Dear parents,

Great day!

Pleased to inform you that a State Level Competition will be conducted at our institution. Drawing and Handwriting competitions will be conducted for one hour.

Drawing sheets, colour pencils, sketch pens, pencils with rubber tip, Doms sharpener, participation certificate, and chocolates will be provided at free of cost. Topics will be given for each standard.

Fees:

Drawing: Rs.150/- only.

Handwriting: Rs.150/- only.

District Level and State Level winners are announced and prizes and shields will be distributed!

You may invite your friends and family members. ALL THE VERY BEST WISHES!

unfortunately the "you're unlovable and going to die alone" hormones hit on Sunday/Monday, but my birthday was nice and people did prove my own stupid brain wrong. it was a pleasant, chill day, I had a half day at work bc my annual leave is dire, ate some very good food, then had a Succession watch party.

fingers crossed for the coming year, it literally cannot suck any more than 30 did.

Honestly not great :D I ended up going to sleep at around 5am, didn’t get enough of things done & managed to majorly fuck up my sleep schedule. Aka basically the authentic allnighter experience

you see the thing is that humanity and society and politics and nature and the universe are all unbelievably complicated and vast and beautiful and interconnected and it’s impossible to ever really understand a thing without understanding the myriad intersecting systems and structures and causes and effects and contexts and relationships that give it meaning and that means that knowledge is never complete and learning is infinite so maybe the point of life is to remain curious and open minded to the world and to keep exploring new fields of knowledge and acquiring new skills and to have as many conversations and connections as you possibly can because maybe humanity has gotten a little lost and forgotten the point of all our incessant searching and striving and creating and destroying and assembling and dismantling and innovating and investigating and analysing but at the end of the day as the physicists say we are the cosmos made conscious and life is the means by which the universe understands itself

my problem with having a best friend who wears glasses and is also dyslexic is that she is always late because 1. she can't fucking see the bus number and misses it 2. she gets the numbers confused and either takes the wrong bus or misses it entirely it is no longer a surprise if she ended up at the wrong side of town
