English Dub voice actress Rachael Lillis has passed away on August 10, 2024 at the age of 55 due to breast cancer.

Lillis is best known as the original English Dub voice actress of Misty, Jessie, and various pokémon such as Jigglypuff and Goldeen in the Pokémon anime. Her other well-known English dub roles include Utena Tenjō in Revolutionary Girl Utena, Martina in Slayers Next, Micott Bartsch in Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, Nagi Kirima in Boogiepop Phantom, Yuriko Star in The Irresponsible Captain Tylor, Kanaka Ohno in Genshiken, and Ami Kurimoto in DNA².

Your Sanemi spent his nights fighting demons and his days in your arms, covering you in kisses and worshiping the ground you walk in. He was the most gentle a husband could be, holding your hand when you walked down flights of stairs and kissing the top of your head every chance he got.

Every single morning when he came back to you, he had something to show for it. Sometimes it was as simple as a piece of candy he bought while patrolling, or as extravagant as a shiny new hairpin or silk kimono. You would call yourself spoiled, but Sanemi would tsk and say you weren’t pampered nearly enough.

No one knew the gentleness of his hands, the soft caress of his lips like you did. Those hands that had slain so many demons held your hips down ever so gently as he fucked into you, promising that this time he’d give you that baby you so desperately wanted.

He’d kiss your temple after you were thoroughly stuffed with cum, then hold you close, tracing his finger along your belly. “That’s where our baby will be, sunshine.”

You couldn’t necessarily blame others for assuming your hulking man of a husband was a brute, he was covered in scars and had a resting bitch face to match, but you can’t judge off of appearance alone. So, I love this obscure 90s anime called The Slayers! I'm wondering if there's like a discord for people who like this series, I need to nerd out about it with other people. Anyways, I drew this drawing of my favorite characters from the series.

Hollyhock Frantmen

(In the Slayers tradition of naming characters with not really English names, but sound close enough, I just spitballed kek)

Despite her RBF, and deep, rough voice, Hollyhock (or just simply Holly), is actually a very sweet person. A very protect, older sister type, that sees herself as a knight. Maybe not as Justice™ driven as Amelia, but she is the type of person to call any man she’s infatuated with as a “prince” and claiming herself as his “valiant knight”. Much to the chagrin of said “prince”.

Holly was born a rabbit beastman (beastwoman???) who, at a very young age, had her and her family sold into slavery. Because of this sad and very common occurrence, Holly and her family were separated.

She was bought by a sorcerer, who’s name was only “Master” to her. He trained her in hand to hand combat, and even somewhat treated her well, considering. Until one day, it all changed.

You see, this sorcerer was very good at one thing… chimeras. Many of his pets and staff were hodgepodges of every animal, plant, and even monster you could think of, and one day, that experimentation of his would fall on her.

He mixed her with human, fox and some sort of demon, and for 3 agonizing days, the transformation took hold.

She was only 13 at the time.

Despite the fact that the creator of a chimera usually has complete control over said chimera, Master had no control over Holly. She only guessed that he had done the spell wrong. And with that, she escaped, searching for a cure that most believed did not exist.

his hands come up to your cheeks and hold, looking- rather staring into your soul. you smile and your cheeks in his hands squish up making them look chubbier.

"wanna bite you." he says it still holding instense eye contact. you laugh and a faint smile appears on his face. "i missed you." his head drops on your shoulder and he takes a deep breath of your perfume.

"missed you too." you put your head on his, as if it hasn't only been less than a full day since you last saw each other. he thanks the owners of the place for the dim blue lighting in the dark room as it conceals the blush starting to make itself known on his face.

his hands that are hugging your figure travels down and down until they hit your waist and sneak under your top to caress your soft skin. every inch his fingertips touch burn with excitement and leaves goosebumps on his way.

"missed you so. damn. much." he sighs into your shoulder and places a small kiss on there, slowly moving upwards on your neck. you open yourself to him and throw your head back, enjoying his acts. his hands are softly scratching your back while he keeps kissing and nipping at your skin.

"show me how much you missed me then." you whisper near his ear and peck his lobe, knowing it makes his knees weak every time you do that. his attention is now diverted to your chin, biting it tenderly. "baby-" you whine when he licks the part he bit to soothe the pain he caused.

"my pretty thing. all mine." staring into your eyes again, he touches your nose playfully with his pointer finger. you close your eyes and lean into him, letting your lips touch gently at first. it doesn't take long until he's exploring your mouth feverishly, teeth clattering and tongues brushing against each other with lust.

you push him off of you for a second to take a breath but he chases after your lips and doesn't let you leave. you can taste the drink he previously had on his tongue and it mixes with the minty taste your altoids left in your mouth. he thinks he's found heaven, right here in your arms.

when he eventually pulls back, you can't help but giggle at all the lipstick stains on the lower half of his face. (and trust my word on this one, he wears it proudly until you force him to wash it off- which leads to another make out session, in the bathroom this time.)
