I got my motivation to draw back!! So I drew something cute!! ...Err, I mean Blaze hallucinating dead people and demon alter-egos whom he kind of turned into a patron of sorts despite his patron being said dead circus stuck in his head?

I think any Genasi with element-based hair (eg. Blaze’s fire hair, Tempest’s fog hair) would be affected by their environment/mood. Like Blaze here I picture as having just come out of the shower/bath, so his fire hair is down to embers. Tempest, however...

...It’s a barbarian rage thing, I think. His parents are an Air Genasi and Fire Genasi, and his older sister was a Fire Genasi, so when she died and became his ‘patron’ of sorts, he can get Pissed and look like a Fire Genasi to some degree. Or at least that’s the logic.

What’s with me and fucked up characters? Blaze is haunted by ghosts, Tempest’s got PTSD, Axel’s traumatized with so many mental health conditions... lmao? I guess? I like depth and this is how I made depth with three of my favourites.

🌪️ TORNADO - what is the biggest change you've ever made to them? how have they changed from their original version?

Finn's entire personality and design is a huge ass change. He was originally very mousy and easily startled. And also thin as a stick XD his hair and eyes were completely different too. He's soft-spoken but very confident and straightforward now, and ofc he's got his current design. ...Which I'm updating again, btw XD. He's got Silas' swirly black markings on his arms, back and torso now.

Silas was originally just a vague concept, someone who I mentioned from time to time for Finn stuff. He was just "Papa Clearcove", he was Finn's mysterious dad, and that was about it.

😨 FEARFUL - when scared, do they go into "flight" or "fight"?

Silas goes into fight, considering the fact that it takes a lot to scare him. He will however, go for flight if the threat is bigger than he he can take on. Morrigan is also fight.

Blaze, Finn, and Clyde are all flight XD

💓 BEATING HEART - what gets their heart racing?

In a romantic sense? Just being his partner and loving him always does it. Say something flirty or give him a gift or some affection, even if you don't see it on his face, his heart is running a marathon. Also. Pretty guys. He gets flustered though he gets over it after a while XD

☁️ CLOUD - a soft headcanon

His experience with cooking for himself has him cooking for his friends, too. He'll give them something like biscuits, but he'll act huffy about it. (Also he likes looking for shapes in clouds *ahem*)

💚 GREEN HEART - what things make your oc feel comforted? hugs, kisses, food?

Food. Touch makes him uncomfortable or afraid, and food makes him incredibly happy, so giving him something to snack on when he's upset or mad is actually pretty nice for him.

🌟 GLOWING STAR - what do they think about when they look at the night sky? is there someone they want to star gaze with?

Morrigan thinks two things: 1, wow that's so pretty, and 2: I wonder if someone up there shared cosmic magic with us. Cosmic magic as a concept has been wild to him from the start since it feels like it's something that shouldn't be attainable? He doesn't really know how to explain it, but it's so powerful and otherworldly that it's mesmerising for him every time he uses it. He'd happily stargaze with Ezra, Alastair or Silas :)

Silas finds it beautiful as well, but he can never stop thinking about how vast and infinite it is, and how oddly happy it makes him feel? Silas doesn't like small, tight, spaces and though the Abyss is huge it still felt small due to how empty and void it was. The sky is filled with stars and looking at it makes him feel hopeful. Stargazing would be a more special moment for him, so he'd prefer to do it alone, but he wouldn't mind sharing with Finn or Morrigan

🌈 RAINBOW - what advice would they give to their younger self?

Morrigan... hmm. He'd probably tell his younger self that everything's gonna be OK, eventually. He gets out, he finds someone, he's happy. Redirect your anger, don't put so much energy into being a chaotic rule breaker because you feel your future isn't your own once you leave NRC, that's not true. It's something younger Morrigan would have really benefitted from hearing.

Yile’s POV:

Yile stared at her phone, the circulating lyrics lighting up and fading like a Ferris wheel. Should she accessorise the plain background? Gnawing on her bottom lip, she decided on captioning with the song title and added an emoji. The white question mark would fit perfectly with the song’s title. Besides, it would pair with Minghao’s red question mark. It would look cute :] ,Yile thought. She hoped it wasn’t crossing a line. Her heart raced.

Minghao’s POV:

Great. Yile reciprocated his message. The continuation of the lyrics and the addition of a white question mark emoji to mirror his red one? Well done him. Minghao screamed internally.

Now what? He was sure they had moved on to the next level of ✨mutual friendship✨. But did this mean that they were friends? Were the lyrics she chose supposed to mean something or simply a continuation of what he started? Was the white emoji supposed to mean something? He stared at the words. He was definitely overthinking way too much. Every crumb she threw out was devoured eagerly by him and he wanted more.

A slew of messages popped up on his screen.

— Dokyeom:

It means she’s interested and wants to know more, you dummy!

Minghao opened the groupchat.

His band members were gossiping about his “love life” ever since he gave the green light. Not that there was much to talk about anyway.

Swallowing, Minghao opened the contact he got from Junhui. Jun was quite the social butterfly surprisingly. He charmed swindled their makeup artist of Yile’s sister’s phone number. It was pretty easy from there, if you exclude the blaze of questions Yile’s sister fired.

“Do you intend to have kids one day?”

Minghao was stunned. “Er, hopefully yes.”

“Okay. Yile likes children too but don’t pressure her.” Yile’s sister paused to take a breath.

“From what I’ve heard, you’re a pretty decent guy so you have my blessing for now. Take good care of her! If I see her in tears or sad in any way, you’ll have me to answer to.”

“Yes Ma’am”

Yile’s POV:

Her phone pinged.

— Little mum:

Sis, I gave your Minghao your number. He’s got a good heart. You have my blessing.

— Minghao:

Hi Yile, this is Minghao from svt. I got your number from your sister. Wanna meet up sometime soon?

Hi Minghao, I’m free this Thursday for breakfast. I know a place :)

When Yile shut her phone off, Xinhui (who was hovering over her shoulder) leaped into the air.

“Omaigawsh, you scored yourself a date Yile!” Xinhui squealed.

Yile’s heart rate was through the roof. Yay, they were finally going to meet. But… Minghao used ‘meet up’. Were they meeting as friends or something more? Her mind ran through the possibilities.

“Do you want this to be a date?” Xinhui asked.

“Well yes, but I wouldn’t mind it being a friendly meet up either.”

“But you want this to be a date, don’t you?”

“Yes”

“Then ask some pointed questions. I’m pretty sure he likes you romantically but if the worst does happen, don’t worry too much about it. Doll yourself up, don’t do anything stupid and have a good time! Be yourself.”

Great question! (Finally someone ask me about their favorite stuff) I also included my OCs and put the gang's least favorite food as well.

(note: some are based on what I like and dislike)

Flarelyn Family AU:

★ Blaze just loves chocolate truffles but only gets to eat it once because it's such an special treat for him to eat as she may not self control themselves and hates spicy food (man can eat it whatever he wants but he's not a fan of it for some reason.)

★ Crusher really fw seafood especially that has soup on it (specifically sushi). Also Crusher also fw with spicy noodles.

Crusher doesn't like other spicy food in general and pickles.

★ Fiar loves the Mac-And-Cheese and Strawberry Lemonade combo. She made this combo by herself when she was making herself strawberry lemonade while Crusher was making Mac And Cheese for her.

Fiar hates spicy food, banana and avocado. She will only eat the banana if it is a banana split or covered in chocolate and sprinkles.

(don't ask me why the FF hates spicy food, they're an sweet tooth family)

★ Pickle is very much obviously enough, usually doesn't have a least favorite other than non-edible food.

★ Watts fw Ube Grilled Cheese! (Watts just loves ube flavored food) and she also likes Siopao (especially the toasted one! That sh🫧t is really good. /Gen)

Watts doesn't like spaghetti that much anymore (specifically the Filipino one) because of how many times she ate at events her parents go to. (Me moment)

★ Starla likes spaghetti and meatballs but she doesn't like bacon and other beefy stuff.

★ Darington likes waffles for breakfast with blueberries and whip cream on top of it. They for some reason don't like pancakes. They also love star shaped chicken nuggets.

★ Stripes likes spicy chicken with sliced tomatoes and potatoes on it. (Btw it's cooked! He doesn't like the taste of raw chicken) Also Stripes doesn't like sweet food especially cake.

★ Zeg has an very old memory when his mother used to baked him Apple raspberry pie every Christmas. Good memories, he still makes his own Apple raspberry pie every Christmas and shared it to his friends. (Btw Zeg can't cook but he can bake for some reason.)

Zeg doesn't like bananas because it tastes kinda plain to him.

★ Onyx both liked Jello Cake and Crabs but Crabs would be their no. 1 favorite food. They like the classic version of Jello Cake the most, classic version is would describe as "salty yet sweet".

Onyx hates Shrimp because she's allergic to it (me moment.)

★ Mia also likes Jello Cake but specifically vanilla flavor, very creamy and sweet. Seaweed spaghetti would be her no. 1 favorite food. Mia doesn't have any least favorite food as for now.

★ Kizzie and Veronica likes strawberry smoothie!

Veronica doesn't like vanilla ice cream. While Kizzie doesn't like chocolate ice cream.

★ Fuchsia likes mint chocolate chip ice cream and hates pumpkin pie.

★ Scarlett doesn't have any favorite or least favorite for now.

Blaze And The Rusty Machines AU:

★ Blaze likes to eat flowers (yes this man is so f🌊ck🫧d up) after he's at stage 3 with his sanity getting worse. He only likes it when it was bought from the flower shop instead of the garden because of the dirt.

★ Crusher in the other hand hates eating flowers. He likes chocolate cherry ice cream.

He's one of the transformers ocs I've been rotating around, he works on the same crew of fools and fuckers as all the others (so far only Nyx has a drawn concept art but there's like 20 ocs in this stupid fucking ship) & he's the chief engineer and also chief of biting people when they fuck with his works in progress

BACKSTORY/LORE:

His altmode is inspired by a fox; and he originates from Kaon, where he spent the first half of his life making custom weapons for gladiators, stopped from using his talents for anything that pays better by functionism and altmode-based discrimination. His true passion always lay in building ships, and he spent all his spare time designing blueprints for various cruisers, shuttles and combat vehicles. Come the start of the war, despite his interests aligning with those of the decepticons, he remained neutral, and eventually fled Kaon when things started getting really bad. In his attempts to find safety, he met Ghost and Nyx, a pair of mechs with overly soft sparks and a crumbling charity medical ship in desperate need of replacement. He offered to build them a new ship, if in return they'd get his ass off planet, and they agreed without hesitation, even offering him a place among their crew. Logically, were Chaser not so desperate, he would have questioned where precisely Ghost got the shanix to buy him the supplies for a whole new ship, but he had priorities: getting away from the war, where his talents were less likely to be used for mass destruction.

A while later, with the help of Ghost's crew and a couple freelance construction mechs, he finally got to achieve his dream of building his own ship, and ditching planet: with the added bonus of a fuck ton of friends and an incredibly pretty radio mech to flirt with.

He spent the rest of the war on that ship, aiding neutral folks (both cybertronian and organic) with repairs to fucked up stations and ships; as well as helping the medical crew of the Unity not die when dealing with decepticon patients. Also helping his captain annoy the shit out of their conjux.

He's conjuxed to another oc, Blaze, and spiritually amicas with the ship's CMO, Null. He also helps parent Blaze's cassettes, who are basically teenagers at this point but the chaos that Starseeker brings with him 24/7 requires at *least* 3 mechs for damage control.

So yeah! That's my semi-feral engineer oc :33 I promise I'm very normal actually

Also btw no oc of mine escapes the Horrors he does in fact have a mountain of angst attached to him it just isn't discussed here, I'll discuss it when I finally design Null (lies it's actually discussed in the design notes there's just also More angst in his future after he recovers from the past angst)

DESIGN NOTES:

Okay so idk what kind of autism possessed me to make me include this much symbolism in his design but:

his layered plating is intended to resemble the plates on an armadillo, indicating his tendency to hide from his problems. The same idea is the reason for his alt mode being a fox - it is an allusion to The Fox And The Hound (the book, not the fable) conveying how Chaser tends to run from his problems, instead of facing them head on.

Unrelated, his alt mode also ties in with his weapon of choice - a sniper rifle, which is similar to a fox's precise, calculated method of hunting. His choice of weapon shows his preference to keep enemies and struggles far away, and is often left fumbling when forced to confront his problems.

All this is to say, he is afraid of closeness: in Kaon, attachment could be deadly, and yet he still feels intense regret for running away, feeling like his cowardice left his few acquaintances to die. His entire life is tied to running, and cowardice, leading to more running as he tries to avoid the guilt that fleeing brings. He is fleeing his past (the hound!!!!), fleeing his fear, fleeing the mech he used to be, for he cannot accept that his anxiety is normal. His brave, chaotic, and powerful exterior is quickly offset by looking just a little closer, and seeing how he is not a predator, merely terrified prey.

How lucky that his conjux is a therapist.

Uhhhh honestly, Roxy's pretty different to a lot of my usual other blorbos. I could compare her to Labrys from Persona 4 Arena in a sense that they're both robots with horrible trauma that have been forced to do things they wouldn't dream of doing otherwise, but that doesn't feel like a great comparison ngl

I could compare her to a lot of blorbos though. Like Bracken from Ni No Kuni 2, Unit #024 and Labrys from Persona 4 Arena, for being chronically underutilized by the devs. Maybe PURL from Kuni 2 but PURL feels more... Like an opposite to Mimic? The first attempt at sentient AI in that world, determined to answer the question of what colour is the sky for herself... Only knows a few things, a child her closest friend, and accidentally takes over the wholeass factory in her attempts to see the sky again after like a decade of being deactivated. And also because the devs couldn't think of anything interesting for a new Broadleaf area so they wanted to make sure you did the wholeass factory again for some fucking reason.

Ohhh then again, I was watching those clips last night and Toothless and Hiccup made me think of Roxy and Cassie in an AU kind of way. Mostly because of the dogisms I like to give Roxy and because of several AUs that are more in line with How to Train Your D/ragon... (Put a slash in it to make extra sure I don't end up in any searches for that) So maybe Toothless? Maybe not?

Honestly I don't think I've ever liked a character that has shown much interest in their appearance before. Maybe Erza from Fairy T/ail? Looks cool and could kill you but has zero braincells whatsoever? Also very traumatised? Koromaru from P3 cause his persona is Cerberus and Roxy is the Cerberus to Mimic? And I can see her running around with a knife in her teeth? I dunno man that's a tough question

Ohhh there was also Blaze from the Sonic games! Not because of Roxy specifically, but because in coming up with a horse for her, many of the ideas for it was giving my Blaze vibes lmao. She has a horse in the Olympic games and it's pure white with light purple tack and possibly eyes I don't remember so yeah that kept popping to mind in coming up with a horse nsjsdj

And I suppose my OC Zephyr somewhat reminds me of her. That whole universe I made was started when I got so deep into a Pupcakes/Roxica Pirates AU that I decided to make it a whole thing and Zephyr is who Roxy in the story became. I like Zephyr she's very cool and has become very distinct from Roxy, but her roots are still there, ya know? I'll always remember where she started.

Jsisjsi I could associate Roxy with Disney's Bolt too just cause he's a superhero dog and a funny lil guy. And for some reason one of the OST tracks for the DS game will plague my mind for the rest of my days. Even though I'm thinking of every track but that one right now. It's the one for Bolt's part of the... Something Temple level. Bolivia? Belize??? I think it has a B in it... But anyway yeah Superdog! Hooray!

P03 from Inscryption too but mostly because it's tech themed, and I had that old AU where I drew her as the Scrybe of Technology. Inscryption is incredible btw I fucking love it. I suck at it apparently though. I got to Act 2 and played a fucking beefed up Ouroborus in the first stage of P03's fight like "oh I've got this fucker now!!" No I did not. I absolutely did that. Stoatal misplay. Could not have fucked that up more lmao anyone that's played or seen this game will know exactly what ended up happening there nsjdjdi I FORGOT okay?? I forgot!!!

BACK ON TOPIC yeah Roxy's a pretty different character to the norm for me. Genuinely can't think of anyone that might be similar to her enough for them to remind me of her if I saw them again. Maybe if I went back and watched the old My Little Pony from the fucking 70s or whatever, but it would just be the standard stereotype of "all girls care lots about their appearance and gasp in horror if you dirty a pretty dress" probably. You know the one. I do my best not to humour that shit in my own Roxy interpretation but it's hard to forget that's absolutely where her written personality stems from :/

nylon started out as my splatsona in splatoon 2, based on the bangs cut that i usually used & my favorite outfit in game, sneaky beanie, takoroka nylon vintage, mint drakoniks. still slaps, waiting for all the gear to come back to s3😭 they were kinda a blank slate for a while since i didnt know what to do w them. but since theyre a sona i get to unload whatever personal bullshit on them! when i first started playing splatoon i got obsessed quickly w salmon run (still am) but also grizzco as a whole, i LOVED the mystery and shadyness and grungy atmosphere of it all. i tried to do something w that for a really long time (bout a year) but now its just an alternate universe thing. i tried to make alternations but. clare from fleabag voice ITS UNSALVAGABLE. um so au it is.

anyw the more ive developed them the more theyve kinda become their own character. they have the usual rough childhood, gets into messy bs and toxic friend groups as a teenager, gets kicked out at 18, goes from shitty job to shitty job, theyre just a depressed mfer! they love getting high and getting some. theyd rather die than get close to people or form meaningful bonds. they simultaneously think theyre hot shit and the worst. eyebags galore. oh yeah they could commit war crimes given any good reason (not morally) but otherwise theyre lazy. they have good music taste but also have a selection of sad songs they listen to when the homies arent around. she loves judd the cat. when they were a kid they begged their parents for ages to get a pet spider (are tarantulas canon in splatoon idk). they got it btw (named blaze) their parents were Not happy. theyve drunkenly passed out in public an embarrasing amount of times. she rates her hookups in her notes app, divided into categories even. she hasnt had a healthy meal in months. she doesnt know what a mental health is. she has one of those “damn bitch you live like this” rooms full of empty cans. she can play the piano and knows minecraft songs. they have double the daddy issues. theyre eerily similar to jessie pinkman from breakind bad but /j. they act tough & pretend they dont like physical affection cus they dont wanna admit they need a hug. idk how to talk abt ocs normally online i didnt even say basic info. theyre 22, nb purple or blue ink. ive coped w this bitch too much i owe them one. half of my sketchbook is filled w doodles of them

~ I have a new oc in the making, Thier name is Telly and they go by any pronouns. They're a ghost in a TV head machine built by dice to be a walking servant to help them do tasks around the volcano that the minions cannot. The story is that crimson has 2 exes, and she killed one of them. The ghost of her ex finally decided to get back at her and attempted to possess dice to murder her, but missed and ended up in the AI machine, and couldn't get out. Once that happened they got chased out of the volcano after attempting to hurt dice and needed somewhere to flee. After a while if running, they got into an accident that I'm still trying to peice together and it wiped Telly's memory, all they can remember is a blonde lady and a shotgun. They found the city, found a friend to stay with (Carmen) and now has a job as a news reporter

~ Crimson has murdered tons of people, some of them with her bare fists, but the weapons she works best with are shotguns, swords and plain old knives. Dice works well with snipers and pistols

~ Ben has an irrational fear of running late to things. That's why he wears two watches

~ Lady No-Name can see, everything is very desaturated and static-y for her though. Despite this, her vision is surprisingly sharp

~ Tank is really literal minded and will take lots of things literally. That's why they don't understand memes

~ Boba the clown rhymes when she's stressed. Not on purpose, it's kind of a subconscious thing

~ The mushroom family is the biggest family in my ocverse currently, consisting of two adults and 4 kids (2 of them being twins). They've lived for a long time, way before the city was actually built. Mushroonian aging is weird, but every 1 mushroonian year is 27 human years

~ Mango is from an underwater kingdom, the one that Tatiana is currently struggling to run

~ most of my ocs were born and raised in the city, and blaze knows most of their parents, after living for so long amongst the humans. She gets kinda depressed sometimes because a lot of her friends back in the day are dead now. Goddess problems

~ blaze has been redesigned, btw! She's actually likeable now, look at that

~ Dice used to work a 9-5 job before he got money through being hired to kill people. Blaze was mayor then and came in one day to make sure the building was up to code because of the developing city and that's how they met. They became pretty good friends, but they also fought a lot

~ Most mushroonians you'd expect to see if you lived in the city is...well, none actually, but you'll see mushroonians wearing red with yellow spots like red cap mushrooms since theres a village slightly close to the city full of mushroonians of that type. But there are a lot of mushroom types out there, and that applies to mushroonians too! Another fun fact is that red cap mushroonians have poisonous blood (only poisonous to humans)

~ a surprising amount of children OCS I have used to live on the streets. I have no idea why I did that (examples, Caitlin (who got adopted by blaze and Gordon), Alyssa (still on the streets), Ozzie (taken in by Luxlie), etc)

~ Phantom can't cook for the life of her. Or do laundry for the life of her. Or actually a lot of chores. But with working with Bill on the flower shop, watering the plants and caring for them gives her something to do that technically counts as a chore. She doesn't mind doing it if it makes bill happy

~ Melody's skin stopped decaying, surprisingly, after a small amount of time. But she still drowns herself in perfume to make sure she doesn't smell like she still is

~ Before I became wizard, my old persona was this ordinary nerdy girl named AJ. Since she was in no way able to protect the city, that was blaze's job. She lived amongst the humans as a protecter to them but lost her magical abilities over time from not using them. Once wizard took over she became mayor and is the new protecter to her OCS. "But if wizard is the goddess of creation and gave all these people these traumatic backstories and is the cause of all these innocent people's misfortune, What is she really protecting them from?" Grain, mostly. Do you WANT grain, the literal god of chaos to steal your soul or burn down your house??? Didn't think so

~ Dice doesn't do his evil sociopathic crimes purely because he wants blaze dead. He does it out of hatred for the world. He does it because he had a terrible life and can't recall a single good memory from childhood to age 20, and wants to feel alive. He has no idea that wizard is the reason he had such a horrible life, and who knows what might happen if he finds out

~ I have an AU which would make a really great video game. It's based on a dream I had where I was in a murder library thing (basically a library but the people there are all murderers). Grain irl hopped into the dream and I was tasked to help them get to the front desk and get them a "no kill pass" which basically was a little card that meant you couldn't be killed while you're there. In the AU, it's a video game. The players are teleported into a randomly generated maze of bookshelves (with SOME npc enemies) and it's essentially a battle royale kinda thing, only that you can respawn. The front desk is hidden somewhere in the huge maze and if you find it, you can't be killed for the rest of the round, but you CAN kill others. The players can unlock oc characters that each have their own stats, buffs and special defensive and offensive abilities (such as crimson can teleport past dead ends and summon minions). They also have their own rankings, like common, rare, epic, legendary, etc. It's literally just called the murder library au. It would make a good game wouldn't it? Also what the hell is up with my dreams

~ the free for all au is also based off of a dream I had, where my ocs randomly started trying to kill each other

~ Most of the lore for my ocs is actually thought up by grain. We work together on creating realistic and believable backstories and I can't thank them enough for it lmao

~ Erin has a part time job right now selling ice cream in the marketplace at the town square. During fall and winter though, he sells hot chocolate and brownies

Scarlis is a OC/Canon pairing between Fecto Elfilis and my friend @blazing-shadows ' Kirby OC, Scarlet! She has two universes for them: Dimmed Stars (which I believe has been pinned on her blog) and a No Trauma AU, which features the characters suffering, well, no trauma 😅

i remember labelling maya as my snobby oc because of her lifestyle but over time i fleshed her out and realized she’s really not. she just grew up rich and a bit out of touch with the real world but deep down, she’s very sensitive and despite her lavishly displaying her money, she never does it to make anyone feel like she’s above them. she’s just trying to fill the void that her dad left in her life

i chose phoenix as her ro because out of the four, p always came off to me as the one who’s as rational as they are emotionally intelligent. and maya easily lets her emotions get the best of her; when she gets overwhelmed, she shuts the world out. she needs someone like phoenix who *i think* can understand what she feels but also talk some sense into her and keep her lucid before she mentally shuts down completely

also phoenix and maya are my pairing that i literally did not expect to be one of my angstier otps until mila dropped the pinterest boards and i looked at p’s and saw some pins about how they’re always choosing but never chosen and those are the same pins in maya’s board and i just went “well…. 🥲”

ANYWAYS enough angst — eventually, phoenix shows maya some of his earliest and messiest sketchbooks. maya points at one of his anatomy drawings and jokes “this guy would look so good in a [insert piece of clothing]” and if phoenix will let her, she’ll definitely take one of his sketchbooks just to own something that’s his

relationship stage: she definitely steals his sweaters and wears them like an oversized shirt dress. one time blaze jokes about phoenix and maya starting to look like each other and kaidan says “well you are what you eat”

i have this scenario in my head where maya tries to compliment phoenix and tells him he has beautiful eyes and phoenix just ruins the moment like “you’re flattering yourself. we have the same blue eyes” and it annoys her because she was being sincere but he’s not wrong 😭

maya’s not the best at love because she grew up thinking love hurts until phoenix turned out being her safe place. she’s still learning to not be afraid to be vulnerable but she tries her best to show him that the person he chooses this time also chooses him <3

First we have Dino, aka green sonic as so many people have called him, could go fast, control green fire, and such his body was so hot he couldn’t even wear clothes…which now makes me wonder how he got tied up in that image

Then I went and changed Dino to not be a mobian, this is the only design that really shows that change as I don’t have many designs drawn of that Dino but his story is very very complex

Then we have tyran, a clone of Dino who is precious and a bean and my child

Then I went and made an alternate Dino where his life went well and wasn’t a disaster

Now returning to mobians I decided to see what I could make with rebooting the old story with no rules and I made spirit, shes adorable, btw this one and the next two were drawn by @knuxmanic a friend of mine

This is going to be out of the blue and there's no need for a response to it, but I guess I feel like some of you deserve to get a peek behind my armour.

Facebook just gave me a memory from 7 years ago, showing me an album that I'd rather not see quite honestly, but you know when you're just drawn in even though you know it's against your better judgement? Yep, that was me just now.

The album is full of screenshots of the absolute shit ton of crap that I've had on the Internet over the years.

I was in the RP world for ten years, and in that time I was verbally and mentally attacked a lot, I was mentally abused, I was stalked, I was blamed for things I never did, I was used as a scapegoat for things I never did. I was the victim of unwarranted attacks that had my accounts deleted by fb so that I lost YEARS of writing.

I got my heart broken over and over again by people that claimed tk be my friends, people that claimed to love me but that were all too happy to dump me the second a better option came along. People that I sat up all night with, that I lost sleep over, that I went out of my way to help and support.

Some of them lied to me so throughly that they lied about who they were, where they lived, their job, their gender, their nationality, what other characters /accounts they had and everything else you could think of for over TWO years.

I've had one that claimed to be my best friend, sit on my couch, my actual couch, in my house and lie to my face. Lie to me and his long term partner and mother of his three kids that he wasnt cheating with a cheap bitch he met online (the third person he'd done it with I found out after) I only found out about her when she messaged me to tell me.

I stopped talking to him, after their friends started a smear campaign against me, and even then EVEN THEN, I talked it out and started talking to him again. But he turned it around and started blaming me and guilt tripping me again. So I cut him off. He stalked me. Like messaging my friend, posting things to me (actual letters through the mail) making new accounts to message me, buying new phone sims to call me. This was 6 years ago. He called me at the start of lockdown and left a message on my voicemail.

This man mentally abused me. He'd force me to talk to him when I had a problem and then he'd not like what I said, so he'd go silent and ignore me for up to three days, to the point that I'd worked myself up so much that I was apologising, that I was taking the blame for having feelings, only when he got that would he talk to me.

He was an alcoholic who worked in care if you can believe that, I supported him through him getting sober again, he still did all that to me.

I gave up on role play and let my character, my home, the one place I felt comfortable and safe, up. And I didn't go back for two years. I got talked around by someone, they made promises, I stupidly fell for it.

I then got used to bring their character back and to help them sort out storylines. I was then told they didn't want to work with me anymore because they had too much going on in their personal life, they blocked me and I then got screenshots that that had another writing partner already.

That broke me. That broke me and fandom and people and everything really.

I vowed never to go back.

Then I stumbled upon you lot. And I told myself not to get involved, not to start talking to anyone, not to start trusting again. Now look! Now bloody look!

I'm what... 500k + in a story that was never meant to be, I'm actually writing and collabing with people again and I have a character that I adore and feel just as comfortable with... And that is fucking scary.

It's sooooo scary. Like terrifying scary to me.

Because I'm having to trust again. Selene is like public property now, and I love how much everyone has accepted and adopted her and how they use her and write her too, that warms this cold, dead, suspicious heart of mine.

Because I can honestly say that Selene and John saved me and my sanity.

I am quite a sociable person, I love to chat to people and if I'm your friend I will go out of my way to do my best for you, to be there for you and to support you in every way I can. But I know I can be used and I dotn always see the bad in people. So I cut myself off and refused to allow myself to make friends again.

I was writing my novels and that was it. No interaction, no fun really. Then this loud mouthed witch blazed into my head, took one look at the spaceman and said "that one, he's mine, wrap him up I'll take him to go" and here she is.

They made writing fun again, they made it spontaneous and exciting, I suddenly had ideas again, people to talk to about the characters I love and it was hard. Because it was also good.

I had to trust the process, trust Selene.

But I'm also so wary. I'm wary that I'm gonna piss people off, that I'm going to annoy people with her and that people hate her. I know people don't like OCs' and I get major anxiety about that.

I've never had this amount of anxiety over stories before, never. Not my rp, not my novels, not the ones I did for class or competitions, nothing. This is singularly the most stressful writing I've ever done. Because these boys, they mean the world to me, they always have. They have always been my happy place since I was 5/6, they have always been my heart and home.

The problems I had in rp made me not like the books that I loved, the fandom I was in, because of peoples interpretations of the characters, the way they played them and the fact that they were so nasty to me. And I really really don't want that to happen here.

A few weeks ago I noticed that an account had bene set up that was clearly a piss take of me, of this account. And all the old fears and anxiety came rushing back. I instantly went running to Squiddy and Olliepig and basically tumbled around the group chat in a mess for a few minutes before I calmed down and realised what was going on and had a guess at who it could be.

But it's scary. Because I've been stalked, I've been badmouthed, I've had people make fake accounts of me to cause trouble, and it weighs on me.

Willow Salix is my author name, I had to choose that because my Pagan name (which I was writing under and still do on ff and a03) was too well known and my stalkers were reporting it every time I made a new account.

I had to come to love this name, come to see it as myself (willow is my actual real name btw) and feel comfortable with it. It's taken a long time, I've built my brand from it. I have five novels out under it. And to think of someone having an account with even a parody of that name gave me all sorts of chills.

I'm OK now, but yeah. Fun times.

So I guess... I just want people to talk to me. And I don't mean shine by ego lol, I mean that if I ever do anything to piss you off. If I ever say anything you don't like. If I ever annoy you with Selene or anything at all, PLEASE just come and talk to me.

I might put on a tough mask, and in general I am pretty hardy, but I'm a typical cancerian, hard outer shell, squishy inside.

Selene is my sanity in a home life that is far from easy, I won't go into major details but disabled husband, I'm a full time carer, he's majorly depressed and it's just... Yeah. Anyway, she's my refuge, she's my escape right now.

Actually making a side blog for her took so much guts, to allow her free rein to speak and act is scary as heck for me. Because I've been there and vowed to never go back.

The only good thing I took out of all my years of rp, apart from being able to make up a story pretty much on the spot, spontaneous replies, dialogue skills and character development, is my best friend in all the world @endellionaeternus who has seen it all and stuck by me through it all.

I have no real idea why I just typed all this, I guess I needed people to see where I'm coming from, and why Selene exists.

Another child of the main protags of my story! This is my friend’s OC’s daughter BTW! He helped me with her color palette and Stand ability, so huge shoutout to him! Sorry about the lack of posts, but HS has me on my toes at all times.

Meet Ava Yukage, a Puerto Rican-Colombian born on February 28, 2002. Standing at 176 cm (5′8 ft.) at the age of 17. She was born and raised in New York and would often travel with her father for his work. She’s a daddy’s-girl and loves her father with all her heart. Ava’s very bashful and often shy at times, but she’s very out-going once you get to know her. She, Olivia, and Ishani are as close as sisters.

Ava was around 15 when she discovered her Stand. It is known as Autumn Blaze. While it’s not that durable, it is very strong and fast. Its ability is known as Present Paradox. This allows the Stand to become intangible to all attacks (kicks, punches, etc.). As a finishing move, Autumn Blaze is able to phase through a person’s skull and punch their brain, resulting in a death blow. However, whenever Autumn Blaze becomes intangible, this makes Ava’s physical being more vulnerable to attacks. The only way she can really defend herself is if her Stand is tangible to defend her. It’s also important to realize that Autumn Blaze has a range of 2m (6 ft).

Ava is often shy around new people or people she doesn’t know, but once you’ve earned her trust, she’ll become very close to you. She travels a lot with her father to France, often calling it her second home. Whenever she’s with her friends, both in France and America, she feels like she can truly be herself. She, Ishani, and Olivia are inseparable, and would often hang out with one another. If anything, she has more friends in America than in France, and she’s okay with that. Despite the things she and her friends get into, she wouldn’t trade those moments for the world.

I put this off for too long, but only because I was waiting for my friend to help me out with her. He finally came through and gave me all the information on his OC’s daughter!
