Since I’ve finished my last book, Robin Hood by Alexandre Dumas, I’ve got back into reading “I’m with the band” by Pamela Des Barres. I’ve bought the digital version (which I’m not fond of, I love the smell of the paper!) and I usually read it between one “real” book and the other. Well, sorry miss P. but I have mixed feelings about this thing…anyway I can’t have an honest opinion until I have finished reading so…we’ll see 😉

Since the 1960s, Los Angeles’s Sunset Strip has hosted a kaleidoscope of custom-built billboards. They’ve been labeled variously as “sky trash” and art. An architecture critic once called a 70-foot Marlboro Man “one of the most effective landmarks in the confusing landscape of our city.” Timeline put together a photographic field trip to the Sunset Strip’s last 50 years of billboard advertising.
