dally: - in reality probably a slacker😭 - but everyone’s happy to have him there cause he fine asf - anyways he’d be the biggest procrastinator - doesn’t do ANYTHING in class but secretly takes his part home and just grinds it out - it’s pretty low quality but it’s done - after pulling an all-nighter he probably looks at it and cringes cause it’s kinda trash - so he just puts his name first and erases all evidence that he messed the project up😭 - best team player /j

two-bit: - a blast to have on the team - like when the teacher was announcing groups everyone was hype to have the funny kid - probably wrecks the project but he’s like “oh shit oh no uhhh ill buy everyone something from the vending machine after okay😔☝️” - these kids GPAs will never recover after being in a group with two😭 - but it’s just cause he’s so funny everyone gets distracted and doesn’t do any work - probably forgets to put his name on the project - which is ok cause he did like nothing LMAO

steve: - he’s usually pretty chill - but when it’s crunch time and the project isn’t finished he’s a bit of a bitch - like “are you done with your part yet?” and then the teammate is like “…no” and he hits them with the biggest eye roll - then he just does it himself - also puts his name first or claims the best part as his own - everyone side eyes him when he freaks when the teacher says there’s ten minutes left of work time - he’s goofy in a good mood though so it’s not all stress and nerves - probably gets his team a solid B

LMAOAOA I DID FINISH!! i think part of it too was just me realizing i needed to give up on gege and accept that i had to come up with my own ending because honestly i finished around when shinjuku started becoming that weird repetitive cycle of fights and that gave me the courage to stop waiting for him to give me a satisfying ending and just become canon divergent…i can’t write a story if i don’t know the end beforehand which is why part 1 of pi was super quick for me — the “end” was planned in terms of the end of vol0 and her bringing yuta back to life!! but then i didn’t know where part 2 and everything with tullia that i set up was going to go until i had the vision of her dying to kill sukuna (also fun fact the way the title connects at the end with the blood like pomegranates was not in fact foreshadowed it just came to me as i was writing the epilogue…i don’t even remember where i got the idea for the title for atp but it was well before i even had the idea for the blood pact and all of that LMAOAO pi was one of those stories that genuinely wrote itself and came together perfectly as i went which made me seem like a foreshadowing genius but in fact it was just happy coincidence)
