Someone confiscate the Kabumisu Rapunzel AU from me, I am not starting a long form anything until my DPxDC novel is done but also I am ONLY capable of doing it wrong

Because:

Kabru MUST be Rapunzel. Mandatory. Milsiril is not letting that little bitch out of her tower. (Also his Main Character Energy)

Mithrun has less than zero drive to do anything ever up to and including wandering around in lonely tower infested woods to find said lost princess

These can only be resolved by Mithrun also already being inside the tower and then we’re into Beauty and The Beast territory too with the Forbidden Room but instead of Cursed Flower there is Cursed Hottie

Tbh Labrumisu would solve this problem where’s my threesome shippers we need ONE (1) character with some goddamn initiative

(Sadly still can’t be me I do not ship Laios in general he’s just not got that Ship Juice)

Milsiril just has such perfect villain vibes and okay I’m selling myself on the Labrumisu because if Laios comes in to kidnap one of her babies (and her broken former coworker) there’s a 50-50 on whether Milsiril just decides he’s young enough to adopt

This is now a main character hoarding situation Falin and Marcille have to come rescue Laios and also his boyfriends from the crazy sword elf and her army of dolls

Which is why I can’t write this one.

Så vad skall ni ta med er från den här listan? Vallarna är ju alltid bra, och Josh Kirby charmig. Men Tower Heist var riktigt underhållande, trots att jag inte är något stort fan av Ben Stiller.

thinking about the time they actually gave joey dialogue in the new teen titans: games…

“He could be role-playing with us. Art represents civilization. Maybe he’s showing us his end game?”

this says sooo much about him: his deductive reasoning skills, his appreciation for art, his understanding of other people’s psychology. i need more stories where joey gets to play detective, especially in an art or music history context, and i NEED him to have proper dialogue

@bunnymauk yES!! Laura saying this is the tone of animated mighty nein makes me scared too ; ; However I will say, if we're leaning into the darker aspects a little more, then...maybe there's chance we get to see more of Molly wrestling with those nightmares of the Eyes and Lucien's influence early on, or more glimpses of Lucien backstory and character arc, which could be interesting--

it does make me absolutely terrified for the circus man though ; ; all I can say is, I hope that we at least get to spend a bit more time with Molly before we lose him--I still remember being grateful that the animated recap didn't actually show Molly's death, and I really think there's a chance I'll just not be able to watch that episode of the animated series at all, but...on the bright side...because he's Molly, he'll still have some moments full of joy and love.

And with his and Jester's playfulness, the silly banter between party members, all the adorable bonding moments with everyone in the Nein--I do hope they're able to keep that kind of lightheartedness when they need it :'))

tower heist is one of those movies to me that goes by so quickly because the whole thing is so enjoyable truly great film

Rotating Plumeria and her antics in my head. Hates proper clothes but wears them in public bc she has to. Secretly uses magic when performing maintenance even if she knows it might blow something up. Has blown things up in the past, lost 2 limbs and all hearing in one ear, and refuses to let that stop her. Thank god the boss is just as much of a menace as her.

watching Tower Heist (2011) and blessings unto the crew and cast but its fucking terrible--lots of cringe ball and vagina jokes in unforunate brooklyn accents, disassociated acting, racial and gendered stereotyping, they made poor gabourey sibide pretend to be jamaican. just truly atrocious writing. but its a fucking amazing premise! an ensemble cast works at a hotel where an evil investor jacks their pensions so they plan a revenge heist. in the hotel!

like. why do studios have to remake amazing classic movies. the classics are already great? the movies i want remakes of are the slipslop fuck ups with interesting ideas. this movie could be fucking amazing. why are execs sitting on actual good ideas? it hurts.

I have absolutely not got out my copy of Waterdeep: Dragon Heist for Baldur's Gate 3 related reasons. I have not been looking at the map at all.
