There’s nothing too crazy happening in this AU, it’s mainly just Marx, Taranza and Susie pulling up to merry magoland one day and wanted to join in on the fun- Magolor happily accepted their offer- the more the merrier :D

Its focused on their friendships/bonds with a bit of therapy thrown into there with some angst moments you know the drill- but in the end this is all just for fun, just a silly AU with silly characters being silly (and sad but mostly silly)

ahem so... Out of curiosity.. if the dnd con au crew were to pick out Halloween costumes what would they pick?

Funnily enough I had spooky’s ask saved asking something in similar vein earlier this month so I’ll answer it now :)

In my campaign a Halloween equivalent exists along with a day of the dead equivalent! It’s called the Day of Harvest and many people celebrate it by dressing up as creatures or something equivalent to a god they worship to promote good harvest and luck for the future- but also having fun and just dressing up to make treats! And the next day is the Day of Condolence, where people go and make shrines for people who have passed on into afterlife/limbo and can take it back to their realm. It’s a very bittersweet day :)

As for costumes-

First thought I would say is that they would all do a mighty Nein group bc I think that would be funny (Dream as Caleb, Cala as Nott/Veth, Spooky as Jester and Fundy as Fjord) but they don’t exist here so that’s not my actual answer (will draw that in the future tho)

Cala would be a jester, ironically enough! But in shades of green that represent XD, so the outfit of the first pic with the mask of the second pic!

Spooky is the easiest- she would be a cat obviously, but she’d be specifically a moorbounder hybrid :) so something like this with humanoid traits but she would look more unhinged- so like this with the aesthetic of the animal with the big tusks too :)

Fundy would honestly dress up as an artificer! He loves their outfits and he felt like if he wasn’t trained under Wilbur or born in a different place he would be an artificer and inventor-

And Dream

Well- Dream is a given on what he would be for Halloween

He would also use one of Cala’s jester masks to cover his face but yeah a lich with green tattered robes

Vbs music headcanons based on my music taste

Kohane - she seems like the kind of person to like Laufey. Her favorite songs would probably be Falling Behind and Promise. Also Ricky Montgomery. Also The Crane Wives. She makes me feel like she likes soft but slightly sad love songs. Emphasis on the soft. Also Hozier lover. Her favorite album is Wasteland, Baby! As for her Mitski album, I’d say Retired From Sad, New Career in Business. Can’t explain this one, I just went with sound

An - Olivia Rodrigo, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, Dove Cameron, and definitely Girl in Red. I feel like she likes 90s rock a lot. And indie artists. Considering she most likely grew up on older rock? Also Queen fan. No arguments. Also Lana Del Ray girlie. Toya got her into her. She likes Brooklyn Baby and Stargirl Interlude. And Penelope Scott? Maybe not but I think so. Mitski album- Be the Cowboy. I think she’d like Nobody a lot.

Akito - I mean it’s confirmed he listens to everything but I know for a fact he likes soft metal/hard rock. Also alt/indie. So; Avenged Sevenfold, Mother Mother, Nirvana, Green Day (he’d like Kill the DJ the most), MCR (/j but not really. I think he’d like Teenagers and Na Na Na), Sleeping with Sirens. Also Odetari is his favorite. Not gonna explain if you’ve listened to him. Jhariah as well. Made a post about this a while back but I feel like him and Ena both like Billie Eillish. Pranks! What are some notable pranks that have happened between these characters? (Specifically I was watching this clip from The Office and I was wondering if any of them ever did it)

OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS CLIP

Bruce would 100% conduct this particular prank. Griffin is his subject for this. He’ll whistle a tune, preferably a song Griffin likes and then immediately after will ask if he wants a Hershey kiss. Griffin loves hershey’s so obviously, he says yes. This keeps going until Bruce whistles the tune and Griffin looks up like a dog waiting for a treat. Bruce acts confused and Griffin just holds out his hands. Bruce considers the experiment a success but gives Griffin the hershey kiss anyway!

Griffin will sometimes sign absolute random nonsense on purpose and whoever he’s signing to is completely confused and he’s like “do you know what I said?” and one of the others is like “yeah?” trying to act like they do and Griffin is like “good because someone signed it to me earlier and i dont know what it means. can you explain?” and Griffin just giggles as he watches the complete confused stare of the person he is talking to

Whenever Amy is hanging out with the others and they have a drink and set it down she waits for them to come back and she’s then like “if you can guess which finger i dipped in that juice i’ll buy you a new bottle” and watches the sheer HORROR on the other person’s face

If Bruce is staying over at Vance and Griffin’s house and gets up to get water, and if awake, Billy and Griffin make a prank that literally scares the shit out of Bruce. Billy waits until Bruce closes the cabinet after getting a cup to turn the lights out. Bruce looks around clearly startled but he almost has a heart attack when he sees Griffin in a back bend VERY quickly crawl through the kitchen he screams so loud and Vance wakes up and comes down stairs to see the chaos like “what the fuck”
