If Yahweh = to be, and Jesus = Yahweh is salvation, then imho the message is that "being is salvation". In the sense that the state of being, liberates one from the mental slavery of living lost in dualistic thought. If you zoom out and look at spiritual traditions, they genuinely seem to all essentially be saying the same thing, like rivers leading to the same ocean. Eventually one realizes the only difference between the ocean and all the rivers connected to it, is the human minds inclination to judge, categorize and quantize. IMO there is no concrete border between river and ocean but in the mind of man. It would seem to be that we are all on the path, whether we recognize it or not.

All the resources of our almost miraculous technology have been thrown into the current assault against silence. That most popular and influential of all recent inventions, the radio, is nothing but a conduit through which pre-fabricated din can flow into our homes. And this din goes far deeper, of course, than the ear-drums. It penetrates the mind, filling it with a babel of distractions — news items, mutually irrelevant bits of information, blasts of corybantic or sentimental music, continually repeated doses of drama that bring no catharsis, but merely create a craving for daily or even hourly emotional enemas.

The Perennial Philosophy

perennial philosophy From Latin: philosophia perennis; also referred to as perennialism and perennial wisdom; a perspective in philosophy and spirituality that views all of the world's religious traditions as sharing a single, metaphysical truth or origin from which all esoteric and exoteric knowledge and doctrine has grown. The perennial philosophy is not a single religion, but rather the view that all religions provide paths to the one transcendental reality. Sectarian practitioners of individual religions caught up in dogmatic details may not necessarily see things this way.

Some others worship Me through their dispassionate effort to gain ultimate wisdom, either trying to be one with Me or remaining separate. I have innumerable faces all over the universe (so I can be approached in any manner anywhere). — Bhagavad Gitā 9.15 (C. Radhakrishnan tr.)

There are several paths leading to the one transcendental reality described in the perennial philosophy.

The path of wisdom requires sustained effort to acquire knowledge of the nondual nature of the one divinity that is all.

The devotional path involves developing a loving relationship with the divine.

The path of service fosters appreciation of the divinity in others.

The path of concentration involves minimizing distractions to more fully experience the divinity of all.

The Bhagavad Gitā integrates these various paths, presenting a consolidated universal vision aimed at unifying humans with the divine. The lack of such an integrative perspective can lead to disagreements, quarrels, and conflicts among followers of different prophets. The supreme being in the Bhagavad Gitā is equivalent to Jehovah in the Old Testament, God in the New Testament, and Allah in the Quran. Recognition of this equivalency brings together otherwise competing conceptions and promotes a unified understanding of the one divinity.
