If you’ve been up to something bad, and you hear jingling coming down the hall, you’d better run! They will either verbally or literally eviscerate you! Maybe both!

Sha Hualing sometimes gains everyone's attention by just violently shaking Shen Yuan around - honestly, it's like a whole bank is in those pockets with how loudly he jingle jangles. He kind of lets it happen, blinking around in confusion as everyone goes silent; I like to think he's become immune to how loud he sounds if he so much as trips without muffling talismans on, so everyone's reactions confuse him as he's placed back down onto the floor. They're the kind of people you'd see gossiping in court, giggling and absolutely slaughtering people with words alone as they admire each other's shinies - yes, SHL sometimes has to stop SY from stealing them, but she finds it hilarious and he just REALLY wants those shinies. They get each other the best gifts because they both always just want jewellery, okay??

I don't know if anybody has pointed this out yet, but, iii and ivy's masks match eachother! They're replicant molds, but their colours are reversed. Plus, while the black part of ivy's mask is smooth, iii's is rough, which Ivy replicates around the eye!

thinking about Vil and Lysander’s friendship. thinking about how at first Lysander was almost scared of Vil, because well. it's Vil, who wouldn't be? but that he quickly realized that Vil is only so cold and harsh because he cares. and thinking about how much Lysander came to depend on Vil because he tends to be flighty and panic in crisis situations but Vil always stays calm and knows what to do and Lysander wants to be like that too.

and thinking about how because Lysander sees Vil as dependable and safe, he often goes to Vil when he can't sleep. and about how Vil doesn't say it but he's so worried that Lysander comes to him with his insomnia so often

and thinking about how much Lysander struggled with his masculinity and how much meeting Vil, who's so unabashedly confident in who he is, has helped him

and thinking about how during book 5 Lysander still reaches his hand out to ob!Vil because no matter what he believes that at his core, Vil is good and his friend and would never ever really hurt any of them
