Farzes is a kitsune harrow sorcerer who absolutely loves to gossip and is super chatty. he WILL go on random tangents until someone successfully distracts them. they travel a lot, working as an information broker by pretending to be a noble and infiltrating parties to gather blackmail or other info on certain subjects by commission. at heart farzes is a farm boy who got too into the role of a noble and has trouble getting out of it, though the dwarven accent of his hometown slips through sometimes. since his father was a tiefling, he has chosen their "tailless" form to also be a tiefling, which is helpful for both the tail aspect, and the fact that theyre also a ghoul, so the blue tinted skintone isnt seen as abnormal. some of their hobbies include collecting swords and using their shed fur for yarn spinning :) also, their family works with psychopomps, scouting out possible targets for them before confirming something needs to be done about them, and due to this pharasma allows farzes to live despite being undead. he is very friendly with his psychopomp boss but is still very anxious that a slip up could mean permanent death.

Summer is a squirrel mutated by Neo Cortex, intended to be a scavenger. Unfortunately, their timid nature made them fairly useless to Cortex's plans, but they were defended by the racoon that was put through the experiment alongside them, Roary (my other OC). Summer quickly met Pinstripe Potoroo and it was love at first sight. After a long series of events, Summer is now the leading showgirl and Pinstripe's casino that she helped him set up. The two are an inseparable power couple, running the casino alongside Roary, who acts as a body guard, and Tawna who, to her mild frustration, works as the casino's bartender.

I have old fanfiction that I might go back to from time to time. Two of them are Crash Bandicoot and one Ed edd n eddy and they are terribly written with so many mistakes but I don't particularly want to go back and correct them and just continue them, but don't worry I will still focus on Will you be mine? and Secret Hearts. Huskerdust Forever! But I do hope you enjoy! <3

Summary: Uka uka threatened Dr Neo Cortex that if he doesn't create a successful plan for world domination then he will destroy something precious to him. Neo can only turn to his arch enemy for his help. Will enemies turn into friends? Will they stop Uka uka and what secrets will it reveal? Set after Crash Twinsanity.

500 word sample of chapter 24!

Everyone sits around in silence as they feel the tension from what happened. Nina’s meltdown, Crash’s anger and him slap Nina’s face and sit with Coco’s body who’s being possessed by Cortex’s wife that everyone’s still weary of. The silence is deafening when the Potoroo tries to break the ice.

“So…what’s the boss like in bed?” he asked Nadia when Tawna smack the back of his head,

“You idiot.” she muttered,

“Now’s not the time.” Pinstripe rubs the part where she smacked, giving her a side eye.

“What? We were all surprised that he had a wife, so he must be good in bed, right?” everyone apart from Nadia shudders when someone throws a place of food at Pinstripe’s face, covered in meat, mashed potatoes and gravy. They turn to see Crash with his arm outstretched to show he has been the one to throw the food, still having the angry look on his face. Pinstripe won’t have it,

“Oh you want a food fight, Bandicoot? Then a food fight’s what you’re going to get!” He was about to throw his food when he’s being tackled by Dingodile, holding his arms to make him set the food down. 

“Hey! No one wastes food on my watch!” Pinstripe tries to get his arms free but Dingodile is stronger. Crash roughly pushes his chair back and leaves the kitchen.

“Brother, come back here! You haven’t eaten!” Crunch shouts after him but only receives an angry door slam. 

“Christ, I never seen him act like this.” Crunch said with a sigh, followed by Aku aku. 

“We can’t continue if we all act like this.” Nadia turns to him,

“I feel like I’m the one who caused this tension.” she said while Tawna scoffed,

“Ugh, you think?” Nadia side eyes her,

“What is that supposed to mean?” she asked when Tawna gave her an angry look.

“Look I get it, you want to be back with your family but you possessed someone who I considered my little sister, having everyone go through this life threatening journey that got your daughter injured, the same daughter that’s having a meltdown and everyone’s changing, heck Crash’s not smiling anymore because of this and you expect us to trust you? When we don’t know shit about you!” Tawna shouts which Nadia can’t do anything but sigh,

“It wasn’t my intention to hurt anyone, especially my children.” Tawna scoffs,

“Well if that’s how you treat your children, I hate to see how you treat everyone else.” she looks away, crossing her arms, not seeing the hurt look on Nadia’s face. She gets up and grab a plate,

“I’m suddenly not hungry, I’ll see if Nina is.” Nadia said to Aku aku when Tawna shouts at her,

“Oh no you don’t! I think you’ve done enough damage. What you’re going to do is sit here and stay.” Tawna said with a sharp tone, they have a staring contest but Nadia feels too tired to continue this fight and do as she said and sit back down.

I dreamed I traveled back in time to visit the Louis/Lestat/Claudia family from Interview (and it was the TV series version even though I haven’t seen that)

And they were pissed because it turns out fans do that ALL THE TIME but I explained I wasn’t there for them, I was there for the potoroo. I forget my exact intentions but this time period was before the potoroo went “extinct” and would have had a bigger population so maybe I was there to save them or to bring back a few for added genetic diversity to the current breeding pool

And I don’t remember how the vampires played into this at all but they were cool with this information and in fact Claudia likes potoroos and she had a potoroo figurine she’d sculpted and painted herself.

Anyway no content today either but I thought a few of you might enjoy this!

Crash Bandicoot - Vigilante AU

Some time ago, I envisioned an AU were Crash, Coco and Crunch are an inseparable trio of vigilantes, similar to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or the Cooper Gang.

Crash and Coco are part of an anthropomorphic society, which means the humans don't exist, nor does the Evolvo Ray, and Crunch was taken in by the bandicoot siblings as their adopted brother. They live the fictional Wumpa City, located in the USA.

Meanwhile, as side stories, Tawna is dating Pinstripe Potoroo, and other characters like Tiny Tiger, Komodo Joe, etc. have lives of their own. Some good, some bad.

Crashworth Bandicoot The Second:

Dislikes: rude awakenings,his sister being in danger, Pinstripe, watching wumpa fruit be used in a blender

Personality:

Witty, kind-hearted and laid back. He is not known for his anger, even towards his enemies, but threatening his little sister seems to be among one of very few ways of setting off his aggression. While not as intelligent as Coco, Crash still comes off as resourceful and smart enough to defeat villains.

Powers/abilities:

Crash retains most of his abilities from his original self, but also has vigilante skills. He can sprint, crouch and spin, but can also sneak around, slide on rails and even land on small spots.

What can be said about this heroic and limber marsupial that hasn't been said before? Well, you might like to know that he enjoys delivering some sense of justice with the help of his sister Coco and adopted brother Crunch.

Like her brother, Coco can sprint, crouch, do spin attacks and sneak around, but she's not able to slide on railings or jump on small posts. She is good at using weapons such as a bowcaster or grappling hooks.

Coco is the high-spirited and intelligent younger sister of Crash.

When her face isn't glued to a computer screen, she tags along with her siblings using her expertise in technology. You can always count on her to hack into the mastermind's plans and warn Crash with some important information.

Crunch is hot-headed, irrational and sometimes over-confident. However, because of his time with Crash and Coco, he became very determined and loyal to them, and is always willing to help them when necessary. He is much more of a failure intolerant than his sibligns but does show a soft side.

He is also a nature lover and shows to be a ladies' man, much to the jealousy of Crash and the amusement of Coco.

Biography:

Crunch is one tough and powerful bandicoot. As the enforcer of the trio, the villains never see him coming as he's unpredictable. His muscular figure knows neither friend nor foe: only destruction!

When they are not raising joeys (which is fairly rare, they often have one out of the pouch, one in the pouch, and an embryo in diapause at any given time), Flyers (that's a female roo, males are boomers) often kind of let their pouch go into a state of disrepair. If the pouch is greasy and dirty, they aren't raising any kids at the moment.

By the way, the family name for kangaroos/wallabies/potoroos/pademelons/etc, is Macropod, meaning "big foot". Bigfoot is real and he lives in Australia.

Oh, and while we're here, the most adorable and slept-upon animal in the world is the tree kangaroo. Quokkas are great, but tree roos are even better.

I dreamed I traveled back in time to visit the Louis/Lestat/Claudia family from Interview (and it was the TV series version even though I haven’t seen that)

And they were pissed because it turns out fans do that ALL THE TIME but I explained I wasn’t there for them, I was there for the potoroo. I forget my exact intentions but this time period was before the potoroo went “extinct” and would have had a bigger population so maybe I was there to save them or to bring back a few for added genetic diversity to the current breeding pool

And I don’t remember how the vampires played into this at all but they were cool with this information and in fact Claudia likes potoroos and she had a potoroo figurine she’d sculpted and painted herself.

tl;dr my country is literally on fire and the politicians refuse to help

I know there's a lot going on in the world, but you probably haven't heard about what's happening in Australia.

we're on fire.

approximately 1/4 of australia’s population is in catastrophic fire danger. A catastrophic fire level means your only chance of surviving is leaving before it’s too late.

it’s Spring in Australia, and rainforests aren't meant to be dry enough to burn, yet at the time of writing this (11/11/19) there are 71 active fires in NSW (43 out of control), and 51 active fires in Queensland - not including those that have already burned before now, and there are more in other states. Sydney is already rated "catastrophic", the first time this rating has ever been used there since its creation in 2009. That's right, we had to add yet another level of destructiveness, because "high", "very high", "severe", and "extreme" were no longer adequate. To quote the Fire Danger Ratings, "for your survival, leaving early is the only option". conditions tomorrow will be the worst they have been, and people are evacuating as we speak. the fire fighters are preparing as best they can.

This isn’t just about people losing their homes; people have died and will die, countless animals have already lost their lives and many more will still perish. our land, our lives, and our hope is up in flames and will soon be nothing but ash. the annual fire season has not even begun yet. this is only the beginning. my native land is burning, and there is nothing i can do to stop it.

the government refuses to acknowledge that we are in a climate crisis. the fires have never been this bad. we have been in severe drought for more than a year which has only contributed to the force of these fires. the Prime Minister Scott Morrison has done nothing but send his “thoughts and prayers”. He will not accept aid from other countries because he is too egotistical to admit that we need it. All the while the people of this land are suffering. Climate change needs radical human change to be combated. we are already seeing the results of years of indifference, and this is barely the beginning of something that will only get worse the longer government’s and big companies refuse to act to counteract climate change.

Our government has also cut funding to Fire and Rescue NSW by 35.4%, the Rural Fire Service by 75.2%, and QLD Rural Fire Service by 26.42%, resulting in closures of services; they don't have the resources to cope. We are fighting a losing battle against the results of climate change.  and this is only the beginning.

12/11/19 UPDATE

At least 6 million people today are prepared for evacuating. There are strong winds, low humidity, and high temperatures which will only exacerbate and encourage the fires. Authorities have warned that there aren’t enough fire trucks to help everyone, so unless you are prepared to the maximum, you need to leave. 600 schools and TAFE’s across NSW have been closed due to the fires, with others in Queensland closing due to air quality being virtually unbreathable due to smoke. Rural Fire Service Deputy Commissioner Rob Rogers said the state was as prepared as it could be, with military aircraft on standby to rescue people from fires if needed. Smoke from these fires have reached as far as New Zealand and New Caledonia.

As Queensland and New South Wales deal with these unprecedented bushfires, there is a lot of talk about how to stop, or at least reduce them. David Bowman is a professor of environmental change biology at the University of Tasmania and he says the short answer is that climate change is making a bad situation worse.

But it’s also much more complex than that. Much of Australia’s natural biodiversity has evolved to withstand and even stop bushfires due to a multitude of species being in one area. Eucalyptus trees encourage fires as they help spread seeds, but other species are naturally flame retardant and help to curb the fires. The issue is that so much of the native bush has been cut down for farming and agriculture that the natural fire defence has virtually been destroyed. Australia is the leading country in mammal extinction, as well as one of the worst 7 for biodiversity loss.

There have already been significant harmful impacts to wildlife, with entire ecosystems up in smoke and individual species affected, including around 350 Koalas presumed dead – all before the fires have reached their peak.

my heart goes out to the victims of the current fires, which we know have been exacerbated by the decline of native biodiversity. Australian conservation efforts need a radical overhaul. Mitigating the intensity of these fires, mostly set by humans and their activities, can be achieved by restoring our native ecosystem engineers, such as bandicoots, bettongs and potoroos.

These species help to maintain healthy forests by continually turning over and breaking down forest leaf litter, thereby drastically reducing fuel load. In their absence, fires are more intense, often reaching the treetops, which can affect populations of species already on the brink, like the Koala.

Slow growing and ancient Australian East coast temperate forests are of global significance, as these forests have some of the highest carbon storage on the planet. Fires of this intensity threaten their very existence but managing wildlife to reduce fire intensity and protect forests is under-appreciated for its importance in reducing the release of carbon into the atmosphere.

Mr Cat : used to be borderline chaotic evil loving to terrorize and toy with people for fun which actually partially hid loneliness and an unability to socialize since he never had friends before all whilr being bitter and sour about life, LOVES big buff anthros in fact his first way to flirt with Yumi was to anger her so she would transform and they first had a tsundere rivalry him being the horny troll in the relationship, little by little became closer to her and her friends by getting more into teamwork/cohabitation rather than solo and better without becoming good either all of sudden

Cuphead Show!Calamaria : HOW COULD I ALMOST FORGET HER he had the EXACT SAME ANTAGONISTIC VIBES AS HER before meeting Yumi. An anthropophageous monster relishing on his dangerosity and proudly taunting sassily about it who is absolutely unimpressed by mortals coming to his lair to defy him or beg for mercy or these ones he seduced who are still alive and in love with him after he had seduced them with the aim to eat them afterward like he often does with the opposite sex but in the end couldn't but really he don't give a shit about them, but if you do kina amuse him he will give you 10 seconds to run perfectly confident he will get you anyway, morphs to his creepy form just as fluidly either all of sudden or little by little, and is a gourmet who can't say no to good quality food
